is it likely kakashi can awake the susano , i mean he has already awaken the mangyuko sharingan, itachi said u can awake mangyuko sharingan if u kill someone close to u..... So who did kakashi kill

You don't really have to have tsukuymoi and amutrasu, you need an op tech in both eyes..... It could be any tech that we have seen from a sharingun, however you must have those tech from both eyes........ unfortunately Kakashi has only one eye xd

Go to Naruto wiki and look up susanoo. It's parent jutsu are Amaterasu Tsukuyomi, which they got from the data books.

Each MS eye grants a special ability to user, only if he's able enough to activate it. Kakashi has Kamui as his special MS ability.
However you need to have two specific MS abilities to be able to activate susano. Which are Tsukyomi & Amaterasu -Go check out in the data booklet-
