BASIC RULES

• You can only use the bio you posted in your application or an update that dates from before the start of the tournament

• By default, the basic universal battle rules will be applied. For this tournament, every member has Kage rank by default, including those ranked higher.

• All players start mid-range from each other in a plain field with a 50m radius with a river encircling it.

• A battle lasts max one week with a 3-day reply limit. Each member is able to use anything they have had access to since the start of the tournament.

• The person who is listed first in the match-up in this thread will always start the battle

• The fights are held in the Battle Tests section

• During the group stage there is always one person each battle round that doesn't fight due to an odd number of fighters

Description: This technique was designed to rectify the weaknesses of managing multiple bodies within Battle. Many Inuzuka found that their Ninkens became easy targets for area of effect Ninjutsu techniques, and often experienced problems with defending from widespread attacks without compromising their Ninkens health or position. As such this technique was developed as a fix for these flaws. This technique allows an Inuzuka to enter into a lasting fusion with their Ninken(s). While fused the Ninken will inhabit the users body and the user will gain the ability to use techniques that require 'Four Legged Beast' transformation as a perquisite and will also gain the senses of their Ninken. The Ninken(s) will be aware of the world through the users senses however their mind and chakra systems will remain separate. The Inuzuka however will still be capable of tapping into their Ninken's chakra supply, and will be capable of using it to bolster their own supply for future techniques. Lastly, fused Ninken can demerge from their host body at any point in time, and can also choose to re-emerge without cost. Merging and de-merging however is not instant, instead it simply functions as a Ninken or Inuzuka walking outside of the hosts body - and as such is far inferior to the merging abilities of Souma No Kou. One added benefit is that a host can have appendages such as tails or wolf ears that can prove useful in combat, but are largely cosmetic, the main host can also be switched at will - housing the user and other Ninken(s) within a Ninken's body instead.

Note:
- Must be posted at either the start of the battle or in the users bio, and is active at all times. (In the case of the users bio, the user will be incapable of using more than two techniques on their first post in a battle or event, and will suffer the respective chakra cost too)
- In the case of deactivation (On the users account or as a result of an enemy technique) this technique can be reactivated again at the cost of the move. Each reactivation will require more chakra than the last, doubling each time.
- This technique serves as the ultimate baseline form for Inuzuka's. After using another transformation the user is capable of reverting back to this form without completely cancelling the previous transformation, instead they retain the physiological benefits of the other transformation (Such as increased sensing and other abilities) and are also capable of re-entering the previously activated transformation without cost as it is still considered active. (Does not distort or ignore turn restrictions)
- For the purpose of this technique, normal Ninkens will each have a supply of 200 chakra that the user is capable of accessing.

Description: One of the ten Akatsuki Rings worn on the left little finger. This Ring is made out of an Indestructible light-green stone that increases the Ninjutsu ( Basic, Advanced + Elemental ) abilities of the user decreasing the amount of chakra needed by 10, with the exception of E and D rank technique, without altering the damage output. All Ninjutsu technique's Handseals are decreased by 1/3. This ring produces a hidden frequency received by other rings providing a hidden form of communication among ring bearers.
Five times per battle, it can be used to create S ranked constructs of chakra attached to the ring that is able to drain chakra on contact, gaining up to 50 chakra each strike. However, after using, the user's ring backfires from chakra overload and cause all ninjutsu to require an additional 10 chakra for the next turn.

Description: Keotsu's legendary blade Mythos has been with him through trials and tribulations of all sorts; and in turn, Keotsu has used his strength to help his friends through their own challenges. The strength Keotsu could offer was always limited, though, as so many of his teachings were made with his own blade in mind. This technique allows others to use Mythos, when they normally could not. Because Mythos is tied to Keotsu's soul, he will perform a small ritual with one that Keotsu is incredibly close to: Keotsu will place Mythos in its entirety atop one of his brothers-in-arms' weapons, and coat it in an incredibly thin layer of the Mythril that Mythos is made of. In this action, Keotsu accepts this person into his soul, marking them as someone of great importance to him. This imparts the weapon with all the abilities of Mythos, except for the ability to change shape, the original ability that Mythos possessed in its form of "Mikomi", long, long ago.
*Note: Cannot be used in battle. The purpose of this technique is to allow others to be able to use Mythos.
*Note: True to the blade, if a piece of Mythos is ever used against Keotsu, this technique will "deactivate", and that person will be as if they could not have used Mythos in the first place.

Description: "The Blade of Heaven...Mythos the Life Sabre. One of the Ten Shinning Weapons." When Keotsu returned to the known continent from his journey to regions unknown, he returned with his blade Mythos in a new form; some secret event took place which reconfigured the blade and created a powerful connection between Keotsu and the sword. The Mythril blade retained its ability to change it's shape, but not it's mass when subjected to Keotsu's chakras, as did the scabbard of the weapon, though the two were no longer explicitly linked. A few improvements were noted by Keotsu, though: the blade seemed to resonate better than before, boosting his powers in battle; second, the blade came to reject energies that were foreign to Keotsu - that's to say, for example, if an enemy tried to use Nagashi after grabbing the blade, the energy would stop completely due to the nature of the blade's composition. This particular power comes about from the blade's new found synergy with Keotsu, in an effort to prevent it from being used against him. Retaining all the properties of the metal it was forged from, Mythos is indestructible and will never dull, in any of its forms.
*The user can manipulate the blade’s form during battle at any time, but it costs 35 chakra to do so, and also counts towards one of that turn’s three allotted moves.
*Can only be wielded by Keotsu. When someone else tries to hold the blade, it will reject their chakra and increase its density exponentially, making it to heavy to be lifted. However, it reverts to its original density when Keotsu is holding it.
*While the sword can transform into different types of weapons, like a katana or spear, it is bound by its mass, meaning that the form it takes on has to be within the realms of creating from the same amount of matter.
*While Mythos is in hand, Keotsu is unable to cast Genjutsu at all.
The first sacrifice to the Wolf God, and now it was time for the second. Having already eraticating their first prey, the ninken that we’re sealed within the were in a frenzy. Kusanagi, the nightmarishly black chokutō strapped to his back, had yet to be drawn, and with his signature red and white mask concealing his face, and a number of tails swirling around his person, Kotetsu was ready for battle.

The weird tailed man is definitely weird, thought Kishin. Seems Asura had seen less and his journey as a ninja is just beginning. He hopes this time around, he had not picked something more than he can handle. Kishin would passively activate his chakra sensory and with that, he quickly gains the knowledge of the tailed fellow's chakra. It seems as if there are several different chakra signatures embedded into the one man. That explains the multiple tails protruding from him, Kishin thought. Kishin realized the man must have merged with other living creatures to have different chakra signatures within him, though even his physical appearance already made it half obvious.

Kishin would start by weaving 2 handseals, immediately summoning a very large and 50m deep swamp beneath and around the tailed man. The swamp is circular with a 10m radius while the man is situated at the epicenter. This means the swamp spans 10m to the front, back and to the sides of the man. The swamp would instantly ensnare the man's feet upon summoning and then continues to swallow the man whole. At the same time as summoning the swamp, Kishin would hurl 4 kunais in a delicate formation towards the man. 2 kunais are sent to move on side arcs, one moves through the left and one through the right. Both would approach the man from left and right and are rigged with explosive tags. The third kunai is made to approach straight from the front, also rigged with explosives. The last kunai however, is rigged with a special tag and the kunai is made to move in a vertical arc, dropping from above onto the tailed man's head. Once the last kunai reaches short range of the man though, it would detonate into a special mist that would cause the man's 5 senses to malfunction. All this kunais are thrown concurrently with making the handseals and thus as the swamp appears, they are already on their way towards the man.

Following the swamp jutsu, Kishin would weave a single handsign and spew 4 large fireballs into the sky so that they come back down, aimed to cover the entire vicinity of the swamp without leaving a space untouched. The fireballs would explode ferociously, leaving any possible way of evasion difficult.

Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel and sense chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someone's chakra. Users can use this to determine the nature of a jutsu used as well as sense masses of chakra. The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

You can't really throw kunai at the same time that you make the handseals for the earth technique unless you have more than two hands, and as such both moves would fail. However, I'll just respond as if your moved worked.
With his innate senses and the ability to sense chakra afforded to him by his Ninken, the Inuzuka is aware of his foe's chakra spreading through the ground beneath him, and wasn't surprised when the area around him turned to mud and ensnared his feet. In addition to this, he had taken note of the numerous kunai that had been thrown towards him. The Inuzuka channeled chakra towards his back and released it to sprout two majestic, dragon-like wings made of cork, and with one mighty flap, they would take him out of the swamp and ten meters into the air.

This can be done to replicate a pair of large feet as well, through the user's back, in order to stomp opponents and other type of actions such as kicking. The extent of this technique is such, that it's not restricted to human limbs. For example the user could re-create a large replica of a lizard's tail, a turtle shell, etc. The user cannot form more than 1 body aspect with each use of the technique however, and it must always originate from their body. By paying an extra leech of chakra, the user can keep the extremity active, it will however not allow the user to use that same body area for any other techniques. The parts made cannot be any larger than twice the user's size. Regardless of the extremity made, the technique will follow cork's strength and weaknesses, thus it won't have the hardness equal to that of a turtle if a shell is made.

Simultaneously as Kotetsu began channeling the chakra to create his wings, Siris would leap forward into the air from his partner's body and, without touching the muddy ground, would rapidly rotate in a circular fashion with the side of his body facing his foe, leaking chakra as he spins. His rotation would gather the wind around him, combined with the leaked chakra, and take the shape of a gargantuan wolf head that forcefully pulled the man into the swamp he had created and towards the Wolf God's gaping maw. In addition, all the kunai that the man had released would also be affected by the suction and pulled into the mouth of the wolf apparition, only to be devoured along with the one who had thrown them. By extension, the kunai with the special tag that releases the mist would also be pulled towards Siris, meaning that the Inuzuka would not be affected by it.

Description: Employing the use of Gatsuuga concepts, this technique allows for an Inuzuka or Ninken to rapidly rotate their body either vertically or horizontally in place to gather air around them. The rotational force is so powerful that it gathers wind around the user as he spins, and will create a suction effect that pulls the opponent or a technique towards them. The wind gathered by the rapid rotation is devoid of chakra similar to the Konoha Ryujin technique, and as such it can withstand B rank and below elemental techniques. When this technique is used with chakra the user will leak chakra from their entire body as they rapidly rotate in place, which will form a large wolf made of dense chakra that pulls the opponent or a technique towards it, that will then appear to devoured. The chakra wolf is equivalent in size to the Water Beast technique, and is so dense that it's equivalent in strength to S rank elemental techniques.

Notes:
- Chakra empowered usage can only be used 3x
- Excessive usage of this technique may induce vertigo, as such if used for two turns in a row the Inuzuka user will be unable to effectively use S rank and above Ninjutsu (Reduces their power to A rank).

Like I said via our , I chained the kunais with the handseals thus why I said they haPpened at the same time. Its quite obvious you can't make handseals and throw Kunais in the same instance.

Though I believe there is nothing stopping your hound's jutsu from pulling you in and killing you well as there is no direction to it's suction. You even try to pull the mist around the real you. You said you'll not be affected by the mist but how about the suction itself, even the fact that you are closer to the hound than someone who's 15m away. Also nothing is stopping the suction to pull the entire swamp as it's semi liquid thus the suction would cause mud to stick to the hound. Just saying.



Kishin senses the man gathering chakra and at the same time, a hound ejects from the man's body. Its now clear to Kishin that those chakra signature he felt previously are those of animals living inside the man. A smile creeps on Kishin's face as he reacts immediately the hound begins to spin and leaks chakra outwards its body. Kishin would immediately spread his madness, putting the hound into a genjutsu before the wolf head is completely formed. The genjutsu would make large snakes appear beneath the hound and immediately constrict it due to how small its body area is. The hound would immediately be rob of physical movement in real life as it is immobilized in place and at the same time crushed. This would stop the spinning and ultimately, the entire technique as everything about the technique all depends and is based on the bouyancy gained from the continuous spinning of the hound. The hound would instantly be paralysed and since it is close to the swamp, would fall into it. Since the hound's technique had been abruptly ended, the suction effect would not effectively take place as it ended as soon as it begun, thus it would fail to deter the kunai attacks as intended and the kunai from above would successfully impale the Inuzuka. The mist's effect would come to play also.

The genjutsu requires no handseal whatsoever and at the same time as casting the genjutsu, Kishin would send a new set of kunais. These kunais are all rigged with only epxlosive tags. 4 in total, all moving towards the Inuzuka's new position. This time around, 2 would move through an upward arc, and two would take a beeline towards the Inuzuka. Immediately after the genjutsu is cast and while also requiring no handseal, Kishin would spread his madness again, instantly disconnecting the Inuzuka's will from his body while gaining control of the Inuzuka. Immediately, Kishsin would cause the Inuzuka to undo every jutsu he had active. His wings would vanish, his remaining merged companions would be ejected towards the swamp, while at the same time, the Inuzuka would be made to swiftly pull his sword(Kusanagi) with his right hand and cleave the hounds in two, as they eject one by one until there is none left, as well as slice off his left fingers and entire toes(Not fatal) while at it. Lastly as the Inuzuka falls back into the swamp due to his wings jutsu undone, he would be forced to dive head first into the swamp.

The Demon god relishes the torture as he continues his assault. Immediately the Inuzuka is under his control, while he's controlling him, Kishin would spew a large amount of chakra-infused ash that would immediately blanket the entire mid-range infront of him, burning everything caught within as he continues to monitor with his chakra sensory.

( Genjutsu: Oshitsubusu Hebi Kubire ) - Illusion Technique: Crushing Snake Constriction

Description: The user puts the opponent into a genjutsu which has snakes appear beneath the opponent to constrict them and with the users command, they crush the opponent. In reality, the opponent is immobilized and takes damage due to the stress on his mind.
(Shinranshin no Jutsu ) - Mind Body Disturbance Technique

Description: A ninjutsu where one sends their chakra into the subject's nervous system, thus gaining complete control of the target's body. Those caught in the technique will fall completely under the user's control, as their bodies become disconnected from their will. The difference between this and the Mind Body Switch Technique is that the caster doesn't project their consciousness into the target's body. Situations of numerical superiority for the adversary are precisely where this technique, which freely manipulates human beings, will display its efficiency, by getting enemies to turn on one another. Control can be exerted even from long distances. At a minimum, this technique allows for the user to manipulate the body of the target to perform non-chakra oriented movements and actions. Yamanaka with considerable strength over their opponent can force targets to use chakra and techniques through force of will. With this technique the user can issue any command from killing a teammate, releasing a jutsu, revealing secrets, etc. The
limitation to this technique is that the user cannot order the victim to kill themselves or cause otherwise fatal injuries.
Note: Against opponents or otherwise unwilling participants that are of higher rank than the Yamanaka, the user can only force non-chakra related actions such as taijutsu. For equal ranked opponents, the user can force opponents to release active techniques such as modes, summons, and clones, though cannot force their hand at casting techniques. Against weaker opponents, the user can compel the use of other ninjutsu and other chakra based techniques.
Note: This technique lasts 6 turns unless broken prior. While utilizing this technique, the user becomes incapable of utilizing techniques above A-rank or advanced ninjutsu such as Fuin, Medical, Y-Y, etc for three turns. After complete control over the user they are capable of using their techniques S-rank and below.
Note: This technique requires a cool down equivalent to the
number of turns it was sustained.

Like I said via our , I chained the kunais with the handseals thus why I said they haPpened at the same time. Its quite obvious you can't make handseals and throw Kunais in the same instance.

Though I believe there is nothing stopping your hound's jutsu from pulling you in and killing you well as there is no direction to it's suction. You even try to pull the mist around the real you. You said you'll not be affected by the mist but how about the suction itself, even the fact that you are closer to the hound than someone who's 15m away. Also nothing is stopping the suction to pull the entire swamp as it's semi liquid thus the suction would cause mud to stick to the hound. Just saying.



Kishin senses the man gathering chakra and at the same time, a hound ejects from the man's body. Its now clear to Kishin that those chakra signature he felt previously are those of animals living inside the man. A smile creeps on Kishin's face as he reacts immediately the hound begins to spin and leaks chakra outwards its body. Kishin would immediately spread his madness, putting the hound into a genjutsu before the wolf head is completely formed. The genjutsu would make large snakes appear beneath the hound and immediately constrict it due to how small its body area is. The hound would immediately be rob of physical movement in real life as it is immobilized in place and at the same time crushed. This would stop the spinning and ultimately, the entire technique as everything about the technique all depends and is based on the bouyancy gained from the continuous spinning of the hound. The hound would instantly be paralysed and since it is close to the swamp, would fall into it. Since the hound's technique had been abruptly ended, the suction effect would not effectively take place as it ended as soon as it begun, thus it would fail to deter the kunai attacks as intended and the kunai from above would successfully impale the Inuzuka. The mist's effect would come to play also.

The genjutsu requires no handseal whatsoever and at the same time as casting the genjutsu, Kishin would send a new set of kunais. These kunais are all rigged with only epxlosive tags. 4 in total, all moving towards the Inuzuka's new position. This time around, 2 would move through an upward arc, and two would take a beeline towards the Inuzuka. Immediately after the genjutsu is cast and while also requiring no handseal, Kishin would spread his madness again, instantly disconnecting the Inuzuka's will from his body while gaining control of the Inuzuka. Immediately, Kishsin would cause the Inuzuka to undo every jutsu he had active. His wings would vanish, his remaining merged companions would be ejected towards the swamp, while at the same time, the Inuzuka would be made to swiftly pull his sword(Kusanagi) with his right hand and cleave the hounds in two, as they eject one by one until there is none left, as well as slice off his left fingers and entire toes(Not fatal) while at it. Lastly as the Inuzuka falls back into the swamp due to his wings jutsu undone, he would be forced to dive head first into the swamp.

The Demon god relishes the torture as he continues his assault. Immediately the Inuzuka is under his control, while he's controlling him, Kishin would spew a large amount of chakra-infused ash that would immediately blanket the entire mid-range infront of him, burning everything caught within as he continues to monitor with his chakra sensory. Needless to say, the four kunai lauched towards the Inuzuka would be deflected away from by the construct of chakra.

Situations of numerical superiority for the adversary are precisely where this technique, which freely manipulates human beings, will display its efficiency, by getting enemies to turn on one another. Control can be exerted even from long distances. At a minimum, this technique allows for the user to manipulate the body of the target to perform non-chakra oriented movements and actions. Yamanaka with considerable strength over their opponent can force targets to use chakra and techniques through force of will. With this technique the user can issue any command from killing a teammate, releasing a jutsu, revealing secrets, etc. The
limitation to this technique is that the user cannot order the victim to kill themselves or cause otherwise fatal injuries.
Note: Against opponents or otherwise unwilling participants that are of higher rank than the Yamanaka, the user can only force non-chakra related actions such as taijutsu. It was only going by your wording that I came to that conclusion. Anyway, the suction isn't omnidirectional. This is why the Ninken turned the side of his body to face you. The wolf apparition would be looking towards you, and the techniques it sucks in appear to be devoured, meaning that the techniques enter its mouth. In addition to this, since I am behind the ninken, and coupled with the fact that the suction is aimed in your direction, It would not affect me. Secondly, You're trying to cast your illusion before my first move is even carried out. Not to mention that my Ninken are a rank faster than both of us in terms of speed. Lastly, the default range for battle is 10 meters, and since you didn't specify exactly how far you were then the default applies, but it's cool. I sense a pattern here
The Inuzuka would sense the build-up and subsequent release of chakra from his opponent, and a number of things would happen simultaneously as Siris is placed within the illusion and the illusionary snakes begin rising from the ground. Given that angle at which he spins towards his target, Sirius wouldn't get caught in the suction of Siri's attack until slamming into his foe.

Lastly, in order to aid the Ninken's offensive, the Inuzuka would activate his ring's ability a create a drill like construct of chakra over Sirius as he moved forward. With his advanced senses he was able to keep up with the ninken's movement, and as such he was about to move the construct as needed. With this combination the construct would strike the opponent first before shattering, only to be immediately followed by the full brunt of the Ninken's attack.

Description: Existing as the pinnacle of Gatsuuga or Gatenga variants, Wrath of the Wolf God requires the expenditure of vast amounts of chakra so as to reach staggering gyration speeds. Initiated by channeling chakra throughout the body so as to cushion internal organs and heighten muscle, bone, and connective to place the body in an above peak state, Wrath of the Wolf God will have the user then begin to spin just as they would when utilizing a Gatsuuga or Gatenga technique. The difference, however, lies in the immense amount of chakra that will flow through, and seep out of the user's body. At times the chakra will spin in the same direction as the user, at other times it will spin in the opposite, adjacent or random angles that will generate increased traction for even greater rotations per minute. Regardless of the manner in which the chakra spins, one thing will be certain, that the user's physical spin will far surpass that of any Gatsuuga or Gatenga technique ever demonstrated. So fast in fact, that the air will visibly ripple in the wake of the user as they move, as the user will easily achieve the tops speeds of Dance of the Wolf God, and a howl - said to be that of Fenrir himself will emanate from the user's position. The flaw of this technique, however, is that it is not immediately invoked at its full power. I doubt your move is going to work for several reasons though I'm gonna reply. But jes putting this here.

for a release to be valid, it ALWAYS needs to be partnered with a logical and reasonable explanation of how, from your bio's RP perspective, you figured out it was a Genjutsu/Illusion and thus felt the need to release from it. Releasing from it by "luck" or "because i know its a genjutsu" without stating the why isn't valid.
1. Smelling chakra around your companion does not detect if he's in a genjutsu. You need to analyse and know you are in a genjutsu. I doubt it working that way as genjutsu rules says you have to realise you are in a genjutsu not just sense the chakra to break yourself out. Realizing the illusion can only be done by Siris. It could have been fair maybe if Siris did the mental howl. The genjutsu breakage would fail. Coupled with the fact that you mentioned "would identify it as something harmful and immediately issue a mental roar that would echo throughout the minds of the four to calm them, and as a trained response to this sound a reflexive surge of chakra would be released in order to free Siris from the illusion before the snaked could manage to interfere with his rotation."

Something harmful could mean anything, even a ninjutsu to spawn around your companion. Going for a mental defense is metagaming. Also you did not detect its a genjutsu. You can't say when the snake would restrict its quite fast and before the mental howl and he would still be stopped even for a moment, that's if the mental how were to be valid.

This is kind of awkward but AJ isn't stated as a student on the submission, so his first move fails and he dies.

EDIT: It was recently found that Dementa is an alt of someone else that was in the tourney. Having two accounts in an event is strictly illegal and so he's out of the tournament. This disqualification means AJ advances.
