Looks: Jiro stands 178 cm tall and weighs 68 kg exactly. He is a very handsome young man. He has dark brown and deep blue eyes(like they ocean). Jiro is very well trained and quite strong physically. His face is kind and he can earn everyone’s good will just by looking at them. His bright smile can charm anyone and because of this he is always the center of attention.
Personality: Jiro is a kind and friendly young gentleman. He is devoted and trustworthy and is also a very cheerful person - that’s why his Nickname is Bobbish. Jiro loves his village, friends and relatives very much and he will sacrifice himself at anytime for them. He is also very smart and can plot good strategies for missions. Jiro is a good humorist and he can make a funny joke in any situation - that’s why his friends love him so much. But when it comes to seriousness he gets too serious and thats one of his best characteristics.

Background Info.
Birth and Family.
Jiro was born on the 16th of July, on the little island in the Land of Water. His surname is Ojima, it means “small Island” . Ojima isn't clan it's just their surname because they are the leaders of the island. IPeople on The island love peace but will fight for the Land of Water anytime. Jiro was born to the Head Family of the Ojima island as the second son (“Jiro” means second son). His brother Katsuo is 3 years older than Jiro. They love each other so much that they saved each others life a lot of time in the forest of the island. Their mother is a very caring person and their father (leader of the island) was a very kind but strict man. He made Katsuo to enter they islands Ninja Academy when he was 3 years old. Katsuo was able to learn everything that the island teachers could to give him , in only three years and when he got 6 years old his father started to personally train him. By that time Jiro was three years old and he also entered the academy but unfortunately he wasn’t as strong as his brother.
Academy Years and Wish to surpass big brother.
Jiro was good student and tried hard to surpass his brother but it was impossible. Jiro was also strong but his brother was undergoing training with his father, with the strongest man of the island.
Brother leaves the island.
When Katsuo became 12, even his father wasn’t able to win a fight against him. So Island leader decided to send him into Kirigakure to undergo special training with Kirigakure Black Ops. So when Katsuo left island he was 12 years old and by that time Jiro was undergoing training with his father and he was 9. Jiro also wanted to leave island with his brother but he wasn’t that strong.
3 Letters During 4 Years and promise to the name of Katsuo.
After one year, a letter came to the island, the words that were written enabled Katsuo to become a Chuunin and after that Jounin in one year and got the 3rd seat of the Kirigakure black Ops first division. Ojimas people were proud of Katsuo. At that time Jiro was Strongest on the island but he was unable to defeat his father in the fight.
One more years passed. One day when Jiro was training on the beach, a Hawk with a letter on its leg set down on his shoulder. He opened it and read that Katsuo got title: Kirigakure Black Ops all Divisions Vice-Captain. It was unbelievable that a 14 years old boy was able to achieve this title in 2 years. Jiro got motivated by this news and started practicing in Ninjutsu and Taijutsu even more seriously. (He wasn't very good at Genjutsu)
After 2 years he was so strong that he was able to defeat not only his father , even more so, his father and whole island Ninjas together. He was 13 years old and strong enough to leave the island. He was happy because of the fact that his brother wasn’t that strong at the age of 13.
It was the last night of being on the island when the 3rd letter came from the Kirigakure. Jiro joked during opening it that his brother became kage and letter was informing it. But when he opened it his face got frozen, only his eyes was moving up and down(because he was reading letter in Japanese) everyone around him felt that something was wrong and everyone was quiet.
- "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh, Noooooooo!"
Screeched Jiro and his tears fell down on the floor. One of his friend took the letter and started reading it louder:
“We, Kirigakure Black Ops inform you that our Vice-Captain Ojima Katsuo, 16 years old has died during his mission. We can’t tell you further information."
When he stoped reading it and tried too look at Jiro but Jiro wasn’t there anymore. Jiro left House and hasn’t returned there during 3 months. But people knew that he was in the forest , in the house which he and his brother have made in childhood.
Jiro was sitting in the dark and thinking about nothing. About 3 months have passed after Katsuos death, but he was still here and doing nothing. Suddenly he jumped on top of the tree and started thinking about his future plan. And that day Jiro gave a promise to his brothers name that he would become the leader of the Kirigakure Black Ops and avenge him.
So he left the island and went to Kirigakure. That day was his birthday. He was not 3 years younger than his brother anymore.
Years of Joy and first real friends.
So a 14 year old, handsome guy, entered the Kirigakure village and after one day everyone knew his name and his story. He wasn’t sad anymore. Katsuo left a mission for him so Jiros only aim was to make a lot of friends in the town and make everyone realize that Katsuos brother was strong like his big brother. Jiro got popular in no time and whole village liked him, but he still didn't have any real friends. He was strong but in the Ninja world everybody must have a rank and he was still only a Genin. So he decided to participate in the chuunin exam. When he signed up for the exam they told him that he was in the 10th group with Yuki and Akio. When he met them Jiro thought that they were common children but three of them became great friends afterwards. Yuki and Akiro were siblings, they were from Water country but not from Kirigakure village. They came from mountainous area of the Land of Water. Akio was a good and kind guy who was too alike to Katsuo. Akio was very good in Genjutsu and Ninjutsu. Yuki was beautiful girl. She was a Sensory type. She was good at chakra control and wanted to become a medical ninja. Both of them were strong and good at teamwork so all members of 10th group easily became chuunins together.
Nowadays when all three of them are 17, they are known as a strongest group of Kirigakure. Leader of the group is Jiro. He is Jounin already so his only aim is to enter Kirigakure Black Ops with his friends and avenge his brother.
