The dragon flew overhead, noticing others in this area. Immediately, it pinpointed one of the dragons, and coming back to the ground mid range away from it, it released a spear of lightning from its mouth towards it. As it approached the other dragon, the lightning spear branched out so that it covered a wider range on the dragon.

Description: The user, after performing the Snake handseal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.
Next, the dragon released a large stream of fire from its mouth, one which widened along its range as it travelled towards the opposing dragon.

Hearing the landing of several dragons behind him Desmond looked back to see one had attacked; thinking quickly Desmond had his dragon swing its tail releasing 3 blades of wind to clash with the lightning before swiftly spinning around and releasing flames of its own to counter their opponents.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materializes it into a nearly invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single-use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

I watched as the two Dragon's attacks clashed and cancelled each other out. It was boring enough that we couldn't fight and had to rely on the Dragon's so I would try to at least have some fun. I'd command our Dragon to charge the opposing Dragon, taking a low stance while increasing the weight of its claws to increase it's attack power before it started clawing at the oppositions Dragon.

Description: The user assumes a low stance and positions their hands to mimic claws. By pouncing on a target the user is able to deliver tiger claw strikes that can dig into and then tear out a target’s flesh. Though the attacks are extremely deadly against lightly armored targets they cannot pierce through heavy armor.

( Doton: Kajūgan no Jutsu ) - Earth Style: Added Weight Rock Technique

Description: The user will perform the Snake handseal and touch a given target (he needs to use his hands in most cases but can release the technique through his whole body if needed) for a small time frame. Upon doing so, he'll use the earth chakra to increase the weight of the target drastically. The technique can increase the targets weight up to 10 times. One interesting side effect of the technique is that when its used on wood based techniques (such as Zetsu's spore clones or normal wood), the infusion of large amounts of earth chakra into it will actually petrify the target in addition to increasing its weight. A similar effect can be achieved in other earthen materials such as mud. The user can also add weight to a given attack (if feasible) to increase both momentum and impact force, effectively adding damage to it.
Note: The weight change lasts 2 turns or until countered.

The opponents began charging towards Desmond, as the enemy entered short-range and pounced to slash his dragon it would be hit by a surge of wind forcing it back into mid-range whilst cutting it. Once the wind did what it was supposed to the dragon would release several chakra blasts at the target adjusting its aim if needed.

( Kinzoku Kugutsu ) - Autonomous Puppets

Description: An advanced type of puppet that makes use of scientific ninja tools to attain a limited degree of autonomy that ergo, enables them to act independently of a puppeteer. To initiate this method, each puppet must first be programmed with a set of specific functions that then makes use of a detection system to prompt them into action. More specifically, the puppets will be able to act whenever foreign chakra enters mid-range of them while deployed in a battle or in the same landmark as them (WSE). Once prompted to act, these puppets are capable of firing several chakra bullets in rapid succession to inflict major damage (A-rank with twice the speed of Jounin-ranked bios). In addition, they are also able to fire chakra bullets nonstop once every three turns, which results in a much higher collective damage output (Forbidden-ranked). But afterward, the puppets are rendered unable to fire any bullets while they undergo a two-turn cooldown.
Note: Puppets are created with up to 150 chakra, able to be used for firing chakra bullets. These bullets are neutral to elemental Jutsu.
Note: Puppeteers are able to use two autonomous puppets while cyborgs can use up to four.
Note: Can be carried in scrolls if desired.

Only the first 2 posts were done before the event concluded, so TL cant be called and posts done after that time cant be factored in. You guys should really read these time stamps more.

As this fight was fairly bland and just back and forth (with 1 third of the jutsu used being shared), it makes it hard to determine who fought better. One side, with the 1 valid reply they made, was purely defensive and the other side was purely offensive. I feel pressed to give the points to Ryoma and Starboy because of this.
