Description: Modeled after a pair of short blades forged by a revered pair of blacksmiths, Kanshō & Bakyua (Alter) are a pair of bayoneted modular twin hand cannons, styled after the concept of Yin and Yang. Kanshō, the black Yang blade, is covered in a red hexagonal pattern, and Bakuya, the white Yin blade, has the glistening haze of a cloud. Both hand cannons possess a modular frame, allowing the user to manipulate the "structure" of both, within reason. For example, the user can make the barrel of the gun longer, or the chamber wider, allowing for a larger "caliber" of shot, or simply adjust the angle for the handles, allowing them to be "flipped" into a state similar to that of short-swords, or even "combine" both hand cannons to become one "gun". Naturally this allows the bayonet blades to be used in conjunction with Kenjutsu techniques the user is able to perform, again within reason due to the size of the blades. However, when the hand cannons are combined, as the bayonet blades line up to form one singular "blade", they can be used in conjunction with any Kenjutsu techniques the user has, and can perform. This modular frame ultimately results in multiple "firing modes", each with their own pros and cons. They are as follows;

  • Single Fire Mode: The standard configuration, Single Fire allows each Hand Cannon to shoot 1 B-Rank Chakra projectile per turn, with the nature of Chakra dependent on the kind the user supplies the Hand Cannon with. Naturally each projectile fired from each hand cannon consumes the equivalent amount of Chakra used, each individual usage counts as one of the user's 3 Jutsu per turn, all projectiles travel as fast as the average Lightning Release projectile, and this is the same for all subsequent firing modes as well.
  • Burst Fire Mode: A weaker, but more versatile firing mode, Burst Fire is similar to Single Fire, however it allows the user to infuse each Hand Cannon with up to 3 different types of Chakra projectile, with each being equivalent to a E-Rank Jutsu. The ability to fire multiple shots, and of different natures, comes at the expense of overall weaker shots, making them easier to negate through damage mitigation.
  • Spread Shot Mode: By connecting their barrels, the user can "combine" Kanshō & Bakuya together into one singular "gun", one with the appearance, and function, of a single-barrel sawed-off shotgun. By combining the two guns together, they achieve a higher damage output than either can on their own, resulting in a "buckshot" of sorts. This results in a Chakra projectile of A-Rank which can only reach targets within Short Range. Should the shot miss, the user can still utilize the "kickback" from the virtual shotgun blast to perform a Kenjutsu strike, utilizing the recoil to their advantage, resulting in a passive, freeform B-Rank physical Kenjutsu strike.
  • AMR Mode: By connecting their barrels, like with Spread Shot, the user combines Kanshō & Bakuya (Alter), though in this case they also extend their barrels, creating a much longer weapon, and in the process, convert the pair into a long-range, high powered "Anti-Material Rifle". Between the combined power, and the longer barrel resulting in a more powerful, accurate weapon, AMR mode is capable of firing an S-Rank Chakra projectile as far as, and beyond Long Range, and within the WSE specifically, can target enemies as far as the user themselves can sense, up to a max radius of 2 adjacent Landmarks.
On both Kanshō and Bakuya, there is a unique seal applied to the side of each gun's frame. The Kanji "無名", or "Nameless Phantasm" is faintly visible to the naked eye. When Chakra is channeled into the Seal, it activates, passively filling the length of the barrel of Kanshō/ Bakuya with a unique barrier. After the seal has been activated, Kanshō/ Bakuya can fire a unique Chakra projectile that, as it passes through the barrel, and by extension the barrier, is inscribed with a unique sealing formulae that gives off a strong purple aura and, upon contact with an external physical medium, unseals its contents. The contents of the seal are rather simple; a vast number of blades. If this projectile makes direct contact with a living being, after breaking through the skin, the sealed swords , piercing through bone and flesh with relative ease, dealing untold damage to the affected body part(s). When making impact on anything else, such as the ground or similar surface, the swords burst forth over a 5m range, potentially harming anyone within this area, dealing damage equivalent to an A-Rank physical Kenjutsu if hit, otherwise they simply linger on the field as simple weapons with no special properties of their own, that can be drawn and used as though they had always been there. Unlimited Lost Works is considered an S-Rank Raw Chakra Jutsu in terms of cost, damage (excluding the aforementioned example of "missing"), etc, and costs 1 of the user's moves to fire the projectile. Finally, once activated, Unlimited Lost Works cannot be performed for 3 turns.

Note: The Chakra natures that can be infused into both hand cannons is only limited by the types of Chakra the user themselves have access to, including Raw Chakra, Basic 5 Elements, Advanced Elements, Custom Elements, etc.
Note: Changing Firing Modes is a passive action, but can only be performed once per turn per hand cannon.
Note: Unlimited Lost Works can be performed a max of twice per battle, once per hand cannon.

Declined: A couple things about this, for your burst fire mode. It's not possible to shoot the bullets with multiple natures at once because that would require you to manipulate both elemental natures at once (which is typical of a CE but doesnt apply here). Second, your spreadshot mode, that B rank freeform thing isn't gonna fly. If it's freeform is going to default at a rankless 5 damage. Thirdly, you arent sniping people across landmarks with this. Also wouldnt the missing of Unlimited Works hit you also? - Daemon

Description: A Scouter is a scanning piece of Ninja technology, contained in a unit that fits over the users left ear, with a semi-transparent coloured monocle that serves as a display, covering the preferred eye. The colours can vary depending on the users preference but it has no bearing on the usage of the Scouter. The primary function of the scouter is to Scan the Chakra level of an opponent, groups of opponents or even the levels of chakra a jutsu posses; such as in the case of a yang infusion or simply the amount of chakra used to create the jutsu; displaying this as a numerical value as well as an arrow to indicate the direction(s) of the chakra source(s), if they happened to be outside the display-screens field of view. The Scouter is able to pick up Chakra Signals at a vast range, up to a single landmark away; though if multiple Chakra Sources are in the same landmark, it is only able to show the number of individual signals, instead of each Chakra Level. The Scouter will not detect Chakra if the target is using a chakra suppressing ability.
Upon initial activation, it will only show the current level of targets within Long-range of the user, requiring an additional activation cost to scan into the next landmark. Once a targets Chakra has been scanned, it will constantly update the chakra level in real-time, as well as being able to auto-detect any new targets that become detectable within mid-range. So long as the user is able to sustain the chakra cost, they will be able to detect/track up to five targets at any time though only two can be at long-range with the closest two being shown. Any targets within an adjacent landmark, will appear as one reading with the combined chakra level displayed on the screen. The scouter is able to track any source of chakra, from projectiles, to clones, to summons and animal companions; anything with a readable chakra source present. This ability to detect targets does grant a small boost to the users tracking speed, granting an equivalent to a 2T Sharingan.
Scouter's are able to provide a direct line of communication with other Scouter's and communication devices, via implementation of a modified script from a communication scroll, however only when the Scouter is active. This communication extends up to three landmarks in any direction and can easily be heard by the wielder due to the device being ear-mounted.
Notes:
-Scouter can remain active so long as the user has the chakra reserves to do so.
-Scouter Tracking speeds do not stack with Doujutsu
-Can only be made/taught by Shinta and a max of 3 can be used per event.
-Full body lightning jutsu of B rank and higher will short-out the Scouter, making it unusable for five turns. S rank lightning will destroy the Scouter.

(Subarashī Kikan) Super Solenoid Engine

Description: Subarashī Kikan is a spherical device containing chakra conducting circuits and a small battery capable of storing chakra. It serves as an engine, or 'power source' for Ōtsutsuki puppets, more specifically those of the Heaven's Host seal. The device is inscribed with three distinct sealing scripts while being uniquely tuned to Ōtsutsuki chakra signatures, allowing it to piggyback the connection between puppet and master, namely (Ōtsutsuki-ryu: Kugutsu no Jutsu) Ōtsutsuki Style: Puppet Technique. The engine, once installed, will bring added benefits to that connection by augmenting the puppet in different ways. Each of which are only possible if the Puppet Technique is active and controlling the engine's host. Only one ability may be activated each turn.

Awakening: Activated each time the puppet master gains chakra from an outside source such as that siphoned through MIE, a sealing script within the engine with the kanji for "empower (力を与える)" will activate, siphoning a fraction of that chakra (20) to be converted into power. This grants the puppet's next offensive technique up to A ranked a +20 damage boost, or a rank boost if defensive. The reaction is marked by the puppet gaining a thin ring of chakra over its head. Though entirely cosmetic, it also makes the augmentation visible to opponents. Due to the nature of this ability, it may be passively applied to the puppet's technique. Can be done once every two turns. (B-ranked)

Cherubim Grace: The second ability of the engine is another supplementary one meant to share specific boons the puppet master may have active with their puppets. Activated each time the user is under the effects of a movement enhancing ability such as Flight Technique, a sealing script within the engine with the kanji for "fellowship (友情)" will activate, allowing the user to extend its perks to the puppet by sharing the chakra with them. This ability is very limited and only applies to supplementary techniques that augment the user's movements. By adding ten (10) extra chakra to the technique being performed, perks such as added speed and flight can be shared due to the engine's fixation on Ōtsutsuki chakra. This ability is passively activated and lasts as long as the parent technique at an extra (-10) to the user per turn. Can only be used two times per battle, with two turns in between each application. (A-rank)

Final Impact: The last ability comes from the third seal on the engine with the kanji for "destroy (破壊)" which can be activated to trigger a self destruct command in the device and by extension the puppet. The ensuing explosion is equivalent to an S ranked attack with a maximum range of 10 meters. Costs a move. Needless to say this can only be performed once. (S-rank)

Declined: The first bolded section is a hard no. You thought you was slick with that? lmao nah. The second ability alone is highly suspect as seen by the second bolded section. Second ability allows for too much tomfoolery and is entirely too general. Rework it entirely FYI your puppets aint moving at the same speed as you if you use a speed boosting ability. So to save you time from trying, don't. Reduce the explosion radius of Final impact to short range. - Daemon

Famine - (Kikin)

Description: Famine is a set of dual fully automatic pistols owned by Delilah Copperspoon, the Brigmore Witch. These guns are about the size of normal hand pistols with a comfortable grip, a purple/gray body with bronze/rose gold ascents along the body of the tool. Famine itself is made of Chakra metal which allows the guns to correspond and resonate with the user's chakra. This chakra metal works in conjunction with Delilah's affinity for Spiders as well as her Aburame Heritage. Being a Naturalist Summonning Specialist for her Spider contract, Delilah is capable of producing Spider's venom. By focusing chakra into the barrel, Famine converts the chakra into venomous bullets that the dual pistols use as ammunition, with this being it's default firing mode. Shooting, naturally, does 80 damage and costs a move in a turn. Naturally, these shots can travel as far as long range and move as quickly as a lightning technique. Famine's venom is highly potent causing sustained damage over time if left untreated upon piercing the target's body. This venom does 5 damage per turn for a maximum of 4 turns. Despite Famine's basic abilities, it has another special ability in which taps into the user's Aburame abilities.

  • Brigmore Curse: Brigmore Curse is an ability of Famine that uses its ability to resonate with the user's chakra system allowing them to imbue their venomous shots with pheromones created from the insects that currently live in the host body, Delilah herself. Like all pheromones, they serve as a chemical signal that insects use to relay messages and communicate with each other. Once the venom bullet strikes a target, the pheromones are dispersed covering that object completely. These pheromones signal the insects to feed at a heightened level. As a result, Insects will absorb chakra at twice the rate from their opponent when they are hit with Aburame techniques. Brigmore Curse can be applied three times per battle with a three turn cool down in between usages with each usage lasting three turns.

( Tekunomōfu ) - Technomorphing

Description: Technomorphing is an advanced SNT created to allow Murder Machine to get the most out of his cybernetic state and it's technological advantage over normal shinobi. Technomorphing allows the user to passively reshape his robotic parts to best fit his needs and/or draw forth different weapons assimilated into his person. This allows his body to be seen even more as living technology. The user can, for example, reshape the robotic arm he has into a cannon to utilize another one of his Ninja Tools or reshape his legs to utilize a cannon from it. It is also capable of using using it's technomorphing to grow additional limbs, swords, shuriken launchers, grappling hooks, ropes, and other small items within logic. Because of the integration into his being, his Ninja Tools are stronger in their processes and outputs, making his weapons deal +20 additional damage or using +10 chakra passively, depending on function.

( Nanobotto Chiyo ) - Nanobot Healing

Description: Through enhancing previous systems based on the Healing Foam, the user creates a more viscous version of this technique, designed along side nanobots to heal damaged tools over time. Living inside the user's body similarly to Aburame Clan members, these nanobots are able to detect when tools have been broken or short circuits and their ability triggers. Releasing this liquid as they move, this liquid created nanowires and nanotube across technology to restitch it back together. This process takes 2 or 3 turns for any tool (3 if it's S rank) and heals them fully unless it has been reformed once.

Description: Technomorphing is an advanced SNT created to allow the user to reshape his robotic parts to best fit his needs, drawing forth different weapons assimilated into his person via programmed nanotechnology living in the user's body similar to Aburame bugs. The most basic ability of this programming is a passive ability to reshape and reconfigure parts of his being to utilize different Tools from different locations such as creating a cannon from his arm to release Gun blasts, or more. It is also capable of using using it's technomorphing to grow additional limbs, swords, shuriken launchers, grappling hooks, ropes, and other small items within logic. Because of the integration into his being, his Ninja Tools are stronger in their processes and outputs, making his weapons deal +20 additional damage or using +10 chakra passively, depending on function.

In addition to this, the nanobots are capable of actively healing the user's various technology assimilated into his person, allowing his body to be seen even more as living technology. Releasing a modified form of the Healing Foam as they move, this liquid creates nanowires and nanotube across technology to restitch it back together, repairing its functions. This process takes 1 or 2 turns for any tool ( 2 if it's S rank and higher, 1 for other ranks ) and heals them fully unless it has been reformed once.
Note: Can only be used by Cyborgs.
Note: Active repairing of techniques can only be done once per turn with S rank and higher repairs only capable of being performed a total of 3 times, disabling use of any use of its active ability for the same amount of time.

Declined: This has been tried many many times before. I think Pervy has a CFS based on the first portion of this alone. Kind of over done at this point. The second ability is more unique and hasnt necessarily been tried yet. I say focus on that. - Daemon

2. ( Ma'at Uruko ) - Ma'at Scales

Description: The Ma'at Scales is a programming chip designed by Revenant's creators to grant him a power boost to his Stone of Gelel techniques, utilizing faster processing systems powered by the Stone of Gelel's energy to turbocharge it for additional damage at varying levels. This is achieved by a method compared to blood doping, a process where the user continuously siphons Gelel energy and re-injects it within their body through the use of a special mechanical attachment powered by this very energy. This process repeats rapidly and every turn lets the energy return to the user's body enhanced and increased, adding damage to it. The standard level, being an increase in damage by 20, allowing his techniques to become boosted and gain a fiery red color and effect around them when utilized. This function, being ever present, is also capable of augmenting the energy with stunning capabilities, allowing them to slow struck objects for a turn by 25%, effectively stunning them. Should the advanced version be actively triggered, the user gains an increase of 30 damage though this is not without drawback. By sacrificing 30 damage per use, the users damage increases and the slowed effect is doubled in both time and scale.
Note: Standard use is always in use at the cost of 10 chakra per turn, requiring an activation unless it is listed in the user's bio, allowing it to be used passively.
Note: Advanced use will always be at the cost of a move per turn and can only be used once every 2 turns, able to be used three times per battle in total.

( Osiris Djed ) - Osiris' Totem
Type: Supplementary

Description: Perhaps Revenant's most unique enhancement, he is capable of summoning a totem from his being to allow for more reckless combat as it offers a shadowy form with no immediate risk to his health. This totem is a piece of advanced technology mimicking teleportation to link the user's consciousness as a homing beacon and system, returning to once his altered biotech form is compromised. By creating a specific input sequence mimicking handseals, the user calls forth a diamond shaped totem from his robotic chest, extending in side to a meter tall. This Totem, formed through nanobots with the function of replication, creates a 1:1 scale recreation of the user's body down to hair length with an access code unique to each user coded into the nanobots "body", allowing the user to essentially pilot the creation without having to actually fight alongside it. This allows the user and other Cyborgs to pair with the Totem, gaining a nanobody to do their bidding. However, because they are using the nano body to battle with their consciousness currently uploaded to it, it prevents the main body from being used until the nanobody is destroyed or the totem is. Because of this, the totem place the body in stasis, unable to use chakra or Gelel functions or be considered 'living' as the consciousness is located elsewhere.

Should the opponent wish to end this technique, they must be either destroy the nano replica or the Totem itself, both capable of withstanding 80 damage. After either's destruction, the user has his consciousness returned to the original body, the source code linking them now destroyed.
The user returns to the Totem's creation spot, void of any prior used modes or Jutsu granting additional damage durability or health increases. The user is also returned to his own body with half of his health remaining, though the Health drawbacks do not trigger in this case and is capable of healing this lost damage back.
Note: Can only be used two times in total, each use lasting at a max of 5 turns. Should the future time expire, the user will still find himself back at the Totem with said restrictions still in place.
Note: After use, the user cannot use for 4 turns. Can only be used by other Cyborgs, unable to work for Ninja.

Declined: This basically sounds like a get out of jail free card. Idunno bout that. And the Bolded section, you just go back into your old body with your health reduced by half but with no drawbacks and you can just heal it back? again Idunno bout that one chief. Also this is definitely gonna be only something you can have and thirdly what happens if someone just decides to murk your main body? - Daemon

Description: A highly chakra taxing technique that drains the users chakra and amplifies it into the field around them to create a dense pressurized zone. The field is completely invisible by normal means. Doujutsu users will be able to see the field like a Mid-ranged transparent chakra sphere around the user while chakra sensors will be able to sense it. This pressure field reduces the base speed of other shinobi by half, the applied pressure pushing on them from all sides while within the pressurized field. To activate, the user simply needs to press a button on the generator where it begins draining the users chakra to create the field. Because of it's nature, it's not an ideal Ninja tool to use around allies as they will be affected as well.
Notes:
-Can only be used three times per battle, lasting five turns per use
-Requires a three turn cooldown before it can be activated again
-Can only be taught by Serpent

Declined: An instant speed halving Debuff with Mid range reach is kind of insane. How does this not effect you too? You didn't put any reasoning into the tech on why it wouldnt effect you especially since you say it can affect allies too. Secondly, three times per battle, 5 turns each for something like this is too much tone that down. Also since this is a generator on the field, give it a durability because it can obviously be destroyed. If I were you i'd have to work on a gradiant if you want to keep it mid range, the closer they get to you the worse the debuffs like starting out at lowering them to base speed at mid range then when they hit short range of the generator they are lowered to half base, things like that. Don't take that verbatim though its just an idea. - Daemon

Description: The Wolf & The Lion are a pair of hand held pistols forged and created by an unknown sealing arts master some time ago. Venom stumbled upon them through one of his many world wide journey, immediately taking a liking to them due to his love for the arts. The pistols are usually placed in their respective gun holsters to the user's side.

Each Pistol have their own unique appearance & ability, but both based on Fuuinjutsu. The Wolf pistol seems like an ordinary pistol but at the hand appears to be a wolf head with it’s mouth open showing the barrel where the attacks comes from. The Lion pistol is built the same, except it has a Lion’s head with open mouth instead of a wolf. What they share in common is shooting out solely fuuin seal/tag balls. While one pistol have a specific set of balls it fires out, the other have balls with various effects depending on the fuuin tag loaded in.

The Wolf: Mostly wielded in the left hand of the user. This pistol is meant mostly for defensive purposes. Once per turn, the user is capable of shooting out a fuuin tag ball at an enemy's technique. Upon entering short range with the intended target, the ball will break apart activating a special sealing technique called "Blackhole". What this does is forms a small worm hole (cosmetic reason) that would immediately absorb and seal the enemy technique with ease, despite the size or quality of the technique. The true ability is a sealing script will spread outwards towards the 'body' of the technique stopping it in place while the blackhole begins. This sealing technique is capable of absorbing techniques up to 40 chakra per use. Intangible techniques (Fire, Lightning etc) would be sucked in easily while tangible techniques (Earth, wood etc) would first be crushed and absorbed.

The Lion: Mostly wielded in the right hand and is based mainly off kote. Using the same concept as kote, but instead of storing elemental techniques, The Lion Pistol contains sealing tags only in a bullet size ball. All the usable fuuin tags/seals would work the same way as if the user is applying them through direct contact. The Lion Pistol was made to use these tags from a distance. Upon contact with the intended target, the bullet/ball will break apart activating the said fuuin tag. The user may only load S rank and below fuuin tags into The Lion Pistol.

Notes:
-The Wolf Pistol requires an additional +10 chakra above the intended target technique to overpower it and/or crush it before absorbing it in the black hole. Ex: When absorbing an A rank technique, the user will use up 40 chakra. It will also use up an additional +10 chakra to fire the said bullet
-The Wolf’s bullet cannot work on summonings from an animal contract and/or a shinobi.
-The Lion Pistol uses the same amount of chakra as the fuuin tag with an additional +10 chakra for firing the tag bullet. The user may fire out any fuuin tag (such as the generic sealing tag) from the pistol that he/she learnt but must also post it as reference. The tags still follow their normal usages, such as the generic sealing being able to be removed to ignore it’s sealing effects.
-Each usage of either pistol counts as a move per turn and may only be used once every other turn for a total of 5 times each per battle.
-Requires Fuuinjutsu & Advance Fuuinjutsu to use use.

Based along similar technology of a Kote, Akali has created the equivilent of a Kote, that automated a weapon via chakra manipulation. Similar applications such as water wall stored within a scroll, this causes the weapon to perform a technique without the user having to control the weapon. By storing techniques that has been applied to a weapon, this technology allows the user to store up to 3 (three) weapon techniques within a weapon. These can be three of the same, three individual or two of one technique and a different single technique. Applied before a user is in battle, the technique cannot be changed, but simply activated remotely via a switch upon the users grip/handle.
Advantages include that the technique itself has already been stored within the technique, and thus does not consume the users chakra. Can be activated while the user performs another technique. Can perform any technique the user knows.

Description: A compound that combines smoke with a quick setting polymer, these smoke bombs allow the user capture a target or restrict its movement while restricting its vision. The chakra filled smoke bombs are a mixture of a quick igniting powder that creates large plumes of smoke (up to a mid range radius) and a quick setting plastic polymer that hardens upon contact and cooling. Upon cooling the powder becomes extremely flammable, capable of being ignited by explosive tags or low level fire techniqes. This would deal A rank damage if ignited. Those caught within the smoke bombs radius have themselves restricted unable to move.

-Can be broken by A rank and above Taijutsu techniques onto the powder, or burnt away.

¤ Declined, no range or damage listed yet it's clear both exist and these are smoke bombs that are both explosive and have Binding properties reaching up to mid range. How long does the Binding last? How can A rank Tai break the powder if the user is unable to move? ¤

However, the scope is quite limited in field of view and the further away the user looks, the field of vision narrows. It can also be inversed and act as a microscop to things that are close towards the user that they want to be able to see in great detail which can be useful in some scenarios. By default, this monocle also further increases the users tracking speed by x2.

There is also yet another feature applied in the lense that applies to dojutsu users or chakra sensors that doesn't necessarily have to rely on radar to find their opponents. With a simple press, the lens turns from gold into black and activates its secondary mode which lets the user gain telescopic sight which can improve long-distance viewing and acting like a watered-down version of the Byuakugan. This mode is called Rangefinder and adds a telescopic view that gains the ability to make it more easy to land precision/critical hits on long-ranged attacks by 30% as well as gaining the ability to see up to 4 landmarks away in the Ninja World.

Note: The user can not use both features at the same time and must chose to either use the radar vision or the telescopic one.

Description: The three dimensional printer is a useful piece of technology, it allows the user to mimic any basic or simple technology they find such as swords, spears, kunai, shurken, etc. While it's unable to copy advanced technology, it is capable of replicating huge numbers of smaller technology, given the user access to an essentially infinite supply of weaponry, this technology can be installed in a cybernetic body, or it can be worn similar to a backpack allowing the user to draw an endless weaponry supply at the press of a button. The machine is however only capable of producing one large weapon per turn, such as a sword or spear, or ten smaller weapons such as kunai and shuriken.

-Basic weapons made from this technology are tougher than average, being made from a specialised blend of materials, they have A rank durability.

¤ Declined, the wording in this implies you can use this to replicate any technology someone has on them that isn't Cyborg exclusive, not just weapons. Change this to avoid this. Description:The Tetsu Suzume are specially designed shuriken that are launched from the Gauntlet Scientific Tool or the user's body if they are a cyborg. Upon being fired, the shuriken spin at abnormally fast rates, humming slightly as they sling through the air at twice the speed of a Jounin ranked shinobi. Inside each of these Sparrows is a timed explosive charge that can be activated within the same or next turn to cause the tools to detonate with a 5 meter radius. Normally the Sparrows can be fired in a wide arc to surprise an enemy but if the user possesses any form of tracking augmentation tool they may be synchronized with it to have the user direct them toward a location using said tool.With this the Sparrows may be directed around obstacles and opponents/allies with much more complexity than just a wide arc but the user is unable to perform any high ranking Ninjutsu (above A-rank) throughout this, due to the concentration needed. The Sparrows may stay on the field for up to two turns where they detonate on the second turn with or without the user's input. Shinobi may carry three Iron Sparrows while Cyborgs may carry six.

They can also be activated alongside Tai/Kenjutsu moves to increase the force behind the users strike (+20), effectively allowing them to dodge an attack or advance on an enemy while attacking. However due to their size the thrusters burn out after each use going on a two turn cool down each time. Requires the user to be a Cyborg and must be mentioned in biography.

This black powder won't directly cause damage though it will stick to the body if anyone caught inside it, which can blind them, and fill their mouths and ears. Though the true effect of the powder begins once it's stuck to an opponents body, entering through their pores this powder will cause them to begin to feel sluggish at first, slowing their handseal speed down considerably, doubling effectively the time take to make them, with 2 handseals taking the same time as 4. This effect occurs during the first turn, by the second turn the full effect will take hold of the enemy causing them to literally fall asleep, this can be prevented by removing the powder from the system through healing ninjutsu, but since it's not an illusion chakra surges won't work. Pain however will.

Notes:
-The black powder can inhibit vision/smell/taste/hearing for the same turn that the detonator explodes, if struck directly.
-Must be placed within the users biography.
-May only carry 3 as a Shinobi and 6 as a cyborg.

Description: Sensci is a mini bot structured to mimic a chinchilla in form. Created and honed by one with a magnetism AE, the mini bot is designed to aid its user in battle via its special abilities related to earth's magnetic field the bot is linked to. Draining chakra from it's user to fuel the aforementioned skill, the magnetic field Sensci is linked to spans Long range around the user in battle, also encompassing the landmark the user is within when in the NW, and allows the bot to feel physical movement within this realm like a radar. Sensci can then relay that information to the user, whose person the bot must stay in connection with, via a Mors code language which may just seem like normal rodent squeaks to outsiders. Sensci has a unique passive ability which is activated whenever its user uses the Shadow Clone technique, but only takes effect if the user has a Tracking Specialty.

-Sensci is equipped with a unique linking system that's only compatible with its own format that when cloned with the user via the Shadow Clone technique allows the bot to link with itself, acting as a visual/sound recorder system, and amplify its connection to the Earth's magnetic field. For every clone the user creates the mini bot boosts the user's Tracking Specialty by +.25, capping out at +1, as the mini bots act as beacons that relay information to each other allowing the clones to have a closer connection.

Description: Linking with its user's chakra signature, the Tekkyū is an advanced system designed to read the user's body movements and react to them, being formatted within a 1m dense, hard iron ball shell with magnetic qualities. Although heavy, the magnetic properties of the Tekkyū's shell helps the tool easily defy gravity which also attribute to the devices swift movement when in use (matching the user's), and can be passively moved by its user once used in non-aggressive manners. Costing a move the tool can be used as a guided offensive projectile controlled by the user, although the tool must start from at least 3m away from a target in order to build up enough momentum before striking. The Tekkyū weaponized tool comes with two special features that can be activated individually at the cost of a move.

Būsuto: requiring no chakra to be activated but instead is activated by a unique 1 handed hand seal, upon doing said hand seal the Tekkyū will amplify the magnetic field within short range of itself subsequently boosting offensive iron sand techniques within that realm. For that turn iron sand techniques within range of the Tekkyū will be created more dense, compact, and hardened to near solidity which reflects as +20 damage. |>Can be used 3x per battle |>Has a 2 turn cooldown |>Cannot be used with Keijō

Keijō: activated by spending 30 chakra, this feature allows the user to coat the Tekkyū in iron sand creating an armor around the tool which takes on a humanoid shape with beastly qualities. After forming said shell the tool activates its magnetic features and keeps the iron sand armor together becoming sentient as it also gains a mind of its own to attack following the user's will. The iron sand armor is A ranked and add +20 damage to Tekkyū who now becomes sentient for 3 turns |>When overpowered, tool becomes inactive for 3 turns |>Or tool has a 3 turn cooldown after completion, where it becomes inactive and falls to the ground |>Cannot be used with Busuto

Declined: The Bolded section is a hard no. Also since you are calling this a weapon tool are you saying you want this to take up a Custom Weapon slot? Also the boost you want for Busuto is gonna have to require chakra as well. - Daemon

Description: The builder bot is a black rectangular shaped box the size of a modern cellphone. Lacking offensive and defensive capabilities, the bot is entirely supplementary in its nature. The user attaches it to other gadgets or technologies either by attaching it manually or by having the builder bot hover at lightning speed towards its intended target.

On reaching the intended target, the builder bot would fuse itself to the intended technology and fulfill one of 2 purposes depending on the user's command. For the user's or ally's tech such as Autonomous Puppets, drones etc the bot serves as a power booster working with the same principle as the chakra transfer technique albeit for technology. When the technology performs a jutsu/ability, the builder bot would passively infuse more chakra(+10) into it to make the technique stronger (+20 damage /+1 rank or effectiveness).

If it is attached to a foreign tech, the builder bot would integrate itself into the technology's system making it impossible to detach/damage it without damaging the technology it's attached to in the process, while attached it would passively infuse +10 chakra into the enemy technology's body when it's about to perform a jutsu/abilities. The chakra would be used to reduce the effectiveness of the opponent's tech jutsus (-20 damage/ -1 rank or effectiveness)

The builder bot itself possesses a 200 chakra battery but it can passively sap chakra from the technology it attaches itself to in order to refill its own battery.

Note:

- The buff/nerf is passive and doesn't count as a move
- Due to the nature of cyborgs themselves, both of the builder bot's purposes can be used on the cyborg's body although boosting their own techniques using the builderbot costs a move.
- Once fused to an enemy tech, the builder bot fully integrates into the enemy tech and therefore can't be removed without damaging itself and the enemy tech(80 damage to both)
- The user can at any point perform a single handseal to detonate the builder bot by overloading its chakra. The damage of the explosion depends on the chakra in the builder bot's battery (161 - 200 chakra causes F rank explosion. 121 - 160 chakra causes S rank explosion. 81 - 120 chakra causes A rank explosion. 41 - 80 chakra causes B rank explosion and 1 - 41 causes C rank explosion). The explosion is elementally neutral and is capable of leaving a 30 meter radius crater.

- Takes 1 of the user's Scientific Ninja Tools and must be stated in bio.

Declined: Okay for one, the chakra battery part doesn't need to be there. Second bolded, why would it take 80 damage to destroy your A rank tool? The opponent if they wanted to destroy their own tool to get rid of your tech should follow the requirements it takes to destroy their own tool. i.e even if you infuse your tech into it, if their takes 15 damage to destroy, it will follow that. Third, how can you say the cellphone has no offensive capabilities then drop an offensive capability in the notes section? Remove that part entirely. - Daemon

Simply haivng the user surging chakra into the small chip, they can have it passively enhance their non-chakra tools having them attain levels of their components function at extreme rates (+1 Rank to Non-chakra Tools for 2 turns). Tools enhanced become unable and ineffective for a period of time (User cannot use their technology/ tools after enhanced period fades by this tool for 3 turns.)

Description: Nanites exist as an undulating mass of chakra reactive microchips, each crafted from non-magnetic metals and shaped like winged bugs, and thereby resembling a ‘swarm’. Through their use, a Shinobi can elevate the utility of their attire, weapons, and tools via technological modification. Through infusions of chakra, the user can re-program nanites to shift forms and adopt arrangements of varying complexity; at minimum this allows them to refashion into exoskeletons that can enhance the usage of basic ninja tools. This could range from Shuriken that can seek out the target through infrared tracking, ninja wire that can be fine tuned by the Nanites for hands free control, Kunai that can be elongated into a hybrid technological sword and so on. This is all freeform, costs 10 chakra but doesn’t count as a move, and doesn’t include anything beyond basic abilities and it doesn’t confer any kind of damage increase either. The real use of Nanites however, is in their ability to affect other technological tools, and this comes in two forms - constructive and destructive. Constructively, Nanites can be channeled into the users own tools thereby granting their abilities a +1 Rank boost as the Nanites assimilate into the technological structure in question and boost its processes.

Destructively, Nanites can be utilised to dismantle technology. Through contact, Nanites can invade the structure of opposing technology and, quite literally, tear it apart from within. This is done systematically, to such an extent that one could study the dismantled technology and reverse engineer it if given the time. However, this is something that the Nanites can achieve in a matter of seconds. Once per battle Nanites can dismantle a technology, stripping the owner of its control, and reassemble it - except this time further enhanced by the Nanites themselves.

Note: Enhancement and deconstruction can be done twice each, with a two turn cooldown between uses. Enhancement lasts for three turns, at which point the Nanites overheat and deactivate.

Note: Reverse Engineering can occur once per battle, can affect A rank and below technology, however after three turns of active use the reconstructed technology will overheat, becoming unusable. The user doesn’t have to use the reconstructed technology straight away, they can save it for later!

1. ( Tekunomōfu ) - Technomorphing

Description: Technomorphing is an advanced SNT created to allow the user to reshape his robotic parts to best fit his needs, drawing forth different weapons assimilated into his person via programmed nanotechnology living in the user's body similar to Aburame bugs. The most basic ability of this programming is a passive ability to reshape and reconfigure parts of his being to utilize different Tools from different locations such as creating a cannon from his arm to release Gun blasts, or more. It is also capable of using using it's technomorphing to grow additional limbs, swords, shuriken launchers, grappling hooks, ropes, and other small items within logic. Because of the integration into his being, his Ninja Tools are stronger in their processes and outputs, making his weapons deal +20 additional damage or using +10 chakra passively, depending on function.

In addition to this, the nanobots are capable of actively healing the user's various technology assimilated into his person, allowing his body to be seen even more as living technology. Releasing a modified form of the Healing Foam as they move, this liquid creates nanowires and nanotube across technology to restitch it back together, repairing its functions. This process takes 1 or 2 turns for any tool ( 2 if it's S rank and higher, 1 for other ranks ) and heals them fully unless it has been reformed once.
Note: Can only be used by Cyborgs.
Note: Active repairing of techniques can only be done once per turn with S rank and higher repairs only capable of being performed a total of 3 times, disabling use of any use of its active ability for the same amount of time.
Note: Must be placed on biography to utilize the passive ability. Counts as a move to use created appendages to attack.

Declined: This has been tried many many times before. I think Pervy has a CFS based on the first portion of this alone. Kind of over done at this point. The second ability is more unique and hasnt necessarily been tried yet. I say focus on that. - Daemon

2. ( Ma'at Uruko ) - Ma'at Scales

Description: The Ma'at Scales is a programming chip designed by Revenant's creators to grant him a power boost to his Stone of Gelel techniques, utilizing faster processing systems powered by the Stone of Gelel's energy to turbocharge it for additional damage at varying levels. This is achieved by a method compared to blood doping, a process where the user continuously siphons Gelel energy and re-injects it within their body through the use of a special mechanical attachment powered by this very energy. This process repeats rapidly and every turn lets the energy return to the user's body enhanced and increased, adding damage to it. The standard level, being an increase in damage by 20, allowing his techniques to become boosted and gain a fiery red color and effect around them when utilized. This function, being ever present, is also capable of augmenting the energy with stunning capabilities, allowing them to slow struck objects for a turn by 25%, effectively stunning them. Should the advanced version be actively triggered, the user gains an increase of 30 damage though this is not without drawback. By sacrificing 30 damage per use, the users damage increases and the slowed effect is doubled in both time and scale.
Note: Standard use is always in use at the cost of 10 chakra per turn, requiring an activation unless it is listed in the user's bio, allowing it to be used passively.
Note: Advanced use will always be at the cost of a move per turn and can only be used once every 2 turns, able to be used three times per battle in total.

Description: Perhaps Revenant's most unique enhancement, he is capable of summoning a totem from his being to allow for more reckless combat as it offers a shadowy form with no immediate risk to his health. This totem is a piece of advanced technology mimicking teleportation to link the user's consciousness as a homing beacon and system, returning to once his altered biotech form is compromised. By creating a specific input sequence mimicking handseals, the user calls forth a diamond shaped totem from his robotic chest, extending in side to a meter tall. This Totem, formed through nanobots with the function of replication, creates a 1:1 scale recreation of the user's body down to hair length with an access code unique to each user coded into the nanobots "body", allowing the user to essentially pilot the creation without having to actually fight alongside it. This allows the user and other Cyborgs to pair with the Totem, gaining a nanobody to do their bidding. However, because they are using the nano body to battle with their consciousness currently uploaded to it, it prevents the main body from being used until the nanobody is destroyed or the totem is. Because of this, the totem place the body in stasis, unable to use chakra or Gelel functions or be considered 'living' as the consciousness is located elsewhere.

Should the opponent wish to end this technique, they must be either destroy the nano replica or the Totem itself, both capable of withstanding 80 damage. After either's destruction, the user has his consciousness returned to the original body, the source code linking them now destroyed.
The user returns to the Totem's creation spot, void of any prior used modes or Jutsu granting additional damage durability or health increases. The user is also returned to his own body with half of his health remaining, though the Health drawbacks do not trigger in this case and is capable of healing this lost damage back.
Note: Can only be used two times in total, each use lasting at a max of 5 turns. Should the future time expire, the user will still find himself back at the Totem with said restrictions still in place.
Note: After use, the user cannot use for 4 turns. Can only be used by other Cyborgs, unable to work for Ninja.

Declined: This basically sounds like a get out of jail free card. Idunno bout that. And the Bolded section, you just go back into your old body with your health reduced by half but with no drawbacks and you can just heal it back? again Idunno bout that one chief. Also this is definitely gonna be only something you can have and thirdly what happens if someone just decides to murk your main body? - Daemon

However, he is unable to utilize any Jutsu above A rank for that turn and above S rank the next, with a notable speed reduction for two turns, his base speed reduced by 25%
