Oro was revived using Kabuto's flesh so Orochimaru can use sage mode, as Kabuto had DSM, but Kabuto can't use it as he is incapacitated..

Kabuto's also lost all of Orochimaru's strength and his juicy, juicy power so he might not even be powerful enough to use it now.

It cannot pre-date chakra since it has existed since the earth's beginnings and before. Besides, it must be chakra based as whatever it pierces is sealed into a Genjutsu and all it really is a Kusanagi Sword.

OT: Totsuka isn't fast enough unless Minato or Tobirama teleport the whole Susano'o with Itachi inside behind him for a surprise attack, which would be clumsy.

Nope not true... It is not chakra based Totsuka is an ethereal weapon that seals you in a jar. In that jar you are placed in a dream like state.. not a genjutsu.
