Byskugou can't make much difference to opening the final gate. It will heal the torn muscles and broken bones, but it's not going to be able to do much about your entire body being turned to ash.

I dont think thats the point of it.

8 gates uses lifeforce. not chakra.

RSM which has the power to create is the only thing that can prevent the 8 gate user from dying.

byakugou simply makes the body invulnerable. so he wouldnt receive any dmg/ rather heal super quickly should he ever start breaking himself from using the gates.

Yeah but not even Rock Lee surpassed Gai so... I'm going to wait until actual proof.

Byakugou could heal any physical damage such as ripped muscles or broken bones cussed by the gates yes but you'll still doe becuase of the unnatural amount (cussed by the gates) of chakra shooting through your body.

Especially if they reach gate 8.

Maybe in the future but Lee never got as far as Gai (unless you want to count fillers) but I think he can master as much as Lee did in the beginning which if I remember right it was 5 but I can't remember 100% of the details. He might be able to get some but not all like Lee. That's what I believe

Byakugou and gates are the same thing sort of ,I think that a Byakugou user can utilize their massive chakra how one would utilize the gates without the drawbacks, and vice versa

The gates are just burst of chakra Lee and gai's taijutsu only increase because they are purely taijutsu based , Sakura would be able to use the gates for more than just taijutsu
It would be like using a limited Byakugou mode for her

Why would Metal Lee gain Byakogou? The only one I see who will get it is Sarada.
