After hearing the brackets announced Desmond made his way to his designated arena and walked out onto the field, Artemis in the coffin on his back he stood 15m from his opponent. With his masked fastened tight and hood up, Desmond activated his byakugan and began to repeatedly perform the diagnostic skill on himself. Cynn took her spot 10m to the right of Desmond, Lyss took her place 3m in front of Desmond with Abrigor in the coffin on her back, Ilya took her 5m from Desmonds left with Zeus in the coffin of her back, and Jecht flew in a constant motion 10m above the group.

His opponent walked onto the field and after a brief moment of letting him prepare Desmond started it off; weaving several seals he channeled his chakra into the skies forming dark clouds causing it to begin pouring down, In unison with this he would tell Lyss to attack via raising her arms and releasing a volley of chakra bullets adjusting her fire if needed. Simultaneous with the others Cynn received her mental command she channeled her chakra into the ground around their opponent creating two earth mountains to arise from his left and right attempting to crush the man(10m radius).

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye (Passive)

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of hand seals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the user's senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

( Kinzoku Kugutsu ) - Autonomous Puppets

Description: An advanced type of puppet that makes use of scientific ninja tools to attain a limited degree of autonomy that ergo, enables them to act independently of a puppeteer. To initiate this method, each puppet must first be programmed with a set of specific functions that then makes use of a detection system to prompt them into action. More specifically, the puppets will be able to act whenever foreign chakra enters mid-range of them while deployed in a battle or in the same landmark as them (WSE). Once prompted to act, these puppets are capable of firing several chakra bullets in rapid succession to inflict major damage (A-rank with twice the speed of Jounin-ranked bios). In addition, they are also able to fire chakra bullets nonstop once every three turns, which results in a much higher collective damage output (Forbidden-ranked). But afterward, the puppets are rendered unable to fire any bullets while they undergo a two-turn cooldown.
Note: Puppets are created with up to 150 chakra, able to be used for firing chakra bullets. These bullets are neutral to elemental Jutsu.

(Doton: Yama Eikyō) - Earth Release: Mountain Smash

Description: The user will do 3 hand seals (Tiger → Ram → Rat) and slam his hands on the ground which creates two enormous rock formations that close in on the opponent from two opposing sides with tremendous force, smashing everything caught in between. Both of these formations are capable of dwarfing even the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path in size. This is one of the strongest Earth based techniques, standing as a testament to both this ability's destructive potential and its difficulty. However, because of its size and power, it can only be used a limited amount of times, requires much chakra and can only be used at least mid-range from the user.

Description: Grenth is an armor based on the Tyrian God of Death; it was created by Desmond upon joining the Reapers. It is comprised of an animal skull, dense chakra metal pauldrons/chest plate/vambraces/tasset/greaves/sabatons, cloth lined with a chakra thread mesh, and leather straps. Altogether the armor is able to take up to one S-Rank of non-elemental dmg and up to one A-Rank of elemental dmg within reason. Unless the armor is completely destroyed the user can spend 40 chakra to infuse into the metal causing it to reform.

The skull mask is repurposed to function as a rebreather allowing the user to breathe underwater without making bubbles and a redesigned Shijima device built in as headphones. By flipping a switch the headphones activate draining 5 chakra from the user per turn allowing all chakra enhanced sounds A-Rank and below to be met with white noise preventing the sound from reaching the user's ears. On the right pauldron are five detachable skulls that can be filled with poison gas and tossed like a grenade at opponents; alternatively the user can push a button at the top of the skull sprouting a skeletal body no bigger than a 2yr old allowing the skull to chase down/latch onto enemies before releasing their poison. The vambraces are designed with puppetry in mind and were built to accommodate the use of any arm based puppetry techniques the user may know as well as release poisonous gas. The tasset has three heads and a man being dragged to hell on either side of them molded into it. These are filled with poisonous gas that can be released at the will of the user. Attached to the tasset is a long decorative cloth that has darken blades woven into the seams; due to their coloration, they aren’t noticeable by any means. The greaves have 8in hidden blades in the upper area and are filled with gas that can be released at any time. The sabatons have 8in hidden blades in the frontward soles.

Okay before we start, I'm not sure how the Enhanced Chakra Control skill works for the autonomous puppets. How does the skill affect thier chakra control? Just want to clarify it before we get too far into things.



"Let's do this, Kurama!"
Menma would passively and instantly enter his Sage Mode and quickly became wrapped in golden chakra suddenly as he raced forward with the incredible speed and momentum granted by the Nine Tailed Fox Chakra Mode. Menma moved at such an incredible speed he easily outmaneuvered the Springhare's earth technique and the simultaneous barrage of bullets that were unable to keep up the the Jinchuuriki due to his speed increasing 4 times its base (48). As Menma avoided the attacks, he summoned two intangible spirits that would aid him in this fight. The spirits would take on a protective role over Menma acting almost as if they were his own parents sworn to protect him from harm. With a single mental command the spirits would act in tandem. The father spirit would race towards Cynn aiming to take the Springhare head on, meanwhile, the mother spirit would cause Moondust to rise into a violent localized storm that would eat away at Desmond, his summons and his advanced puppets which would be rendered unusable and eventually completely destroyed while the Moondust would serve to constantly grind away at them trying to dissolve them all into dust as well.

Menma would end up behind Desmond about 6m away keeping tabs on the flying summon above ready to act should he attempt to intervene.

( Kanpekinanin Gama Sennin Modo ) - Perfect Toad Sage Mode - passive

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn) for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced by x3. Their strength increases, empowering Taijutsu techniques and Ninjutsu by +30. Additionally, Genjutsu cast by the user are empowered requiring the opponent to use Genjutsu release, of one rank higher than what is normally required. Lastly, the user gains access to toad anatomy, Sage Art: Frog Kata and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.
Note: Usable thrice per battle by Perfect Sages only. Must wait 1 turn before using this technique again. Once per battle, the user is able to instantly activate Sage mode, with 10% of their maximum chakra reserve as Senjutsu Chakra.
Note: Perfect Sages can convert a maximum of 40% of their total chakra reserve.

( Kyūbi Chakura Mōdo ) - Nine Tailed Fox Chakra Mode

Description: The user accesses the Kyubi chakra that is sealed away in his body after the separating Kyubi's chakra and its will, gaining the ability to access its chakra directly whenever he needs it without interacting with the beast at all. In doing so, he gains a chakra shroud that resembles the Sage of the Six Paths' silhouette. The colour of his eyes changes from blue to orange, instead of red. Also, while the demon fox shroud is red and releases chakra as burning, acidic bubbles, this form's shroud is yellow and releases chakra as flickers of flame, instead. Minato, when using this, is slightly darker. With the Nine-Tails' power under his control, the user's strength is significantly increased, adding +25 to his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu techniques. His speed is greatly increased to the point in which he surpasses A while in his last version of Lightning Release Armor. The user can create chakra arms from the shroud which can aide in the manipulation of various techniques. The chakra arms give the user greater range of attacks as well as greater dexterity and manoeuvrability with his fighting style without the use of shadow clones.
Note: Technique can only be used three times total and last 5 turns when activated.

(Chōten Zeitaku) – Apex Opulence

Description: A magnificent diamond that was presented as a wedding gift at an unknown Daijo-daijin’s wedding over four centuries ago. The Apex Opulence is a priceless artifact that even the wealthiest of Daimyo and Warlords feel pressured in buying. At the time of the Daijo-daijin’s death, he sealed his and his wife’s soul within the diamond that would, in effect, allow them to be together for eternity in the grandeur that was the Freehold. The gemstone was passed down from administration to administration until it was finally lost when the Kyuubi razed Chungsu, leading the Apex Opulence into the hands of the Witchwood Company. The gem allows the user to summon the souls of the two unnamed rulers into battle to serve the user for six turns in exchange for an immense amount of chakra. While the Apex Opulence is active and their souls are summoned, the user cannot have other summonings on the battlefield. If there are summonings present when the Apex Opulence is used, they will be automatically dispersed. The two souls are bound as one; this means that while they operate as two entities, should one be dispersed then the other will be as well. As spiritual entities, the souls of Apex Opulence can only be interacted with by Yin-Yang or Senjutsu, much like the Hands of Sloth. However, they can be perceived as normal spectral beings. Neither speak or communicate with the user, but they share a mental bond that allows the user to issue their commands. The Apex Opulence is immune to Fuuinjutsu of all types, and can perform elemental Ninjutsu without hand seals, including all elements that the user knows. These techniques are enhanced by 30 additional damage, and do not draw upon the user’s chakra reserves. Unlike the spirit’s incorporeal form, the techniques they produce can be interacted with as normal. Both spirits move at quadruple the speed of a Jounin shinobi. The Apex Opulence can be used twice per arc.

( Mūndasuton: Ekuripusu ) | Moondust: Eclipse

Description:
This is a simple technique used usually to disarm the use of technology. With the use of 2 hand seals the user has a light amount of Mūndasuton begin to rise from the ground. This causes a light mist like cloud to cover the terrain, but it doesn't effect the visuals of anyone nor damage anyone. The dust would instantly cling to any technology on the field bar the users (due to having control of it not sticking to our things) and render it useless if it is of 1 rank higher than this technique or lower. If the user chooses, he could use this technique with a higher chakra cost, becoming A-rank but becoming more of a violent technique. This variant causes more of a localized dust storm that does the same as the weaker version, but also eats away the technology and anything else the user chooses. On technology and other things weak to Mūndasuton, it would take direct A-rank damage from this technique, but on human/living flesh, it would eat away at them by 20 damage per turn, sticking to their bodies if not delt with. The A-rank variant can only be used 3x and only lasts 3 turns. It would also need a 2 turn cool down once used. In either variant, should the cloud be removed, technology will resume function after one turn.

Desmond's opponent entered the ring and immediately entered sage mode followed by a golden chakra cloak, Desmond recognized both the bijuu and sen chakra and activated his tenseigan in response. Desmond watched as the man in front of him began dodging the chakra bullets and making his way forward. While unable to physically react to his speed Desmonds eyes allowed him to see his every move as if moving at a normal pace and as he neared the end of the Cynn's jutsu Desmond would channel his chakra in front of Lyss creating a surge of wind that would slam into him. Knocking the man off his feet the wind would push the man back into the center of the mountain as it closed.
In unison with this Jecht had channeled chakra into the rain turning it acidic and utilizing Desmond's, Cynn's, and his shared knowledge of the battlefield to keep the rain from harming his allies. Simultaneous with the others Cynn would channel more chakra into the earth strengthening the mountain.

Description: The Tenseigan (転生眼, Literally meaning: Reincarnation Eye) is a powerful dōjutsu utilized by the Ōtsutsuki clan. The combination of the Byakugan and the chakra of a Ōtsutsuki clan member can evolve the Byakugan into the Tenseigan, resulting in the loss of the Byakugan's quasi-omnidirectional and distanced vision. The Tenseigan allows the user to control both attractive and repulsive forces, similar to the Rinnegan's Deva Path. Desmond's opponent entered the ring and immediately entered sage mode followed by a golden chakra cloak, Desmond recognized both the bijuu and sen chakra and activated his tenseigan in response. Desmond watched as the man in front of him began dodging the chakra bullets and making his way forward. While unable to physically react to his speed Desmonds eyes allowed him to see his every move as if moving at a normal pace and as he neared the end of the Cynn's jutsu Desmond would channel his chakra in front of Lyss creating a surge of wind that would slam into him. Knocking the man off his feet the wind would push the man back into the center of the mountain as it closed.
In unison with this Jecht had channeled chakra into the rain turning it acidic and utilizing Desmond's, Cynn's, and his shared knowledge of the battlefield to keep the rain from harming his allies. Simultaneous with the others Cynn would channel more chakra into the earth strengthening the mountain.

As Menma raced forward his ability to sense negative emotions gave him the advance notice he needed to realize Desmond and his summons were preparing attacks in response to his sudden movement. With his Sage Mode, Menma could sense the change in the rain and the formulation of chakra in front of him that manifested as a surge of wind that would threaten to push Menma back. As he ran forward, Menma released a wave of chakra pressure using his Tailed Beast Chakra that would force Desmond's Gale Surge technique directly back towards him. The wind having been created directly in front of the puppet as a means of protecting her meant the puppet was the first to suffer from the attack due to her proximity. In an instant the wind was back upon the automated puppet resulting in destruction of not only one but two of the the opponent's tools due to Lyss carrying the Abrigor coffin on its back. The puppets would shatter into into debris that was carried towards Desmond along with the wind that threatened to carry him off as well. The wind would also be much stronger than before due to the now mixed in Senjutsu and Tailed Beast chakra. Meanwhile the rain from above turned to acid as the Thunderbird caused it specifically rain upon Menma. As the acid touched Menma's body, it sizzled evaporating away due to the combination of Tailed Beast chakra and Natrual Energy completely negating its effects (30 damage reduction). Menma would continue forward as he created the seal of confrontation while he continued to close the distance between him and Desmond. Having prevented himself from being subjected to Desmond's Gale Surge technique however, meant that the Springhare's Mountain Smash technique which would smash shut with Menma outside of its 10m radius and now within short range of Desmond.

Menma's created seal of confrontation resulted in the manifestation of four large chakra arms which spread from his back out towards each of his opponents. As the arms raced towards Desmond, Cynn, Jecht, and the remaining automated puppet they each formed a Senjutsu-enhanced Rasengans that would collide with each of them dealing lethal damage and would chase them as long as they remained within range. While the opponent's were preoccupied, Menma's diamond gem would glow as two intangible spirits maifested themselves along Menma. The spirits would take on the role of Menma's protectors as they race along side him Menma before making a dash towards his main target.

Description: A magnificent diamond that was presented as a wedding gift at an unknown Daijo-daijin’s wedding over four centuries ago. The Apex Opulence is a priceless artifact that even the wealthiest of Daimyo and Warlords feel pressured in buying. At the time of the Daijo-daijin’s death, he sealed his and his wife’s soul within the diamond that would, in effect, allow them to be together for eternity in the grandeur that was the Freehold. The gemstone was passed down from administration to administration until it was finally lost when the Kyuubi razed Chungsu, leading the Apex Opulence into the hands of the Witchwood Company. The gem allows the user to summon the souls of the two unnamed rulers into battle to serve the user for six turns in exchange for an immense amount of chakra. While the Apex Opulence is active and their souls are summoned, the user cannot have other summonings on the battlefield. If there are summonings present when the Apex Opulence is used, they will be automatically dispersed. The two souls are bound as one; this means that while they operate as two entities, should one be dispersed then the other will be as well. As spiritual entities, the souls of Apex Opulence can only be interacted with by Yin-Yang or Senjutsu, much like the Hands of Sloth. However, they can be perceived as normal spectral beings. Neither speak or communicate with the user, but they share a mental bond that allows the user to issue their commands. The Apex Opulence is immune to Fuuinjutsu of all types, and can perform elemental Ninjutsu without hand seals, including all elements that the user knows. These techniques are enhanced by 30 additional damage, and do not draw upon the user’s chakra reserves. Unlike the spirit’s incorporeal form, the techniques they produce can be interacted with as normal. Both spirits move at quadruple the speed of a Jounin shinobi. The Apex Opulence can be used twice per arc.

As his wind rushed towards his opponent Desmond saw the man release his own wave of chakra which upon clashing with the wind sent it back stronger than before. The wind would hit Lyssa dismantling her as we'll as abrigor but that is as far as the wind would go. Desmond opened his hands allowing his palms to face outward and focused his chakra through them releasing a mid-size gravitational wave that would disperse the wind and continue onwards towards its target. This would cause the man to be hit, pushed him back, and pinned onto the now-closed mountain.

In unison with this Desmond's actions, Ilya's jaw would open and release several chakra bullets of her own towards the man. Simultaneously with his companions, Jecht had channeled his chakra into a single point in the sky creating a vortex, sending it down and crashing into his target.

The Second form is much more dangerous than the former. The offensive power in this size is severe, sending opponents flying backward with enough force to, if not defended properly, leave near-fatal physical damage. Although not directly fatal, the technique boasts physical damage of 80. If the user focuses this ability through one or both hands, he can push away a specific target or technique alone, instead of producing the normal Omni-repulsive wave. Once used, takes 2 turns to cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.

Note: This technique is immune to normal Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths and as such can't be blocked or stopped. However, the enemies can still use techniques that prevent or reduce physical damage to their bodies to survive its effects or escape its range through a fast enough technique. This means that in the large scale, while the technique can't be stopped or directly countered, enemies can still manage to survive if the logically counter.

In addition, they are also able to fire chakra bullets nonstop once every three turns, which results in a much higher collective damage output (Forbidden-ranked). But afterward, the puppets are rendered unable to fire any bullets while they undergo a two-turn cooldown.
Note: Puppets are created with up to 150 chakra, able to be used for firing chakra bullets. These bullets are neutral to elemental Jutsu.

Desmond's hands stretched out towards Menma as the negative emotions and the build up of chakra from the opponents let Menma know he had better react fast due to the range he was in from Desmond. His opponents were all attempting to pin him down by launching a plethora of techniques simultaneously. Menma's reaction was to quickly avoid the techniques, and thanks to the Nine Tails Chakra he was able to do so while he maintained the seal of confrontation. In a flash of speed, Menma narrowly avoided the burst of gravitational pressure heading directly towards him slamming into the wall behind him. The rain which had been formed into a vortex would strike the ground where he had just been as it was shot down from above by Jecht. Ilya nonstop chakra bullet attack would be too slow to keep up with the Jinchuuriki's burst of speed. Menma's speed sent him in a quick and short arc around towards Desmond, keeping himself outside the Tenseigan's field of view as he maneuvered towards his opponent. Meanwhile, Menma had held the seal of confrontation so while he used his burst of speed to avoid the oncoming attacks he continued to create several chakra arms. The chakra arms would each form large Rasengans, which would drive themselves into each opponent before they were able to react due to Menma's speed clearly out pacing the Otsutsuki's own. As the Rasengans met their mark, resulting in the destruction of the Desmond's puppets and summons. Desmond would be launched several meters away slamming into the newly created mountain. Menma's diamond gem would glow spawning two intangible spirits that would aid him in finishing off the opponent in case he somehowe survived the blow. Thanks to Menma's speed being much greater than Desmond's own and untraceable to the summons, they would all be hard-pressed to avoid the Rasengans. The one aimed for Desmond specifically would have be directed to strike him in the face in order to result in critical damage and thanks to Menma's sensory would make them nearly unavoidable while in range as the Tailed Beast Arms would chase after their targets.

The speed at which one can move is relative to the transformation used. The basic Red Chakra Cloak doubles the users speed while the Incomplete Transformation triples his speed. The movement one can produce can be both intricate or simple, depending on the users intention.

At the time of the Daijo-daijin’s death, he sealed his and his wife’s soul within the diamond that would, in effect, allow them to be together for eternity in the grandeur that was the Freehold. The gemstone was passed down from administration to administration until it was finally lost when the Kyuubi razed Chungsu, leading the Apex Opulence into the hands of the Witchwood Company. The gem allows the user to summon the souls of the two unnamed rulers into battle to serve the user for six turns in exchange for an immense amount of chakra. While the Apex Opulence is active and their souls are summoned, the user cannot have other summonings on the battlefield. If there are summonings present when the Apex Opulence is used, they will be automatically dispersed. The two souls are bound as one; this means that while they operate as two entities, should one be dispersed then the other will be as well. As spiritual entities, the souls of Apex Opulence can only be interacted with by Yin-Yang or Senjutsu, much like the Hands of Sloth. However, they can be perceived as normal spectral beings. Neither speak or communicate with the user, but they share a mental bond that allows the user to issue their commands. The Apex Opulence is immune to Fuuinjutsu of all types, and can perform elemental Ninjutsu without hand seals, including all elements that the user knows. These techniques are enhanced by 30 additional damage, and do not draw upon the user’s chakra reserves. Unlike the spirit’s incorporeal form, the techniques they produce can be interacted with as normal. Both spirits move at quadruple the speed of a Jounin shinobi. The Apex Opulence can be used twice per arc.

As the wave progressed Desmond watched as the man moved to the side(left/right?) of the wave, forming arms with rasengans as he did so. Though he and the summons couldn't physically react to this his eyes and mental links to his summons granted them the capabilities. As the man cleared the gravitational wave and formed the rasengans the ground beneath him would seemingly vanish leaving him without footing to continue forward or any movement(starting 2m in front of Desmond the entirety of the arena outward would sink 50m).

Desmond utilizing his eyes and mental link with Cynn had commanded her to lower the ground while he in unison with her created a surge of wind at a 60-degree angle directly above his opponent slamming into his opponent forcing him and his jutsu into the pit. Desmond knew that manipulating multiple jutsu at once was near impossible but just in case his opponent could, he created it at such an angle that if it were to be blown back like before it would pass over his group.

Utilizing his connection with Desmond Jecht simultaneously created and released a spear barreling down and crashing into their target.

As chakra and shared negative emotions seemed to pour out from the opponents as Menma closed the short 3 meters. Having just avoided the Reincarnation Thrust, as Menma arced towards Desmond he could see his opponent's gaze continue to follow him. The Tenseigan's tracking ability was proving to be an effective tool for Desmond and rather annoying to Menma as his opponents eyes shined with power. However, even though Desmond could see Menma and direct his summons attacks through their mental link, they were still all much too slow to effectively corner Menma.

"Let me take control, I wanna have a bit of fun." The Black Nine Tails said within Menma's subconscious.

"Fine, I'm getting bored anyway. Gonna take a nap." Menma replied.

Just like that the Black Kyuubi was given control over Menma's body. As the ground started to lower and the wind was launched by Desmond, and the Rain Spear was created by Jecht a sudden explosion of chakra spread outwards from Menma's body which would cause immense destruction as a cataclysmic wave of tailed beast chakra completely devastated the battlefield. The resulting explosion radiated 360 degrees outwards, the Nine Tails using the attack as a means of introduction that showcased just how powerful he was. The explosion was powerful enough to obliterate all matter and energy alike, and would sweep any and all things to the edge of the battlefield, leaving the Kyuubi controlled Menma standing at the center of the crater. Desmond due to his proximity to the explosion would be buried under large amounts of rubble that was knocked upwards and back. His body would be shattered as the combination of large crushing debris and the force from the explosion of chakra would leave him mangled and barely clinging to life. In the after math of the explosion, Kurama held the right hand of his jinchuuriki towards the sky. Chakra would shoot from the arm up into the launching a volley of positive black chakra into the sky which rained down from above Desmond. The attack would leave a dazzling display of explosions in Desmond's vicinity making them impossible to avoid.

As their strategy entered into play the man before them abandoned his rasengans and let out a roar. This roar would spread outwards in all directions countering the wind, earth, and rain, however, as it neared Desmond with his arms still facing his opponent he'd activate his absorption arm ninja tool absorbing the technique before it hit him or his allies.

In unison with his absorption, Desmond would release med-toxin from his armor which would flood all of short-range around himself in an attempt to poison the man. Simultaneously with Desmond, Cynn via mental command caused adhesive mud to erupt from below their opponent sticky him and encasing him in a tombstone-like construct.

Ilya would begin to move further to Desmond's left entering the 6m range.

Altogether the armor is able to take up to one S-Rank of non-elemental dmg and up to one A-Rank of elemental dmg within reason. Unless the armor is completely destroyed the user can spend 40 chakra to infuse into the metal causing it to reform.

The skull mask is repurposed to function as a rebreather allowing the user to breathe underwater without making bubbles and a redesigned Shijima device built in as headphones. By flipping a switch the headphones activate draining 5 chakra from the user per turn allowing all chakra enhanced sounds A-Rank and below to be met with white noise preventing the sound from reaching the user's ears. On the right pauldron are five detachable skulls that can be filled with poison gas and tossed like a grenade at opponents; alternatively the user can push a button at the top of the skull sprouting a skeletal body no bigger than a 2yr old allowing the skull to chase down/latch onto enemies before releasing their poison. The vambraces are designed with puppetry in mind and were built to accommodate the use of any arm based puppetry techniques the user may know as well as release poisonous gas. The tasset has three heads and a man being dragged to hell on either side of them molded into it. These are filled with poisonous gas that can be released at the will of the user. Attached to the tasset is a long decorative cloth that has darken blades woven into the seams; due to their coloration, they aren’t noticeable by any means. The greaves have 8in hidden blades in the upper area and are filled with gas that can be released at any time. The sabatons have 8in hidden blades in the frontward soles.

The rock quickly continues to constrict around the opponent, growing tighter and tighter until it eventually crushes them with immense force. Multiple tombstones can be created to encase and destroy multiple enemies, or a single large tombstone can be created to destroy a group of enemies or one large enemy. The Tombstone created can be no larger than Gamakichi and if multiple Tombstones are created, their total size combined cannot exceed that of Gamakichi.

After 4 turns untreated, this will result in near total paralysis as the victim loses almost complete motor control. Will cause fainting 6 turns after exposure due to lack of oxygen.

Symptoms are:
1: Difficulty breathing, loss of balance. Effects take place after 1 turn.
2: Dizziness and mental disability; their mind becomes hazed as do the senses. Inability to perform 4 or more hand seals or complex techniques. Diminished reactions and speed reduced by 25%. Effects take place after 2 turns.
3: Near complete paralysis: The target becomes almost fully paralyzed, moving at 75% their speed and their reactions reduced at the same level. Effects take place after 4 turns.
4: Knockout: Muscles shut down, the body shutting down as well causing the target to pass out. Effects take place after 6 turns.

Lol the only thing that throws me off about this move would be the fact that the ground and everything would've exploded from beneath you since I was being lowered 50 meters down by the Great Moving Earth Core tech. I was 3 meters away, which means I'd be effectively below you looking at a cliff face when I released the attack. I'm pretty sure the cliff would been blown away by my technique that you would've still been standing on. Not sure how you can simply absorb the chakra without also avoiding the debris as well which I believe would carry the same damage. The absorption sphere stays the size of a Rasengan until it encounters chakra which would undoubtedly would be coming from beneath you along with tons of rock. Unless of course you jump into the pit you created lol. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if it's enough to quote so i'll continue anyways.



The Kyuubi's chakra had been meticulously absorbed by the Scientific Ninja Tool as he continued to be lowered the 50 meters leaving him staring directly at a cliff face with his opponents now high above him.He could sense Desmond's but not see him due to him standing 2 meters away from the newly created cliff's edge. Seems they didn't want to deal with a direct confrontation and were trying to keep them as far away as possible. Humans were such fragile creatures after all. It was probably in the opponent's best interest to stay as far away as possible in order to protect his companions. Suddenly, the Kyuubi could sense the numerous negative emotions stemming from their opponents as they prepared they released their attacks. Cynn's chakra was surrounding the Jinchuuriki, quickly changing the ground from solid to mud. No way such a slow attack would be able to keep up with him, as the Jinchurriki moved forward and began scaling the wall in front of him. The Kyuubi only exerting a fraction of his power as he quickly scaled the wall closing the long range distance. His speed allowed him to enter Mid range rather quickly. During his ascent, he would summon two intangible spirits that would phase into the ground splitting up and using their speed to close in on Desmond and Cynn from directly below. In Desmond's case however, the spirit aimed for him would emerge from would directly below out of his Tenseigan's line of sight. As the spirit did, it would have focused lightning concentrated around hits hand which would pierce directly into his heart. Since the attack would happen without prior warning, due to being in Desmond's blind spot below, he would be unable to react as the spirit traveled at quadruple his own speed. Meanwhile the Kyuubi stood on the wall below having stayed at mid range as he realized his chakra was fading from the boy's body. He would spend some time to recollect it as he didn't want to give his opponent his position quite yet as he stood about mid range below the cliff line keeping his eyes on the sky.

Description:
Using the power of their bijuu to boost their physical abilities, the Jinchuriki is able to dash and move at incredible speeds. While doing so, the user will move and run on all fours (if applicable) and display a movement much more in tune to the animal traits his bijuu possesses. The speed at which one can move is relative to the transformation used. The basic Red Chakra Cloak doubles the users speed while the Incomplete Transformation triples his speed. The movement one can produce can be both intricate or simple, depending on the users intention.
Note: this version can only be used by Bijuus with Chakra Cloak or Incomplete Transformation active. Naruto can use this technique in both his 9 Tails Chakra mode as well as his Bijuu Mode.

Description: A magnificent diamond that was presented as a wedding gift at an unknown Daijo-daijin’s wedding over four centuries ago. The Apex Opulence is a priceless artifact that even the wealthiest of Daimyo and Warlords feel pressured in buying. At the time of the Daijo-daijin’s death, he sealed his and his wife’s soul within the diamond that would, in effect, allow them to be together for eternity in the grandeur that was the Freehold. The gemstone was passed down from administration to administration until it was finally lost when the Kyuubi razed Chungsu, leading the Apex Opulence into the hands of the Witchwood Company. The gem allows the user to summon the souls of the two unnamed rulers into battle to serve the user for six turns in exchange for an immense amount of chakra. While the Apex Opulence is active and their souls are summoned, the user cannot have other summonings on the battlefield. If there are summonings present when the Apex Opulence is used, they will be automatically dispersed. The two souls are bound as one; this means that while they operate as two entities, should one be dispersed then the other will be as well. As spiritual entities, the souls of Apex Opulence can only be interacted with by Yin-Yang or Senjutsu, much like the Hands of Sloth. However, they can be perceived as normal spectral beings. Neither speak or communicate with the user, but they share a mental bond that allows the user to issue their commands. The Apex Opulence is immune to Fuuinjutsu of all types, and can perform elemental Ninjutsu without hand seals, including all elements that the user knows. These techniques are enhanced by 30 additional damage, and do not draw upon the user’s chakra reserves. Unlike the spirit’s incorporeal form, the techniques they produce can be interacted with as normal. Both spirits move at quadruple the speed of a Jounin shinobi. The Apex Opulence can be used twice per arc.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.

This fight had littered with issues on both sides early in for the first half of the fight, which made it kinda balanced; in the first set of moves, Pyro used his puppets and summonings to attack Kirabi and try to slam with Mountain Smash. Kirabi ended up countering this by blitzing past it and counter attacking as well.

What followed was Pyro utilizing his Doujutsu and Wind release to force Kirabi into the closing MS attack now. The issue with this is MS was done in the first timeframe of the first move in the fight. To continue and say the MS is still closing to crush Kirabi in your second turn would be going back in the timeframe to say it hasnt been fully used yet, especially when you say you use the Jutsu to boost the earth at the same time. Creates a TF breach and error where you technically use 4 jutsu per turn

Kirabi also made mistakes in his Jutsu usage; to use the Chakra arms technique, you must actually post it. You cant just use techs that utilize it without the arms being present and used first, which just like Pyro and the MS usage, would mean he has 4 jutsu used per turn. However, this isnt what decided the fight;

The use of the gravitational technique and the counter to it helped decide this; Kirabi having closed the distance some in his previous moves was either in short range or close to it when the technique was released towards him. His reply stated:

"In a flash of speed, Menma narrowly avoided the burst of gravitational pressure heading directly towards him slamming into the wall behind him. The rain which had been formed into a vortex would strike the ground where he had just been as it was shot down from above by Jecht. Ilya nonstop chakra bullet attack would be too slow to keep up with the Jinchuuriki's burst of speed. Menma's speed sent him in a quick and short arc around towards Desmond, keeping himself outside the Tenseigan's field of view as he maneuvered towards his opponent."

He notes that he avoids it and it hits the wall behind him but later in the samesequence, he mentions running forward and around it towards Pyro. Issue here being the proximity; due to being so close, for him to run forward in any capacity means he runs the risk of running into some part of it. While the rest of the the fight was relatively similar to the first half, it's this issue where he was hit headfirst (even with the damage reduction) that made me lean towards Pyro fighting better. Had he evaded it properly, I'd be inclined to rule in his favor. Pyro advances to the next round.
