Without bijuu mode, Minato wins. They both have the same power, and it's Minato, Naruto is not at his level at the basics.

With bijuu mode, Naruto MAYBE wins this. It depends on how well and proficient he becomes with his new form.

i'd say naruto. naruto achieved more levels on the rasengan and atm we only know that minato only knows the basic rasengan. ftg is a little useless since naruto is reallllly fast.

If we're talking full powered Naruto vs his dad alive, Naruto can win. With BM, KM, and SM, him and his clones can be everywhere Minato's kunais are. With only 1 Minato and multiple fast clones with sensing skills, Naruto can land a blow on his dad. It would be high diff though. Those near instant reflexes Minato has makes him the hardest person to hit but I think Naruto is one of few people who could catch Minato off guard with his speed. He's also been shown to have clones with tremendous speed so no doubt Minato will have a tough time disposing off all of Naruto's clones.

Very very hard to tell, several characters have said that Naruto has surpassed Minato, but Minato has gained KCM so its in the air.

Edit, I am leaning towards Naruto being more powerful however.

OT: BM Naruto wins imo. He now has Chou Oodama FRS on top of the many variations of the Rasengan he already had. Not to mention his speed has increased substantially and he can summon Kurama in BM.
