Description: This is a unique technology that is actually made to look alike the casing is a book so as to not draw attention to the contents. Within their are six beacons, all the size of a golf ball. This is a technology specifically designed for deception. How it works is the users will set up a minimum of three of these beacons, then when they activate them, they will connect and form a distortion field of sorts. What this will do is create a hologram. This hologram will reflect and blend into the area where they are placed, for example, in a forest they would show trees. A barrier of sorts to hide what was truly inside. Not only this but they would give off a frequency to disrup chakra sensors from sensing the chakra of those within the barirer. This distortion is released around and would stop sharingan and rinnegan from seeing chakra within, though byakugan would be able to look beyond the barrier and see what was within. It was designed for reconiscance missions, hiding the users in plain sight along with their chakra signatures. Alternatively, this can be used by cyborgs by having the beacons fitted throughout their cyborg body, activating the field to specifically coat their body, like a skin tight hologram barrier that block chakra signals. If used in this way, it will last up to a maximum of 4 turns, being usable twice per battle. Should the cyborg have an AI, it can activate it in the users place, though still costing a move slot.

Nanobots: Through recent years technology has advanced to the point that shinobi can even use nano technology in the form of nano bots for various uses. With this the nanobots were designed with a specific program gaining their own unique use/benefit. When a shinobi uses a jutsu they can choose which type of nanobot they make use of, choosing one of the following:

Absorb: This is a specific type of nanobot with mini generators within specifically used to consume chakra, based off the absorption arm technology and Delta's eyes, but on a weaker scale. When a jutsu comes into contact with these nano bots, they will instantly consume 10 chakra from the jutsu, weakening it, reducing it's power by one rank.

Hardening: This type of nanobot is one that is formed in such a way that they can fuse together in a certain formations. Using knowledge of alatropes of carbon, where rearranging the same substance can make it harder, the nano bots act in the same way, forming in the same shape as carbon atoms in diamond to create an extremely solid defence. What this means in rp terms is, the nanobots will increase the damage they do by one rank and increase their defensive capabilities by one rank.

Generators: One of the more simple type of nanobots is the type with mini generators within them, specifically designed to conduct and discharge lightning. In RP terms this will simply remove any weakness to lightning techniques and lightning variants (Black lightning etc).


Note: Only one type of nanobot can be used per turn. This is applied in the same time frame as another jutsu though costing a move slot. Only one type of nanobot can be in use at a time, applied to all the nano technology the user uses.

Declined: Not a bad technique but you need to add on usage restrictions. The damage boost that you want can only logically apply to physical based techniques/taijutsu so clarify that please, it wont be applied to all tech. Actually since it relies on Nanobots within your body it should really only apply to tech that are attached to you or generate from your body following logic. For the Generators part, I won't allow you to remove the lightning weaknesses inherent to Cyborgs. - Daemon

Description: This bisento as seen in the image below, is about 1.5 meters long with a 30cm blade on the end. It was forged as a gift for the sage of the sixth paths, made from an unknown metal that made it indestructable. A special red leather bandage has been wrapped around the staff where the user will hold it, to help improve their grip.

Staff abilities:

(Fūton: Kujaku Senpūjin) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation (B rank wind) can be used through the blade on the staff and gains one rank when doing so and can go up to mid range.
(Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return can be used through the staff like it was seen being used through a sword and gains 2 ranks when doing so, meaning it can send back A ranks and below.
Bisento can dispel a Raiton jutsu up to B-Rank once per battle (this is done by the user channeling his Raiton chakra into the staff and hitting the jutsu with it, which disrupts, dispels or stops the jutsu) and/or dispel/disrupt/stop 1 complete A-Rank Raiton jutsu once per battle (with the same principle).
Kenjutsu techniques can be used through the blade on the end of the staff as it was a sword originally that was forged into the staff but only to a certain extent. (Such as blowing wind on the blade, releasing a chakra wave ect)

Resctrictions:
-All abilities of the staff count towards the move count and don't require hand seals if the user is holding the staff on his hands.
-When used to counter 1 B-Rank technique it can only be used again to counter another B-Rank.
-While holding the staff in his hands, the user can't use genjutsu as their chakra will be continuously channeled into the staff when holding it, and so the user can't focus their chakra into the opponent to create the genjutsu as they would normally do.
-To wield the staffs abilities the user must have it with him either in hand or strapped to his back.
-The staff can only be wielded by The Pervy Sage; if someone else tries to wield the staff it will become blazing hot burning all the leather burning who ever is holding it.

Description: This is a an advanced weapon created through advanced technology and the use of nanotech. It is based on the same technology used to create the ( Chakura Tu ) Chakra Blade. This weapon is stored within the user's body in the form of nanobots, controlled through it's own AI allowing it to form on it's own. These nanobots can be brought forth passively, taking the shape of a weapon, instead of having to draw the chosen weapon. This can range anywhere from a dagger to a short sword, axe etc, even form a simple shield should the user need. The weapon can't take the form of a gun. In this form, due to it's durability it will be able to take 80 damage before breaking. At the cost of a move per turn, the user can reform it with nanobots within their body, this effect is controlled by the AI which is linked to the user's mind. This can only be done twice per battle. The user can change the weapon they hold at the cost of a move per turn, though still use jutsu at the same time.

This weapon has a unique effect which these nanobots were created for. Each nanobot is able to cover themself in the same energy created by the chakra blade, a red energy covering the nanobot. This can range in power from B rank to S rank. This is fuelled by the battery within the nanobot's that contain 100 chakra. This will then be controlled by the AI linked to the user's mind. B rank needing 20 chakra, A rank needing 30 chakra and S rank 40 chakra. Once activated it will then require 5 chakra per turn to sustain the effect. When the battery is running low, the user can passively refill it spending his own chakra. Like the chakra sabre, this can cut through the same rank jutsu and below. The limit on this ability is the chakra within, when it runs out, the red energy aura will fade, then the user can refill the the battery.

When the nanobots take the form of a weapon they can be used as a medium for jutsu that require that weapon. If they form a sword/blade they can use kenjutsu etc. When the user has the red aura of energy around the weapon, the user can choose the swing the weapon releasing this energy in a pinpoint swing or large wave releasing it with power equal to the rank it is coated in. If it's covered in B rank energy, it will be a wave of 40 damage. THis can only reach up to mid range. This energy plays on neutral terms with elements.

Declined: There is a lot going on here that I believe works against you. This tool/weapon does do a lot but all at a cost of a move per turn from what I can see. The wave would cost a move, covering it in energy would cost a move, forming the weapon itself and changing itself costs a move. I'd say stream line the abilities of this technique more. Put a usage restriction on how many times you can coat the nanobots in energy, how many times can it cut through something of the same rank? How many times can you recharge it etc etc. How does it work if you coat the sword and use a kenjutsu technique with the sword, how would that interaction work out in a clash? - Daemon

Camouflage: These nanobots were created for stealth based actions. Using advanced technology to project a field around themselves to make them seem invisible. In reality this is jutsu a projection. This will prevent people from seeing the technology created from the user's body.
This does not stop chakra sensory, dojutsu, or other forms of sensory from perceiving the user, only capable of blocking normal vision.

Coating the weapon costs a move per turn but there after remain's active for a maximum of three turns, for 10 chakra per turn. When cutting through jutsu, the user can use this effect 3 times per battle, once per turn. Coating for A rank costs 30 chakra and S rank costs 40 chakra. A rank coating can be used three times per battle while S rank coating can be used twice.

Description: The Eye of Riven is an advanced tech that is in the form of a very modernly designed monocle that is on the user either at all times or whenever they feel like using it. As the tool is small and easy to put on, it doesn't cost the user a moveslot to activate it. It draws from the users chakra immediately as it activates. The Eye of Riven is actually a spectrum of advanced technology that lets the user see different patterns through the monocle if they are behind a wall, behind a raging storm, mist or even underground.
The system works not unlike aircraft radar. But instead of bouncing off planes and returning to the ground, the signal here travels through the wall, bounces off a human (as we’re full of water), and comes back through the wall and into a detector, which is in this case the monocle. By using chakra, the user can interpret the signals coming through the monocle and browse through layers of material they are looking at through the monocle.

Description: The Eye of Riven is an advanced tech that is in the form of a very modernly designed monocle that is on the user either at all times or whenever they feel like using it. The Eye of Riven works in unison with any Dojutsu user or Chakra sensor and is there to enhance the scope of their senses. By using the chakra from the users body once they activate either a dojutsu or chakra sensory, the monocle with enhance that chakra into a focal point which grants the user telescopic sights that can spot up to 5 landmarks away. However, the scope is quite limited in field of view and the further away the user looks, the field of vision narrows. It can also be inversed and act as a microscop to things that are close towards the user that they want to be able to see in great detail which can be useful in some scenarios. By default, this monocle also further increases the users tracking speed by x2.

Update declined: Updates don't allow you to entirely change the function of a technique. They are reserved for small edits or necessary changes to a technique, not complete functional change. I'd allow something like this if the tool was originally declined and you wanted to change the function of it for approval. - Daemon

Cyborgs built with Prototype Specifications are subject to the following:
Boon:
The base damage/efficacy of techniques they use is doubled; this new damage is treated as the base damage (not recursive).
Their base speed is raised by a value equal to their base speed; this new speed is treated as their base speed (not recursive).

Bane:
When they take damage from techniques they did not cast, the damage taken is treated as doing double damage (stacks with critical hits).
When using techniques, if they have a chakra cost that chakra cost is increased by 1.5x, rounded up to the nearest integer.
Note: Prototype Specification is not an "activatable" technology and must be posted on Cyborg bios that use it - it is considered always in effect unless the Cyborg undergoes changes to restore them to "normal" specifications.

Declined: I see what you are going for here, trying to increase your base damage while having the drawback of taking double damage. But boosts such as this won't fly even if you receive double damage. For the speed boost, you basically want to passively double your base speed, while possible, it'd have to be something you activate and thus needs to have usage restrictions etc. As a result it'd also not be able to be stacked with other speed boosts as well. Btw there is already a canon tech that you can put on your cyborg to give you that speed boost the Reflux Type Pressure Enhanced Muscles . - Daemon

Description: “A System of Convergent Ignition via Energy Linkage.” A type of Reactor made by a brilliant scientist who desired to fashion a reliable, clean, stable, long lasting, and renewable energy source for humanity to use going forward, so that they could forever push onward. The System C.I.E.L has been implemented into Zero’s body, replacing his heart and acting as a reactor to power his functions and abilities. It provides energy to all of his systems and allows him to use the technologies within him, and to power those without. The output of the System C.I.E.L. is such that it can restore +25 Chakra to reserves every turn, and can handle the upkeep cost of techniques and technologies with no additional expenditures, passively, as well as powering a passive repair system that restores 5 HP per turn. In addition, the System C.I.E.L can be overclocked for incredible output in a process known as O.I.S., or the Overdrive Invoke System. This release causes a physical change in Zero as his system metamorphoses to accommodate the increased power. The O.I.S. grants increase strength, speed, and durability while active and augments the base abilities of the System C.I.E.L. -The System C.I.E.L. can be installed in other Cyborgs.
-If a physical appearance change occurs upon O.I.S., it needs to be detailed in their bio.

Declined: There are somethings that are not allowed within the rules of the RP, namely stacking speed, stacking damage resistances. This tech also doesn't have to be forbidden it can just be an S rank tech. Also more restrictions have to be put on O.I.S. lasting three turns is fine but how many times can it be activated in a fight? A cooldown between usages? Also how does the tech go about restoring chakra reserves, elaborate on how this works because as far as I know the only way to refresh your chakra is absorbing it from outside sources or literally creating it using Yin-Yang Release. - Daemon

(Suichoku Sōjū Sōchi) - Vertical Maneuvering Equipment

Description: The vertical maneuvering equipment commonly referred to as 3d gear is an equipment developed by a ninja allowing for great mobility in mid-air to remove the restriction and limitation that makes a ninja vulnerable when in mid-air. The equipment enables the user to fight in a 3D space as opposed to a 2D one. This is a unique technology which revolves around a belt the user wears. This belt contains mini turbines that propel the users. Along with this, the user has two blades with triggers on the handles. One trigger activates the turbines, the other activates the grapples on the user's waist the two are combined for direction and evasion and attack. The grapple attached to a rope can shoot up to 10m away from the user to attach to any object or thing (the user can use the grapple to attack by sending it to attach to a summon or person) and the usage of this grapple counts as a move and since it uses chakra to launch, it costs 30 chakra and the speed of the grapple launch is as fast as lightning speed. Using the turbines to pull themselves towards the hooked grapple also takes a move(making 2 in a turn) and costs 30 chakra as well since the turbines as charged with chakra but these two moves occur in one timeframe except if the user doesn't use them together. The speed of the turbine is slower than that of the grapple launch but its still as fast as base Lee. Using the swords to perform Kenjutsu moves follow the conditions of the Kenjutsu moves being used and they can also be used to perform free form attacks.

- The gear can only be used by people who have completed Kenjutsu training being a gear that needs great skills
- The dual swords can be readily used by the user for any Kenjutsu technique involving swords

Declined: Nice idea, but for your sake and the sake of the quality of this technique you should fix it up a bit. Shooting the grappling hook and pulling yourself towards it shouldnt have to be two separate actions and shouldnt cost you chakra twice. Give the grapplehook a damage value if you want to use it offensively. You could make pulling yourself towards the grapplehook optional, depending on how you use the technique, but i'm not to keen on it taking up 2 moves for your sake. - Daemon

(Rokettobūtsu) - Rocket Boots

Description: These are special boots but due to the purpose of their creation, the boots are bigger than normal boots about 3 times bigger. The workings of the boots are like the normal boots except with attachment of special mini turbines made that is powered by chakra that is used as fuel. The base of the boot where the user's leg reaches ends is the same size as the normal boots but the remaining part beneath this base houses the mini turbines that are two hollows and once the user charges these mini turbines with his chakra, the mini turbines release a pushing force and instantly launch the user in air granting flight. The turbines act like jet engines pushing the air through them allowing the user to propel themselves thereby granting flight.

- Can only be used 4 times per battle with a turn cooldown between each use
- The user can only maintain this jutsu for 2 turns straight keeping flight after which the boots powers down and bring the user down to the ground

The speed of the turbine is slower than that of the grapple launch but its still as fast as base Lee. Using the swords to perform Kenjutsu moves follow the conditions of the Kenjutsu moves being used and they can also be used to perform free form attacks.

Secondly, the Stormcloak gets its name for its ability to be infused with Ameton-nature chakra. If the user funnels their chakra into the cloak around them, the chakra steel thread will absorb and continuously release this chakra in the form of rain clouds up to long-range around the user for as long as the user keeps funneling chakra into the cloak. Description: Overwatch, derived from the military term of a unit creating overwatch and protection for an individual on the ground. In this case, the overwatch is a satellite that is constantly fixed upon the “wielders” position. The satellite itself is an untraceable entity which is connected to the wielder through a chip that is situated within the cyborgs head and connected to their eyes. As such, the satellite provides a real time image/video transmission of the wielder as well as the entire landmark where they are situated in. The satellite may be directed to an adjacent landmark to perform surveillance, while being able to direct its camera(s) to adjacent landmarks from its location. This real time image/video transmission can be provided either through a regular lens or through an infra-red or thermal lens which allows the wielder to locate and see living creatures around them, as well as any object or creature that may emanate a form of heat. In addition, the satellite has a zoom function allowing the wielder to zoom in on specific locations, enhancing vision. Activation of Overwatch is a passive one.

In addition to overwatch providing visual protection for the wielder, it has a second function that is more destructive in nature. The satellite has an arsenal of large tungsten rods, which it can load into a launcher. Through the chip situated in the wielders head, they can activate the satellite, which will then launch one of these rods at a desired location within the same landmark that the wielder is in, or at an adjacent landmark. This rod does not use any form of thrusters or chakra to be directed to its desired target, gravity is the only factor. As such, the rod touches down on its target location with twice the speed of a Sage, and with a force significantly greater than a regular sized meteor. As such the force behind the rod results in a devastating impact equal to S-rank in force, creating a shockwave that shatters earth, rocks, trees and essentially obliterates anything within mid-range of its impact area, while the shockwave turns anything it hits into dust. In addition to the rods being a devastating force, due to them not requiring any power source or chakra, they cannot be sensed.
Note:
- The second mechanism, known as Zeus, can be activated four times per arc, while it must recharge for a total of 3 posts prior to being able to launch another rod.
- The second mechanism cost a move to activate.
- The satellite is powered by a solar powered battery that holds for a total of 10 posts/turns before it must recharge.
- The satellite must recharge, through solar energy, for a total of 3 posts/turns before it can deploy again.
- If the mechanism known as Zeus is activated the satellite must recharge, causing its visual to faulter for two turns before the visual capabilities will function again.

Declined: There are some things that are very, not okay in this. First off, this is a satellite so I'm assuming you are launching this into orbit? How does it get there, does it just spawn there out of nowhere. Pretty sure you'd have to set this up and send it into the sky. If it is launched into orbit, I cannot simply allow that for the sake of the RP, give it a realistic max height for its deployment. Second of all, you aren't about to have an orbiting satellite that cannot be sensed/tracked that can also drop a rod which also cannot be sensed or tracked on to your location. There are many things wrong with this. 1) What is "with a force significantly greater than a regular sized meteor." ? What does that mean? How do you quantify that, what is a regular sized meteor? 2) This is falling at 2x Sage's Speed without any thrusters, just the sheer force of gravity? Yeah ok. No. Reminder this also cannot be tracked. 3) If this were to contact at your location and it has a mid range area of effect wouldn't you be caught up in this attack too? 4) I'm not about to let your drop an airstrike on someone from an adjacent landmark. 5) This definitely won't be able to shift landmarks so easily, I actually probably won't allow this to send stuff into any other landmark than the one you are currently in at all. - Daemon

Description: The Chubacabra is a sniper rifle that is like the Barrett M82 sniper rifle. It is situated with a scope mount and folding backup iron sights, should the glass scope break. Additionally, it is situated with a folding bipod, allowing for the individual to go prone. The scope itself is a unique scope that may switch between regular vision as well as thermal vision, allowing an individual to see heat signatures. The rifle shoots 50 millimeter caliber chakra bullets, where they are fired through a mechanism, where chakra discharges a powerful yet incredibly small fire and shockwave from within the chamber, releasing the bullet with extreme velocity. The rifle shoots with extreme velocity and accuracy, capable of striking a target over great distances, with a bullet traveling at speeds comparable to lightning techniques speed. The one wielding the sniper can target someone they have a visual of, or if they know their exact location through different means, making them capable of shooting over long distances [several landmarks]. The bullets themselves can be fired in a freeform manner, while dealing 5 damage per bullet. However, the wielder may charge the rifle creating a bullet that will cause damage equal to s-rank in power, which inhibits the natural properties the chosen element as well as having the same side effects as said elements.

In addition to the regular form of chakra bullets that the sniper may fire, it is also capable of firing cartridges. These cartridges are fired in a similar manner to the chakra bullets, traveling at the same speeds. These bullets, however, contain the chakra and the unique formula, to release a specific technique upon impact. An example of this, would be to apply the water imprisonment technique to the cartridge, causing it upon impact to not only deal damage, but to release water to immediately engulf the target in the specified technique. A cartridge bullet does B-rank damage upon impact before releasing the specified technique. The bullet can contain techniques that are of the basic five elements, a custom element or it may have Fuuinjutsu properties.
Note:
  • The S-rank version of the bullets cost a move.
  • The cartridge bullets can be fired once per turn, stating which technique the bullet will release upon impact.
  • A single cartridge shot costs a move.
Declined: Alright a couple things with this, you are not sniping people from other landmarks stop it dude lmao. Second issue, I don't understand what the second bolded section means, it's too vaguely worded. Clarify on that please. Third, that cartridge ability is too strong and way to open ended a vague, you can basically unseal any technique upon impact on to someone which is wild in an of itself. And probably won't be allowed for those reasons, either severely tone it down or remove it completely. Also be noted that something like this would count as a CW slot. You also didn't give any usage restrictions on how many times these abilities can be used per battle. - Daemon

Akipa is capable of using all non-bio specific Taijutsu and puppetry techniques and has inbuilt thermal and chakra sensors.

Akipa's batteries gives it a base 500chakra pool which he can use to power his abilities. The chakra pool can be manually recharged by transferring chakra to it via physical contact or in the case of an enemy, Akipa can forcefully absorb 50 chakra through physical contact. To prevent damage from the more potent forms of chakra, the absorbed chakra is broken down before being saved in the batteries. Similarly to its CPUs, Akipa's batteries are also situated all over his body to allow detached parts have power to function.

Core ability:
Akipa can release chakra from his palm, his feet and his mouth. The released chakra can be in the form of a blast, a wave or even to form non-complex structures (A or S rank strength) e.g pillars/hands/tools etc that can travel up to longrange from Akipa. Due to the shape manipulation of the structures, they are neutral to all elemental techniques (Similarly to rasengan).
The released chakra can also be used as a propellant for Akipa to dodge attacks and/or initiate his own (A rank), capable of taking him from short range to long range at 2 times his normal speed.

Note:
- At any point, the user can take manual control of Akipa using the puppetry chakra string.
- Rubber protects the puppet from all non-focused electricity A-Rank and below 5x per fight
- Dodging attacks with chakra propellant can only be done once a turn and it counts as a move.

Akipa is very durable due to its build up, Freeform attacks and C rank and below jutsus don't affect him. He has an S rank durability meaning he'll be knocked out after being hit with an S rank or 2 A ranks or 4 B ranks. When hit with an S rank worth of damage, Akipa shuts down and is unable to function for 5 turns. During this period, his body repairs itself using 100 worth of chakra from his batteries. If hit with a Forbidden rank or above jutsu, he shuts down for 10 turns and the repair costs 150 chakra.

Declined: The Chakra pool is still to high, the defensive ability is good but I won't allow for the built in repair. Once it's hit its done. I see that you tried to work around having an Apex Jounin Speed puppet by trying to say he moves at Kurapika's base speed, which more than likely has some kind of Apex Speed boost. Just have the puppet move at normal Jounin Speeds.- Daemon

4.( Khonsu no Sekkan ) - Khonsu's Sarcophagus

Description: With their superior and advanced knowledge over cybernetics and machinery, the user creates a highly advanced vehicle to travel swiftly in a powerful presence with several high tech capabilities. Creating an armored black vehicle of high speeds, moving at three times a Jounin base speed, this vehicle is called Khonsu's Sarcophagus. As the case with all vehicles, Khonsu's Sarcophagus, or the Sarcophagus as he has been dubbed, is capable of traveling at reduced speeds ( 20% travel time reduced per landmark ). Due to it's heavily armored nature, The Sarcophagus has a health pool of 80, represented by the total amount of damage it can take before destruction. The Sarcophagus has 2 passive abilities that come into play when utilized or summoned in battle. The first is the Sarcophagus will passively come equipped with 1 copy of up to 4 different Ninja Tools the user already has, allowing it to be useful for nearby allies though only one of these can be S rank. It's second ability is the limited use of offensive and defensive projectile based Ninja Tools the user has, working in conjunction with the first ability. Much like Cyborg's ability to use SNT from their body without need for carrying them, the vehicle is capable of limited technomorphing that allows it to release both offensive and defensive projectile based attacks such as guns, cannons, created walls from tech, etc from SNT the user has equipped to the vehicle, if logical. These usages count as usages from the user ( i.e. if a technique can only be used once, use via The Sarcophagus will cause it to be unusable by the user or vehicle ). A max of 3 projectile firing equipments can be attached to the vehicle.

The active ability of The Sarcophagus is that it is capable of firing barrages of heated energy like that found in Artifical Doujutsu, capable of burning foes and preventing healing from the damage. It can use this via activation or by way of infusion method, infusing projectiles used by The Sarcophagus with this same energy, increasing their damage by 20 damage along with the added effect.
Note: Can only be used in the Ninja World.
Note: Only Scientific Ninja Tools that release projectiles that are offensive or defensive can be equipped to The Sarcophagus.

Description: The Thunder God's Fang is a specialized tool created to aid Samurai and Swordsmen alike in battle and takes the form of a battery placed within the hilt of the user's weapons(s), or in the user's body if they are a cyborg samurai. This tool is a variant of the Kote system that solely contains enhancement type techniques for the user's weapons, techniques that are created to coat weapons such as the vacuum blade of wind release, or techniques that enhance the functionality of a weapon such as vibrating lightning can be stored in the Fang. With the press of a button, the Fang releases the effect of the sealed technique on to the weapon where it can continue to sustain itself thanks to a built-in module that converts chakra to electrical energy. Every three turns the generator will sap the chakra required for the technique from the user passively, allowing the generator to continue to fuel the enhancement.

Notes:
- The Fang can store a total of three different enhancements, which must be mentioned in the user’s biography.
- The Fang can be present in any weapon the user owns; however, this also must be mentioned in the user’s biography.

Description: The Thunder God's Fang is a specialized tool created to aid Samurai and Swordsmen alike in battle and takes the form of a battery placed within the hilt of the user's weapons(s), or in the user's body if they are a cyborg samurai. Whenever a technique is used to enhance the weapon(s) the battery is stored in, it will activate and drain chakra from the user to fuel said technique by converting it to electrical energy. The battery will continue to drain chakra even when another technique is used, which allows for the enhancement to be permanently applied to the weapon(s) for as long as the user continues to fuel it. Naturally, once the weapon is released then the battery will cease to function.

Notes:
- The Fang must be placed on the user's Biography.
- The Fang can be present in any bladed weapon the user owns, such as a Katana, Wakizashi, or Chōkuto.

Description: More commonly referred to as BK201, this is a simple attachment applied to cybernetic prosthetic arms that serve to lock a weapon in place. The Docking Mechanism works by causing a horizontal portion of a cyborg's palms to recede, creating a gap just large enough for the hilt of a sword to fit. Once a weapon is in place the docking mechanism will clamp down on it, making it almost impossible for the weapon to fall or be removed without the user’s consent. One locked in place the user is able to rotate the mechanism in order to hold the weapon in any grip or position of their choice, but the palm is required to be open when the rotation occurs. Lastly, the Docking Mechanism has an additional function where in the event that the weapon is released, a magnetic pulse can be passively released to pull the weapon back into the palm at the cost of -5 chakra per range.

- Activating the Docking Mechanism is passive and does not require a move slot.

If the user were to have cybernetic enhancements upon their limbs, the A.I could control said limb, utilising close quarter combats based technique through them while siphoning chakra from the user's own body through the neural link to accomplish said techniques. The siphoned chakra would not interfere with Chun's own chakra control, as the neural link between the A.I and Chun enables this siphoning to be treated as a natural passive occurrence, similar to walking on water and tree climbing. Naturally, while the siphoning is passive, the techniques utilise would still takes up a move slot. Goomoonryong's second ability stems from the nanobot component combined with sealing, allowing the suit to expand beyond Chun's body and assimilate tools/weapons, even those not of the user's own. The ability allows the user to store tool and weapons in a layer of nanobots, granting the A.I the ability to use said tools on it's own accord. Whereas the ability of utilising the weapons from the user's body is granted, allowing the user to wield multiple weapons with ease, enabling kenjutsu techniques for instance from the user's body, via swinging their arm for example. As for opposing tools, the A.I has the ability to analyse and override any tools function A rank and below, granting the user the ability to use them as his own were he to manage to assimilate them. The assimilation ability can be used passively for the user's tools/weapons, with the A.I siphoning 20 chakra to do so, whereas for opposing tools, the nanobots can spread from the user's body, similar to sand, up to short range and attempt to assimilate said equipment, costing 40 chakra. The implementation of fūin enables the stored tools and weapons to merge within the nanobots without occupying excess space. Goomoonryong does not offer any damage increase/decrease of it's own, being simply of S rank strength, capable of being reformed/repaired once per battle at a cost of fourty chakra, through which the user unseals additional nanobots and a fully functional copy of the A.I.

Declined: This is an interesting tool. I lied. But it's mostly okay. One thing I won't allow though is the assimilation of opponent's tools allowing you to use them as your own. It'd be too iffy because there may be some tools that it could assimilate but you lack the requirements to use them. You also didn't mention what rank of tools the absorption ability allows nor did you provide any usage limit or cooldown for the assimilation. I'm fine with you overriding an opponent's technology but maybe find a different way to disable them without taking them as your own. Also this is of S rank strength? What does that mean, does it do 80 damage? or can it withstand S ranks? clarify on that. - Daemon

Description: The Artemis Conduit, otherwise known as TAC, is a pair of twin handguns that were crafted to be used in times of duress. TAC's main distinguishing feature is the internal functions of it's barrel, which contains many rune-like scripts etched in ink. The bullets fired through these barrels are quite unique, as they are not composed of any run of the mill material, but rather shadows taken solid form. This results in the user not needing to carry extra magazines and whatnot, as the bullets are formed directly in the chamber. However, this shadow bullet component allows the user to insert any custom or chakra based bullet into the guns, and fire them with a shadow coating. This is due to the fact that the shadow bullets/coating would form in the barrel based on what's needed, as it is a shadow, meaning that it can also be used as a source for shadow based techniques.

The second ability, denoted The White Walker, enables the bullets, if activated, upon contact with beings that have chakra networks or similar (sentient elemental creatures for instance), to seal away thirty percent of the creatures chakra into the bullets, canceling active techniques, whilst also restricting the usage of techniques beyond A rank and preventing the utilisation of multiple techniques in the single timeframe. The limitation, if the bullet simply clashes with the target and does not pierce them, would last for a single turn. However, if the bullet manages to pierce the defenses/skin of the target, the effects would be more severe, as the bullet would be closer to the chakra network, enabling the sealing effects to last for two turns after contact is made. The White Walker can only be used thrice for a chakra cost of fourty, and must be separated by a turn interval.

The shadow coatings have a low damage output being merely equivalent to thirty damage. The bullets can be fired off in semi, burst, or fully automatic modes, depending on the needs of the user, with the bullets moving as fast as lightning techniques. The user's shadow techniques are limited to A rank level. The user can chose to fire stronger bullets containing chakra at a 1::2 rate, up to fourty chakra, usable five times per battle.

Declined: We already discussed the bullet thing. For your Whitewalker ability, 30% of chakra to be sealed is too large, especially able to shoot it multiple times. You take 30 percent of their chakra, restricted them to A ranks, cancelling active techniques, and end their usage of techniques in a single time frame. What more do you want this to do? Give it a flat rate of how much chakra it seals/takes and tone down the other effects. - Daemon

Description: The illuminator takes the form of customisable shoes that contain an internal light system and multiple mirrors. Once activated, the shoes would let out a harmless light that hits the mirrors, casting the light upon the user's body resulting in the creation of that reach 8 meters away from the user's body, enabling easier and more diverse usages of shadows. The increase in range enables the user to perform short range shadow based techniques at mid range distance. The shoes takes the user's initial chakra usage and spends it at 5 per turn to maintain the light. A turn must pass between re-usages, with the user being capable of utilisng the same lights thrice per battle. Naturally the shoes do not hinder the user's ability of utilisng techniques through his legs, simply acting as normal ones that have an additional function.

Declined: I see what you are going for here but what it allows may be too wild. Lets say you are your opponent starts at mid range right. If you already have a shadow like 2 meters away from the opponent ready to manipulate. Now the entire point of this tech is to increase the range of your shadow techniques. You'd have to note that it'd only work if your feet are on the ground etc etc, for me to allow you to increase the range of your shadows like this you'd have to shorten its duration and increase it's cooldown. As for the 8 meters thing, you need to either reduce the range of the shadow or find another avenue to increase the range of your shadows, especially since its like an omnidirectional 8 shadows formed.- Daemon

The assimilation ability can be used passively for the user's tools/weapons, with the A.I siphoning 20 chakra to do so. Goomoonryong does not affect the damage of techniques utilised through it, but it does carry it's own defensive strength, having damage shaving respective to it's rate of expansion, with every 4 meters enabling 10 damage reduction and it itself having 50 HP. Goomoonryong can be repaired once per battle at a cost of fourty chakra.

Declined: There are somethings that aren't quite right, after reading through this technique I noticed something, what are the actual active abilities of this tool? The assimilation of your own tech being passive, but actually using them costing a move? Cool I'm fine with that. But then we get to the expansion part the first highlighted portion, if you want this to be able to be utilized for taijutsu attacks etc I rather you just have the exoskeleton extend form your body for the usage of that technique rather than having a passively expanding exoskeleton that can eventually reach up to 20 meters in length, thats kind of wild imo. For this reason I can't allow passive expansion like this. Now for the damage reduction part, yea no. When I said give it defenses I meant what rank technique can destroy this thing, don't give your technology damage reduction AND HP, it's not a living thing It's not gonna have HP. Does repairing it cost a move? Actually also while assimilating tools, what is the limit on how many tools it can assimilate, is there a cool down between assimilation and how many times in a fight can you actually assimilate things? - Daemon

Declined: So I tell you to tone down the seal and you come back with this bullshit? So let me get this on hit you want to be able to steal 200 chakra from someone, end all their activate techs, and prevent the utilization of S and F rank tier 3 and higher abilities. Now what if I told you most tier 3 and higher abilities only have S and F rank jutsu? Why are you trying to seal entire tiers of abilities away? It was never allowed in the first place so why would you think its okay now? So I'm giving you one last shot at toning this down and don't try any slick stuff, because then I'll edit your CJ for you and make it something you dont even want anymore. Description: The MHD-995 Hacking Device is a 9GHz processor with software and hardware custom-designed for intrusion of computer networks. It is installed as a modular attachment to the typical neural weave, such as Sarif's Weave 7, allowing the user complete control over hacking operations without the need for any tactile device or virtual interface.The most elementary function of the device is to commandeer network hubs and use them to launch further attacks on the system. Essentially this allows the user, through the use of a virtual keyboard, and line of sight, the ability to hack other scientific ninja tools, causing their functions to be disabled for a period of time, or indefinitely. Most dangerous is the ability to hack forms of artificial intelligence, though this takes slightly longer to achieve, once the intelligence is hacked, the user is capable of assuming control over the software and using it's functions, along with changing it's core programming to behave in a way the user desires, this does not work on cyborgs, I.E humans that are combined with cybernetic tech, but will work on any form of androids or robotics of non human nature.
Notes:

Against regular technology the user can choose to disable A rank and below tech for the duration of the battle, anything above that is disabled for three turns. In regards to artificial intelligence such as mirror drones, the user retains control for as long as they remain in line of sight, however he may only use two jutsu per turn as this occupies a slot.
- May be used twice per battle, and each usage incurs a cooldown period of three turns, where the device may not be initiated again, though this doesn't interfere with ongoing hacks.

Declined: I'm okay with hacking and disabling other's tech but how does it actually work because line of sight ain't cutting it how does it actually affect and opponent's tools, through what method does it allow it to commandeer network hubs? Radiowaves? Electromagnetic pulses? Also I won't allow you to shut down techniques of A and below indefinitely, thats a little too high for my liking. Reduce that. You say AI take longer to take over but give no real indication to the amount of time it takes in terms of turns. Also give an avenue in which the opponent is allowed to resume control of their technology. - Daemon

Description: The LiDAR Mark-Tracker provides visual tagging and tracking of targets via the users eyes. Advanced functionality is provided by an onboard LiDAR laser scanner and electromagnetic field interpreter. When the user visually sees a target they will be marked with the tracker, which through the aforementioned technology is then tracked on a moment to moment basis even once they leave the users line of sight, using technology as a replacement for vision. This system allows the user to track someone without any need for the basic senses with the tool determining their location as long as they remain within the area physically in regards to laser detection, and electromagnetic signature. Should they leave the area the tracker will alert the user that they have left, as well as detecting when and where they return using an advanced mapping system visible in the users eyes. Additionally this technology will be linked, meaning should two users of Lidar be in the same area, anyone marked by one user will appear on the other users systems.

While very effective, the Lidar system is limited to only having four active markers at a time, and every three turns the system will deactivate for the fourth turn, as it needs to cooldown, though no markers will be lost when it restarts this does mean a temporary blackout will occur.
- May be used to mark four people per battle, though it will mark any clones of these people and will be able to determine between them and the real person.

This Nin-tech is able to sense foreign chakra and then be able to pump the stored chakra back into the user creating a shock that spikes and restarts their chakra flow. This allows them to break out of Genjutsu using the chakra surge method, being able to release any genjutsu, excluding Yin and MS level Genjutsu, so long as the surge of chakra released into the user is higher then the chakra used for the Genjutsu. This Nin-Tech is able to store up to 100 chakra into it, taking up to five turns before it reaches capacity. If the user has Senjutsu, the siphon can still absorb the senjutsu like chakra and release the Senjutsu back into the user, following the foreign chakra/energies release method of Genjutsu, instead of the chakra surge method. This allows the user to break any genjutsu, including Yin release genjutsu however it cannot break Mangekyou Sharingan Genjutsu. While the siphoning of chakra is a passive ability, the release of chakra back into the user will still cost a move for that turn. And i assume the enhancing technique line also applies to not prolonging your SM, or allowing you to enter SM and things of that nature, but just in case im mentioning that it wont anyway. Also note that since you are using it as a surge the chakra released back into your body would be lost, not to replenish your chakra reserves. - Daemon

If the user has Senjutsu, the siphon can still absorb the senjutsu like chakra and release the Senjutsu back into the user, following the foreign chakra/energies release method of Genjutsu, instead of the chakra surge method. This allows the user to break any genjutsu, including Yin release genjutsu however it cannot break Mangekyou Sharingan Genjutsu. This Chakra Siphon begins absorbing and storing the users chakra at the beginning of battle and stops absorbing once it reaches capacity and/or when the chakra/senjutsu is released back into the user. Requiring a two turn cooldown period before it begins absorbing chakra/senjutsu again. While the siphoning of chakra is a passive ability, the release of chakra back into the user will still cost a move for that turn. Lastly, this Nin-tech cannot be used to enhance techniques in any way. The chakra/senjutsu released back into the user does not replenish their chakra or senjutsu reserves. Only working to release foreign chakras and genjutsu under one of the two presented methods.

Description: The Queen of Hearts, a uniquely designed piece of custom technology crafted by a gunsmith named Paradox. It was an original draft, given to him by Mirabelle in her endeavor to create new forms of weapons to further her weapons mastery. The tool in question takes the form of a handgun, colored white in coloration. The metallic frame is structured with ascents resembling roses and a golden dragon on it. At first glance, the weapon seems like an ordinary handgun but in reality, with Paradox’s ideals and Mirabelle’s ambition, the managed to craft one of the best guns known to society. Ability wise, the entire gun is based on two things: Fuinjutsu and Senjutsu, two fields Mirabelle considered her weakest – thus she aimed to use this to help cover some holes up. However, due to her love of sharing, many copies of the gun was made so others may utilize it's glory as well

Rosemary, Queen of Wyrms – The first ability of the gun, in which combines the previous two abilities into one. Among the rose like ascents, there are seals located within its design that is well hidden to the untrained eye. When holstered or not directly in her hand, the unique magazine is “loaded”, feed through the aforementioned seal. The seal is passively absorbing Natural Energy around the user but also draining their chakra, causing it to mix and create Senjutsu. This process is automatic, which cannot be prevented once the gun is empty and the user is within at least five meters of the weapon. However, what this does is that it converts 10% of the user’s max chakra into senjutsu, passively converting 10% per turn though only for two turns (i.e if the user's maxed chakra is 2000, it passively takes 200 chakra from the user per turn for two turns to convert into senjutsu). The chakra is then stored in the seal, at least until the user makes physical contact with the handle of the gun. This senjutsu chakra is immediately rushed into the user’s body, forcefully activating Sage Mode for them. Once drained, however, should the user be in Sage Mode already, Rosemary’s effects remain inactive, simply allowing the second portion of the gun to come into play. This can only be used with Imperfect Sage Mode.

Thorn, Scorn of the Draco – The secondary ability of the gun though is a bit more simplistic. This portion is the firing mechanism, which in turn allows the user to infuse their senjutsu into the handgun. This allows them to fire off shots of senjutsu bullets, capable of piercing into the bodies of others with relative ease. The damage these bullets carry varies, as the amount of Senjutsu infused is largely up to the user. The bullets are fast, moving as fast as a lightning technique, and are also easily seen – appearing similar to the air projectiles released akin to (Fūton: Shinkūdama) - Wind Release: Vacuum Bullet. It should be noted, however, that the bullets upon impact will also detonate, causing an explosion capable of pushing someone back up to five meters and they also travel in a linear path. Despite all this, the user is also capable of firing none senjutsu bullets as well, this, however, being freeform but taking 5 chakra per bullet to do so.

Restrictions: Queen of Hearts can only be used by those with knowledge of Fuinjutsu and Sage Mode. The activation of Sage Mode via Rosemary shares the same usage amount of the user’s current remaining uses of the Sage Mode Technique. This means should the user only have one Sage Mode use left, then so does this weapon. The sealing and storing of Senjutsu is passive, though it can only hold a max of 400 chakra in total, regardless in which once the gun reaches this max, Rosemary’s effects are inactive. Thron’s firing ability counts as a move, with D to B Rank having no usage limits while A Rank bullets can only be used thrice per battle with a cooldown of two turns and S Rank bullets being usable twice with a cooldown of three turns after use. The bullets due to being senjutsu based are pulled from the user’s Sage Mode chakra pool, thus will slowly or rapidly deplete the user’s enhanced state, thus leaving the user unable to fire bullets until returning into Sage Mode once more. Raw Chakra bullets are freeform, not requiring a move to fire. These bullets can also be fired while in Sage Mode, however, are still free-formed thus not getting the boost in power Sage Mode provides to the user. The user also, however, can only fire three freeform bullets per turn.

Description: Subarashī Kikan is a spherical device containing chakra conducting circuits and a small battery capable of storing chakra. It serves as an engine, or 'power source' for Ōtsutsuki puppets, more specifically those of the Heaven's Host seal. The device is inscribed with three distinct sealing scripts while being uniquely tuned to Ōtsutsuki chakra signatures, allowing it to piggyback the connection between puppet and master, namely (Ōtsutsuki-ryu: Kugutsu no Jutsu) Ōtsutsuki Style: Puppet Technique. The engine, once installed, will bring added benefits to that connection by augmenting the puppet in different ways. Each of which are only possible if the Puppet Technique is active and controlling the engine's host. Only one ability may be activated each turn.

Awakening: Activated each time the puppet master gains chakra from an outside source such as that siphoned through MIE, a sealing script within the engine with the kanji for "empower (力を与える)" will activate, siphoning a fraction of that chakra (20) to be converted into power. This grants the puppet's next offensive technique up to A ranked a +20 damage boost, or a rank boost if defensive. The reaction is marked by the puppet gaining a thin ring of chakra over its head. Though entirely cosmetic, it also makes the augmentation visible to opponents. Due to the nature of this ability, it may be passively applied to the puppet's technique. Can be done once every two turns. (B-ranked)

Cherubim Grace: The second ability of the engine is another supplementary one meant to share specific boons the puppet master may have active with their puppets. Activated each time the user is under the effects of a movement enhancing ability such as Flight Technique, a sealing script within the engine with the kanji for "fellowship (友情)" will activate, allowing the user to extend its perks to the puppet by sharing the chakra with them. This ability is very limited and only applies to supplementary techniques that augment the user's movements. By adding ten (10) extra chakra to the technique being performed, perks such as added speed and flight can be shared due to the engine's fixation on Ōtsutsuki chakra. This ability is passively activated and lasts as long as the parent technique at an extra (-10) to the user per turn. Can only be used two times per battle, with two turns in between each application. (A-rank)

Final Impact: The last ability comes from the third seal on the engine with the kanji for "destroy (破壊)" which can be activated to trigger a self destruct command in the device and by extension the puppet. The ensuing explosion is equivalent to an S ranked attack with a maximum range of 10 meters. Costs a move. Needless to say this can only be performed once. (S-rank)

The Super Solenoid Engine can be installed into a maximum of three Ōtsutsuki puppets where they may all share the effects of Awakening and Cherubim Grace anytime they are activated (20/10 chakra per puppet) but also its cool downs and usage limits. Final Impact will be accessible to each puppet but only once at the cost of a move. This means only one function of the engine can be activated at any time, by any puppet. Must be mentioned in biography or start of the match.

Declined: The first bolded section is a hard no. You thought you was slick with that? lmao nah. The second ability alone is highly suspect as seen by the second bolded section. Second ability allows for too much tomfoolery and is entirely too general. Rework it entirely FYI your puppets aint moving at the same speed as you if you use a speed boosting ability. Unlike most autonomous puppets that have one central CPU, every section of Akipa's body has it's own backup processing unit which allows parts of Akipa to function independently even when detached from the main body. To further make him indistinguishable from Kurapika, Akipa is programmed with Kurapika's memories and personality. This allows him to effortlessly act and speak like Kurapika. Akipa is capable of using all non-bio specific Taijutsu and puppetry techniques and has inbuilt thermal and chakra sensors.

Akipa's batteries gives it a base 400 chakra pool which he can use to power his abilities. The chakra pool can be manually recharged by transferring chakra to it via physical contact or in the case of an enemy, Akipa can forcefully absorb 50 chakra through physical contact. To prevent damage from the more potent forms of chakra, the absorbed chakra is broken down before being saved in the batteries. Similarly to its CPUs, Akipa's batteries are also situated all over his body to allow detached parts have power to function and also to fool traditional chakra sensors (sharingan and rinnegan included) seeing as he'd also be sensed as a mass of chakra like his user.

Core ability:

Akipa can release chakra from his palm, his feet and his mouth. The released chakra can be in the form of a blast, a wave or even to form non-complex structures (A or S rank strength) e.g pillars/hands/tools etc that can travel up to longrange from Akipa. Due to the shape manipulation of the structures, they are neutral to all elemental techniques (Similarly to rasengan).
The released chakra can also be used as a propellant for Akipa to dodge attacks and/or initiate his own (A rank, adds +30 damage if used with a Taijutsu move), capable of taking him from short range to long range at 2 times his normal speed.

Defensive ability:
Akipa is very durable due to its build up, Freeform attacks and C rank and below jutsus don't affect him. He has an S rank durability meaning he'll be knocked out after being hit with an S rank or 2 A ranks or 4 B ranks. When hit with an S rank worth of damage, Akipa shuts down and is unable to function for 5 turns. During this period, his body repairs itself using 100 worth of chakra from his batteries. If hit with a Forbidden rank or above jutsu, he shuts down for 10 turns and the repair costs 150 chakra.

Note:

- At any point, the user can take manual control of Akipa using the puppetry chakra string.
- Rubber protects the puppet from all non-focused electricity A-Rank and below 3x per fight
- Dodging attacks with chakra propellant can only be done once a turn and it counts as a move.
- Recharging Akipa's pool (Both forms) can be done in the same timeframe as another chakra-related move however recharging chakra from opponent counts as a move.

Declined: The Chakra pool is still to high, the defensive ability is good but I won't allow for the built in repair. Once it's hit its done. I see that you tried to work around having an Apex Jounin Speed puppet by trying to say he moves at Kurapika's base speed, which more than likely has some kind of Apex Speed boost. Description: This is a tool that is quite simple in creation. It's a set of cards that are all mini screens. Much like phone screens but flat, akin to mini Ipads. These are all connected through their own frequency. They are kept in a holder that can be attached to the users waist that is used to charge them, while at the same time being the central computer. The user can control these cards to float, spending 5 chakra, though they can still use other jutsu at the same time.

The user can store information in these cards, such as bounties, mini clips of jutsu he had seen before or the jutsu he knows. Along with this certain fighting styles they had seen. If the user has a form of sensory/doujutsu they could store a persons chakra levels in this data bank along with their speed etc. It's a way of storing information. All this information would be gathered in character (nw).

Based on the information stored this computer can do calculations to work out the probability of events and outcomes. This has no battle application. (For cosmetic bio uses).

The user can transfer all the information they have into one of these cards and pass them to another individual to share the information, for example, information they have gathered on a bounty target. The cards contain cameras on the back of them, able to record information or recognise patterns previously seen to notify the user by the screen flashing red. This cards are all linked and can relay information to the other screens such as what they can see.

The suit merges with Chun's body, seamlessly integrating with the user and forming a neural link with the user's body, mind, and any tools that are applied present on it. The A.I would become capable of controlling said tools on it's own accord, utilising it's algorithm and neural link with Chun to determine if it's usage is needed. If the user were to have cybernetic enhancements upon their limbs, the A.I could control said limb, utilising close quarter combats based technique through them while siphoning chakra from the user's own body through the neural link to accomplish said techniques. The siphoned chakra would not interfere with Chun's own chakra control, as the neural link between the A.I and Chun enables this siphoning to be treated as a natural passive occurrence, similar to walking on water and tree climbing. Naturally, while the siphoning is passive, the techniques utilise would still takes up a move slot. Goomoonryong's second ability stems from the nanobot component, allowing the suit to expand beyond Chun's body and assimilate tools/weapons. The ability allows the user to store tool and weapons in a layer of nanobots, granting the A.I the ability to use said tools on it's own accord. Whereas the ability of utilising the weapons from the user's body is granted, allowing the user to wield multiple weapons with ease, enabling kenjutsu techniques for instance from the user's body, via swinging their arm for example. The expansion ability is also passively used to increase the user's reach via essentially forming a nanobot exoskeleton structure that can be used for tai related techniques, with the structure itself expanding at a rate of 2 meters reach increase per turn (10 chakra), with a maximum of 20 meters and the user being able to stop the expansion at any point. The assimilation ability can be used passively for the user's tools/weapons, with the A.I siphoning 20 chakra to do so. Goomoonryong does not affect the damage of techniques utilised through it, but it does carry it's own defensive strength, having damage shaving respective to it's rate of expansion, with every 4 meters enabling 10 damage reduction and it itself having 50 HP. Goomoonryong can be repaired once per battle at a cost of fourty chakra.

Declined: There are somethings that aren't quite right, after reading through this technique I noticed something, what are the actual active abilities of this tool? The assimilation of your own tech being passive, but actually using them costing a move? Cool I'm fine with that. But then we get to the expansion part the first highlighted portion, if you want this to be able to be utilized for taijutsu attacks etc I rather you just have the exoskeleton extend form your body for the usage of that technique rather than having a passively expanding exoskeleton that can eventually reach up to 20 meters in length, thats kind of wild imo. For this reason I can't allow passive expansion like this. Now for the damage reduction part, yea no. When I said give it defenses I meant what rank technique can destroy this thing, don't give your technology damage reduction AND HP, it's not a living thing It's not gonna have HP. Does repairing it cost a move? Actually also while assimilating tools, what is the limit on how many tools it can assimilate, is there a cool down between assimilation and how many times in a fight can you actually assimilate things? - Daemon

Description: The Artemis Conduit, otherwise known as TAC, is a pair of twin handguns that were crafted to be used in times of duress. TAC's main distinguishing feature is the internal functions of it's barrel, which contains many rune-like scripts etched in ink. The bullets fired through these barrels are quite unique, as they are not composed of any run of the mill material, but rather shadows taken solid form. This results in the user not needing to carry extra magazines and whatnot, as the bullets are formed directly in the chamber. However, this shadow bullet component allows the user to insert any chakra based bullet into the guns, and fire them with a shadow coating. This is due to the fact that the shadow bullets/coating would form in the barrel based on what's needed, as it is a shadow, meaning that it can also be used as a source for shadow based techniques.

The second ability, denoted The White Walker, enables the bullets, if activated, upon contact with beings that have chakra networks or similar (sentient elemental creatures for instance), to seal away 200 chakra into the bullets, canceling active techniques and preventing activation/utilisation of S & F Rank advanced abilities of Tier 3 and above.* The limitation, if the bullet simply clashes with the target and does not pierce them, would last for a single turn. However, if the bullet manages to pierce the defenses/skin of the target, the effects would be more severe, as the bullet would be closer to the chakra network, enabling the sealing effects to last for two turns after contact is made. The White Walker can only be used thrice for a chakra cost of fourty, and must be separated by a turn interval. *In regards to character specific abilities, they can be utilised with the exception of F ranks, as for KG abilities and similar only Canon techniques are restricted in full, whereas customs of F rank would be locked.

The shadow coatings have a low damage output being merely equivalent to thirty damage. The bullets can be fired off in semi, burst, or fully automatic modes, depending on the needs of the user, with the bullets moving as fast as lightning techniques. The user's shadow techniques are limited to A rank level. The user can chose to fire stronger bullets containing chakra at a 1::2 rate, up to fourty chakra, usable five times per battle.

So let me get this on hit you want to be able to steal 200 chakra from someone, end all their activate techs, and prevent the utilization of S and F rank tier 3 and higher abilities. Can be repaired once per battle at a cost of fourty chakra, at a cost of a move.

Description: The Artemis Conduit, otherwise known as TAC, is a pair of twin handguns that were crafted to be used in times of duress. TAC's main distinguishing feature is the internal functions of it's barrel, which contains many rune-like scripts etched in ink. The bullets fired through these barrels are quite unique, as they are not composed of any run of the mill material, but rather shadows taken solid form. This results in the user not needing to carry extra magazines and whatnot, as the bullets are formed directly in the chamber. However, this shadow bullet component allows the user to shoot chakra bullets from the guns, and fire them with a shadow coating. This is due to the fact that the shadow bullets/coating would form in the barrel based on what's needed, as it is a shadow, meaning that it can also be used as a source for shadow based techniques, however the user can only use these shadows as a source for shadow techniques up to B rank.

The second ability, denoted The White Walker, enables the bullets, if activated, upon contact with beings that have chakra networks or similar (sentient elemental creatures for instance) preventing activation/utilisation of S & F Rank healing/HP recovery techniques. The limitation, if the bullet simply clashes with the target and does not pierce them, would last for a single turn. However, if the bullet manages to pierce the defenses/skin of the target, the effects would be more severe, as the bullet would be closer to the chakra network, enabling the sealing effects to last for two turns after contact is made. The White Walker can only be used thrice for a chakra cost of fourty, and must be separated by a two turn interval.

The shadow coatings have a low damage output being merely equivalent to thirty damage. Shooting these guns, naturally require a move in a turn, at a cost of 15 chakra. The bullets can be fired off in semi, burst, or fully automatic modes, depending on the needs of the user, with the bullets moving as fast as lightning techniques. The user can chose to fire stronger bullets at a 1::2 rate, up to fourty chakra, usable five times per battle.
