BASIC RULES

• You can only use the bio you posted in your application or an update that dates from before the start of the tournament
• By default, the basic universal battle rules will be applied.
• You may use any Customs your bio is permitted to you, including those learned.

Hei entered the battlefield for the second round with confidence in his step. His posture serious, yet relaxed. Stopping at a mid ranged distance (14m). Hei would bow to his opponent before the match begins as a sign of respect before taking his fighting stance.

"I'm not much of a fighter, hope I don't disappoint you."

The veins in Hei's face would slowly protrude as the blood flows through them just below the eyes. His irises becoming more define and focused. His left eye will exhibit a red tinted rippled pattern with six tomoe spread evenly among the fist two ripples. The all seeing eye, Byakugan and the legendary eye, Rinnegan. Along side his Doujutsu, Hei will also simultaneously passively activate his devils seal for plasmoid, this as he quickly strings together three handseals heating and converting the ground around Madusa converting it into a moat of molten tar. This tar will form 5m away from Madusa in a perfect circle around her, leaving Madusa standing on a 5m island of earth surrounded by Tar. The moat itself being 5m wide and deep, it will rise as it forms from all sides forming a dome around her as it crashes inward like waves in attempt to smother and bind Madusa, dealing massive burn damage.

Passively Activated: (Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.
To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interference. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.
Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. Dispicted as the eyes of the SO6P, the Rinnegan awaken on Madara Uchiha after he obtained his EMS and implanted Hashirama's Senju cells in himself. Having both lineage from the SO6P allowed him to awake the Rinnegan. When Madara activates the Rinnegan, he seems to not suffer any kind decrease in his EMS abilities in terms of tracking speed, clarity of perception or seeing chakra. Eventually his eyes were bestowed upon Nagato Uzumaki and in him manifested lower abilities (equal or comparable to a 3 Tomoe Sharingan). While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara could switch at will between his EMS and Rinnegan eyes, although he wasn't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Eventually Obito transplanted Nagato's (and subsequently Madara's) Left Rinnegan into himself. By doing so he gained access to both Doujutsu at the same time although losing the ability to deactivate the Rinnegan and as such, losing chakra constantly to maintain it.

Note: Requires activation ( spending move ) for Madara bios but remains active indefinetely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Madara bio with Rinnegan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated EMS before and had it active for 1 full turn.
Passively Activated: (Fuuin: Akuma to no dansu) - Sealing Technique: Dance With The Devil

Description: The user will have a seal placed on their body with the Kanji for a specific element. The seal can be passively activated in battle and it’s activation will restrict the user to a certain element (as well as the one’s it’s comprised of. In exchange for limiting the user to certain element(s), the user's techniques of the remaining elements will gain one rank and in the case of S-Ranks and above they will gain +20 damage. In the case of defensive and supplementary techniques, they will become capable of defending against techniques with 20 more damage points (only applies to S-Ranks and above). This counts as a passive boost rather than an active one due to the nature of the seal. To clearly illustrate the seal’s use in battle, if the user restricted themselves to Steel Release, they would still have access to Earth, Fire and any CE combinations of the aforementioned elements (elements that use solely earth, solely fire or Earth and Fire). Alternatively, the user can create the seal in the middle of a battle but this usage can only be used once. This usage is fast enough to be used in the same time-frame as the subsequent technique. Once activated, this technique lasts until canceled.

(Taruton: Shishou no Jutsu) Tar Release: Master Technique

Description: The user will focus their chakra while making three handseals. This will heat and convert a targeted area of earth into Tar while using shape manipulation to form small to medium sized constructs of molten Tar for a multitude of uses. These can range from waves, spikes, spears, walls, domes, half-domes and other forms of attack or defense. If needed the user can manipulate chakra forming it within themselves and release this technique as an unshaped bullet of Tar from their mouth. The power of this technique varies dependent on the amount of chakra fueled into it. If a source of Tar is already on the field, the user can use this technique faster and with a single handseal as the need to convert the ground into tar is void. Like all Tar, It is extremely hot and can catch flammable cloth on fire, however it does not effect gas like substances.
Note:
-Can only use S-ranked technique three times per battle.
-Tar remains liquid and hot three turns before cooling down and becoming inactive.
-No S-Rank or above Tar on the turn following the use of the S-Rank variant
-Requires a one turn cool down.

After creating the moat, and using it's obstruction of a line of sight as cover, Hei will begin running to his left while making another quick strings of handseals, forming three lions out of the earth. L1 being slightly larger and stronger then the others, will fuse into the ground and 'swim' through the earth, down below the moat of Tar hidden. L2 and L3, the weaker of the lions will each arc outward. L2 moving to the right and L3 to the left, they will position themselves to the right and left sides of medusa and remain on guard.

Shinseina Kifu: Beruzebubu no Yokubō - Sacred Endowment: de Avaritia Beelzebub

A passive seal that links the user and his techniques, balancing his physical with the spiritual. This seal would passively drain the user's chakra when a particular condition of unbalance jutsu usage is met. The seal tries to balance the appropriate amount of jutsu damage within a jutsu by adding the equivalent chakra, should the jutsu be unbalanced. This means whenever the user uses a technique with a damage threshold that is not equal with the chakra within the jutsu, the seal would siphon the amount of chakra needed to balance the equation from the user. For example: If the user has an A-rank jutsu with +10 damage, this brings the damage of the jutsu to 70 damage. The seal would respond accordingly, taking 5 of the user's chakra and adding it to the jutsu to make the chakra/damage ratio be
balanced. This additional chakra would bring the jutsu to be a bit off its rank value thus unable to be sealed by fuinjutsu or techniques aimed to absorb/seal the particular rank. For example, a fuijutsu technique aimed to seal an A-rank technique with 30 chakra value would be unable to seal a technique used with this seal due to the chakra threshold exceeding 30. This does not automatically bring the jutsu to the next rank but if the chakra threshold reaches those of higher rank, then it would require a fuinjutsu technique that can seal those rank to seal the technique. For example, an A-rank jutsu with 40 chakra threshold can only be sealed if the fuin tech can seal S-rank, etc. The addition of chakra does not increase the damage further as this seal is purely supplementary, it only balances the chakra according to the damage. The seal is located at the center of the user's lower abdomen and though requires the user's will to suppress/pause. Meaning the user can decide which jutsu the seal does not affect. Automatically without the user's will, it would affect the user's techniques that meets the requirement. Unfortunately, this does not work with
techniques above S rank.


The Witch's Legacy ⇝ Majo no Isan

Description:
The Witch's Legacy was forged by the first witches coven, stolen by Medusa, one of the Gorgon's sisters and modified while she was in Ryuichi cave. Medusa studied it for years before making her own modification to it. The Witch's Legacy is a pair of silver colored bracelets which can be worn on both arms. It is composed of an hybrid of organic and inorganic material that are extremely rich in Jugo's genes and nature energy. Also, it is particularly very durable and impervious to foreign chakra infusion or control. Majo no Isan can not be directly used offensively. Each pair of "The Witch's Legacy" has its own unique name and abilities. Ar and Em are the physical and spiritual aspect of "The Witch's Legacy". While Em is the bracelet on the right arm, Ar is the bracelet on the left arm.

"Ar"
The Witch's Legacy is rich in nature energy and due to its composition of Jugo's dna, it continually absorbs nature energy from the surrounding and feeds it to the user. Ar takes the physical aspect of the natural energy while amplifying and refining it for specifics effects that only affects anything physical within the user. Ar would affect the user's strength and vigor, using natural energy to increase muscle tone and flexibility. It would also increase the user's bone density and physical balance. This would in turn, increase agility, speed, strength and endurance. The user's body speed and reaction would increase 2 folds, though the speed would not stack with other speed multipliers. An active ability of Ar however, is the ability to add "sage kata" to one's taijutsu by releasing a 1m aura of absorbed natural energy to surround the attacking limb, adding +20 to the Taijutsu attack. This would take a move slot though used in the timeframe of the taijutsu attack in question. Would leech 20 chakra from the user and can only be used once every 2 turns twice per battle. Having used Sake Kata, one would be unable to perform above A-rank taijutsu the next turn.

"Em"
Em takes the spiritual aspect of the natural energy while amplifying and refining it for specific within the user. Em would take some of the saturation of natural energy (10 per turn), gotten from the passive absorption of natural energy via Jugo’s DNA and convert them to refined sage chakra, storing it within itself and may be added when the user enters sage mode. Once the user initiates sage mode however, sage chakra conversion could not be used to add sage chakra to the user again. Conversion leeches 5 chakra per turn from the user's native chakra. Actively, Em can be used to break genjutsu up-to S-rank once every two turns twice per battle. Instead of channeling the chakra to boost a ninjutsu, the chakra can be actively channeled into the chakra system, acting as a surge to free one from genjutsu. This would take a move slot though can be used in the same timeframe as another jutsu since the user is not directly using his chakra for the surge.

NOTE
Sage Kata and Surge are active abilities of The Witch's Legacy and they follow their respective restrictions as mentioned.
Should anyone apart from Priest tries to wear the bracelets, it would petrify them.


(Kagura Shingan) Mind's Eye of Divine Entertainment

Description:
This ability, unique to Uzumaki Karin, is a much more advanced sensing ability than the normal Chakra Sensing technique. This ability allows Karin to find, sense, and track individuals through their chakra over vast range that exceeds 10 kms and allows her to see up to 6 landmarks away, including over oceans. This is done by focusing and opening the mind's eye, which Karin has active at all times. The ability extends to telling when a person is lying from the fluctuations in a person's chakra made from dishonest emotions or detecting if someone, including herself, is under a genjutsu, or even if someone is molding chakra for a technique. It can also detect diseases and other harmful effects the user or those within range might be under the effect off. Also by focusing on a particular chakra, Karin can perceive its location and movement with great detail. Even normal chakra suppression techniques are ineffective to hide from this ability.
Note: Its an exclusive ability of Uzumaki Karin bios and is active at all times.


Hebi Kuchyosei: Kurona - Snake Summoning: Crona (companion)

Description:
The user would smear blood on his snake tatoo or make the sunmoning rites, clap or press their hands against a surface to summon Crona. Crona is a black with red eyes snake that is said to be the reincarnation of Medusa's only daughter, who died long ago. She's quite timid to the summoner but crazy to anyone else who's not an ally to her summoner.
She could grow to as long as 20 meters and as big as giant snakes. Unlike most orochimaru's snake that can wield the Kusanagi. Crona is also unable to use any traditional elemental ninjutsu, but to make up for this, she is constantly saturated with natural energy , a sage and able to use snake sage techniques, however, she can choose whether to let her innate nature chakra to interact with her summoner or not. While merged, she can not talk but only communicate telepathically with her summoner and she's able to give a very small portion of her nature energy to her summoner (20 per turn). This would not normally add any augmentation to the user nor would it increase the user's domestic or sage chakra but if the user is in sage mode or has a DNA make up to accept nature energy, the chakra would be used to boost the user's ninjutsu damage up to Crona's rank , boosting it by +20 (but only +10 for S-rank moves) . However, this can only be done on one technique per turn. This boost is regarded as a passive boost. The downside to this natural boost is that the user is unable use fuinjutsu and genjutsu while Crona is boosting his technique, except fuinjutsu seals that are mentioned in his bio. He can only resume using the aforementioned techniques if Crona stops boosting his technique. Crona's nature energy gives her natural durability to C-rank and below ninjutsu. Her venom is quite lethal. The snake venom contains "cardiotoxins" which are components that are specifically toxic to the heart. They bind to particular sites on the surface of muscle cells and cause depolarisation. The toxin prevents muscle contraction. These in turn, would cause the heart to beat irregularly and stop beating, causing death after 4 turns if not cured. Apart from that, it causes body muscles to become stiff and thus gradual paralysis. No B-rank and above taijutsu two turns after the venom is administered and speed is halved. No taijutsu or movement can be performed due to total body paralysis in the third turn after the venom is injected. Death in the 4th turn after the venom is injected.
Using snake ninjutsu and snake senjutsu count as moves.
Boosting the user's senjutsu two turns or more in a row will have the second and each subsequent instance count as a move.

(Dokuton: Setsudan-go) - Poison Release: Viscous Mockery (ref)

Description: Vicious Mockery is the name given to special tags and metal canisters that can replace the users basic explosive tags and smoke bombs. Made by someone with an innate curiosity of poison release the tags or canisters can have different substances inside of them if they so choose needing specific skills to acquire these. The first is the basic Med Toxin, this variation requires the user to be a Medical Ninja, it's effects are the exact same as the Med Toxin. The second is their own custom poison this requires the user to be a Medical Ninja with access to a custom poison that they have created. Finally the third is a special poison created specifically for these tags and canisters for anyone with poison release to use. This poison is called Tasha's Hideous Laughter and has specific effects that include uncontrollable laughter on turn one accompanied by auditory hallucinations where people will mock and insult the poisoned individual, blurred vision, twitching and numbness on turn two reducing the poisoned individual's reactions by one fourth, partial paralysis on turn three making hand seals impossible and reducing the effected persons speed by three ranks and finally complete paralysis on turn four. This third variation can be used by anyone who knows poison release.

Medusa acknowledges her opponent with a faint smile. Her tail snake hisses while she scouts Hei's enormous chakra with her minds eye. She notices the byakugan and the rinnegan and realizes her opponent would definitely be a formidable opponent. This is finally what she wished for, someone strong enough to serve as a good lab subject, unlike all she had encountered. She would passively raise her resistance and activate her Relic. She would react immediately she senses chakra in the ground all around her in a circular formation. The instant the molten tar begin to form on the ground, Medusa, would form wings on her back and fly straight upwards, avoiding the tar before it curves inwards to form a dome. At the same time as the movement, she would throw and spread throughout the battle field, several tagged kunais. She continues to release all these tags even as she rises 10 meters above the molten tar's reach.
The tags would all detonate to release and cover the entire battlefield in misty poison cloud up to 20m height. This poison is called Tasha's Hideous Laughter (referenced in actives). At the same time as the wings, Crona would infuse her chakra into the entire battlefield, transforming the entire field outside the moat to morph into a forest and mesh of jagged spikes that point in all directions and would implale Hei, either by him running towards the spikes or the spikes meeting up with him.

With all above actions happening at the same time, the ground and even the air is not safe for Hei. Medusa would continue her assault by releasing from her body, an omnidirectional pressured burst of voluminous chloroform that reaches long range and would flood the entire field, covering the ground in a large river of volatile chloroform. The burst makes it so that even any flying entity would be caught in the blast before finally falling and drenching the battlefield. Simultaneously, Medusa would passively mix the chloroform with snake venom, making the chloroform even more dangerous to the touch.


Iryo Hijutsu: Herena no ibutsu - Hidden Medical Art: Relics of Helena † Arc of Abstinence

Description:
To use the Relics of Helena, the user must have a unique sealing mark while each has its own duty. The sealing script is in the form of a small crucifix tattoo on the user's back. The relic's aim is to further advance passive medical jutsu, either by using them alternatively or by taking them to another level. However, some of this improved medical practices would now require some chakra to be spent if they don't require chakra before. Rudimentary medical practices which are passive in nature are the "Power of Resistance", "Diagnosis", "Extraction", "Blood Coagulation" and "Cleanse". however this particular relic only works for Power of Resistance.

Arc of Abstinence is a sealing script that is in the form of a small crucifix seal. It is represented by kanji for "resist" and thus it augments one's power of resistance. Basic power of resistance requires no chakra input but with the addition of chakra sealed within the seal of abstinence, power of resistance is taken to another level. The newly advanced power of resistance not only maintains its primary duties, it goes further to augmenting the user's anatomy from more factors that's affects him. It also goes beyond the anatomy and add power of resistance to the user's mind and body seals. The default "power of resistance" must be in use before the seal can be activated and like the default, the seal is passively activated albeit one would spend chakra this time but only to activate the seal.
Anatomy
In addition to getting a boost to one's natural resistance to disease, poison, toxins, acids, alkaline substances, etc and because this is done by an invisible warm barrier(shield) around one's body, the seal flushes sealed medical chakra into the user's chakra network, which is used solely to increase the density and power of the resistance aura around the user's anatomy. The user uses this premise and create a tougher and advanced form of non-physical shield, though now would not only shield the user's body as a whole but would shield every cells on his body. This makes it able to withstand higher level bio hazards more potent than those originally mentioned, even to some extent, stop the decay(natural) of tissues and cells(cosmetic). This would also make the cells resistance to radioactive decay. Elaborately, this means, one's resistance to the effects now are enhanced and would even shield the user if it were enemy techniques, though the only thing that won't affect the user is the effects(venom, disease, bioharzards, etc) within the technique, the user is still susceptible to anything else like heat, shock, force, sharpness, impact etc., that might come with the technique.
Mind
The arc of abstinence not only works for the anatomy which is the physical, but also works for the spiritual thus at the same time, it also creates a shield around ones mind. This also increases one's mind resistance to foreign intrusion. The mind would resist any form of mind reading, control, false emotion implant and emotional effect arising from infusion of foreign chakra. This however does not resist genjutsu but would resist residual effect from genjutsu which affects the mind, like pain, fear, perception of time, etc. This means it can resist residual effect from S-rank and below genjutsu only and cannot resist effects from MS level genjutsu in any form. The user's chakra also is influenced by the power of resistance, however, it only resist external phenomenon from siphoning away or sealing off the user's chakra, unless the user has something to do with it or with the user's consent. By spending "double" the chakra when activating arc of abstinence, the power of resistance would extend to the Relics of Helena. Spending double the chakra would make the relics be able to resist any form of seal corrupting technique(so far the techniques don't harm the medium on which the seals are placed), thus the reason why double chakra is spent, as half of the total chakra is focused on fortifying the relics.​

NOTE
Though the seal is merely supplementary and cause no harm in any way, they have their drawbacks due to the user's advanced exertion of medical fuinjutsu, using normal fuinjutsu while the relics are in use costs +10 more chakra if they are A-rank and above.

Description: The user releases at will, vectors in any area of their body to form a particular weapon or an object of sort. The user can release say up to 4 vectors at once from his hand and as soon as they are released, they weave/merge themselves into a weapon, for example, a huge blade(7m max) long and can use it to attack and defend. There are plethora of weapons and tools that can be made, though one at a time. Examples: Sword, Scythe, Axe, umbrella, fan, staff, spear, etc, depending on the user's imagination. However, the vectors are still connected to the users hands unless shed. The user can instead of morphing the vectors into offensive weapons, morph them into more supplementary tools. Example is the user can release vectors from his back and weave them into a pair of wings which would apparently aid him to gain flight as the vectors are connected to the user's body unless shed. Another example is the user can release vectors from his legs and morph them into a makeshift surfboard so that he is able to move along water surface or perhaps ride strong wave of water current.
The contructs however are able to revert back to their coily form at will. This allows to move around solid object/obstacles. Example is when the vectors, in sword form, clashes with an object, the user may make the sword to form back into slithery vectors and quickly wrap around the object, binding it or traping it or perhaps to disarm the opponent from their weapon. If the user wants, he may infuse a particular element into the weapon/tool as they are made to gain special elemental affects of the element in question, though doing this makes the vectors submit to elemental strenghts and weakness.
NOTE: The user can make two different weapon on his two hands with each having a B-rank power. However this counts as two moves

Description: The most basic technique of the element, where the user will form a single hand seal, or two ( in terms of the S rank usage) and focus his Chloroform chakra either throughout his body, the air or the ground, in order to create tools, constructs, weapons, pillars etc made of Liquid Chloroform. These formations and tools can be used for Offensive uses, Defensive uses as well as Supplementary uses. Due to its liquid nature, Chloroform can be manipulated into many forms, much like with Water, it can be formed into constructs (not sentient, yet have form and shape) or simply be released in the form of
streams or blasts. These constructs can be formed at either Short, Mid or Long range from the user. When used to manifest around the opponent, it has to manifest at least Short range from the opponent. The Chloroform is capable of causing quite some blunt damage as well as impale the opponent, depending on the shape taken by the formation , and when exposed to openings, or wounds in the skin, the opponent will pass out, as well as when inhaled when in its gaseous form. The size of the constructs are proportionate to the rank used, meaning a D rank construct can't be as large as a mountain, for example.

Kemono no Shinjō, Keiji - Creed of the Beast, Revelation

Description:
This ninjutsu requires one to have the "creed of the beast" seal and have stored the substance from the summoning. Due to the ability to passively summon the substance from the infinite seal, the user is able to use this jutsu passively to coat his physical techniques, both taijutsu and ninjutsu(originating from the user's body) with the substance, adding a unique form of extra damage depending on the substance in question. Corrosive substances like acids would augment what it's coating with a +20 damage. Venom, toxins and poisons do not increase damage and instead rely on their own innate properties, only affecting the target when contact is made with a biological form or susceptible matter. The user would not be affected by the substance as the substance is summoned outwards over a layer of chakra that makes the substance directly not make contact with the user's skin or clothes etc. The user could at his own risk, let the substance directly touch his body should he want a form of interaction with the said substance.

Watching closely with his Byakugan, Hei will see the formation of wings along his opponents back, at the same time he could see chakra spread throughout the ground. As the spikes begin to rise from the ground, Hei will use his already enhanced speed to quickly take flight while using his left hand to release his leg weights further increasing his speed as he easily avoids the spikes as they rise, being much faster then them. Hei will also use his Doujutsu to predict the paths of his opponent's kunai, using his right hand to grab several of his own kunai and throw in one swoop. Precisely aimed to clash with any of Medusa's kunai heading in his direction, Hei's kunai will cause Medusa's to ricochet away from Hei's location leaving him safe from the tags by Only allowing the kunai thrown to Medusa's sides and behind her to continue unhindered thous preventing any form covering his area of the battlefield.

Description:
The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nullified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.
Then, Using his elemental specialty (see bio, using wind for this battle) Hei will focus a massive amount of chakra while forming a single ram handseal, generating five massive vortexes that stretch high and wide. Stretching from the ground to the sky forming a massive wall of wind. This will prevent anything from passing it functioning as a physical barrier. The size and power of the vortexes will pull in the surrounding air rapidly 'consuming' the remaining gas from the battlefield preventing it from spreading. This wind wall will also clash with and overpower the Chloroform, siphoning the liquid into itself as it advances forward. The wind wall will effectively 'cleanse' the air as it moves away form Hei by pulling in and carrying the toxic gas and liquid away as it heads off into long range dispersing the poisons away from the battlefield. If Medusa doesn't counter or evade the attack, she will get caught in it's might and succumb to massive damage.

(Fūton: Tatsumaki Heki) - Wind Release: Tornado Wall

Description: The user does the Ram hand seal and generates a large wall of 5 Tall tornadoes in front of him that are sent towards the opponent. Seeing the man repelling he kunais sent towards him, spurs Medusa to punish him even though he only averted the spread of the poison for a moment, the gas is equally still going to spread any ways. However, Hei's evasive actions changed Medusa's plan and instead of going with the Chloroform move, she would instantly seize Hei's movement while still throwing more poison smoke bombs towards his position. The augmented genjutsu is a touch based illusion that sudden succumbed Hei to a massive gravity, freezing his body and deterring any form of movement. This would cause him to fall back towards the spikes he had fled from. Although Crona would not allow for Hei's easy escape and as Hei fled from the spikes, she continues to manipulate the forest of spikes to pursue Hei, now with all their fangs bearing towards Hei.

Either Hei falls towards the spikes or the spikes meet him, the result would still be fatal. The genjutsu is casted using the wind element, that makes the gravity sharp even as the force presses Hei from all over. The jutsu increases in strength by one rank and due to the massive amount of chakra used, the jutsu can penetrate through any subversive method against genjutsu. By using nature chakra rather than raw chakra, the properties of the genjutsu can change in accordance to that nature and become stronger. For example, using Crushing Snake Constriction with Fire Release chakra would make the snakes appear, feel, and sound as though they were on fire. As well, the technique would follow the rules of elemental genjutsu. The user is free to alter the effects of a genjutsu within reason as long as the primary effects remain the same.

He would feel it's affects as his body would seem to freeze and be pushed down, toward the very spikes he was attempting to evade. It would seem to place Hei in a tough spot indeed. The illusion would seem harsh, causing cuts along his body as it forced him down. Even still, Hei almost immediately deduced a counter. Releasing chakra from around his body, Hei would force crystals of Jade to rapidly grow, engraved with the symbol for fortify. The technique enhance not only with his Senjutsu, but also the affects of the devils seal would make it's defense even stronger then normal. The passive implementation of his Senjutsu and Jade's natural strength with wind will allow the technique to counteract the affects of the illusion. (Senjutsu counteracting the Yin while Jade is strong to Wind: "When an elemental gen is combated with an element it is weak against the surge required will only need to be of equivalent rank.) With the added measure of his Devils seal this will not only release Hei from the Illusion but simultaneously protect from the earth spikes as they smash into the Jade and crumble away.

As the Jade forms, it's lined with engraved Kenji that create the symbol for fortify. This spherical barrier is unique, even among Jade techniques as it doesn't carry the normal elemental strength or weakness. Rather, this technique is designed to render blunt force damage null. The structure of the Jade and fuuinjutsu barrier engraved throughout it will distribute the force of an attack around the sphere, causing it to cancel itself out by using it's own power against it and seals the kinetic energy within the fuuinjutsu formula. This will leave the user within the sphere completely unharmed and protected from the blunt force attack, regardless of power output. This barrier can only absorb up to S-rank blunt force attacks though. Once the force is absorbed and rendered null, the structural integrity of the sphere will fail, causing it to crumble away like a fine crystalline sand. This technique is only effective against blunt force techniques, but ineffective from piercing or slicing techniques or any attack that is not a blunt force attack. As such, when facing such techniques normal S/W apply. This technique provides an S-rank defense against non-blunt force attacks. The quick and massive use of the users chakra to use this technique will prevent the user form using high level Jade techniques for a short time.

The rift being under Hei and above Medusa effectively placing Hei directly over Medusa. With his enhanced movement Hei's drop kick will pass through one end of the rift and exit the other in one fluid motion, kicking Medusa in her head under the visual cover of the crystalline jade sand and send Medusa flying down to the active pool of Tar below.

( Yomotsu Hirasaka ) - Underworld Slope Hill

Medusa would sense the man surround himself in a particularly weird element, into order to break himself out of the genjutsu and perhaps muster a defense against Crona's assault. She would react to this by instantly activating sage mode, using 10% of her chakra. She intends to end the man in her next assault. Monitoring Hei's chakra and essence with her minds eye and other senses, she picks up his usage of a technique that leaves his chakra signature below him and above her. Medusa can even sense Hei's chakra the instance the rift opens up. Medusa reacts to the drop kick immediately without stress or difficulty seeing that her reaction and speed doubles that of Hei(leg weights only increase running speed. Hei's in mid air).

As the kick descends, Medusa would in her stable hovering position, spins to her left while moving her body away from the path of the kick and at the same time, turning to position herself behind Hei. In tandem with her movement and using her quick reaction and close proximity to deal a single blow to the back of Hei's head before he even knows what hits him. The blow would be quick but painful, sending Hei flying several meters away. Since Taijutsu is faster than Ninjutsu and at such close range, coupled with superior speed(X4), it would be difficult to mold chakra for a technique before the taijutsu attack hits.

Simultaneously with the blow, as the claw strike makes contact, Medusa would place a seal on Hei, sealing his chakra.

Note:
By coming into proximity with Medusa, Hei further succumbs himself to the effect of the lingering poison, making him begin to experience the side effects up to the 2nd turn. This would further hinder his reaction.
This poison is called Tasha's Hideous Laughter and has specific effects that include uncontrollable laughter on turn one accompanied by auditory hallucinations where people will mock and insult the poisoned individual, blurred vision, twitching and numbness on turn two reducing the poisoned individual's reactions by one fourth,

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn) for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +30. Additionally, the user is able to break out of Genjutsu, using Genjutsu release technique one rank lower than what he would normally be required to. And similarly, the requirement to break out of user’s Genjutsu using Release or Chakra surge is one rank higher than required. Lastly, the user gains access to snake anatomy, Sage Art: Inorganic Reincarnation and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.

I'm not sure that jutsu counts as a chakra surge.





Medusa would sense the man surround himself in a particularly weird element, into order to break himself out of the genjutsu and perhaps muster a defense against Crona's assault. She would react to this by instantly activating sage mode, using 10% of her chakra. She intends to end the man in her next assault. Monitoring Hei's chakra and essence with her minds eye and other senses, she picks up his usage of a technique that leaves his chakra signature below him and above her. Medusa can even sense Hei's chakra the instance the rift opens up. Medusa reacts to the drop kick immediately without stress or difficulty seeing that her reaction and speed doubles that of Hei(leg weights only increase running speed. Hei's in mid air).

As the kick descends, Medusa would in her stable hovering position, spins to her left while moving her body away from the path of the kick and at the same time, turning to position herself behind Hei. In tandem with her movement and using her quick reaction and close proximity to deal a single blow to the back of Hei's head before he even knows what hits him. The blow would be quick but painful, sending Hei flying several meters away. Since Taijutsu is faster than Ninjutsu and at such close range, coupled with superior speed(X4), it would be difficult to mold chakra for a technique before the taijutsu attack hits.

Simultaneously with the blow, as the claw strike makes contact, Medusa would place a seal on Hei, sealing his chakra.

Note:
By coming into proximity with Medusa, Hei further succumbs himself to the effect of the lingering poison, making him begin to experience the side effects up to the 2nd turn. This would further hinder his reaction.

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn) for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +30. Additionally, the user is able to break out of Genjutsu, using Genjutsu release technique one rank lower than what he would normally be required to. It's a technique that rapidly releases S-rank levels of chakra from around my body. The flight that allows me to maneuver around at my running speed is still active. I've been spending chakra for it each turn so you're not moving double my speed like you claim. I also said I was holding my breath as I passed through the rift. Nothing in your move nor the poison says it affects on contact. It's a laughing gas and I assume it would need to be breathed in to take affect.

With his Byakugan, Hei would notice the alterations in his opponent as she enters Sage Mode. Taking note of the new event as he passes through the rift in space time via his drop kick. Hei would keep close watch on Medusa as she spins around to the left and focuses chakra into her hand. It would appear as though she was trying to move into a blind spot, but nothing can escape Hei's eyes. Her movement also gave off the feeling of being free, or rather unbound. It seemed as though she was certain in her ability, as if she knew her power far exceeded Hei's. Was she overestimating herself? or underestimating Hei? Either way he was prepared for a counter attack. As Medusa reached outward to attack the back of Hei's head. With his Byakugan he would continue to easily predict her movement, maneuvering to the left side so that the attack would pass him as he turned, this while he drives his right elbow down to the extended arm and simultaneously rises his right knee to catch the extended arm between his two limbs with massive crushing force. At the same time Hei begins his movement. Hei would also use his left hand to release a gas from a black box located on the side of his belt, allowing it to quickly spread in all directions with immense speed, quickly consuming Medusa as she's caught in Hei's counter attack. The gas will spread out to Mid-range but the moment the gas makes contact with Medusa, she would succumb to severe pain and be unable to effectively mold chakra above A-rank. And if she breaths it in, the affects will become worse. Hei and Medusa would also be covered in the fine crystallized jade sand that also fell through the rift in space-time, a contingency for later use.

(Ryūgūjō) - Palace of the Dragon King

Should a foe touch the gas, they immediately become unable to use chakra above A rank. Should they inhale the gas, they will be unable to use chakra or move for 2 turns. This binding is able to prevent movement from any foe of same rank and below for the same period of time, increasing 2 turns for every additional rank difference.
Note: Can only be used four times per battle with a 2 turn cooldown period.
Note: Can only be used by Urashiki Otsutsuki.

My edit was made an hour and a half before the end of the round. You're immune to Poision Release, this Gas isn't Poison Release. Also, nothing in the technique says it needs to be stated in the bio.

The fight went back and forth but eady to follow. Serpent started at a distance with the Tar attack and Priest countered it by flying only for Serpent to counter his attacks by flying. Priest tried to hit him with a Genjutsu and Spikes and Serpent countered with a blast of Jade. Priest activated SM and Serpent opened a rift and jumped through towards him. Priest then uses the Dragon Claw but Serpent counters with intersection method and the Dragon King technique.

I didnt see any issues on either side, as Serpent pointed out the technique doesnt require it to be in the bio and his move was before the timelimit. It was an almost evenly matched fight but I think Serpent did slightly better on the offensive than Priest did. It was close but his last few moves edged it over imo. Serpent advances to the next round.
