BASIC RULES
• You can only use the bio you posted in your application or an update that dates from before the start of the tournament
• By default, the basic universal battle rules will be applied.
• You may use any Customs and skills your bio is permitted to use, including those learned.
• All players start mid-range from each other ( 10 meters ) in a plain field with a 50m radius with a river encircling it.
• A battle lasts max 5 days with a 2 day reply limit. If 2 replies are not made on each side, then the fight will either be voided or extended or the Mod in charge of the Tournament will make a decision on who progresses.
• The person who is listed first in the match-up in this thread will always start the battle
• The fights are held in the Tournaments and Events section.

Pitou greeted their opponent with a playfully wide smile, an fire of excitement flaring in their eyes. Pitou had joined the tournament for one reason, if they were to be honest. It had not been long since they had resurfaced to the outside world, their memories a blank state, driven almost entirely by instincts that lingered from their previous life. Their previous interactions with human beings were muddled echoes at best, and they sought nothing more than to rediscover what human nature meant. Pitou couldn't quite say why, but combat seemed to be the way that naturally drove them to doing so.

Unable to hold their excitement back further, Pitou passively activated their Sharingan and shifted it to its highest level. They began their assault by weaving several handseals and summoning forth a Steel Ball. The barrier forged within the Ball had its nature altered to Lightning Release by an additional seal within the sequence, increasing its power tremendously. Pitou heaved the ball toward their target, a beaming smile on their face as they awaited their opponent's move.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

( Doujutsu: Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan ) - Eye Technique: Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.
Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost.

Description: The user will release one of their Steel Balls outwards, imbued with a special Spin known as Rebuff Overdrive. Initially, this Spin will appear as a small distortion around the Steel Ball, emitting outwards by a few inches as though surrounded by a mild gust of wind. Upon reaching within short-range of the target/enemy, the Spin will expand outwards, rapidly growing into a powerful maelstrom barrier that ravages everything within the short-range area of the Steel Ball. Should the Steel Ball bet met with an incoming jutsu, the Spin will likewise expand, imparting a powerful sealing effect that absorbs the opposing technique should it be of equal rank or below into the Steel Ball, with the Spin once again shrinking. Upon reaching the target, as the barrier expands, the sealed technique will be released as well alongside the Spin, spread out throughout the area in what would appear to be an explosion made out of the absorbed technique as its power is added to the initial Spin's.

(Fuuinjutsu: Goshiki no Shōheki) - Sealing Arts: Five-Colored Barriers

Description: The user will perform the Dragon handseal during the creation of a barrier technique, allowing them to induce a layer of Elemental Chakra to the barrier that amplifies it's effects, giving the barrier it's used on one additional rank. The user can choose one of the five Nature Elements at a time, with each Nature Element granting an additional property, either offensive or defensive, to the barrier depending on the Nature Element. Fire Releases increases the barrier's offensive capabilities through increasing its heat and allowing it to burn those who make contact with it. Earth Release increases the barrier's defensive capabilities through reinforcing it, due to the Earth's sturdy nature. Water Release increases the barrier's defensive capabilities by inducing malleability to it due to water's freeflowing nature; as an attack or object of inferior rank strikes the barrier, its shape and form distorts as though made of rubber, before snapping back into place and reversing the trajectory of the attack. Lightning Release grants the barrier electrical properties, allowing it to shock and paralyze those that come in contact with the barrier. Wind Release grants the only supplementary usage of the technique, allowing the user to move the barrier across the terrain after its initial creation due to Wind's nature to easily transverse. Though with this, the barrier takes on the elemental strengths and weaknesses of the chosen element. So if infused with wind, it will now be weak to fire and strong to lightning attacks.

Lucifer looked across the terrain at his first opponent, taking notice of the Sharingan in their eyes he carefully adjusted his own vision to be trained on their chin and actively avoid eye contact, he had faced the dojutsu before and knew well of the power it carried. With his gaze averted Lucifer was still capable of seeing his opponent form several seals and send what appeared to be a small metal sphere towards the child of Tiamat.

Replying with no handseals Lucifer would release an enormous wave of sea of life in a 360 degree radius from his body, the wave was S ranked boasting enhanced damage inherently thanks to the passive enhancement that Lucifer carried as a user of mysterious peacock method. The wave had a slight purple/pink tinge thanks to this and would wash across the entire field covering the terrain and crushing the steel ball beneath it's devastating force along with the opponent should it be successful.

(Seimei no Umi) – The Sea of Life

Description: The Sea of Life is the principle and signature skill of all Children of Tiamat; like Tiamat, it is a manifestation of their will and an extension of their own bodies. In essence, the Sea of Life emulates the concept of all life being born from the sea. Unlike the All-Mother, the Children of Tiamat expend considerable chakra when accessing this technique, or its variants. The black mud can be generated from any part of the user’s body and is of extraordinarily high density, allowing it to easily engulf and overcome physical obstacles. When used the scale of this technique can vary depending on the rank used; at its highest rank it can surpass even that of Water Release: Great Waterfall. Through physical force alone it can overwhelm multiple opponents, carrying immense concussive force. The user is able to release the mud from their body in any shape that they choose, limited only by their imagination and rank. The technique carries with it the Amino-Geis, forcibly converting whoever is caught into a slave of the user. The mud can be blocked or sealed, although it must respect neutrality and damage values. S-Rank applications can be used thrice per battle, once every two turns.

In combination with the sea of life technique, Lucifer would attach the eye of the red star, which would tether itself to his opponent once it strikes the opponents technique, causing the foe to receive a debilitating status effect. The sea of life would remain, having smothered the terrain entirely should it be left unattended.

(Akaihoshi no Me) – Eye of the Red Star
Type: Offensive, Supplementary

Description: An enhancement cast through the user’s body as an extension to their techniques by infusing a considerable amount of chakra into them, along with trace amounts of the Sea of Life, occurring within the same timeframe. This causes any technique of the user’s to be augmented with a curse that is cast through the Sea of Life. The curse, much like the tether formed through Hungry Ghost, forms a bond through traditional counters against the user’s techniques. When the user’s techniques either strike the opponent or a source of their chakra the curse will bind to it. Those afflicted will suffer from physically debilitating effects; their maximum health will be reduced by 10 points, all damage they receive will be increased by 10% if directly struck, and they must spend 10% increased chakra for all of their techniques, not counting as additional chakra input but simply strain on their reserves. The health reduction does not count as damage, it simply counts as a reduction in maximum reserves. When the tether is broken the opponent will receive their lost health back, not including any damage sustained in the time before then. Effects of Eye of the Red Star can stack per clash between techniques, amplifying the negative effects considerably. The tether effect of Eye of the Red Star can be blocked or broken through techniques that include Yin-Yang Release or Natural Energy of equivalent chakra to the technique used. The infusion of Red Star does not count toward additional chakra infusion, simply increased strain on reserves. This technique can be used four times per battle.

Finally, with the sea of life launching across the field, Lucifer would grow two large autonomous arms from his back using the sea of life, these arms had considerable power and would be useful should his opponent continue to fight, naturally the wave carried the Amino-Geis, making it incredibly hazardous to make contact with for humans.

Description: Derived from the Sea of Life, this technique allows the user to shape up to two autonomous arms from their backs. Formed from the Sea of Life itself, the arms possess a higher level of autonomy that allows the arms to operate entirely independent of the user but must remain attached to their back, siphoning chakra passively. The arms possess mid-range reach and, through the Sea’s extraordinary density, can smash physical obstacles, shatter bones, and overwhelm defenses with relative ease. The technique is naturally imbued with the Amino-Geis. Once per turn the arms can produce their own small blasts of Sea of Life material from their tips or hands, depending on how they are shaped. These blasts possess the same physical strength as the arms themselves. This technique can be used three times per battle, and last for three turns.

Almost as though through animal-like instincts, a plan sprang to Pitou's mind. Pitou's chakra burst out from their body as they conjured a partial Susano'o. What would have normally been a ribcage brandishing a skeletal arm was instead altered by the influence of Pitou's spiritual energy. Translucent and purple, the energy's form was altered into a thick sludge reminiscent of Lucifer's own Sea of Life technique. Pitou directed the Susano'o sludge out to meet the advancing Sea of Life technique.

Among the alteration to the Susano'o's properties included an extremely absorbent nature, allowing it to physically soak up the Sea of Life released by Lucifer from the battlefield as they clashed together, much akin to a sponge. Included with the absorbent property was the property to increase in size as the Susano'o sludge soaked up the depowered Sea of Life's volume. The final altered property was a highly exothermic potential set to trigger upon absorbing another liquid or semi-liquid material; the final property allowed the Susano'o sludge to become extremely heated as it absorbed the Sea of Life with no compromise to its own structural integrity.

With the Susano'o sludge's superior power to the Sea of Life, Pitou was able to keep the Susano'o advancing to wash over Lucifer and sweep him away. The sludge would burn and smother Lucifer is left undefended.

Lucifer watched as his attack progressed, the sea of life spreading out in front of him, before seeing the enemy performing what seemed to be mimicry, however the power they released was not the sea of life, but a purple sludge of some kind, Lucifer was inherently linked to the sea of life and would know if another child of Tiamat was facing him.

With the wave made by his opponent advancing to meet his own, Lucifer would apply the power of the vile haze technique, immediately converting the wave composed of the sea of life in to an extremely hazardous gas with tremendous heat and power, the gas would clash with the opponents sludge melting through it and progressing forwards like a maelstrom attempting to devastate Lucifers foe, covering a 180 degree radius in front of the child of Tiamat, empowered by his star chakra the vile haze carried a purple glow.

The technique essentially converts Sea of Life material, in its mud state in either the user’s body or in the surrounding environment, into a toxic black vapor. The black smog, when produced from the user’s body, will fill an area mid-range around them. When used from Sea of Life material, the smog will form in a one range-radius larger than the applied quantity; for example, if the user uses this on a pool of Sea of Life that is short-range in radius, the vapor will fill an area equivalent to mid-range. The toxic vapor is remarkably hot, capable of melting solid matter although it cannot harm the user or their Sea of Life familiars in any way. It is extremely hazardous to living things not currently influenced by the Sea of Life, meaning other Children of Tiamat are immune to the effects of this technique. Vile Haze also does not carry with it the intrinsic properties of the Amino-Geis. This technique can be used three times per battle.

With the vile haze advancing, Lucifer would immediately begin his follow up, not believing this would be enough to defeat an opponent of the caliber found in these tournaments. Releasing an enormous bullet of water from his mouth, Lucifer would perform the elemental echo technique at the same time, hiding a replica of the bullet in the shadow of the first, sending both an empowered water bullet and a powerful sea of life bullet simultaneously, aimed to smash the opponent and the terrain around them with huge force. Both techniques carried the star chakra, giving them a purple tinge and increased potency.

This technique will grant a lethal follow up to the original technique concealing a powerful sea of life combo behind the base technnique. Additionally by carrying the amino-geis victims of this empowered technique can find themselves enslaved to the will of the user following the same rubric as the normal amino-geis rules.

The opponent was crafty with seemingly the skills to boot. Goosebumps tingled onto Pitou’s skin, and they began gathering their own chakra through their chest in preparation.

Pitou weaved the needed seals and raised their hand to their face. Forming an “O” with their thumb and index finger, they exhaled their chakra in the form of a massive fireball infused with a Hungry Ghost. Plumes of black fire flared along the orange flames as Pitou conjured the fireball, melding together into a pitch black, uniform sphere. Pitou directed the fireball to smash through the Sea of Life cloud, easily overpowering the weakened technique on its path to incinerate Lucifer. The moment the Fireball struck the gas, the Hungry Ghost within tethered itself to Lucifer’s chakra, weakening him.

When the user’s technique clashes with another technique, the parasitic Yin Chakra will eat away at the chakra within the technique, weakening it by one rank. Once the hungry ghost consumes foreign chakra it is released and immediately attaches itself to the source of the foreign chakra (the opponent). From there, the parasite continues to eat away at the enemy’s chakra every time they use techniques (all techniques reduce in rank and power by 1 degree). Once the Hungry Ghost is released, its tether is immediate and cannot be blocked or circumvented by ordinary means. The effects of Hungry Ghost last for 4 turns.

Note: Can only be used 5 times per battle and cannot be used on the same target more than twice.

As agreed on Discord, we'll be continuing as though the boost of damage didn't apply to the fireball, meaning the techniques clashed in a chain, eventually leaving the fireball defunct along with my three techniques, we are now essentially in the neutral game position as combat begins again with my turn.

Lucifer watched as the jutsu clashed, with his hidden sea of life bullet finally overcoming the giant fireball leaving it inert while his own techniques were also cancelled, Lucifer was suspicious of this, ever since the first jutsu made contact it was like his power had been sapped, he was unable to summon the strength he normally could and this was concerning, unable to rely on power he would switch his tactics to something more subtle.

Firing a small blast of the sea of life in to the ground beneath him targeting a small worm in the earth, Lucifer would cause it to grow giant and chitinous, rupturing from the ground beneath him at three times Lucifers size, the newly created monstrosity allowed Lucifer to stand atop it's head. It had hard scales to replace the weak skin it formerly possessed, along with a gaping maw filled with razor sharp teeth.

Description: This technique is born from the Sea of Life’s powerful ability to reshape life and is used against generic life forms, not other ninja, in the surrounding area. The user will release a small amount of Sea material from their body, sending it into the ground or into the air in order to strike another lifeform. Once struck the afflicted living being will be subjected to the Amino-Geis and to the user’s discretion in reshaping. In essence this technique allows the user to reshape life at a genetic level on anything within the battlefield, barring other ninja. The new life can take on any shape that the user desires, as long as it is no more than thrice the user’s size. It will move at the speed of a Jounin shinobi, have 100 health, 1,000 chakra, and be capable of using techniques from the Sea of Life technique list. The technique can be used against many basic lifeforms, such as bugs, worms, fish, and even an enemy’s summons though summonings will not be altered in terms of health, speed or chakra. In essence, as long as it is living and not another biography or Yin-Yang Creation, then this technique can warp the lifeform to the user’s will. The abundance of life in the earth, sea, and air make it particularly difficult to prevent the user from using this technique, although it is possible within reason. This technique can be used twice per battle, and after use the user is unable to use techniques from the Sea of Life for two turns.

Upon creation the worm would generate sea of life through it's own veins, growing sharp spines on it's underbelly allowing it to tear through the earth with increased speed afforded by grip similar to a tanks treads, accelerating rapidly at 3x speed towards their opponent with Lucifer stood atop it still.

Description: This technique generates Sea of Life material through the user’s own veins, derived from Takauji Ashikaga’s use of Voidborne Corruption. The purpose of Primordial Reshaping is to, with a limited amount of Sea of Life, allow the user to flow it through their form and reshape their body to a limited degree. With this technique the user can grow in size, up to a maximum of twice their current size, or grow smaller. The user can grow additional limbs, or heal lost limbs. They can grow horns, tails, claws, wings to fly, or chitinous armor on their body. When activated, regardless of the changes that the user wills, their skin will turn a darker ash grey. The technique will heal the user for 80 health (40 per turn) and increase their speed by 3.0x for its duration, following the type of alteration they make. For example, if they grow stronger legs then the user will run faster. If they grow wings then the user will fly faster. This technique can be used two times per battle, once per opponent. It lasts for four turns and cannot be used once it expires for three turns.

Lucifer atop the head of the great worm monster, would cast an illusion upon his opponent affecting their auditory senses, causing them to hear the same questions repeated over and over, deafening them and causing madness if prolonged as well as damage.

Description: Forming three handseals, the user will cast a genjutsu upon their opponent, this illusion will cause the victim to hear multiple questions posed by the user, these questions repeat constantly, over and over again in the victims head, becoming louder and faster as time progresses. This technique will cause the victim to be unable to hear anything on the battlefield due to the noise, they'll also be unable to perform certain advanced techniques, this includes fuuinjutsu due to the complexity of writing seals, medical ninjutsu due to the fine chakra control needed, or anything similar that states it requires fine or advanced chakra control. Should the victim not release this they will take damage from the constant noise.
Notes:
-The user can select the questions that will be repeated themselves should they wish, allowing for in character manipulation.
-Can only be used 3 times per battle.
-This illusion can be cast on multiple people in range with only one move slot used, however it will count towards the 3 times per battle limit, I.E two victims is two usages.

Excitement swelled in Pitou’s chest as they sensed the spur of chakra within the work. The monstrosity emerged from the earth, a terrifying thing. The behemoth swooped Lucifer atop its body, and a near feral grin spread on Pitou’s face. In their excitement, Pitou passively activated the Rinnegan in their left eye and the Deva Path.


Upon seeing the creature, Pitou weaved the needed seals and created a Shadow Clone besides themselves for support(and effectively ruining Lucifer’s plan to use the Genjutsu :3). Pitou extended their arm as the clone weaved several handseals and slammed their hands on the ground. The ground beneath and around the giant worm would be transformed into mud as Pitou generated a powerful gravitational force that would yank Lucifer off of his perch(occurs after the Primordial Reshaping; swamp spans 9 meters in each direction).


Pitou generated the force to pull Lucifer in a downwards arc toward themselves, plunging him into the mud. The momentum of the giant worm would likely propel it forward in the mud before coming to a halt, resulting in Lucifer being trampled under the weight of the beast and shoved deeper into the mud. Pitou would release the pull once Lucifer hit the mud.


( Doujutsu: Rinnegan ) - Eye Technique: Samsara Eye

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. It also grants a family of abilities collectively known as the Six Paths Technique. The user is also able to summon and control the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. After receiving half of Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki's chakra, Sasuke awakened a Rinnegan in his left eye, with three tomoe on each of its two innermost circles. If overused and weakened enough, it will temporarily lose the tomoe and it's full strength until fully recharged. During this time, Sasuke will also lose the ability to even form his Mangekyo Sharingan within his right Sharingan and access its powers until his Rinnegan has recharged. As a result, using the Rinnegan repeatedly requires Sasuke to close his eye to recharge initially.

Note: Requires the user to activate EMS at least one turn earlier.

Note: Requires activation and lasts for 6 turns before reverting to the normal Rinnegan pattern, requiring a cooldown period of at least 3 turns in which his EMS is also deactivated. While in its inactive/recharging form, the user cannot make use of any of it's abilities.

Note: While in use, the user's right eye retains its EMS state, having access to Amaterasu, Susano'o and their related abilities as well as the basic abilities of the Sharingan.

Description: The user is able to use Deva Path's gravitational abilities to pull something to them. The user will use his hands to focus the direction and the target his wishes to pull towards him. Unlike Shinra Tensei, this technique isn't an omnidirectional effect but rather a precise one. The user is able to pull anything he can perceive towards him. In certain uses, the user will be able to direct the pulled target as its being pulled into large arc-like movements, but will always end up pulling them towards him. The technique follows the same nature of Shinra Tensei but used on a focused manner and instead of pushing, pulling the enemy.

Note: Once used, takes 1 turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.

Description: The Deva Path grants the user the ability to manipulate attractive and repulsive forces with objects and people. The Deva Path also grants another ability: Chibaku Tensei which allows the user to create a huge makeshift terrestrial body from all the surrounding matter that is attracted to a black sphere released by this technique.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a thick, newer impossible to move in swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Note: A rank use can extend up to mid range and will cause a target to become engulfed after one turn and suffocate after taking 60 damage per turn.

Note: S rank use can extend up to a single landmark in range and will cause a target to become engulfed and suffocate after one taking 80 damage per turn.

Note: Forbidden ranked use can only be used by Earth Specialists and Jiraiya bios. It can only.be used 3 times and is causing targets engulfed to suffocate in a single turn and can be up to 100 meters deep and wide and/or up to two landmarks.

Excitement swelled in Pitou’s chest as they sensed the spur of chakra within the work. The monstrosity emerged from the earth, a terrifying thing. The behemoth swooped Lucifer atop its body, and a near feral grin spread on Pitou’s face. In their excitement, Pitou passively activated the Rinnegan in their left eye and the Deva Path.


Upon seeing the creature, Pitou weaved the needed seals and created a Shadow Clone besides themselves for support(and effectively ruining Lucifer’s plan to use the Genjutsu :3). Pitou extended their arm as the clone weaved several handseals and slammed their hands on the ground. The ground beneath and around the giant worm would be transformed into mud as Pitou generated a powerful gravitational force that would yank Lucifer off of his perch(occurs after the Primordial Reshaping; swamp spans 9 meters in each direction).


Pitou generated the force to pull Lucifer in a downwards arc toward themselves, plunging him into the mud. The momentum of the giant worm would likely propel it forward in the mud before coming to a halt, resulting in Lucifer being trampled under the weight of the beast and shoved deeper into the mud. Pitou would release the pull once Lucifer hit the mud.


( Doujutsu: Rinnegan ) - Eye Technique: Samsara Eye

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. It also grants a family of abilities collectively known as the Six Paths Technique. The user is also able to summon and control the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. After receiving half of Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki's chakra, Sasuke awakened a Rinnegan in his left eye, with three tomoe on each of its two innermost circles. If overused and weakened enough, it will temporarily lose the tomoe and it's full strength until fully recharged. During this time, Sasuke will also lose the ability to even form his Mangekyo Sharingan within his right Sharingan and access its powers until his Rinnegan has recharged. As a result, using the Rinnegan repeatedly requires Sasuke to close his eye to recharge initially.

Note: Requires the user to activate EMS at least one turn earlier.

Note: Requires activation and lasts for 6 turns before reverting to the normal Rinnegan pattern, requiring a cooldown period of at least 3 turns in which his EMS is also deactivated. While in its inactive/recharging form, the user cannot make use of any of it's abilities.

Note: While in use, the user's right eye retains its EMS state, having access to Amaterasu, Susano'o and their related abilities as well as the basic abilities of the Sharingan.

Note: Can only be used by Sasuke Uchiha bios.



(Bensho Ten’in ) - Universal Pull

Type: Supplementary/Defensive/Offensive

Description: The user is able to use Deva Path's gravitational abilities to pull something to them. The user will use his hands to focus the direction and the target his wishes to pull towards him. Unlike Shinra Tensei, this technique isn't an omnidirectional effect but rather a precise one. The user is able to pull anything he can perceive towards him. In certain uses, the user will be able to direct the pulled target as its being pulled into large arc-like movements, but will always end up pulling them towards him. The technique follows the same nature of Shinra Tensei but used on a focused manner and instead of pushing, pulling the enemy.

Note: Once used, takes 1 turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.

Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan Bios with the (Tendō) - Deva Path active


( Tendō ) - Deva Path(Passive)

Type: Supplementary

Rank: A

Range: Short

Chakra cost: 30

Damage points: N/A

Description: The Deva Path grants the user the ability to manipulate attractive and repulsive forces with objects and people. These gravity manipulating techniques, however, cannot be performed in rapid succession; the amount of time required to recharge after use varies depending on the scale of the technique used, five seconds being the basic minimum. The Deva Path also grants another ability: Chibaku Tensei which allows the user to create a huge makeshift terrestrial body from all the surrounding matter that is attracted to a black sphere released by this technique.

Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan biographies with access to the Six Paths Ability.

Okay so this fight resulted in a few official rulings having to be clarified as well as discussed between the other mods. I'll cover both of those rulings as the moments in the fights relate to them.

This fight started off pretty simple. Riker started off by creating a small ball that he launched at his opponent with a barrier formed with it. Arthorius countered this by creating a massive wave of Sea of Life that he has augmented with the Red Eye technique to debuff Riker. Riker counters this by using a Change into Heaven on Susano'o to create an absorbent wave to clash with the Sea of Life technique. Because it contains Yin, this will allow it to break the tethering effect so that he isn't hindered by it. This is where the first of the rulings come into play.

Because Rinnegan Sasuke is a Six Paths bio, he has high passive boosts attributed to him just like the others. This is shown in the case of Naruto when he activates Six Paths Sage Mode. In Madara and Obito's case, they gain a passive +20/30 to their techniques due to the natural energy flowing through it, augmenting their Taijutsu and Ninjutsu. It is the same way for Sasuke. The question becomes how far does Ninjutsu extend in their cases. Rinnegan for certain does not get this increase as it is a Doujutsu with it's own inherent strong abilities and techniques so I chose to disallow this. Does Sharingan fall under this as well? I believe it should as we can see with the Sharingan itself, most of the offensive techniques that could be boosted already have roughly 120 or higher damage. At best, Sharingan and Rinnegan techniques themselves can be edited and added to be more in line with their canon incarnations but I don't think the passive damage boosts should apply to these as well. This would cause an inability to reply without taking damage in this turn, a 100 damage attack reduced to 70 damage due to his Specialties.

Later in the fight, Rexii uses a Sea of Life technique to create a giant worm that has a notable restriction on it noting that the user cannot use any Sea of Life techniques for 2 turns after using this. In that same turn, Rexii had the giant worm use the Sea of Life to augment it's body and attack. Though it wasn't presented as an issue in this fight, the phrasing of this has been a thing of contention for years with their being different interpretations on it. Because this wasn't a rule I made myself like the previous issue regarding Six Paths damage boosts, I had to speak to the other mods to get a middle ground and clarification and this is what we agreed on:

The user, clones, puppets, and Creations are all grouped together under the "User" clause so if a technique says the user cannot use S ranks or above the next turn, this also applies to a clone of the user or a Creation formed by his chakra or things under the clone umbrella. For Familiars, Summonings, Ninken, Aburame Bugs, etc, these do not share restrictions that the user has to endure so with the above scenario, an Elemental Fox created from Water will not be restricted to A ranks and below nor would Hunter Ninken.

Because of this clarification, it would mean that Rexii's move would be deemed fine in this scenario ( AJ's dogs would likewise be fine to use techniques in his fight because of this, something else that came under discussion ).

Outside of these two rulings, there wasn't any real issues in the fight that were glaring as both sides actually fought well in what was easily the best fought fight of the first round. It's because of the Six Paths damage boost being falsely applied that causes Rexii to edge the Win over Riker, moving to the next round. Even if the misuse is not factored in against Riker, Rexii's moves might have been slightly better for me.
