Gai can use 7th Gate

Scenario 2: Regular KCM Naruto

I think gai wins ,naruto isnt reacting to his shunshin at the 7th gate

Gai may have faster foot speed, but Naruto has faster shunshin and better reflexes. if Gai tries cqc frog kata will pummel him, or Naruto shunshins away and throws a Rasenshuriken at him. Gai = dead.

Not to mention clones.
