Sasuke would obviously win. Orochimaru can't summon the Rashoman gates in time because Kakashi couldn't summon his earth wall in time to guard against the susanoo arrows. Also amaterasu will force Orochimaru to use oral rebirth, a tech that takes a lot of chakra. Eventually Oro will run out of chakra and won't be able to continue the fight.

Nothing Oro has can destroy susanoo and it has been shown time and time again that Oro is weak against sharingan genjutsu.

Orochimaru for sure. Sasuke can't kill him. Arrows or Amaterasu are useless since he can change his body at will(sure it takes a lot of chakra but much more in Sasukes case than Orochimaru since we've seen him do that countless time against Naruto, Kabuto also currently). When Orochimaru can finish him with kusanagi or another technique

sasuke. blaze release will pretty much burn up all his snakes before they can do anything as seen by the zetsu skirmish. oro still has a weakness to genjutsus, and sasuke places subtle ones that oro wont notice. chidori spear slices apart rashomon. oro has nothing in his arsenal that could penetrate susano, chidori nagashi and blaze release at the same time. thats what makes sasuke stronger and more dangeorus than itachi. sasuke also seems to know about curse seals and senjutsu now so maybe he can counter orochimaru even more effectively now. no wonder oro said he doesnt have the strength steal EMS sasukes body
