i jist love it. how Oda gives everybody in every arc some tasks. that everybody have there opponents there jobs to do that everbody is usefull ..

and that the monstertrio dont solo
that they win with skill and no power of friendship or free power ups 2 go..

Huhhh... the 1st point is true but the 2nd is wrong, I've yet to see a win from Luffy, Sanju and Zoro that is not a solo

One of the best parts of the series, not a single Nakama wasted.

No prob bro, but also there's some nakama power in it (not a lot of course) like when Luffy beated Lucci, it was the "wanting to bring Robin back" and Usopp's speech that made him last longer

There's a difference between nakama power and motivation. Luffy has an immense willpower, that was what allowed him to stand back up. Willpower is a powerful thing. It was Usopp's speech and the prospect of rescuing Robin that motivated him, that motivation combined with his willpower allowed him to stand back up.

Nakama power would have been like Lucci tanking his best attacks and thrashing him, then Usopp's speech gives him a power boost and then his hits start working.

Hahaha I noticed how all the "weaker" or less needed person currently, usually stays on the ship or something.
Like for Dressora, Nami, Chopper, Usopp and Brook who are usually scary-d-cats. Not much happened, that is ofc until Big mam and that art chick came. So yeah, I guess he does give each character there time to shine :3

Nice joke. I didn't see any development in Chopper and Nami. Being left out to be used as the typical running gags (scared of everything or being used to look cute as fanservice)

Zoro the dude that turned into a oneliner that gets lost the whole arc, does nothing and is back in scene to fight. I love how the hardcore OP fans see the obvious and still try to deny it.

Nami's development can be seen during fights with Khalifa and that lady from Barouge Works. Yes, she's scared to fight, but when it really counts, she's there. If they hadn't been scared and stayed back on the ship, the Thousand Sunny would have been compromised by Jora.

Chopper went from being scared of every single thing, and feeling like an unwanted monster, to being willing to fight and feeling like a loved family member. There is development, it's just not as obvious.

Zoro is the cool-guy fighter. That's his role, he helps ensure safety. And he does his role well.

I agree they turn a blind eye to all the faults and judge other series on their faults LoL only one piece tards.

LOL there's a thread in this very section where some of us were pointing out flaws. None of us act like there aren't flaws, the series strengths are just good enough to overshadow them and make the flaws meaningless.

Yeah, I like the division of tasks as well.

However, what I like even more, is when they come together after the task.. and stuff really hits the fan.
