Don't you guys think Jinton is OP?
It disintegrates ANYTHING. It's only drawbacks are the chakra consumption and the time taken to form it. After it's formed, however, it's freaking unstoppable unless you dodge it... Which is hard to do.

So, Jinton > MOST techs in the NV?

Anyway, yes it is OP, but since so few has it, I don't think it's a problem. Sharingan is OP too. And wont even start talking about senju DNA... Why didn't they just implant it to every konoha shinobi that had kept war away from Konoha... But plot, enough said

Of course Jinton is OP, because it is the only Kekkei Tota shown at the moment. Kekkei Genkei are already considered to be far more powerful than regular elemental attacks. What do you think adding another element would do? Make it weaker?
