Honestly though, it doesn't take that long to make his seals. He did it pretty fast against Bee. His other jutsu was fast against Gai as well. We can make scenarios all day long, it would just come down to who messes it up first.

Okay Minato stabs him, Kisame crushes his head with his hands. He doesn't even block it. See how that works.
