• All players start mid-range from each other ( 10 meters ) in a plain field with a 50m radius with a river encircling it.
• A battle lasts max 6 days with a 2 day reply limit. If 2 replies are not made on each side, then the fight will either be voided or extended or the Mod in charge of the Tournament will make a decision on who progresses.

The second round was up, and her opponent was now on time. Isabella's patience had been tremendous, but her will to fight had been stacking exponentially. It was now the time to unleash it.
Kazumi was thankful she was in the second round with the ability to challenge herself further and fight stronger opponents after reaching the top 8 of the tournament. While her first fight was a close quarters fight Kazumi had chosen to try a different approach to this fight, and her opponent even by the looks could be a new challenge to over come. Starting the fight, Kazumi would twist her body and simultaneously perform 3 moves together, creating a deadly attack all within a single timeframe. Releasing the seal on her head, chakra would flow back into her body giving her increased strength while replenishing part of her chakra reserves. As this happened, Kazumi would form 3 seals and then move her hands to her ankles where her leg weights were and hold them in place as she rotated her lower body by this point her back towards the opponent. This would physically rip the leg weights off and dropping them outside her legs would throw up a massive dust cloud obscuring the vision of her opponent while she finished her move. Lastly, as the three seals were made, sugar crystals would form over her foot as she then now completed the last act of her motion swinging her foot in a tornado kick like fashion forcing the sugar crystals to break for and be laughed towards her opponent. This would cause the crystals to break off as they shatter and create bullet like projectiles that spread in a wide ranging arc in front of Kazumi. Each crystal empowered by her strength, the nintaijutsu would be capable of rending flesh with their jagged crystal structure came flying out of the dust cloud aimed at her opponent's side of the field and as the dust cloud settled Kazumi would watch for the result.

(Byakugō no In) White Strength Seal

Description:
The Byakugō no In is a powerful sealing technique used by Tsunade and later taught to Sakura. By storing chakra over a period of time, the user creates a seal on their forehead which keeps the chakra undisturbed for future use. Once the seal is formed and is fully filled, the users already impressive chakra control allows them to fully access their chakra and as such produce a greater physical strength or perform techniques without any wasted stamina or chakra. The effort to fuel the chakra into the seal is such that when it finally becomes full, the user can re direct his focus and his chakra to his body once more, taking full advantage of it and its own chakra control. To release the seal, one uses the command Infūin: Kai (White Seal: Release), pumping the stored chakra back into the body, greatly increasing chakra flow. The release command will open the seal and allow the stored chakra to pump back into her body. The seal has two levels of release which enable the use of specific techniques unique to Tsunade:

-Level 1: User partially opens the seal, which makes the markings of the White Seal spread around her face. The Chakra that flows from the Seal (adding 500 chakra points) powers Tsunade's physical abilities, increasing her already chakra enhanced enormous strength to monstrous levels, adding another +15 to her Taijutsu. Her medical techniques are boosted in both speed and effectiveness (heals twice as much, twice as fast). This level enables her the ability to use (Sōzō Saisei) Creation Rebirth on herself or on others through Katsuyu.

-Level 2: After releasing Level 1 of the White Seal, the user forces the seal to open completely. Upon release, the markings of the white seal spread around Tsunade's body. This level unleashes the full chakra contained in the White Seal (adding 1000 chakra points), boosting her physical abilities, strength and power to unimaginable levels. Her Taijutsu gains another additional +25 boost in damage and her medical techniques gain a tremendous boost in speed and effectiveness (adds twice as much healing as before, twice as fast). This level enables her the ability to use the (Byakugō no Jutsu) Strength of a Hundred Technique on her self or through Katsuyu on others.

Note: Because Sakura is younger and doesn't need to spend chakra from the seal to keep her body young, she can more effectively use the chakra of the seal and gains and additional +10 to Taijutsu for each level.

However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nullified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.

As they do they will perform a powerful nintaijutsu move, where the sugar is formed as crystals on the outside of the appendage. As they swing through these crystals break off due to the massive force and act like tiny crystaline bullets that apread from the user in an expanding cone, capable of hitting mulitple targets. Alternatively, should the user perform this technique in the same timeframe as a taijutsu move, it costs an additional 10chakra to the technique, giving it an extra 20 damage(+10 to Taijutsu above S-rank).
Notes:
Can only be used 3 times with a 2 turn cooldown inbetween.

Isabella watched her opponent neither bow nor nod, no greeting at all. These young ones have absolutely no manners. Passively activating her Sharingan, she would witness the release of the White Seal in both dimensions: The visual alteration of the diamond mark and the heavy infusion of chakra. Furthermore, despite her opponent's movement to lower herself down to her leg weights, she would also visually see her opponent stringing hand seals and molding her chakra around her foot, both her chakra pathway and body motions indicating the preparation for the swing of her foot ( Given the description of all these different things and motions happening in one time frame ). Mid sequence, Isabella would quickly drag her right hand across the air in front of her, causing the leg holding Kazumi's weight to crack into smithereens, like a porcelain vase crashing into the ground. Her foundation leg would loose every ounce of strength and ability to support both Kazumi's body and the Nintaijutsu at the point where the sugar crystals form around her foot. The already set in motion hurricane kick would instead be guided down by the crashing leg towards the ground, where it would impact against an unaccounted for obstacle, bouncing back both the damage of the swing and the explosion of sugar crystals against herself, allowing no shards to traverse towards Isabella due to the new angular motion forced onto her, for they would instead blow upwards into the air and against her. Given her Yin Speciality, Isabella would attach a rule that would prevent this genjutsu from being broken by Chakra Surges.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

Description: Possibilitates the shattering of the chaotic continuum, and weaves its piercing debris onto a wholesome harmony. The form consists of up to 5 physical motions with a 6th as a finisher, which in turn shatter and pulverize the world around, inside the illusion. Everything breaks down and fragments, and the practitioner guides the weaving dust of the shrapnel of reality through the physical motions. Easiest way to comprehend this illusion is to think of the affected objects, which can be anything, including the whole realm of the illusion itself as a crystallized substance that, when immobile, looks exactly as the original ( the ground, a tree, the sky, the user, the target ) but, when affected, shatters and crashes like glass, even if it retains the same colors and textures, which seemingly shiver and sparkle like multiple diamonds. With this crunched reality, the user is able to wrap the target with blankets of shattered illusions, throw clouds of piercing dust and splintered blades of reality, or even continuously shatter and reform one's body and limbs to make one's physical attacks more unpredictable, etc. After the six motions, the user is free to perform a finisher where the practitioner will place both hands, or even both knees besides the opponent's face and neck and then quickly snap the head around, shattering the neck and spine, disrupting the genjutsu, or simply move on to other attacks, leaving behind a constricted opponent within an illusion.

While this reflected damage would most likely disrupt the splintered leg illusion for a fraction of a second, Isabella's hand would not stop there, for she would then punch the air, creating a crack in reality itself, like a beam of cracked glass, turning Kazumi's whole perception into a kaleidoscope of refracted light, every inch of her body detached and inaccessible to her mind, every particle of dust in it's own microscopic shard of shattered reality. Isabella would take the opportunity to exhale a massive amount of pink flames, that would race across the ground towards her opponent. This act will break the illusion of the shattered glass, freeing her mangled opponent, but would instead add a different restricition: The effects of the Magnanimous Libra. Upon sensing the smell produced by the pink flame, Kazumi's speed would be dragged down to base prior to unleashing the Leg Weights by the illusionary force of gravity supplemented by golden chains of dandelions, leaving her weakened to counter the fire rose that would form from the racing flames.

Description: Flamme de Salem is a bright and scented flame, usually in pink shades. It takes advantage of Perfume's resistance to fire to burn off the Genjutsu-carrying scent of the element and intensify it. The Flamme de Salem can be manipulated like Fire Ninjutsu, creating flames and maelstroms or burning constructs, which can be bigger and more powerful depending on the chakra used. The Genjutsu carried by the Flamme de Salem induces the illusionary effects described in any approved Perfume technique, like the ravaging rose thorns of Cleopatra's Piercing Adoration or the alluring pheromones of Bonny's Seduction.

This technique can also be combined with an equal ranked Fire Ninjutsu in order to induce the same scent-based Illusiosory effects with other fire techniques as a base, creating an elemental combination technique which has the outcome of being 1 rank stronger or +20 damage in case of S rank. This can be done in the same time-frame as another Fire technique but counts as 2 jutsu. Either variant of Flamme de Salem is ruled by the fire aspect of the technique, and is bound to any Fire-related specialities of the user, likewise, when clashing the Perfume takes a supplementary role whereas Fire carries a defensive and offensive roll, giving the technique or the combo it's elemental S&W, rather than Perfume's. Despite the underlying Genjutsu being the same rank it will still be damageless. Any method of dealing with Genjutsu can be used after the source has been removed, otherwise it is continuously recast without change. The scent exuded by this technique extends in a short range radius around the flame source, casting the illusionary effects in this area.

Note: Up to B rank, it requires 1 turn cooldown after expiration, and last up to 5 turns. A Rank and above can only last up to 3 turns and require 2 turn cooldown. A rank can only be used 3 times, S rank can only be used 2 times. This can't be used with Forbidden ranked Perfume or Fire techniques.
Note: Can't perform other Fire or Perfume techniques higher than S rank throughout the duration of this technique. In case of S rank usage, can't perform them higher than A rank.

Description: Requires 1 handseal. This techniques manifests itself as a quick burst of vaporous golden perfume, stretching radially up to mid-range around the user in under a couple of seconds. The premise for this technique is that the chakra system and the physical body are directly linked. This perfume does not affect opponent's whose chakra system or blood system is in the same pace than the user's. If higher than normal, the perfume will emit a genjutsu that will make the opponent feel as if the gravity suddenly increased, pinning them to the ground, Which is visually manifested as several rings of pure gold, carved with sunflowers, around the opponent's wrists, limbs, neck, torso, etc. The effects are proportional to the chakra system's alteration, thus, when the user moves at a faster pace than normally allowed to the body through the use of chakra (Such as Swift, Gates, Sage Mode or Raikage's Lightning Coat, for example), the pressure of the gravity will bring the person's speed down, invariably making the target as fast as he/she normally is. Isabella watched her opponent neither bow nor nod, no greeting at all. These young ones have absolutely no manners. Passively activating her Sharingan, she would witness the release of the White Seal in both dimensions: The visual alteration of the diamond mark and the heavy infusion of chakra. Furthermore, despite her opponent's movement to lower herself down to her leg weights, she would also visually see her opponent stringing hand seals and molding her chakra around her foot, both her chakra pathway and body motions indicating the preparation for the swing of her foot ( Given the description of all these different things and motions happening in one time frame ). Mid sequence, Isabella would quickly drag her right hand across the air in front of her, causing the leg holding Kazumi's weight to crack into smithereens, like a porcelain vase crashing into the ground. Her foundation leg would loose every ounce of strength and ability to support both Kazumi's body and the Nintaijutsu at the point where the sugar crystals form around her foot. The already set in motion hurricane kick would instead be guided down by the crashing leg towards the ground, where it would impact against an unaccounted for obstacle, bouncing back both the damage of the swing and the explosion of sugar crystals against herself, allowing no shards to traverse towards Isabella due to the new angular motion forced onto her, for they would instead blow upwards into the air and against her. Given her Yin Speciality, Isabella would attach a rule that would prevent this genjutsu from being broken by Chakra Surges.

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.

Description: Possibilitates the shattering of the chaotic continuum, and weaves its piercing debris onto a wholesome harmony. The form consists of up to 5 physical motions with a 6th as a finisher, which in turn shatter and pulverize the world around, inside the illusion. Everything breaks down and fragments, and the practitioner guides the weaving dust of the shrapnel of reality through the physical motions. Easiest way to comprehend this illusion is to think of the affected objects, which can be anything, including the whole realm of the illusion itself as a crystallized substance that, when immobile, looks exactly as the original ( the ground, a tree, the sky, the user, the target ) but, when affected, shatters and crashes like glass, even if it retains the same colors and textures, which seemingly shiver and sparkle like multiple diamonds. With this crunched reality, the user is able to wrap the target with blankets of shattered illusions, throw clouds of piercing dust and splintered blades of reality, or even continuously shatter and reform one's body and limbs to make one's physical attacks more unpredictable, etc. After the six motions, the user is free to perform a finisher where the practitioner will place both hands, or even both knees besides the opponent's face and neck and then quickly snap the head around, shattering the neck and spine, disrupting the genjutsu, or simply move on to other attacks, leaving behind a constricted opponent within an illusion.

While this reflected damage would most likely disrupt the splintered leg illusion for a fraction of a second, Isabella's hand would not stop there, for she would then punch the air, creating a crack in reality itself, like a beam of cracked glass, turning Kazumi's whole perception into a kaleidoscope of refracted light, every inch of her body detached and inaccessible to her mind, every particle of dust in it's own microscopic shard of shattered reality. Isabella would take the opportunity to exhale a massive amount of pink flames, that would race across the ground towards her opponent. This act will break the illusion of the shattered glass, freeing her mangled opponent, but would instead add a different restricition: The effects of the Magnanimous Libra. Upon sensing the smell produced by the pink flame, Kazumi's speed would be dragged down to base prior to unleashing the Leg Weights by the illusionary force of gravity supplemented by golden chains of dandelions, leaving her weakened to counter the fire rose that would form from the racing flames.

Description: Flamme de Salem is a bright and scented flame, usually in pink shades. It takes advantage of Perfume's resistance to fire to burn off the Genjutsu-carrying scent of the element and intensify it. The Flamme de Salem can be manipulated like Fire Ninjutsu, creating flames and maelstroms or burning constructs, which can be bigger and more powerful depending on the chakra used. The Genjutsu carried by the Flamme de Salem induces the illusionary effects described in any approved Perfume technique, like the ravaging rose thorns of Cleopatra's Piercing Adoration or the alluring pheromones of Bonny's Seduction.

This technique can also be combined with an equal ranked Fire Ninjutsu in order to induce the same scent-based Illusiosory effects with other fire techniques as a base, creating an elemental combination technique which has the outcome of being 1 rank stronger or +20 damage in case of S rank. This can be done in the same time-frame as another Fire technique but counts as 2 jutsu. Either variant of Flamme de Salem is ruled by the fire aspect of the technique, and is bound to any Fire-related specialities of the user, likewise, when clashing the Perfume takes a supplementary role whereas Fire carries a defensive and offensive roll, giving the technique or the combo it's elemental S&W, rather than Perfume's. Despite the underlying Genjutsu being the same rank it will still be damageless. Any method of dealing with Genjutsu can be used after the source has been removed, otherwise it is continuously recast without change. The scent exuded by this technique extends in a short range radius around the flame source, casting the illusionary effects in this area.

Note: Up to B rank, it requires 1 turn cooldown after expiration, and last up to 5 turns. A Rank and above can only last up to 3 turns and require 2 turn cooldown. A rank can only be used 3 times, S rank can only be used 2 times. This can't be used with Forbidden ranked Perfume or Fire techniques.

If higher than normal, the perfume will emit a genjutsu that will make the opponent feel as if the gravity suddenly increased, pinning them to the ground, Which is visually manifested as several rings of pure gold, carved with sunflowers, around the opponent's wrists, limbs, neck, torso, etc. The effects are proportional to the chakra system's alteration, thus, when the user moves at a faster pace than normally allowed to the body through the use of chakra (Such as Swift, Gates, Sage Mode or Raikage's Lightning Coat, for example), the pressure of the gravity will bring the person's speed down, invariably making the target as fast as he/she normally is. We all know why I'm here, so I'll try and keep this brief.

Jester you cannot perform those three moves at literally the same time and also expect them to conclude at the same time before Lili would have a chance to do anything. It's a clear attempt at using the timeframe rules as a shield to explicitly say you can't be interrupted at all. Lili's correct in her Resolution post that different actions have different windows of time between initiation and completion. Your White Strength Seal would resolve moments after initiating it, before you conclude your move with the Leg Weights. Activating the seal is quicker than any Taijutsu as you're just unsealing stored Chakra, so you can't argue that you can reach down to grab your ankles and kick up a dust cloud and also form the seals for the Sugar technique and also perform said technique at the same time and say that they conclude all at the same time, and thus all collectively constitute your "first offensive action".

There are also cases where your first offensive action can reasonably interrupted regardless of that rule. If you tried to perform the Water Release technique Kakashi used against Zabuza as your first action, you would be interrupted somewhere between the 3rd and 20th seal, and it would be entirely valid. Things can occur one after another quickly, but generally the only time you have a technique that happens at the exact same moment and would share a timeframe slot is when it's an infusion, or something of that nature. Everything else would follow a natural progression of one action leading into another, even if in rapid succession.

Your first offensive action would be the unleashing of the White Strength Seal, and having the markings appear on your face, as that is a visible, physical change that can be viewed as a threat. It's not a massive leap in logic to assume you just activated a Mode that made you stronger, thus your opponent can reasonably respond.

As would see a portion of her body turned to what would seem a crystal glass, Kazumi with her medical knowledge plus the understanding that human bodies cannot turn to crystal would assume that her opponent had caught her in some kind of genjutsu. Calculating her counter, Kazumi would shock herself out of the genjutsu with physical pain while simultaneously performing a taijutsu counter move, utilizing one hand for each technique. Using her left hand to slap her chest and rotating her right body with a spinning hook punch, Kazumi would release the genjutsu from herself while creating rushing winds around her which she shaped into that of a large silverback gorilla. Due to the momentum of Kazumi's attack, she would move forward several paces creating a 6M gap between the two. As the gorilla formed, it would clap its hands together, catching Kazumi's opponent between its huge hands, as well as smashing any attack that was coming towards her within its forearms. Despite the beast itself made of wind, it was still a strong powerful creature from Kazumi's own sheer strength. After the combination attack, Kazumi would channel Chakra to her hands and feet causing them to gain strength even more.

Mainly focusing on the Kinnara sub-style of Eight Deva Guardians, which resolves around full body rotations such as spins, flips, rolls etc. Lethality of Augus initiates with the user rotating their body in nearly any manner giving the technique flexibility in how its used. Once the user rotates their body, they manipulate the currents of air generated by this spinning and shapes it into an primate of choosing, such as an gorilla, orangutan etc. This causes a beast of neutral air to enclose the user at its base forming over the user's body as a shield of incredible size rivaling the size of the Konoha Ryujin technique which the entire style is based off of. This shield is extremely quick to form defending the user from techniques of the same strength. The brute force of this shield can used offensively in close quarter scenarios crushing opponent's under its might and force. Much like Konoha Ryujin, this primate creation can be maintained and sustained at the cost of 15 extra chakra points per turn. This allows the user to control the primate of choice as a giant extension of themselves using its size to reach into Mid range dealing 80 damage if the hit lands. Attacking with the Lethality of Augus costs a move per turn. While maintained, Lethality of Augus still retains its defensive properties but limits the user's offensive options. While encapsulated by Lethality of Augus, the user loses the ability to use Elemental Ninjutsu, however the user still has access to other Eight Deva Guardian and Taijutsu techniques by using the the limbs of Lethality of Augus to swipe through the air to produce the air currents or using its legs or arms to use Taijutsu techniques on the user's command. Lethality of Augus can be used twice per event lasting 4 turns each usage. Once Lethality of Augus is destroyed or deactivated, the user cannot use S rank or higher Eight Deva Guardians techniques for three turns. Isabella would watch as her opponent arrests the momentum of her kick as soon as the illusion hits, preventing the reversal of the damage onto herself. Instead, Kazumi would choose to spin into a simultaneous slap her own chest ( which I'm assuming would carry 20 + 20 Sakura Passive + 25 White Seal = 65 damage, and would be a direct hit to the lungs and heart which would most likely deal critical 130 damage, where only 30 would be shaved from the Yang Speciality. But let's disregard that and go with 45 Health drop ) and a powerful gale of wind that takes the shape of a gorilla. It was clear the opponent had started to become stressed and impulsive, despite the obvious display of extreme strength that she showed from the very start. Instead of going for the Flamme, Isabella would produce one handseal, materializing a massive maelstrom of purple flames laced with the Piercing Ghost. It would be manifested between the wind gorilla's palms and Isabella herself, burning through the damage of the impact down to 25, while the Piercing Ghost would follow the tether of chakra and pierce Kazumi with 120 damage worth of Spiritual Damage.

Sealing the Piercing Ghost inside one’s technique happens within the same timeframe as their damage-shaving technique. When the user’s technique interacts with another technique, the parasitic Yin Chakra will eat away at the chakra within the technique, decreasing it's efficiency by increasing the damage-shaving buff of the host technique by -20 damage against the opposing technique. Once the piercing ghost consumes foreign chakra it is released attaches itself to the source of the chakra (the opponent), reflecting the same amount of damage onto the opponent as it was shaved off in the interaction, graded as spiritual damage.

Once the Piercing Ghost is released, the tether won't be immediate nor unblockable, and will be affected by damage shaving abilities inherent to the character, such as damage shaving specialities. Other means to counter the reflected damage include techniques used, prior, simultaneously or in the instant that follows the clash that deployed the Piercing Ghost, namely Anutu, Yang, Yin or Senjutsu based full-body surges or barriers with more than 50 chakra worth of power ( Yang requires 50 or more, whereas Anutu require 40 or more, being elementally stronger ). This will behave like a clashing interaction, whereas the reflected damage worth x damage points will interact with the attempted damage of the protecting technique based on the damage interaction rules, weakening a minimum of -20 damage worth of power ( -10 damage minimum for Yang techniques ), which means 1 rank lost in efficiency for the protecting technique after overpowering the reflected damage ( Less for Yang techniques, and Anutu, which can ignore it altogether and continue unimpeded ). ( Ex: Piercing Ghost worth 80 damage is akin to an S rank technique, vs an S rank Yin surge worth 80 damage. It lowers the Yin surge which shoots out of the target body weakened -30 damage as per the technique interaction rules, but the target takes no reflective damage to his health. If the Yin S rank technique was worth 120 damage or more, it would be weakened -20, as per the Piercing Ghost properties, but only -10 for a Yang protective surge, the target would have no health drop to their HP. If the Piercing Ghost damage is worth 100, and the protective technique is worth 80, then the piercing damage would be lowered, partially blocked by the protective technique, as per the technique interaction rules, and would deal 100 - 20 = 80 damage to the target HP. ). Isabella would watch as her opponent arrests the momentum of her kick as soon as the illusion hits, preventing the reversal of the damage onto herself. Instead, Kazumi would choose to spin into a simultaneous slap her own chest ( which I'm assuming would carry 20 + 20 Sakura Passive + 25 White Seal = 65 damage, and would be a direct hit to the lungs and heart which would most likely deal critical 130 damage, where only 30 would be shaved from the Yang Speciality. But let's disregard that and go with 45 Health drop ) and a powerful gale of wind that takes the shape of a gorilla. It was clear the opponent had started to become stressed and impulsive, despite the obvious display of extreme strength that she showed from the very start. Instead of going for the Flamme, Isabella would produce one handseal, materializing a massive maelstrom of purple flames laced with the Piercing Ghost. Just want to clarify something before proceeding

Kazumi's counter attack had landed, albeit partially, she has still managed to penetrate the defences of her opponent. Following up with another attack hoping to further push the advantage Kazumi would corkscrew through the air performing the equivalent to a jumping scissor kick, as the sheer power of her kick once again would form currents of wind however this time instead of forming a gorilla and creating a forceful power they shaped into a serpent. The serpents winds roared and rotated as it would effectively reach and bite the opponent after the winds from outside the creature sucked it into the body as the winds themselves slashed and cut the flesh. As if the snake itself had sucked in her opponent, the rotating winds would have pushed Isabella into the mouth of the beast, effectively creating an attack that would suck in all infront of the creature up to mid range away. The theory being that the winds would be acting like a whirlpool, they would form would would essentially be a vacuum pulling in to the serpents mouth and out the other end. Kazumi was still 6m Away from Isabella, neither having moved in their trade offs and so following up once more Kazumi would allow the chakra to flow through her to enter an empowered state as off one foot she launched herself to fly through the air directly from where she was with a kick aimed at the head of her opponent. Using the Naga style of attack from her Eight Deva Guardians training, as she created close range, Kazumi would shape the wind from her kick into a snake effectively allowing her to strike at a meters extra distance without actually touching her opponent.

The moment it comes in contact with an obstruction, it explodes creating a flames that can burn the opponent, before multiplying and creating another copy of the matter which is as hot and as dangerous as the original one. Once doubled up, they bounce like popcorns (when they're baked) and land somewhere around the opponent again, to repeat the process. The entire process continues till the matter multiplies from 2 to 32 which produces enough explosion and fire power to destroy/burn down huge summons and incinerate them. However, if the popcorn is shot directly at the opponent, it will only cause minor damage (C-Rank) as compared to the full effect. Should the initial matter hit a water source (above C-Rank) it would be extinguished. Otherwise, it will start multiplying prematurely.

Although her opponent had put up a stationary barrier which was in between Kazumi and her opponent, her opponent had somehow moved it (assuming you're saying this barrier can move and it isnt a stationary barrier like the Four Violet Flames Battle Encampment it describes) which would catch Kazumi. Unknown to Kazumi, she would have been caught in her opponents genjutsu however her plan of attack still remained the same from the original motion, charging yang energy through her body to empower her, increasing her strength and speed. This would release the genjutsu, as well as the tether she had no idea that was connected to her. (The method of release via yin specialty was not mentioned).
Leaping off one foot, Kazumi performed a flying kick that even if she were to be paralyzed via genjutsu, the sheer force and speed of her kick would still send her body to land into her opponent should they not dodge accordingly. Similarly as the original plan of attack, Kazumi would manipulate the air currents she was creating to launch a snake from her foot when within range to effectively connect and perform the taijutusu manoeuvre without physically touching her opponent or any jutsu that may come up as defence.

The Byakugō no In is a powerful sealing technique used by Tsunade and later taught to Sakura. By storing chakra over a period of time, the user creates a seal on their forehead which keeps the chakra undisturbed for future use. Once the seal is formed and is fully filled, the users already impressive chakra control allows them to fully access their chakra and as such produce a greater physical strength or perform techniques without any wasted stamina or chakra. The effort to fuel the chakra into the seal is such that when it finally becomes full, the user can re direct his focus and his chakra to his body once more, taking full advantage of it and its own chakra control. To release the seal, one uses the command Infūin: Kai (White Seal: Release), pumping the stored chakra back into the body, greatly increasing chakra flow. The release command will open the seal and allow the stored chakra to pump back into her body. The seal has two levels of release which enable the use of specific techniques unique to Tsunade:

Alright, so the first problem is really an exercise in the theory of Genjutsu placement, release, and the validity of the release in relation to this specific clause;

One may break a genjutsu if and only they are put in a position where the use of a method that would result in the breaking of a genjutsu, would be used in the current circumstance if the genjutsu was not a factor.

To keep it as objective as possible, we'll consider a 'valid counter' to be any use of a technique wherein its use is feasible (as in, whether it's physically possible) and whether it succeeds in this situation where whatever perceived danger is real and not an illusion. In this scenario, Zatanna's full usage of her CFSJ is interrupted by the simultaneous use of Transcend to Deep Slumber and Hand Clap Focal Point. To keep it short, Zatanna's counter to the Genjutsu and Taijutsu attack is valid in every possible scenario. Assuming she can perceive the attack as she falls to sleep, or sees it within her dreamlike state, using PotS to break the illusion and leap over the shockwave is valid. Assuming she has fallen to sleep and what she sees is actually what Lili described, where her attack succeeds and Lili is hit by the wind snakes, it's both reasonable and sensible that Zatanna would then empower herself to maximise her chances of dealing a lethal blow and end the fight at that point, the coincidental release of the Genjutsu in line with the aforementioned clause.

Onto the matter of the barrier which Zatanna cited in her CR response. Zatanna is on the right track, in that Lili's use of her Hungry Ghost variant to boost her barrier wouldn't push its shaving value as high as 120. For some reason, Lili is treating the infusion of +10 chakra and the additional 20 shaving as two separate things, when they aren't. The shaving would be increased to 100 because the 10 chakra point bump is what causes the jump from 80 shaving to 100. The barrier doesn't seem relevant in this scenario, so I'm just ruling on the numbers here. That being said, this Fuuin technique is wild, and far beyond that when combined with the Hungry Ghost variant, which is why it's being placed in Mandatory Edits. Were the fight to continue, it would be up to Lili to respond to Zatanna's activation of Power of the Sun and evasion of her shockwave.

Generally speaking, there weren't any major issues throughout the fight. Despite the early quote not going in her favour, Zatanna wasn't put at any great disadvantage, and she continued to push a strong physical offence. Lili responded to the pressure being applied by using a damage-shaving barrier in combination with a Yin technique to both minimise the damage she would take and turn Zatanna's damage against her. This pretty much leads to a KO, because the barrier would've reflected 100 points of spiritual damage at each point of contact, which occurred in both the turn of its creation and the turn after with both of Zatanna's Eight Deva Guardians techniques. Everything that comes after, I've already made comment on, though I could have made this ruling earlier if I didn't have to account for the smaller mistakes made prior in the fight.

Overall, while Zatanna made less mistakes, the biggest blunder was not accounting for the potency of that barrier and Yin combination, and how it was being used, which led to her bio being KO'd. With that, I'm declaring Lili the victor.

Edit: This is a detail I overlooked, but due to it's significance I've had to re-evaluate my original verdict of the fight. Because the Eight Deva Guardians techniques are chakraless, insofar as the constructs themselves, there is no chakra for the tethers to reflect to and consequently no spiritual damage to be inflicted on Zatanna. That being said, the enhanced shaving effect still remains, but given that Zatanna herself takes no damage from these interactions unlike what I previously thought, my previous judgement that Zatanna loses due to being KO'd is now moot. Therefore, the final victor of the fight is Zatanna, as she had less errors and generally dominated the fight. Apologies for the error.
