Kid Buu vs Hisoka Morrow
Type:
Solo
Location: Hollywood Boulevard
Terrain: The inside of a busy toy store.
Range: 7 Meters

Mind if I switch Sadistic for Analytical? That was my plan for Buu anyways.

Buu wanders around the toy store gawking at all the available wares when he notices a specific man watching him. His aura, his posture is different, almost challenging.

Kid Buu vs Hisoka Morrow
Type:
Solo
Location: Hollywood Boulevard
Terrain: The inside of a busy toy store.
Range: 7 Meters
Time Limit: N/A

Mind if I switch Sadistic for Analytical? That was my plan for Buu anyways.

Buu wanders around the toy store gawking at all the available wares when he notices a specific man watching him. His aura, his posture is different, almost challenging.
Hisoka shot an intense glare toward Buu, unable to hold back an excited smile. He had tailed the monstrosity for quite some time that evening. The being didn’t seem to express himself much, but the sinister and violent aura Hisoka gleamed from him was irresistible. Even in their world of Quirk-made monsters, Buu was something entirely unique; the ideal opponent for The Magician.

“Let’s begin♠,” Hisoka chimed once Buu had caught sight of him.

With a flick of his hand, Hisoka released a surge of psionic energy into a nearby jump rope and harnessed control over it. The Magician flicked the rope directly toward Buu, bending it to bind around the creature’s neck and lift him off of the ground in an attempt to strangle it.

Quirk Name: Poltergeist

Quirk Type: Emitter

Quirk SubClass: Range

Quirk Bonus: Grants the "Strangle" Keyword to Poltergeist Related Style Techniques or Free-Form Actions.

Description: This ability allows the character to utilize their mental fortitude to perform telekinetic maneuvers of various nature. Via psionic wave generation, the character can interact with the external world and remotely guide susceptible targets. This psionic wave generation is invisible and always nine meters in volume ( three [3] meters in width | height | length ). Although the abilities originate from the mind, all telekinetic abilities require physical cues such as raising arms or pointing. Because this quirk stems from the mental fortitude of the character, the power behind the telekinesis is the Intelligent Attribute.

Quirk Breakdown: Whenever the character releases their psionic energy and interacts with the external world ( regarding solid and/or liquid based targets ), they are capable of telekinetically manipulating said world via ongoing physical cues. The nature of the psionic energy is oppressive to those susceptible targets, which is reason why Poltergeist Related Style Techniques and Free-Form Actions gain the ”Strangle” Keyword. Whenever clashing with solids or liquids, due to the keyword, the psionic energy will trump those targets and gain control of them.

Quirk Drawback(s):

~ Despite this impressive ability, there is limitation to what the character can telekinetically control. The amount of targets the character can maintain and track is based on their Dexterity Attribute’s Target Tracking Clause, plus Three [3] More. The range the character can control the targets depends on the distance of accuracy also explained in the Dexterity Attribute, instead of the Style Technique’s Rank Scaling. The character must be careful because maintaining and controlling these targets constitutes that they are also tracking those targets.

~ Another important limitation is the weight of those targets. The character cannot telekinetically manipulate more weight than their mental fortitude can handle. Based on the Intelligent Attribute, the character can only control an accumulate number of meters. This means even if the character chooses to control one target or multiple targets, their combined meter count cannot exceed their mental fortitude: Each Point in the Intelligent Attribute Allows Three [3] Meters in Volume Accumulatively ( One [1] Width | Height | Length

Name: Elastic Love

Quirk Name: Poltergeist

Type: Offensive | Defensive | Supplementary

Rank: E-Z

Scale: Depends

Description: The character will release a wave of psionic energy, initiated through a physical gesture / cue such as pointing or raising their arms. This psionic wave generation is invisible and nine meters in volume ( three [3] meters in width | height | length ). Whatever susceptible targets the psionic energy interacts with will become under the character’s control, telekinetically. Depending on the tactic in mind, the character can execute different tactics whether they be offensive, defensive, or supportive in nature. Regardless of which, the character can use the psionic energy to rip portions from targets that exceed the dimension of the psionic wave.

Note: When the Character activates this Style Technique with an Attack Card, the target(s) exposed to the psionic energy will only remain under their control for One [1] Turn.

Note: When the Character activates this Style Technique with a Block Card, the target(s) exposed to the psionic energy will only remain under their control for One [1] Turn.

Note: When the Character activates this Style Technique with a Support Card, the target(s) exposed to the psionic energy will only remain under their control for the Entire Battle. The Card(s) Spent Remain Occupied Until Deactivated.

Note: After Activation via Support Card, the Character can Spend Cards without Style Techniques When Utilizing their Telekinetic Abilities. The Rank of those Free-Form Actions are Determined by the Activated Rank for Elastic Love.

Quirk
Quirk Name: Majinn
Quirk Type: Quirk Singularity
Quirk SubClass: Mutant
Quirk Bonus: Grants the "Immunity" Keyword in Regards to Blunt | Explosive | Concussive | Cut | Slashing | Piercing Related Damage and Status Effects. This Parent Raises the Human Caps On the Power, Agility, and Defense Attributes by Two Benchmarks. Grants the "Replenish" Keyword to the Anatomy.
Description: Each passing generation, Quirks are continuing to mesh which results in complex powers. Formerly known as a theory, quirks are this nature are reality despite being extremely rare. In the case of Majinn, the character was born with an abnormal physiology considering its composed of a viscous almost liquid like substance. This not only allows an incredible amount of control over the physique, but various abilities associated with the aqueous like nature has been gifted to the character.

Quirk Breakdown: Due to the abnormal aqueous form, the character has been granted an incredible control over their anatomy. Akin to malleable material, the character can ( at will ) stretch – bend – and reshape their entire body. Because of the malleable composition, the character lacks traditional human physiology which has granted the ”Immunity” keyword against Blunt | Explosive | Concussive related Damage. This immunity also extends to the Inherent Status Effect associated with those types of damage.

The Degree of Control over the Body Depends on the Character’s Power Attribute. Each Point in the Attribute Allows the Character to Stretch their Anatomy Three [3] Meters Forward or in Volume. This ability can be utilized without Style Techniques, via Spending the Appropriate Battle Card: Attack Card when assaulting | Block Card when defending | Support Card when doing neither.
Due to the abnormal viscous ( almost liquid like substance ) anatomy, the character can willing separate any portion of the body ( or be forcefully subjected to it by opposing sources ) and remain unharmed. An interesting ability, the character retains the will over these dismembered limbs with great accuracy. The speed of these limbs will be determined by the Agility Attribute belonging to the character, but each separated body part will split the total points allocated in the Power Attribute as evenly as possible. Because of the viscous composition, the character lacks traditional human physiology which has granted the ”Immunity” keyword against Cuts | Slashes | Piercing related Damage. This immunity also extends to the Inherent Status Effects associated with those types of damage.

The Control over Severed Body Part(s) Depends on the Character’s Dexterity. The character can only maintain and track a number of severed body parts based on their Target Tracking Clause. The range the character can maintain this control depends on the distance of accuracy, which is also explained in the Dexterity Attribute instead of the Style Technique's Rank Scaling. The character must be careful because maintaining and tracking their projectiles constitutes that they are tracking targets.
Due to the immunities expressed above, the anatomy of the character is virtually safe from all traditional damage and associated status effects. Due to the complexity of the Quirk, the character possesses one more prominent ability. Due to the composition of the body, the character can exhaust the Stamina Pool to hasten the regeneration process of the body. This regen can produce more body mass, should any region of the body undergo complete destruction. Due to this regenerative ability, the character is granted the ”Replenish” keyword which can trigger by spending Stamina.

Whenever damage has been sustained, the character can choose to spend Ten [10] Stamina Points and One [1] Support Card to restore Two [2] Points. Whenever the character wants to regenerate missing body portions, Fifteen [15] Stamina Points and Two [2] Support Cards is required. Whenever the character wants to regenerate half ( or over ) the anatomy, Twenty [20] Stamina Points and Three [3] Support Card to restore the entire body – this process requiring Two [2] Turns for the process to complete.
Quirk Drawback(s): Despite the abnormal characteristics of anatomy, it still retains the human organ – muscular – skeletal systems. As such, the character is not immune to Status Effects or Abilities that negative inflict the character via targeting those systems ( this vulnerability is nullified should said abilities involve the immunities discussed above ). In fact, the character has become more vulnerable to inflictions induced by Status Effects, evident that the duration is not only doubled but the numerical values are also doubled.

Lastly, there are certain restrictions to the character’s body despite its abnormity. For example, whenever the character willingly splits their body part then the total health pool is also split. During separation, the character can determine how much health is applied to that body part but should they undergo forceful severing – then each separated part will split the health pool as evenly as possible. Except the torso and/or head will retain the most health points.

Costume Description: A unique costume, this attire was created with the combination of thermal resistant polymer and his DNA. This material doesn’t conduct temperature well, thus provides resistance for the character. Because his DNA is infused into the costume, it can stretch and reshaping with him while still serving its purpose of protection. The Blast Deals Two [2] Damage and the Effect Zone & Shrapnel Projectiles is Two [2] SPM
Gadget Description: The Spirit Bombs are fragmentation type of explosives designed to be used by Buu himself. These bombs can be primed on a timer or detonated by command. Not only do these bombs release powerful explosions, they eject multitudes of small metal fragments to deal additional status effects.

Martial Art Name: Kaio-Ken
Martial Bonus: Grants Martial Related Style Techniques or Free-Form Actions the Superior Interaction Keyword Against Solids and Liquids.
Description: This martial art style is unique to Kid Buu, due to his abnormal physiology although anyone with a malleable physique can utilize this style of combat. Due to the aqueous like composition of the body, the practitioner can easily and efficiently transfer force and momentum, giving their combat ability more value than the regular fighter. Normally this style is utilized when the practitioner simply compresses or stretches their body to manipulate force related impacts.

Martial Art Breakdown: This martial art has become less of a form, but way of life due to the anatomy that is needed to maximize this combat style. This is evident since Kaio-Ken does not possess Style Techniques or Free-Form Actions. Once posted, this parent technique grants ordinary martial related attacks with Superior Interaction Keyword whenever they class with Solid and Liquid based sources.

Buu studied the man for several moments, he could almost feel the aura of bloodlust radiating off him. However his face remained expressionless, his head cocked to the side, his posture still relaxed clad in his costume and the three visible explosives on his belt. The other three located in each arm and his torso respectively.

However at that moment the discount magician pulled off an actual trick, flicking his hand and manipulating a jump rope to fly through the air. The toy wrapped itself around Kid Buus neck but the villain showed no sign of distress. He simply manipulated his unique body, splitting his neck as he stepped forwards unfazed by the attack, his neck rejoining in one smooth wave as the rope passed through it.

Buu grinned wide, interesting. This man was interesting! He lept forwards cackling, his glee spilling forth as he sprinted at the clown, his new entertainment. Buu stretched his left arm forwards as he ran, swinging it horizontally in an attack at the mans torso. It was shaped like a wicked blade and capable of delivering similar damage.
