Kakashi wins both. Scenario one- Kamui one shots Scenario two- Jiraiya can't go sage mode Kakashi still has sharingan he can copy techniques and read movements 3 tomoe sharingan is already OP I'm surprised Kishi introduced MS and EMS

Kakashi wins on both scenarios .

On scenario 1 : He can Kamui Jiraiya

On scenario 2 : Jiraiya hasn't SM , so he is not strong .

What other mindset am i going to put? It's all I had XD

J-Man gets brought back as another Pain body and fights Kakashi.
They fight 6 times. Each one with J-Man having at least one of the 6-Paths abilities.

I give Kakashi the definitive advantage in base. He is noticeably faster than Jiraiya and far more reflexive thanks to the Sharingan's precognitive abilities. He has displayed better Taijutsu prowess as well, and has displayed proficient skill in implementing Kenjutsu (via kunai) into his CQC to the point he can match people with better weapons than him using just a pocket knife (Hidan's scythe, Zabuza's sword). Kakashi also has the elemental advantage, given his Suiton shuts down any of Jiraiya's Katons, and his Raiton affinity will grant him practical immunity to Jiraiya's notorious swamp. This is not to mention Kakashi's Genjutsu prowess, which forced Gai to develop an entire fighting style just to cope with it, and also allowed him to match the likes of Obito in an illusory struggle.

When it comes to a battle of trump cards, Kamui is far more accessible and dependable than Sage Mode. It can be activated on the fly as opposed to Sage Mode, and is practically undodgeable unless you're a Hiraishin user, or BM Naruto. Assuming Jiraiya gets into Sage Mode, he lacks the speed to dodge Kamui and will ultimately get warped. No chance of Kakashi missing either when he nailed BM Naruto who was moving fast enough to be dodging Kamui propelled stakes in a chaotic environment that had tons of debris and rocks flying all over the place. Jiraiya has neither the speed nor reflex feats to even become a candidate for dodging any Mangekyo technique, let alone Kamui.

Overall, Kakashi's base form > Jiraiya's base form. Sage Mode Jiraiya > Kakashi's base form. However, Kamui allows Kakashi to shut Jiraiya down whenever he wants.

1. Without that Kamui one shot BS, J-man wins. Kakashi doesn't go straight for the Kamui in a real fight, he does that when he feels like he can't win (against Tobi when he thought he was Madara and Gedo Mazou). J-man got summonings to buy himself time to get to SM and then Kakashi gets beat mid-high diff from there.
2. Kakashi, mid-high diff IMO

I feel this way too but when you add the killing intent it makes you wonder why he would not kamui out the gate.

It's funny that you mention that Kakashi does not immediately go for Kamui, yet simultaneously believe Jiraiya will immediately prepare Sage Mode when it took a giant summon-spamming Rinnegan user to entice him to use it (even knowing he was about to go face the Akatsuki leader did not warrant a Sage Mode preparation). Kakashi, on the other hand, knows what Sage Mode is capable of through Naruto's accomplishments, and it is fully within the realm of reason to assume he will warp Jiraiya if he sees Jiraiya preparing or entering Sage Mode.
