I think you don't get the point. In terms of fundamentals, it's easy genin level. In terms of execution, definitely not.

What does this even mean? There are no basics to Hirashin either you have the ability to do it or not. Bar KKGs, jins, etc any tech can be done if taught and conditions are met, doesn't make them easy to do

You just need a symbol/ mark and summoning to create a FTG which the same thing tenten doing right?

The fundamentals are the same as a genin level technique. The application, execution and the practical level of FTG however is beyond even regular Jounin level, seeing how 3 jounin level shinobi were required to perform it.

but its not. The technique doesn't function like any genin lvl tech out there.

ftg's principal is reverse summoning yourself, those touching you or your chakra to any of your seals.

What genin technique compares to that? Tenten's jutsu is her sealing her kunai beforehand to unseal it when she wants to use it. Completely different.

heck even reverse summoning in it of it self was only done by frogs in this manga two of which are sages.
