Danzo can probably still win this with high difficulty. After he activates izanagi, he can either kill himself, or let one of the girls kill him, then respawn on the other side of the bridge to summon Baku. His skill in summoning is enough to be able to utilize it without hand seals [

could probably catch the kunoichi off guard before either of them can summon Katsuyu, so they'll probably elect to hide behind one of the bridge's pillars

. From there, one will blitz Baku from the bridge's side [

], and the other will summon Katsuyu or stay put to look out for Danzo. However Baku's suction will still affect the one staying put since it was affecting Karin, so Danzo's Wind Release: Vacuum Blade Barrage should still receive at least a good boost from what originally blew a hole in a v3 Susano'o, which would splice up Tsuna/Sakura's body, effectively taking her out of the battle. The remaining Byakugo user will probably end Baku and have Katsuyu split to try and keep track of Danzo, but I see the latter prevailing here with the help of his juinjutsu, 3T genjutsu, and his fuuton chakra blade.
Should both of the kunoichi decide to blitz separately from either side of the bridge, Danzo's sharingan will take note of their moving chakra signatures, so he can kill himself, suddenly appear in front of Tsuna/Sakura and cast his genjutsu or his juinjutsu, then slice her neck with his fuuton blade. If they both blitz from one side, Danzo can still do the same thing, it's just that he'll get one-hit-KO'd after he casts his technique, then he'll have to respawn and fatally dismember one of them before the other can act accordingly, which in all probability he'll be able to do.
