He moved so fast he literally bent space time and created a wormhole, that means he moved faster than light. No one has shown raw speed like that, if Juubi Jin Madara couldn't react to it what makes you think someone with less chakra could. He blew half Madara's torso off, without regeneration it would be over right there.

Yes, it is insanely strong, but Madara was just there, trying to see what Might Guy could offer.
If you take novel as Cannon even 3 of the 7 swordsmen of the mist survived it.
If you don't, this Ninjas could potentially counter it easily.

Muu with invisibility
Suigetsu with Hydrification Technique
Sasuke with Perfect Susanoo
Madara with Perfect Susanoo
Naruto with Bijuu Cloak (Tanked and suppressed Momoshki's Bijuu Dama)

Naruto also blitz Kaguya, i do know she was drained but still. Momoshiki apparently doesn't have chakra naturally yet he kept up with narusasu somewhat.
