Kakashi warps the space around the Person, not the person them selves, So i don't seee why kakashi cannot warp the space inside susanoo.

Aslong as kakashi can see the person and focus on them, No defense can stop kamui.

u can't amaretsu through susanoo therefore u can't kamui in it

+ if a constant barrage of those jewel shuriken are coming what will he do + bam! sword stab while trying to kamui

+ susanoo isn't hollow.

Amaterasu appears on what ever the user is focusing on, It doesn't travel, so it can get through susanoo.
If the user focuses on the person inside susanoo thats where the flame will appear and completely bypassing any defense.

Susanoo is too big. It will be very difficult warped by kamui. this could happen only if itachi stay and do nothing for a long period of time..

And about yata mirror reflecting kamui, i don't know about that but kamui can be placed anywhere and if yata mirror is put in front, kamui would still be effective if it is created at the back, where yata mirrorr cannot reach .

You can look through the window or you can look at the window. Only you decide that. Kakashi can look through the chakra at Susanoo's user and use kamui on him or look at the chakra and then kamui the chakra.
As long as it's transparent, it won't stop Kamui or Amaterasu.

Even if it has chakra inside it, Everything inside susanoo's Ribs (chakra and the enemy will be warped also).
Chakra will not protect the enemy form getting warped.

Amaterasu is going to be stopped, it appears some distance away from the target and then fly onwards...Kamui is directly on target...

Kamui ain't a solid attack which would be intercepted by obstacles, it's Kakashi's focus and as hell Kakashi's focus is going to be stopped by susanoo...

Though a vague idea of what it can actually do performance wise, the databook states that the Yata Mirrior " it is endowed with all nature types, and changes it's own characteristics to those of the attack rendering it useless."

By that definition Kamui in distinctively should not be able to be used through Itachi Susano'o s. However in regards to the others Susano'o wielders I do not see why it could not be used.

Depends, while there is a great wank on the yata mirror in the databook, there is also a great wank on Kamui saying that "there's no technique that could compete against this one" , "no defense is possible", "an unstoppable force", etc So it really depends, but i think the attack is priority in this case

I was talking in general about Susanoo, not explicitly about Itachi's. Still, Kamui doesn't travel like most of the attacks and so I believe Yata would not defend Itachi from it.
