How can Zeke become a titan??

I've watched all of attack on titan so far (haven't read the manga tho). But I'm really curious how Zeke (Eren's half brother) is able to become the hairy beast titan. If someone has read the manga or knows, please write>~<

He got it from the warrior's program. Zeke's titan is just another one with special characteristics like the cart and jaw titan. We don't really have any information on why any titan has their own weird traits yet, but Zeke's has probably always been like that. The manga makes it clear that their main traits don't drastically change just because a different person inherited the titan.
