Water dome is useless when Madara can use PS to break out of it. How does Kisame hurt Madara with suiton attacks if Madara can redirect them with a simple stroke of his fan?

Btw Samehada hates asorbing fire and Madaras fire techs are simply the strongest.

I agree, EMS Madara cannot absorb ninjutsu without the rinnegan of course, so no meteors and almost certainly no ps.
When it comes to taijutsu although he is more skilled but kisame has more power and of course kisame's ninjutsu is on a greater scale than that of Madara. Besides Madara would have been defeated easily against the kages by a tired Gaara and a naruto clone if not for his rinnegan.
