How is Sasori even poisoning Sakura, when she should be more than capable of dodging his attacks?

Linear ones? Sure. If he decides to go for the same route as last time and close up her whole field of movement or speeds up his attacks so she can't dodge them, she's screwed. Not like she could get to him either.

Its funny how people think poisoned cells are just going to live on throughout the body. How exactly would poison kill someone if the poison simply entered the body and stayed in the cells. How is damage being done? By destroying cells. Regeneration neither stops nor speeds up the poison process.
