Sasuke is the reason the alliance is still alive. Sasuke was the one who had the Hokages resurrected, Sasuke was the one who encouraged Naruto when he had given up, Sasuke killed the cancer to the Leaf village that was Danzo, aided in the stopping of ET and is currently the only reason hope is still alive as the world is being taken over by Madara.

If they wanna put Sasuke in prison after this then he should just burn the village to the ground and build another one on their corpses.

Well Sasuke did that ofcourse but he broke the rules.. that fact cannot change. For starters his crimes include:
1. Being a ronin.
2. Allying himself with Orochimaru an enemy of leaf.
3. Disrupted kage summit, a very important meeting in NV
4. Killed a Danzo the new Hokage.
5. Has no goal lol

Anyway no matter what you say Sasuke still did those things, and he should be punished for it

They played things smart indeed, but just because Konoha's population is ignorant of their contribution to the massacre, doesn't make it less a crime. In fact, what Sasuke really did, was to kill a bunch of samourai fodders and Danzo who would have been executed anyways once tsunade was informed of his past actions. Okay... fodders are human too, but it's nothing compare to a genocide.

Of course, sasuke went berserk like a crazy lost little wild chicken, but what can you expect from a sixteen years old boy carburated on raw emotions? During the trial, he could explain he was mentally disturbed because of the special Uchiha chakra that was spread in his brain (after realizing his entire life was a lie XD). Edotobirama could testify that such a symptom really exists.

In my opinion, Sasuke should get official public apologies from Tsunade herself, on Hiruzen's behave. He was such a submissive Hokage, it still amazes me to see how many people adore that man. What's the purpose of being powerful when you're too scared to man up in front of three old farts. Sasuke should get a huge amount of money to compensate his loss.

after careful consideration i have changed my view on this subject


to compensate for his crimes Sasky must be punished first. he needs to write a public apology stating and build a monument to itachi by himself in front of konoha. when he is finished he will be granted a final meal and the chance to apologize to everybody else he wrong. then he shall be swiftly killed by raikage ay lariat beheading.

he wont have to suffer like the cloud nin he killed because the leaf are better ppl than that
