Well she is Uchiha and Uzumaki at the same time with Senju 'will of fire' and using the jutsu from Tsunade which also a Senju (Uchiha+Uzumaki+Senju). If she is Sakura's daugther basically means she will inhereted nothing (Uchiha+Haruno+fodder). If she's is karin daughter means not just she will be first Uchiha hokage but as a genetically and philosophy as Senju herself.

She will cherist both names literally. But if with Sakura her future will be hopeless she will not be representing Senju or something relevant to that.
