Safe to assume would imply that you are quite convinced that it does, when nothing indicates it. Ae charged at him in V1 the second time when he teleported to Bee. How much time did V1 Ae give him to mold a good bit of chakra when the distance was barely 2 to 3 meters? The fact that he teleports away, despite being in unfavourable situations, repeatedly, proves to me that the chakra is very minute, hence the speedy kneading. Unless Minato is some undisputed god of near-FTG level chakra kneading speed, this is speculation, unsupported by the manga.

That is Doujutsu and the second one is Genjutsu / Doujutsu. Both have nothing to do with teleportation. Amaterasu, in a way, literally teleports out of no where on the target, but the usage and the 'MS being taxing' to begin with are vastly different things.

I agree. Tobirama's version may have recquired more chakra but we know that Minato refined the jutsu. Maybe eliminating the need for more chakra. Minato seems like the chakra conserving type.

That's your mistake for not trying to grasp it. I merely moved it away from teleportation mechanics to make a point, as these three techs are astronomically different. You trying to make some kind of bizarre connection makes no sense here, when more control leads to less chakra usage. It's pretty much a fact.

Amaterasu appears 'instantly' on the target. It literally appears out of nowhere. There is zero movement involved. Ae also dodged behind it. The flame appeared in front of him. He dodged after it appeared. But that is a pointless debate as it doesn't concern FTG.

It's not. The flames might reach the target instantaneously, but the ignition of the flames is not instant or Raikage wouldn't have dodged it after the flame converged with Raikage.

Technically tenten should able to use ftg much better than anyone else because she transport things and hv thousand weapon+ her abilities in sealing, there is no reason for Jiraiya, kakashi and Tsunade or other high ranking ninja unable to use the jutsu because the concept of FTG is easy more easy than Kagebunshin.

btw, i'm not denying what the jutsu is portrayed to supposedly be.

Not even technically. The fact that 3 jonin are needed shows how difficult it is. Also you need the reflexes and speed for it to even be effective because ninja can counter speed.

Example being killer bee, JJ Madara, and Momoshiki. They all countered S/T ninjutsu.
