ST can oneshot anyone with the larger scale like that. From what you've gathered, you havn't proven anything that would depict anything in regards to her punch in a grander scale than Pain. I am giving Hinata benefit of the doubt because we never fully got to see what she is capable of till the War Arc. Who knows she may have known 64 palms long before the War Arc? People just assume she mastered it than because that is the only time we have seen it.

Sakura on the other hand is a very linear fighter. She does not really have great taijutsue. That is why Hinata has this.

I still doubt she has it, although she does have air palm and protection of the 64 palms. I'd give this to hinata since Sakura can't summon the slug nor use yin seal.
