Killer Bee would win. A TBB would take out all of Kakuzu's heart at once. A huge scale attack can take out multiple hearts. Rasenshuriken, although it is an improved version of the rasengan, is still a version of the rasengan which is based off the TBB

Which should be able to do enough to knock even a full tail beast off balance causing the attack to miss, I make this speculation based off seeing Suigetsu along with water push Killer bee:

He was sent by takigakure to kill Hashirama and failed, so they punished him. Then he killed the elders and THEN he stole the forbidden jutsu he has.

Your arguing that Amaterasu a "Ninjutsu attack" that won sasuke the fight was the turning point putting him in the victory spot and then saying he took on "jugo" a taijutsu user, is a support for why Ninjutsu doesnt do killer bee harm.

Killer Bee does not have the ability to withstand Ninjutsu with ease.

Bee's chakra focus is uncanny. he can pierce a heart with a pencil he would catch kazuku off guard just once and could get 2 hearts in moments.

I find it nearly impossible to catch someone with 5 other things attacking you and him attacking at the same time possible to catch off guard in a 1v1 battle during his fight with Konoha 11 that whole fight wasnt catch off guard. I doubt even when kakashi went too chidori him it did. Looked like kakuzu used kakashi to show off that trait.

Killer B will win. Kakazu may be trained to fight tailed beasts but the only other jinchuriki he has fought who had a similar bond is Yugito. That was with help from Hidan (and it was anime only so you can decided if it counts or not). Clearly the bond between the 8 tails and B will allow them to win

Kakuzu has the power to turn himself into Stone. The EArth>Wind advtange could help him survive js, i see him taking damage possibly still dying idk but yeah good arguement.
