Brook can't survive Radical Beam. Giganto Mano is enough to smash him beyond reconstruction. Robin could break him apart with clutch and separate his body parts so he can't reform. Brook isn't immortal.

radical beam couldn't hit him he is too quick and even if you separate his parts he just pulls himself back together... he has done it several times. The only way to "kill" him is to shatter all his bones. And robin and Franky are either too weak or two slow to do it.
I am not saying he'd win I am just saying that give them a big run for her money.
