The Study Hall is a massive library infused food court within the middle sector of the Horizon College campus. The area is designed for ultimate hospitality and comfort, allowing the students to deescalate from the stress inducing atmosphere of schooling. Several aisles of long, marble tables and cashmere couches are decorated around the room for optimal relaxation. There are even small restaurant and coffee shops stationed within the Study Hall, which creates a sense of convenience and less effort. This promotes the desire to not only come, but encourages them to stay.

It hadn't been long since completing his rigorous workout that Finn decided to make his way to the Study Hall. He had been waiting for Charmer to make his appearance but patience is a virtue so he'd practice it peacefully while he waited for the Charmer to show up.

Finn opened up a book on quirk types an abilities to gain a greater understanding on his abilities. He flicked through the pages, reading through abilities with no real similarities to his own that is until he got to the last chapter.

He read the excerpt, "Quirk Singularity refers to the unique phenomenon that with each passing generation, quirks are continuing to mesh to become complex powers. Formerly known as a theory, quirks of this nature are of reality despite being extremely rare. It is important to note that the complexity of the Quirk stems from them exhibiting characteristics similar to multiple Quirks Types despite it being just one quirk."

Finn came to understand that his quirk obviously had transformation like qualities but he wasn't tied to a specific transformation, and it was triggered by his own perception of things that might harm him. The transformations must have originated from some mutation which enabled him to have an endless array of transformations to enter.

"Interesting.." Finn would say as he continued to read.

It was a crisp beautiful evening with clear skys as the amber sunset streaked into the great hall. Nejire took the time to visit the library in her new campus to pick up some books on English, Quirk Theory and the History of Horizon University. She was a diligent student most of the time if not studying or doing her hero course work she would be preparing for her next class.

As she entered the hall the warm glow of the sun illumimated several food stalls while a student sat reading. He was kinda cute, as Nejire smiled and wandered down the book isles. Focusing back on the books she soon familiarized herself with the numbering system and help desk and it didnt take her very long to find the books she needed. She had learnt basic english while in school in Japan, but she thought if she were to have a future here as well as to help her understand the school work here she would need to practice and study her English more.
The next book she picked up was by a Professor at a local laboratory, who studied the effects of various quirks on the body. Namely how parental quirks can either combine to form a new quirk or how one of the quirks will be passed on to the child. It was fascinating as Nejire read the blurb.
Lastly Nejire picked up a small book on the Horizon University which more or less described the institute in general. There wasnt any book that Nejire could find specifically on the history of Horizon.

She held the books under her arm as she went and took some complimentary water from the university. Respectfully being quiet, Nejire sat down at one of the lovely oak desks near the window as she bathed in the orange light yhat now cast her in a golden hue. Nejire could her bird chirping and singing outside while she opened up the first book of English. Pulling out a workbook, she started working her way through the first chapter taking notes and mouthing words. She couldnt exactly practice her spoken english here, but she would find time for that later.

Moving onto quirks, Nejire excitedly opened the book as she qas quite fascinated by the subject. In a world where people developed extrodinary abilities, there was still a large amount of unknown. Theories sure but hard to prove a majority of them.

Nejire thought to herself, I wonder wjat other types of quirks are out there. There has to be ones we have never seen before. There may be some similat but never the same ones...

Nejire kept on reading as she piqued her curiosity the more she read.

Still feeling a little sore from his work out, Chrollo had changed and was seeking some quiet to relax for the rest of the evening. He walked in the direction of the study hall, thinking over his first day here at Horizon and the events that transpired. He pushed open the door softly, not wishing to disturb the other students inside.

He looked around once he stepped in, there was only a couple of other students in here at the moment. Good he didn't want any loud distractions in the middle of his relaxation time. He thought back to the large and over bearing student who kept talking like he was the King of the university, Escanor was it? He shook his head with a smile on his face.

He walked over to the shelves and browsed for a few minutes, selecting a book filled with Hero's accounts of rescues during natural disasters. He picked a spot on a sofa in the middle of the study hall, sighing as he sat down and begun to read.

Man I can't imagine how a Hero is supposed to react to all of these different situations, I guess that's part of what they are training us for..

He muttered softly to himself every now and then, flipping a page every few minutes.

As usual, Garp makes a loud entrance. Someone in charge of the library quickly approaches him and tells him about the manners to observe when in such a place. Garp apologizes and makes himself more discreet.

Walking through the aisles, Garp has a hard time deciding where to begin since the variety of learning materials is really vast. He is far from being a bookworm and usually is quick to fall asleep when reading books. Looking around to see how others are doing, he recognizes some faces from before when he was in the Department of Support and the Training Facility. There's a white-haired mutant with huge horns wearing a red jacket, a girl whose distinctive trait are her long blue hair, and a regular dark-haired young man wearing an elegant black suit.

An idea comes to Garp's mind. He approaches the three individuals and whispers to them to propose a group discussion where they can exchange what they have learned separately. The exchange will benefit all of them as they do not have to spend more time to read three books each, instead each of them reads only one book and tells the others what they learned. Garp also benefits from it even if he doesn't read any books, but to be fair to the others, he plans to force himself to read one sooner or later.

Should no one accept his proposal, Garp will have to study alone or maybe wait for others to show up so that he can ask again.

Today was a good rest day. He just got done making beats for Streetz radio and some other artists. Emiya current love was trap music, and although he listened and enjoyed all types of music, he really rocked with the innovative design, diversity, and systems that trap music had. Programs like Fl Studio had dropped not too many years ago, so Emiya had heat on deck for whoever. He would think about who to send it out to as he sat in his bed.

"Hmm maybe I should send these to Yatchy...or maybe Drake? Shoot I know Big Sean or Justin Timberlake could use some heat. I might need to answer Pharrel's text soon since he's trynna do a collab, but I'll get on that later."

*Ding*

Emiya received a text on his phone so he set up on his bed and looked down on his phone in his hands. Under the contact it was titled Big Booty Lightskin. It was that chick he met the other day at the gym, Emiya still didn't know the chicks name but he was gonna figure out the inside of her body.

"Hey umm did you wanna come over? I need help with some homework."

Emiya knew what was up. He just got the green light.

Emiya arrived to the girls dorm. She asked him to sit on her bed as she went to the bathroom and came out in booty shorts with her hair in a bun. He knew what he had to do.

A couple pumps later he was well relaxed a expressed that he gotta go to study. He picks up a book in the study hall, sits on a couch, and reads.

Jeremiah sat inside a study room, alone with his thoughts. The only thing that could be heard was his uneven heart rate and heavy breathing. He was close to having a panic attack. He was scared for sure, he never thought he would have to deal with something like this. That damn Darkseid had pulled him into something he couldn't get himself out of.

The evening had begun to fall over the state of California. The Crown Prince had barely been able to escape from the CDC with his life and his identity intact. With his gas mask on, he finally headed back to the sewers to escape the watchful eyes of street cameras. His home was deep within the sewers of Soho, it was the best way to continue his "side-job" without his dorm roommate being aware of his activities. Upon arriving, he turned on his lights and saw a huge boulder looking individual sitting in his computer chair.

"I've been expecting you..." Darkseid said

"You...you're the same guy from Mr. Five Finger..." Jeremiah said as he created a black orb inside of his hand.

"Don't be too brash, they are searching high and low for the source of all the radioactivity. If they detect it here, you'll be found out. Not only that, stuff like that doesn't work on me..." Darkseid said while spinning alcohol inside his cup, smiling. He was testing Jeremiah, he could be lying, he could not be, but was it worth the risk.

"Tsk, he is right. I don't know anything about his powers, plus the way he reached for the radioactive material back then..." He thought to himself as he remembered when this same man tried to grab his hazmat suit. "So why are you here, you waited for me all this time."

"We are going to attack Horizon University, I want you to join me." Darkseid said with a malevolent grin stretched out across his face.

"What?!" Jeremiah exclaimed, with a bewildered look on his face, hidden behind his mask. "You're kidding right? You don't stand a chance, you won't even get on the campus. I refuse..."

"Free Will is really useless, isn't it. If you refuse I'll fight you right here." He said as he rose from the chair, towering over Jeremiah. "You are good, but not nearly as good as Olukun was in his prime, your family has a tendency of hurting themselves." Darkseid declared, with his smirk having reached its peak, he knew at that moment he had won.

"Huh?! How do you know about..." Jeremiah started to say before his voice wavered. He was beginning to lose his composure.

"I also know about the Black Lake Incident...the French are still dealing with that now. C'mon boy, you are out of your depths here..." Darkseid said,

"I can't join you...I attend the school, but I can get you in safely..." Jeremiah said as he walked over to his desk and pulled out a map.

Present

Just then, he flashed back to the present, if the school was going to be under attack tonight, he needed to be prepared. Although Darkseid knew his background, he did not know his face. He had to keep his identity under wraps at all cost. Thankfully he had enough time to clear his apartment in the sewer. Darkseid was given a map to the sewer system so that they could maneuver without being seen. Jeremiah used this same map to travel when he lived in the sewer.

The Organ Donor had to take a break from being seen in the public eye for a while, things were going to get hot.

Arriving into the study hall, Annie couldn’t help feeling right at home. She always used to stay within her father’s study while at home in order to read up about things. She wasn’t exactly fond of some forms of literature that her dad had in stock but she read them all none the less. As she quietly walked passed some of the students she previously interacted with she gave a rather awkward peace sign as she sat down and started to eat from a bowl of fruits she had with her. Opening her laptop, she started to do some research of the area in California so that she can start to do some part-time work. “Let’s see…oh this café can be nice…or maybe modeling for an agency…” she said as she continued to look.
She eventually placed out an application to the café as a waitress and applied to this anime production company as a cosplay model. Once she was done, she would take out her manga titled “Kiss Him Not Me” and putting her headphones in as she started to read and listen to music. She would glance up every now and then just to see what’s going on but immediately drew her attention back to her book.

Horizon was truly an interesting place. The day had progressed quickly as A played a game of basketball with another student and then went on to discuss his costume with the head of the support department. With some spare time on his hands the Egyptian royal made his way to the study hall. It was a comfortable setting that acted as a hub for students, containing both a library and an assortment of restaurants and shops.

Seeking to relax as well as stimulate his mind A opted to do a bit of reading. Going from aisle to aisle A went around looking for some interesting reading material. Ultimately he decided on a thick old looking book whose appearance made it clear that it had been quite a while since it was last opened.

He read the excerpt
, "Quintessence is the name of the fifth element used by medieval alchemists for a medium similar or identical to that thought to make up the heavenly bodies. It was noted that there was very little presence of quintessence within the terrestrial sphere. Due to the low presence of quintessence, earth could be affected by what takes place within the heavenly bodies."

A would emit a small golden flame from his finger looking at it with pride.

"Oiii Smokey, can you believe this?"

Joseph turned his textbook towards his friend, Smokey Brown. The young man was visiting him from his new home at Granny Erina's. It had been several weeks since Erina had moved Joseph to New York, and his enrollment had been shaky from beginning. Smokey put down the thick, leather-bound textbook he had been previously immersed in, and found himself inches away from a magazine ad for a push-up bra. "UP TWO SIZES" were scawled across the page in red and yellow bold print.

"That she went up two sizes?" he asked, confused.

"No, Smokey, it just makes it seem that way. But do you think they actually work? There's no way that it would actually fool the trained eye, would it?"

Smokey's face twisted, the boy clearly out of his depth.

"Shouldn't you be studying, JoJo? Ms. Erina doesn't seemed too thrilled with your progress report."

Joseph sighed loudly and shoved the pile of comic books and magazines aside. He clicked his teeth in annoyance, and began prodding through one of his textbooks. Picking the lightest one, Joseph cut his eyes and grumbled as Smokey returned to the book in front of him, delighted to rejoin the scholars as JoJo studied.

Jean sat a table tucked into a corner of the room at a thick rectangular wooden table, seemingly buried in her books but in reality trying to stave off the distracting thoughts of others around the room that filled her head. She hated eavesdropping, but at times she was literally unable to help it. While she felt somewhat blessed for her gifts, when her mind drifted, so too did her focus and reach of her powers.

"Chill out."

She would say as she rubbed her temples, an extremely faint and brief red glow emanating from her as she did so. The beast had quelled for now. She returned to her studies

After all that excitement, Ben needed a quiet place and asked around where the library was located. He wasn't interested in reading regular books. He liked to look at the magazines for inspiration. He also enjoyed warm-up drawing techniques. Being able to visualize movements will in theory help him improve his quirk mobility and usage. Along the way, he also picked up a few books in certain chemical compounds and how they react to each other in different forms. He hopes to find new ways to experiment using his quirk. Taking the books and his drawing tablet, he sat down and began reading. Occasionally, he'd stop to take notes or make references.

After showering Chrollo made his way once again to the study hall. It was rather crowded this time, he considered just reading in his room but since he was already here he may as well. He walked over to the shelves and browsed for a while, nothing catching his interest.

Finally he selected a historical book that focused on the first few years that quirks began to appear. He found a cushy chair behind the shelves and sat down to leaf through it.

The world would have been much different before quirks began to manifest.

He stared at his clenched fist for a few seconds, activating and deactivating his quirk at will. He was still not satisfied with this level of control. He went back to his book, trying to focus more.

Nejire kept reading upon her book about the history of quirks. She came across several interesting topics that she began to learn more about such as the links between those that can manipulate water, Hydro kinesis, those that can manipulate fire with pyrokinesis, and how the quirks were becoming 'stronger'.
The book didnt specifically mention it but Nejire noticed a pattern that as the years went on and more quirks were developed, they became more and more powerful. Equally there were harmless quirks being born as well but the fact was that there were quirks being born now that simply dwarfed the original generation of quirks in terms of power.

She then came across a term, Quirk Singularity, something that was barely explained and a reletively new discovery but she passed over it. If there wasnt much information then perhaps it was still unexplored.

Nejire drank from her water bottle and pondered if her quirk could be considered a singularity. Well she didnt really have similar quirks to her parents, her grandparents didnt have quirks. Well her one of her grandfathers did, but it was only being able to produce electricity from his hands. Nejire didnt think there could be any link between that and her quirk. Shaking her head, she went back to reading.

Jirou reached over his green khaki duffle bag. Prying it open and rummaging its contents. After shuffling past the series of gym equipment, he took out the iced coffee. As he uncorked it with his left hand and drunk, he adjusted the volume on his Bose QC 35 headphones with the right. The smooth baritone of the British accented man lowered but not enough to drown out his exposition. “Quirk Factor. A term which refers to the genetic predisposition of an individual to manifest an ability. The term originates from the 14th century biophysics scholar Joe Jitosunko. It was he who synthesized the three derivatives samples of what we now refer to ass Q-Cells. It is through Q-Cells enzymic reaction with DNA that three distinct and varied outcomes arise…..” Jirou yawned and his mind wandered. The Introduction to Quirks audio book that had been provided as mandatory reading was known to him. Infect the subject matter had been extensively taught to him in High School!!

Instead Jirou’s mind harkened back to the conversation he’d had with Soundbite. Japan’s 8th ranked hero. A man whom, despite his outright Top 5 potential status had settled for simply being a scholar. In one of their conversations, as he tried to debunk the existence of God, the man he mentioned what he classified as Primordials. Beings he theorized were amongst the first to awaken quirks. However, unlike humans their structures were comprised of 100% Q-cells. Granting them power unlike anything imaginable. It was due to the possibility of their existence that more G8 countries had been advocating for……...!! Jirou’s mind snapped back to reality and he swiftly tapped onto the laptop laying on the table before him. The screen flared and he watched as the search engine give result to the term that had lit his mind. “Quirk Singularity” He clicked on the second result and watched the video.

Despite the dangers associated with Selective Breeding, Italy with support from Germany and France have rallied for an increase in both legalization and subsidization from UN. This is an effort to raise the possibility of Quirk Singularity. A phenomenon that allows Q-Cells to produced distinct and stackable outcomes. Enabling the three distinct Quirk classes to exhibit and stack the others unique attributes. This is was once believed to be rare to the point of impossibility. However, at the turn of the last millennia there has been a 1% rise of such individuals. Indicating that the Quirk Evolution Theory holds true. If so, these nations are suggesting an artificial cultivation of quirks would help accelerate Singularity emergence.” Jirou drank once more as the video ended.

Winters was a big man making a name for himself. His quirk started to mold into something amazing. He wasnt a wanted man any more but he sure wasnt a hero. He was the person everybody wanted to do the dirty work. So essentially it was safe for him to walk inside the school. He knew Klaus would be there since she liked to study. Slowly walking behind the area she typically sat, he saw her glistening blonde hair. Letting out a small laugh right behind her "gekeke"/. She didnt act surprise one bit, though she turned around slowly. A small smile did come on her face. IT seemed like Winters and Klaus was no longer enemies. But thats only because she dont know what Winters really do. Its safe to say hes no hero, nor a villain but he has hero ties who does villain deeds. The Black Order is associated with the top hero association but plotting a take over.. The world isnt black and white, its full of color.. some stained with red. winters and her begin to talk to see whats next

With no one seemingly interested to work in group, Garp picks some illustrated editions about heroics achievements aka comics. These contain everything one needs to be inspired on how to use their powers, fight against other enemies and their powers, how to react to situations and solve cases. They are also easy to read and digest and he goes through a whole bunch of them.

As Chrollo was reading he got a message on his phone, opening it up the Support section of the university had finished the item he requested. He rose and went to pick up the item, returning a few minutes after to the study hall with the small launcher. He sat in the middle of the main study section after selecting an encyclopedia on past hero items. He flicked through it, examining the items and comparing them to his own, noting what possible improvements he could make.

He held it up t the light, rotating it in his hand. Examining all the small moving parts, he could not quite grasp how it functioned but they assured him that it did what he had asked. He continued leafing through the tome with the gadget on his lap.
