( Ketsuryūgan: Chi no magari ) - Blood Dragon Eye: Blood Bending

Description: After establishing physical contact with the target, the user will forcefully inject their chakra. Utilizing their Ketsurugan – the chakra would become vastly poisonous but unlike its parent techniques this instead flows into the blood stream of the enemy. In doing so, the user is capable of immediately taking control of the target’s blood. This is unique compared to other techniques utilized by members of the clan, originally created a means of subduing their enemies without killing them initially. Controlled via hand gestures, the user is capable of forcefully causing the target to mimic their movements or moving their limbs in unconventional ways. This can range from causing the target to kneel in place, pulling the arm back so much that it dislocates etc. It is extremely painful when utilized for harm – causing the target to suffer damage over time (-10 per turn). The force of this control cannot be overridden through sheer force, instead needing to create a chakra surge of the same amount in order to purge the chakra out of the body. While this doesn’t stop the opponent from utilizing ninjutsu, they cannot do so with hand seal s nor perform bodily movements. Through their eyes control of the chakra, the use is capable of suspending the target in the air as well with hand getsures, moving them around like airborn ragdolls. They can, at the cost of a move, slam an airborne enemy into surface in order to deal physical damage to their body. Alternatively as well, the user may utilize another blood source in the battle zone in order to infect the enemy. This can only be used twice per battle, lasting three turns before the chakra naturally fades away, which while sustaining the user is only capable of utilizing two techniques per turn. The user cannot utilize any blood related techniques A rank and above while sustaining this technique, which goes on a cool down of three turns after it ends/breaks prematurely.

¤ Declined, the reason for the requiring of direct contact to do this is to avoid these potential techniques as well as prevent overlapping with the Blood Release CE which is capable of this. It lasting more than the turn it is initiated in is not going to fly. In addition to this, if you're going to attempt to restrict Jutsu usage, then it will not passively deal damage per turn. ¤

( Doujutsu: Ikiru o’ Susano'o ) - Eye Technique: Ikiru's Tempestuous God of Valor

Description: A gigantic, humanoid avatar made of the user's chakra which manifests around the user and becomes an extension of their will, acting and attacking on their behalf. By default, Susanoo is anchored to its user and they to it: in its less developed forms it will move around with the user; in its more completed forms the user will be suspended within Susanoo, being brought with it as it moves. This connection allows Susanoo to shield against physical attacks, becoming more difficult to penetrate as it is manifested more fully. This grey-faded and black colored Susano'o signifies as Ikiru Uchiha's Tempestuous God of Valor’s trademark.

Standard Form:
In its initial form, Ikiru Uchiha's Susanoo has S-rank durability and for combat, it rather very defensive as it employs a 'Tomoe Shield' unlike the common (S-rank constructs). To elaborate on the shield, its sharp tomoes are noted to be in a constant high-motion as it rotates around in a sonic frequency boom (S-rank or below Sounds can be blocked) producing enough power to create a wind current that shifts the air, as a projected gust similar to a fan (2x Sage base speed). Alternatively, the fan-shield can be used as makeshift support to the user's Katon jutsu. This is done by the user releasing their jutsu via it as the fans don't interrupt the flames which in turn gives the flames a circular path of rotation upon release, allowing for complex counters (+1 range to Katon jutsu used via Susanoo). The user has complete control over the fan as to activate it, or turn it off whenever they so will it.

Complete Form:
Two turns after it had initially manifested, the user's Susano'o has its chakra stabilized. The user's chakra hence can induces their Susanoo to advance further to its strongest form. In its final form, Susanoo acquires new traits including a tengu-esque nose, wings for flight, and robes with ornate armor. But more importantly, it gains power akin to a biju. Once stabilized, the Complete Body form can protect its user from all but the strongest of attacks (100 damage). And with regards to its offense, it's fan blast can inflict F-rank damage up to long-range.

Note: Counts as a move each turn it is active; moreover, Izanagi, and Izanami cannot be used.
Note: Susanoo is usable twice and lasts up to six turns, with a three-turn cooldown, after EMS is reactivated.

(Kaihi Tensei) - Reincarnation Flicker

Description: This technique is unlocked to any Tenseigan user as they enter any of the two Tenseigan Modes. The move itself is relatively simple and allows the Tenseigan user to perform quick manouvers, such as jumps, dashes, or other simple body movements necessary to either avoid techniques or outrun them. They can also use the technique to run towards a target. Due to the fact that the Tenseigan Chakra Mode unlocks a massive x4 in speed boost, this technique amplifies that speed and puts it into a technique the user can perform in needs of evasion. Due to the huge speed boost they acquire from the Mode, their taijutsu attacks becomes enhanched further when used in conjunction with this technique since they essentially "blitz" their way through techniques(within reason) to hit their target before they know it is happening. The user can move in simple linear patterns or if they possess the means of flight either through the Ototsuki flight technique or the Reincarnation Tablet technique they can use these techniques in conjunction with the Reincarnation Flicker to dodge techniques whilst in flight through different patterns.

(Dōjutsu: Gyakusetsu) Eye Technique: Self-Phase Contradiction

Description: (Gyakusetsu) is a Space-Time Mangekyō Sharingan technique unique to Lena's Mangekyō Sharingan. By focusing on the power in her Left eye, Lena will be able to use the Immovable Entity | Fudō no jittai which is the ability to, just from a look - be able to suspend a target in time and space like a “Time Lock”. Nothing can interfere with the Time Lock even though it is still visible in space the battlefield exists in a different time. The area in which this technique pertains is the exact dimensions of the target itself, no bigger - like a silhouette. The gap between the suspended technique and reality is impossibly thin, but exists and it cannot be penetrated unless with another Space/Time ability. The user will declare a target that they glance upon within their Line of Sight, depending on what it is a number of different things could happen;
  • By just looking at a tangible technique whether it be the opponent’s, the ally’s or their own. The Jutsu/Technique will be suspended in place if it can be seen by the Sharingan and will halt all progressions or deteriorations of the technique, say a fireball is supposed to explode 5 seconds later but is stopped by Gyausetsu - it doesn’t explode and remains there as a fireball unmoving like a frozen animation. Nothing can get into the Technique meaning it can’t be infused with anything later or continued to be fuelled by chakra meaning when it’s released from the Time Lock it will die out as it’s lost connection with it’s user, it also means nothing can get out from the technique. At any time the user can release the technique from it’s Time Lock and it will continue as intended. The frozen technique remains on the field if not released and becomes part of the terrain that cannot be destroyed unless Space/Time is used in some way to get rid of it or it’s released, it can be walked on and if it’s attacked it will not affect the Time Locked Technique.
  • A Person or some kind of Living entity usually with health points, other things fall under tangible techniques like clones (which disperse once released or revert to their source element if elemental). When Gyakusetsu is performed on this kind of target they will be completely frozen in mid-air or on the spot during whichever action they were taking. Because everything within the bubble is time locked the opponent is unaware they have been suspended and all their functions have been suspended for the time being; this does nothing until they are released from the Time Lock and they cannot perform anything whilst in it. From their perspective it will be as though there was no time passed between when they are locked in it and when they are released. Nothing outside can affect them unless through Space/Time means. The user can leave and not release them until they’re as far away as they want. Similarly to Amaterasu the target if they’re fast enough can move out of the focal point silhouette of the technique and the clutches of the Gyakusetsu. Sensors and the like can sense the buildup/overflow of energy in the eye right before the Gyakusetsu is used, but this doesn’t matter is their speed is not enough to escape the area of the Time Lock; because this isn’t Amaterasu it’s a lot quicker as it doesn’t have to wait for ignition and so the target has to be significantly quicker at least 6th Gate speed minimum.
  • The user can use the left eye ability on themself to, taking an indomitable stance before the impact of an attack. Their current pose is locked in space and time and the technique crashes into them, not capable of affecting them as they are technically not there even though they appear to be the attack will clash with the anomaly of time as if it was the hardest defence in the world and dissipate. Nothing can get through to the user in this stance no matter the damage unless through Space/Time means, so if the technique were to try and spread something if they are hit by it, it wouldn’t be spread to the user and would simply uselessly disappear from existence.
By focusing on her power in the Right eye, Lena will be able to use Unstoppable Force | Tomerarenai-ryoku and see things as though they are animated by ‘frames’ through the Sharingan’s natural ability to be able to predict movement precisely and fluidly. Because of this the Gyakusetsu can remove ‘frames’ from space and time and also add them as well.
  • When the Gyakusetsu is used to cut out frames between techniques and movements, say for example a fireball is to travel from one place to the other the Mangekyou ability can cut out the frames of travel as if it was no longer there and didn’t exist at all between that space. Meaning this utilization is used at the exact same time as a technique to give the illusion it has been impossibly sped up having the fireball be shot from the hand then instantly hitting the target straight after through the Gyakusetsu cutting out the travel path between them and it. The original technique still retains its original damage. This can be done for movement of the user as well or it’s summons, cutting out the travel path between where they start and where they had intended to proceed to in an instant to perform a surprise flying kick or jutsu from another angle. Their movement cannot be stopped mid-travel either as it does not exist between origin and execution.
  • Then when it comes to “adding in frames” it works hand-in-hand with cutting them out. Cut out frames can be used later by the Gyakusetsu to strengthen attacks through lots of Damage. For example a fireball is going to remain hot no matter which frame is cut out of its path and the suspended momentum will continue once restarted, if all those frames are then placed in different spaces at a later time - like a cut and paste. Say the user has the fireballs all surround the target just before the original is about to hit it, they can and this will cause more damage equal to 120 (which this technique outputs). This can be done with Close combat moves like flying kicks, a frame of the user sticking their leg out staggered at different times or all at once will hit the opponent all at once then disappear from existence like they were never there. It’ll be like a bunch of copies of the user suddenly show up and then disappear in a literal instant. The copies can be interacted with if opponent’s are quick enough, but they’re gone as fast as they appear and only exist to make contact with their target. The user can use both or either the cutting out and the pasting in abilities of the Right eye in one usage of the Gyakusetsu.
Note: Lena can use Gyakusetsu a total of 7 times. The left and right eye have 4 usages each maximum. Each usage of this technique can only affect one target, unless when using Immovable Entity | Fudō no jittai it is targeting multiple constructs/projectiles from a single technique then it will capture all as it is wholly part of that one technique.
Note: If Lena has fled from a landmark and Gyakusetsu's Immovable Entity | Fudō no jittai is still affecting certain targets within said landmark they will automatically be released from it after 24 hours.
Note: Mangekyou Sharingan must be active to use this Technique and using this Technique reduces MS by 2 turns.

¤ Declined, for starters, I don’t see why this needed to be this lengthy for what seems a simple to explain ability. the Left eye can lock things in place while the right eye can remove frames or parts of the timeframe from battle. Both aspects can be shortened by a lot and made cleaner. The bigger issue though is that these abilities differ too much to be one S/T Mangekyou submission. The two abilities of the Left and Right Eye should be directly related such as with Kamui ( one teleports the user, the other things he looks at ). These differ too much to be in one duo just, though I’ll point out specific issues with both for the future.

Left Eye can freeze any technique or target, including the user, and allow them to bypass being damaged or negatively impacted while frozen in time. The underlined parts are really problematic or can't function like such. There are, seemingly, no ways to break it once hit and can’t be removed if frozen unless by S/T. It can be used to essentially let you make wild combos where your opponent is left unable to counter or react to it since they don’t even know they are froze until you unfreeze them at whatever point you wish since it’s vaguely worded. You could release an S rank jutsu towards their head and then wait til it’s about to hit and cancel the time lock and they would have no time to react or anything.

Right Eye abilities are completely different and unrelated to the left eye outside of both being time related. The two abilities presented here can function as a full Mangekyō on it's own. You can first remove frames or rather compress/delete space in between the user/technique and it's Target to essentially speed it up and then can add frames, or "stagger" them, to deal high damage in a process that makes no sense or could work ( if you're cutting parts of the timeframe or rather technique, you adding parts isn't going to somehow make 1 punch land several times for 120 damage. Contact is only made once, even if you add frames to that. The punch only hit once, frames can only stretch out the duration of this or shorten it ).

All in all, these are essentially 4 different abilities piled into one technique. Pick which eye set you're going to focus on and make those 2 abilities because Left and Right eye aren't close enough nor tame enough to allow together. ¤

Description: The Mystic Eyes of Death Perception is a unique Mangekyō Sharingan possessed by Ryōgi Shiki, allowing her to access an alternate dimension known as ‘The Root’. It’s a completely empty space, with only a mass of spiraling, azure energy in the distance, said to be the universe in its original state, where all events and possibilities throughout time are contained. By harnessing the Root’s energy, Shiki is capable of manipulating the flow of time to various extents, resulting in different effects. Each eye can utilise different forms of this power, and the unique nature of the Root’s energy means that it is neutral to any and all elements.

(Kara no Kyōkai) – Boundary of Emptiness: The left eye allows Shiki to manifest the Root’s energy to create non-damaging portals leading in and out of the Root, which can be used for various purposes. In order to transport objects possessing a rank, the portal(s) must be at least equal rank, and the creation of more than one portal splits the rank equally between the total number of portals. Portals drawing in an opponent must be created at least 5 meters away (unless Shiki is within this range). Portals can be a maximum of 5x5 meters and a minimum of 1x1, and all exhibit a wormhole-like effect, sucking anything within 2 meters into it. These portals can only be dispelled by Shiki herself, or in the case of a portal(s) possessing a lower rank than an object or technique that it attempts to absorb. Portals can transport any number of techniques, objects or opponents, so long as the rank of the portal in question is at least equal to the rank of the strongest object/technique. It is possible to create one portal to send a technique to the Root temporarily, and open another later in the battle to return it to the field. Shiki can also use these portals on herself though these can simply be opened on her person. Portals can also be used outside of battle for direct travel between any landmark (following standard travel and interception rules). This ability is F-Rank by default.

(Akarui Sora) – Cloud Shine: The right eye allows Shiki to use the Root’s energy on herself by filling her body with it. By increasing the rate at which time flows within herself, all bodily functions are carried out much more quickly as a result, effectively increasing her movement speed. Once initiated, the ability takes immediate effect, giving it great utility in battle. When activated, Shiki can increase her current speed by any amount up to a maximum of 4x. Upon deactivation of the Cloud Shine, Shiki will suffer a deduction proportionate to the level of the increase, and will last for a duration equivalent to that which the ability was kept active for. For increases less than or equal to 2x, Shiki's speed will be reduced to 3 levels below base speed. For increases between 2x and 3x, Shiki's speed will be reduced to 4 levels below base speed. For increases between 3x and 4x, Shiki's speed will be reduced to 5 levels below base speed. Only speed deductions from the most recent activation of the Cloud Shine will apply, meaning that the previous deduction will be replaced by the deduction from the most recent activation of Cloud Shine. An added benefit of the ability is that the way it interacts with the body allows Shiki to break Genjutsu. By accelerating one's physiological processes, the rate at which chakra is produced by and circulates throughout the body is increased, behaving similarly to a disruptive surge of chakra that can break illusions up to S rank. The Cloud Shine counts as an F-Rank ability, and must be sustained by expending 15 chakra points per turn, every turn which it's active.

Note: The Mystic Eyes can remain active for up to ten turns, each eye's ability can only be used four times per activation, and any of the Dōjutsu's abilities can be used six times in total per activation

Due to her connection to the Root, her eyes possess a particularly potent form of the Sharingan's precognition ability, allowing her to observe the flow of time and its effects on the world around her, such as the withering of trees or the aging of people. This is a passive, but cosmetic function of the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, serving no purpose in battle. By harnessing the Root’s energy, Shiki is capable of manipulating the flow of time to various extents, resulting in different effects. Each eye can utilise different forms of this power, and the unique nature of the Root’s energy means that it is neutral to any and all elements.

Shiki is able to return transported objects and opponents to the field through her left eye as well. Boundary of Emptiness counts as an F-Rank ability.

¤ Update Declined, the neft eye ability is just a reworking of Kamui. Due to the influx of S/T portal/teleporting based Mangekyou submissions, more will not be approved after this cycle, though yours was already approved. Issue here being that this is too much like Kamui to justify allowing as an update. I'm also not sure if you'd be able to just essentially speed through a time based ability as some could prevent you from movement and others could create speed enhancements due to time manipulation and this would somehow speed through it and break it. I just do not agree that this should auto break time based abilities as it should always come down to a Jutsu vs Jutsu interaction. ¤

Description: Tengokunoshuken is a Jyuken technique based off of the Owaranaigenshin tengokuno ō, the ultimate rotation technique. Tengokunoshuken entails the partial manifestation of Owaranaigenshin tengokuno ō, namely its wings. The user begins by forcefully expelling chakra out of the tenketsu on their shoulders and shoulder blades to release a scaled 15m large version of the golden wings of Owaranaigenshin tengokuno ō. These golden wings take the shape of feathered humanoid arms that terminate in hand-like structures. Much like the parent technique, the user can use Tengokunoshuken to either attack or defend from the opponent's techniques. Due to being a Jyuken technique, hits done by Tengokunoshuken target the opponent's tenketsu points and chakra system, aiming to destroy them and hinder the opponent. On contact/on hit, the user using their undeniable accuracy will forcibly inject their chakra into the target, destroying the tenketsu point localized around their stomach and head. Naturally, this inhibits their chakra manipulation capabilities to the point where they lose access to their Kekkei Genkai, effectively shutting down their bloodline limit. Currently active Kekkei Genkai techniques will immediately be halted. Naturally, this extends to dojutsu as well as Custom Clan abilities. Like it's parent technique, the user is capable of using Jyuken techniques through these arm-wings. However, they will carry the damage of the respective technique as well as its own drawbacks that it puts on the opponent. This means that Jyuken techniques used through Tengokunoshuken will not have the Kekkei Genkai limiting debuffs. If needed, the user is capable of manifesting Tengokunoshuken in the same timeframe as another Jyuken technique, using the golden wings as a medium for the technique within logic.
Note: This technique can be used four times total with a two turn cool down in between usages. Each usage lasting three turns.
Note: Manifesting within the same timeframe requires a move per turn and lasts for that technique usage.

Ningennoshuken- The Human Sovereign

Description: Ningennoshuken is a Jyuken technique based off of Gentle Step Twin God Fists, Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists, and Soul Binding Circle. By exerting copious amount of chakra out from their palms, the user creates a chakra shroud similar to the ones found within Twin God Fists but with a transparent, white color. This cloak continues to expand until it covers the user's body forming a white ethereal coating. Ningennoshuken takes the properties of Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists in which the user's Jyuken techniques and variants get in increase in the range by 1, but keeping properties of Twin God Fists where Jyuken can still hinder the opponent. This is normally seen user white bursts of chakra extending from the user's palms/finger tips, feet etc. In conjunction with the Tenseigan, this allows the user to target the opponent's tenketsu from a distance. The second aspect of this technique deals with the white chakra that actually forms the cloak itself. Similar to Soul Binding Circle, the cloak and the chakra bursts released from it lack tangible properties thus allowing them to phase through physical techniques without hinderance. There are also drawbacks through the usage of Ningennoshuken. While active, the user is incapable of using Gentle Step Twin God Fists or Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists. Due to the level of chakra control required to use this technique, it could put a strain on the user's chakra system limiting them after Ningennoshuken expires. This is reflected as an inability to use Jyuken Techniques for three turns after

Description: Eight Trigrams Five Hundred and Twelve Palms is the one of strongest forms of the Eight Trigrams Technique. Using their enhanced vision and chakra control granted by the Tenseigan the user strikes all 361 tenketsu of the opponent. As per the name of the technique, the user continues to strike the opponents body until they reach a total of 512 hits, even passing over some tenketsu again to ensure their destruction and causing damage to internal organs. Like all sub techniques of this style, being struck with the Eight Trigrams Five Hundred and Twelve Palms carries adverse side effects to the opponent. Primarily, the destruction of all 361 tenketsu results in the opponent's inability to utilize chakra in any form. Getting hit with Eight Trigrams Five Hundred and Twelve Palms effectively ends all active techniques the opponent currently has. This lack of chakra usage will remain unless healed by Yang energy on the level of Touch of the Sun or Advanced Medical Fuuinjutsu. Logically, both methods have to be done by a second party or outside source due to the opponent's inability to use chakra themselves.

Note: Can only be used by Hyuga bios with access to the Tenseigan.
Note: This technique can be used twice per arc and successfully once against an opponent. After using, the user is unable to use Jyuken related techniques for 3 turns.

Description: Reincarnation Dragon is a technique that is usable ones the Tenseigan user enters their Tenseigan Chakra Mode. It has its features heritage from the Golden/Silver wheel reincarnation explosion which both uses the high density energy of either the Puppet Cursing orbs or the cyan-colored Truth Seeking Balls if the user has Yin/Yang release. With the help of the Yin or Yang or Yin/Yang aspects a user has, they will, upon entering their Tenseigan Chakra Mode, use two of their puppet cursing spheres(or TSB) and focus them together by force to create a massive spectral dragon with the same amount of pure force as that of the Golden Wheel reincarnation explosion. However, in this case it has also gained sentience through that of a users Yang aspect as well as a physical form derived from the users Yin aspect. Depending on if the user uses the TSB or Puppet cursing, the power of the Ryuu Tensei is different as well as its appearance. If the puppet cursing orbs are used, it will be a black dragon. If it is used with the TSB it will be a glowing cyan dragon. Its size is rivaled only by the statue of hamura but unlike statue of Hamura, the reincarnation dragon cannot use gravitational techniques but instead can use other techniques that the user knows. Upon being created, the Ryuu Tensei has the same amount of power as the user gains from the Tenseigan chakra Mode, elevated reflexes, speed and a damage buff. However the puppet cursing mode and the TSB mode both are different in terms of what they grant a user when used, and the same applies if it is a puppet curse dragon or a TSB dragon. As stated before, the Ryuu tensei cannot use gravitational techniques, but can use the same techniques the user is granted upon entering Tenseigan chakra mode as well as either Yin or Yang techniques. If its a TSB dragon, it can use Yin/Yang. The dragon itself is extremely durable and has the same tanking capabilities of that of the Statue of Hamura with regenerative powers. The dragon can fly using its wings and has a chakra pool of 500 points. If the TSB version is used, it has 700 points.

Declined, there’s too much contradicting here; For starters, the bold part has NO chances of flying like this. +30, x4 speed, x5 tracking AND you think this will have the capability of tanking multiple F ranks AND heal itself AND have 500+ chakra, AND it will continue to exist after you AND does a possible 170 damage AND can use Tenseigan and Y/Y techniques. I have half a mind to DNR this for doing absolutely too much regardless of it being a possible YY technique or not. The strongest non Character specific Yin-Yang technique is Hands of Sloth and that deals 120 damage with both YY added in. This won’t do anything near a potential 170. Tl;dr reduce a LOT in terms of power and scaling

Standard Form:
In its initial form, Ikiru Uchiha's Susanoo has S-rank durability and for combat, it rather very defensive as it employs a 'Tomoe Shield' unlike the common (S-rank constructs). To elaborate on the shield, its sharp tomoes are noted to be in a constant high-motion as it rotates around in a sonic frequency boom (S-rank or below Sounds can be blocked) producing enough power to create a wind current that shifts the air, as a projected gust similar to a fan (2x Sage base speed). Alternatively, the fan-shield can be used as makeshift support to the user's Katon jutsu. This is done by the user releasing their jutsu via it as the fans don't interrupt the flames which in turn gives the flames a circular path of rotation upon release, allowing for complex counters (+1 range to Katon jutsu used via Susanoo). The user has complete control over the fan as to activate it, or turn it off whenever they so will it.

Complete Form:
Two turns after it had initially manifested, the user's Susano'o has its chakra stabilized. The user's chakra hence can induces their Susanoo to advance further to its strongest form. In its final form, Susanoo acquires new traits including a tengu-esque nose, wings for flight, and robes with ornate armor. But more importantly, it gains power akin to a biju. Once stabilized, the Complete Body form can protect its user from all but the strongest of attacks (100 damage). And with regards to its offense, it's fan blast can inflict F-rank damage up to long-range.

Meanwhile, it's 'Tomoe Shield' is surprisingly durable enough, as an outstanding feat it's known to be able to tank (1) forbidden ranked attacks (100 dmg), before being destroyed.

Declined, these additions cannot be approved; Modeling your Susano’o weapon on Sasuke’s is not what’s gonna be approved. Much like what I told Jay recently, the weapon being so specific means that it would need to be submitted as a Susano’o Weapon, noted in the first post. It’s more comparable to Kamui Shuriken then the katana Madara’s Susano’o has. The perks Sasuke and Itachi have with their abilities is because they are canon and cannot have custom weapons and items made for them.

Description: (Gyakusetsu) is a Space-Time Mangekyō Sharingan technique unique to Lena's Mangekyō Sharingan. By focusing on the power in her Left eye, Lena will be able to use the Immovable Entity | Fudō no jittai which is the ability to, just from a look - be able to suspend a target in time and space like a “Time Lock”. Nothing can interfere with the Time Lock even though it is still visible in space the battlefield exists in a different time. The area in which this technique pertains is the exact dimensions of the target itself, no bigger - like a silhouette. The gap between the suspended technique and reality is impossibly thin, but exists and it cannot be penetrated unless with another Space/Time ability. The user will declare a target that they glance upon within their Line of Sight, depending on what it is a number of different things could happen;
  • By just looking at a tangible technique whether it be the opponent’s, the ally’s or their own. The Jutsu/Technique will be suspended in place if it can be seen by the Sharingan and will halt all progressions or deteriorations of the technique, say a fireball is supposed to explode 5 seconds later but is stopped by Gyausetsu - it doesn’t explode and remains there as a fireball unmoving like a frozen animation. Nothing can get into the Technique meaning it can’t be infused with anything later or continued to be fuelled by chakra meaning when it’s released from the Time Lock it will die out as it’s lost connection with it’s user, it also means nothing can get out from the technique. At any time the user can release the technique from it’s Time Lock and it will continue as intended. The frozen technique remains on the field if not released and becomes part of the terrain that cannot be destroyed unless Space/Time is used in some way to get rid of it or it’s released, it can be walked on and if it’s attacked it will not affect the Time Locked Technique.
  • A Person or some kind of Living entity usually with health points, other things fall under tangible techniques like clones (which disperse once released or revert to their source element if elemental). When Gyakusetsu is performed on this kind of target they will be completely frozen in mid-air or on the spot during whichever action they were taking. Because everything within the bubble is time locked the opponent is unaware they have been suspended and all their functions have been suspended for the time being; this does nothing until they are released from the Time Lock and they cannot perform anything whilst in it. From their perspective it will be as though there was no time passed between when they are locked in it and when they are released. Nothing outside can affect them unless through Space/Time means. The user can leave and not release them until they’re as far away as they want. Similarly to Amaterasu the target if they’re fast enough can move out of the focal point silhouette of the technique and the clutches of the Gyakusetsu. Sensors and the like can sense the buildup/overflow of energy in the eye right before the Gyakusetsu is used, but this doesn’t matter is their speed is not enough to escape the area of the Time Lock; because this isn’t Amaterasu it’s a lot quicker as it doesn’t have to wait for ignition and so the target has to be significantly quicker at least 6th Gate speed minimum.
  • The user can use the left eye ability on themself to, taking an indomitable stance before the impact of an attack. Their current pose is locked in space and time and the technique crashes into them, not capable of affecting them as they are technically not there even though they appear to be the attack will clash with the anomaly of time as if it was the hardest defence in the world and dissipate. Nothing can get through to the user in this stance no matter the damage unless through Space/Time means, so if the technique were to try and spread something if they are hit by it, it wouldn’t be spread to the user and would simply uselessly disappear from existence.
By focusing on her power in the Right eye, Lena will be able to use Unstoppable Force | Tomerarenai-ryoku and see things as though they are animated by ‘frames’ through the Sharingan’s natural ability to be able to predict movement precisely and fluidly. Because of this the Gyakusetsu can remove ‘frames’ from space and time and also add them as well.
  • When the Gyakusetsu is used to cut out frames between techniques and movements, say for example a fireball is to travel from one place to the other the Mangekyou ability can cut out the frames of travel as if it was no longer there and didn’t exist at all between that space. Meaning this utilization is used at the exact same time as a technique to give the illusion it has been impossibly sped up having the fireball be shot from the hand then instantly hitting the target straight after through the Gyakusetsu cutting out the travel path between them and it. The original technique still retains its original damage. This can be done for movement of the user as well or it’s summons, cutting out the travel path between where they start and where they had intended to proceed to in an instant to perform a surprise flying kick or jutsu from another angle. Their movement cannot be stopped mid-travel either as it does not exist between origin and execution.
  • Then when it comes to “adding in frames” it works hand-in-hand with cutting them out. Cut out frames can be used later by the Gyakusetsu to strengthen attacks through lots of Damage. For example a fireball is going to remain hot no matter which frame is cut out of its path and the suspended momentum will continue once restarted, if all those frames are then placed in different spaces at a later time - like a cut and paste. Say the user has the fireballs all surround the target just before the original is about to hit it, they can and this will cause more damage equal to 120 (which this technique outputs). This can be done with Close combat moves like flying kicks, a frame of the user sticking their leg out staggered at different times or all at once will hit the opponent all at once then disappear from existence like they were never there. It’ll be like a bunch of copies of the user suddenly show up and then disappear in a literal instant. The copies can be interacted with if opponent’s are quick enough, but they’re gone as fast as they appear and only exist to make contact with their target. The user can use both or either the cutting out and the pasting in abilities of the Right eye in one usage of the Gyakusetsu.
Note: Lena can use Gyakusetsu a total of 7 times. The left and right eye have 4 usages each maximum. Each usage of this technique can only affect one target, unless when using Immovable Entity | Fudō no jittai it is targeting multiple constructs/projectiles from a single technique then it will capture all as it is wholly part of that one technique.
Note: If Lena has fled from a landmark and Gyakusetsu's Immovable Entity | Fudō no jittai is still affecting certain targets within said landmark they will automatically be released from it after 24 hours.
Note: Mangekyou Sharingan must be active to use this Technique and using this Technique reduces MS by 2 turns.

¤ Declined, for starters, I don’t see why this needed to be this lengthy for what seems a simple to explain ability. the Left eye can lock things in place while the right eye can remove frames or parts of the timeframe from battle. Both aspects can be shortened by a lot and made cleaner. The bigger issue though is that these abilities differ too much to be one S/T Mangekyou submission. The two abilities of the Left and Right Eye should be directly related such as with Kamui ( one teleports the user, the other things he looks at ). These differ too much to be in one duo just, though I’ll point out specific issues with both for the future.

Left Eye can freeze any technique or target, including the user, and allow them to bypass being damaged or negatively impacted while frozen in time. The underlined parts are really problematic or can't function like such. There are, seemingly, no ways to break it once hit and can’t be removed if frozen unless by S/T. It can be used to essentially let you make wild combos where your opponent is left unable to counter or react to it since they don’t even know they are froze until you unfreeze them at whatever point you wish since it’s vaguely worded. You could release an S rank jutsu towards their head and then wait til it’s about to hit and cancel the time lock and they would have no time to react or anything.

Right Eye abilities are completely different and unrelated to the left eye outside of both being time related. The two abilities presented here can function as a full Mangekyō on it's own. You can first remove frames or rather compress/delete space in between the user/technique and it's Target to essentially speed it up and then can add frames, or "stagger" them, to deal high damage in a process that makes no sense or could work ( if you're cutting parts of the timeframe or rather technique, you adding parts isn't going to somehow make 1 punch land several times for 120 damage. Contact is only made once, even if you add frames to that. The punch only hit once, frames can only stretch out the duration of this or shorten it ).

All in all, these are essentially 4 different abilities piled into one technique. Pick which eye set you're going to focus on and make those 2 abilities because Left and Right eye aren't close enough nor tame enough to allow together. ¤

(Dōjutsu: Amanozako) Eye Technique: Heaven-Opposing Everything

Description: (Amanozako) is a Space-Time Mangekyō Sharingan technique unique to Lena's Mangekyō Sharingan. She is able to see things as though they are animated by ‘frames’ through the Sharingan’s natural ability to be able to predict movement precisely and fluidly. Using this the Amanozako can remove these ‘frames’ from space and time with her left eye ability and also add them with the right. Unrelenting Wrath | Yōshanai ikari is the use of her power in the Left Eye which is the ability to remove frames.

Upon a glance Amanozako can instantaneously cut out the frames of travelling techniques or peoples/entities. This is utilized at the exact same time as the technique it targets if coming from the user of Amanozako to give the illusion it has been incredibly sped up having the technique form then almost instantly hitting the target straight after cutting out the travel path between source and target. This allows the user to cause a technique to have it's travel time and distance shortened by removing up to 2 ranges from it, appearing at short range from the target. If the technique originates in mid range, 1 range will be removed and if it originates in long, 2 ranges will be removed to instantly appear at 5 meters away from the target. This can be done for movement of the user as well as other beings, operating in the same fashion as above. Since the Sharingan can perceive chakra and chakra nature this can be targeted more accurately at chakra networks and more specifically at techniques that last a set amount of turns’; the user is capable of reducing the frames a technique lasts by up to 4 turns, or 4 frames. This essentially fast forwards the use of a technique's time on the field without affecting the actual user’s wellbeing unless relating to the targeted technique. Should drawbacks and penalities occur at the end of a technique and this technique causes it's end, those effects will immediately set in.

By focusing on the power of her Right Eye, Lena is able to use Against Conformity | Tekigō ni taishite which is the ability to add frames. Adding a high amount of frames to space and time can drastically extend the length of time within Lena’s target.

Lena can look upon a target, whether it be a technique or even an enemy, they can instantly drastically increase the frames it takes for them to move or act. The movement of techniques becomes incredibly slowed as if moving in slow motion, allowing the user to more easily dodge or avoid said technique within reason. If the technique in question is within short range when slowed, it must encompass a size shorter than 5 meters to avoid safely. This distance increases by 5 meters for each range added in distance between the user and technique. When used against enemies, the user is capable of slowing their base speed by 75% if eye contact is made, making it extremely difficult to move. Enemies are very aware of their inability to move at their normal pace and can still perform jutsu at a normal pace unless they require hand seals or gestures which would take too long to be able to perform at this pace in time to counter incoming attacks; same with body arts or those that require physical movements. If the opponent has S/T abilities, uses a Forbidden ranked body surge or is willed by the user of Amanozako they can be freed from this slow-motion state.​
Like with the Left Eye, Lena can also target chakra nature and networks or herself more precisely; this can increase the length of a target's "state" of being. Techniques and abilities that have a turn limit can now be increased by another four turns by lengthening it's state of existence. This doesn’t work for summons nor abilities such as Sage Mode or others that require a separate pool of chakra to sustain.​

Note: Lena can use Amanozako a total of 7 times. The left and right eye have 4 usages each maximum. Each usage of this technique can only affect one target, unless when using it is targeting multiple constructs/projectiles from a single technique then it will affect the whole technique.
Note: Mangekyou Sharingan must be active to use the full capabilities of this Technique and using it reduces MS by 2 turns.

With the help of the Yin or Yang or Yin/Yang aspects a user has, they will, upon entering their Tenseigan Chakra Mode, use two of their puppet cursing spheres(or TSB) and focus them together by force to create a massive spectral dragon with the same amount of pure force as that of the Golden Wheel reincarnation explosion. However, in this case it has also gained sentience through that of a users Yang aspect as well as a physical form derived from the users Yin aspect. Depending on if the user uses the TSB or Puppet cursing, the power of the Ryuu Tensei is different as well as its appearance. If the puppet cursing orbs are used, it will be a black dragon. If it is used with the TSB it will be a glowing cyan dragon. Its size is rivaled only by the statue of hamura but unlike statue of Hamura, the reincarnation dragon cannot use gravitational techniques but instead can use other techniques that the user knows. Upon being created, the Ryuu Tensei has the same amount of power as the user gains from the Tenseigan chakra Mode, elevated reflexes, speed and a damage buff. However the puppet cursing mode and the TSB mode both are different in terms of what they grant a user when used, and the same applies if it is a puppet curse dragon or a TSB dragon. As stated before, the Ryuu tensei cannot use gravitational techniques, but can use the same techniques the user is granted upon entering Tenseigan chakra mode as well as either Yin or Yang techniques. If its a TSB dragon, it can use Yin/Yang. The dragon itself is extremely durable and has the same tanking capabilities of that of the Statue of Hamura with regenerative powers. The dragon can fly using its wings and has a chakra pool of 500 points. If the TSB version is used, it has 700 points.

Declined, there’s too much contradicting here; For starters, the bold part has NO chances of flying like this. +30, x4 speed, x5 tracking AND you think this will have the capability of tanking multiple F ranks AND heal itself AND have 500+ chakra, AND it will continue to exist after you AND does a possible 170 damage AND can use Tenseigan and Y/Y techniques. I have half a mind to DNR this for doing absolutely too much regardless of it being a possible YY technique or not. The strongest non Character specific Yin-Yang technique is Hands of Sloth and that deals 120 damage with both YY added in. This won’t do anything near a potential 170. Tl;dr reduce a LOT in terms of power and scaling

If the users Tenseigan chakra mode runs out, the Ryuu Tensei will cease acting and turn into an ethereal shell, unable to move or perform techniques until the user activates the chakra mode again. Ryuu Tensei has a chakra supply of 500 points.

Declined. I very nearly DNR'd this. The first issue at hand here is that this is literally a Yin-Yang Release technique. You even say it yourself in the technique. You are simultaneously creating something from the imagination and giving it life. You're basically using a Tenseigan version of Creation of All Things. Like you slick try to say Yin OR Yang to achieve what you want, but you can't achieve this without them BOTH. So right there, that puts this technique dead in the dirt until you get Yin-Yang based on how it currently is. Second issue is you hardly changed anything. LoK said reduce it in power - that didn't just mean reduce its abilities power, but literally prune shit out of there. This is a trend I'm seeing with all your customs. You try to make them do like 10 things in one. With progressively insane numbers. I mean how did you possibly think this moving at 3x sage speed, use Yin and Yang techniques, have its own chakra supply, and all that other shit would work in a single custom?




(Handoherudo chōshinsei) - Handheld Supernova

Description: The user activates the tenseigan chakra cloak and focuses the forces into one of their hands to create a black sphere which they can manipulate into other tools if needed but never exceed the size of a football all together. This black mass is able to do mortal damage and is infused with the users Yin or Yang aspect. Depending on which aspect the user choses, the sphere gains a certain set of features.

Yin
The orb gains the properties of Yin and can shift in appearance as it travels and even flicker appearing to teleport even though it travels in a straight line. This is merely to confuse a target and actually has no impact in how the orb travels. Regardless, upon impact this orb will overflood the targets yin/yang ratio into the aspect of yin. The siphoning of chakra is massive and it will reduce the opponents chakra supply by -150 points while making them unable to use chakra techniques of Forbidden rank for 5 turns and S-rank for 3 turns due to the imbalance. However, instead of dealing physical damage on impact, the Yin sphere will instead induce a target with a genjutsu that makes their mind shift back into the start of the encounter. A targets body is fully healed(if they had taken damage prior to this technique) as well as their opponent and they share no ill intent against eachother. The illusion is enhanced in prowess due to Yin and counts as an S-ranked Yin infused genjutsu. If used defensively or as a swarm, the Yin sphere shares the capabilities of the Yin infused TSBs and can absorb chakra from techniques up to 70 chakra points.

Yang
The orb gains the properties of Yang and thus has the aesthetics of a miniature sun, burning bright as a star. Even within close range to the sphere, an opponent will feel like they are in an oven. Upon impact with this orb, a target will be overflooded in their yin/yang ratio towards the Yang side. This makes them unable to perform any techniques that are within the Yin aspect or other more advanced fields such as Kinjutsu, Fuinjutsu and Space Time ninjutsu for 4 turns. A target also takes actual physical damage on contact with the Yang sphere, unlike the Yin one which settles for a Genjutsu. Instead, this one will burn a target due to the incredibly radiating prospects of Yang. This orb deals 140 damage straight up. If used dfensively or as a swarm, the Yang sphere shares the capabilities of the Yang infused TSBs and can disintegrate objects in its way consisting of 70 or less chakra points or 140 damage or less.

Note: Can only be used in Tenseigan Chakra Mode

Declined. How do you make Yin/Yang TSB that are better than the original Yin/Yang TSB? Also saying a Genjutsu is "Yin infused" is literally meaningless. I don't know where you learned that, but whoever taught you Yin really screwed that one up.

(Sandā Tensei) - Thundercrash

Description: Upon enshrouding onself with the Tenseigan chakra mode, the user will infuse their body with the puppet cursing orbs or tsb orbs (three of them). This makes the user appear to shine a blinding light and have chakra sparks flying around them. This state is called the Juggernaut and will increase their speed temporarily to a x6 instead of the regular x4 that the tenseigan chakra mode gives normally. This is only for when the technique is in use however. After having engulfed themselves in their orbs, the user will perform an ultrasonic spinning motion with their hands above their head with two closed fists. These fists contain two of the orbs that the user consumed, one per hand. Upon slamming into a target, or the ground a massive shockwave will be produced, leveling buildings and other structures up to long-range away from the crater similar to Shinra Tensei. The thundercrash itself makes the user become a living missle and can track their target through their Dojutsu. Because the slam itself has two orbs itself, one in each fist it deals a tremendous amount of damage and depending on if the user has the TSB or the Puppet Cursing, the Thundercrash deals different amount of damage with the TSBs obviously standing for greater damage points since only one orb is able to level an entire forest due to its sheer power. After slamming, the user will pertain the chakra mode but have it cut in duration by half and return to the normal speed etc. The user has also consumed two of their spheres which cannot be recalled again unless the user enters the chakra mode again later in the encounter.

Note: After usage, ones TCM duration is cut in half(unless a user is on their last turn of the mode of course).

Description: Eight Trigrams Heaven Splitting Palm is a more powerful version of Eight Trigrams Crumbling Mountain Palm. Using their impressive chakra control, the user focuses chakra into a focal point on their hand similarly to the initiation of he Crumbling Mountain Palm Technique. The user then thrusts their palm forward, releasing the built up chakra. Like it's predecessor, the chakra is released from the palm in the shape of a narrow beam that then quickly expands into a mountain busting wave. The wave is easy capable of eviscerating up to short range in front of the user. However, where Heaven Splitting Palm differs is in its intrinsic effect. Instead of halving the target's chakra pool, Heaven Splitting Palm not only causes direct damage to the tenketsu of the target but as well as their muscles as seen in techniques akin to Gentle Fist: Palm Bottom, resulting in persistent internal damage. The physical symptoms of this damage present themselves has violent muscle spasms in the body and internal bleeding. This translates to damage over time, doing 60 damage per turn until mended with a high level healing technique(Yang or Advanced Medical Fuuinjutsu) due to the mechanics of the Tenseigan.

× Declined, parts of this don't line up with the Tenseigan abilities. Tenseigan causes the side effects of Gentle Fist to stay, such as inability to use chakra or high ranking Jutsu. It doesn't allow it to continuously deal damage every turn, nor would I approve this technique doing so. A flat damage is needed or a debilitating effect in line with other Gentle Fist techniques is required. ×

Chijōnoshuken - The Earthly Sovereign

Description: Chijonoshuken, The Earthly Sovereign is a Jyuken Technique derived from the Gentle Step Twin God Fist technique. By forcibly excreting chakra from the chakra points on their hands, producing a cloak around their hands of a similar constitution of the Twin God Fist technique. However, through manipulation, the user condenses these shrouds into dual blades, cyan colored swords of immense power. Naturally, these Jyuken created swords are capable of being used for sword based techniques such a Kenjutsu. But more importantly, these swords have an inherent debilitating ability when used to strike an opponent. On contact with the target, the shroud-blades will destroy the tenketsu they come in contact with, limiting the opponent's ability to use Hiden Abilities or Advanced Elements until their tenketsu are healed by a high level healing technique(Yang or Advanced Medical Fuuinjutsu). These blades can also be created by Owaranaigenshin tengokuno ō with the size of the blades scaling with the ultimate rotation. As a result, the Earthly Sovereign can be manifested in the same time frame as the creation of Owaranaigenshin tengokuno ō and Owaranaigenshin tengokuno ō variants. The blades when manifested by the user themselves, they last for a maximum of three turns and can be manifested three times per battle with a two turn cool down in between usages.

× Declined, this one has issues as well. Because of it's wording, it implies hitting someone in any spot even their pinky would destroy that chakra point and result in complete HA/KG loss. If it destroys a single chakra point it hits, how does that prevent the ability from being used elsewhere? If anything, it would at best prevent the ability from being used through that point but even then, Tenseigan nor Gentle Fist possess the inherent ability to limit HA/AEs. Just the overall flow of chakra, it can't target specific abilities on it's own. That would require Fuuin or something else added in. ×

Description: Kami Tensei is a technique that is directly impacting the usages of the Truth-Seeking balls that are generated once a user enters the Tenseigan Chakra Mode. The technique will infuse a chosen set of orbs to change its appearance to that of a KG/AE/KT/CE or basic element. This is only changing the orbs appearances and will have absolute zero impact on how they interact and follows their exact principals of usage. This technique is purely for cosmetic purposes. If the user charges their orbs with lightning, the orbs will change their appearance to that of a ball of lightning - continuously discharging. If they charge the orbs with water, they will look like they are made out of water etc. The technique can be activated and deactivated instantly as it is a simple transumation technique that only changes the appearance of the orbs.

Note: Requires Tenseigan Chakra Mode as well as Truth-Seeking Balls to be active.

Declined, for a few reasons; customs based on the Truth-Seeking Balls themselves will not be approved. Tenseigan Chakra Mode is also being revamped to where only the canon Otsutsuki will have the TSB while other Otsutsuki will have Puppet Spheres at equal damage, to better align with the actual rules/restrictions of the TSB themselves.

Shinkoku Trastrium - (Shinkoku Trastrium)

Description: Shinkoku Trastrium is a Kinjutsu developed by the Hyuga Clan which combines the concepts of Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists and Forbidden Technique: Impure World Seal Destruction. The user clasps their hands and slowly separates them initiating the formation of two shrouds around their hands. These two shrouds resemble the heads of two dragons, deep purple in color with glowing white eyes. These shrouds carry similar properties to the hands in the Impure World Seal Destruction technique. Shinkoku Trastrium functions as a way for Hyuga Clan members to banish targets to the netherworld on direct contact with the shroud of their palms. To do this, the user strikes the opponent/target causing the violet shroud around their hands to expand. The shroud, due to its rapid expansion, entirely engulfs the target and confines it within the grips of the shroud itself. Everything within the confines of the shroud and the shroud itself then get teleported to the netherworld where the only escape is through another space/time technique. Like its parent technique, if the opponent is unable to evade the expansion of the shroud they will be left immobilized, unable to react. Shinkoku Trastrium is able to used a total of two times (one shroud per palm) with the shrouds lasting a total of five turns before having to dissipate. However, utilizing it's teleportation ability ends the shroud on that hand. Typically, the user has discretion over what the shroud effects, allowing them to select targets. Much like the technique hints, it can even warp away incoming opponent techniques. For the safety of the user, the user can expand the shroud to encompass short range in front of the palm to interact with or warp away targets.
Note: This technique can only be used by Hyuga Clan Members who have Kinjutsu

Declined, the primary issue here is the link to World Seal Destruction. The technique itself summons entities to draw enemies into a different realm. For you to be able to do this yourself, you would need to summon these same entities in different ways. I'm not comfortable allowing this to be used solely as an extension of the user's body as the summoning itself is the primary defense against the usage of it. You'd need to be possessed by these entities or summon them within you ( which would logically open up it's own issues that would need to be tackled such as the effects these entities would have on you ) for this to work sufficiently.

Description: Trikaya also known as The Three Bodies is a secret Kinjutsu developed by the Hyuga Clan to reinforce their bodies and change it on a fundamental level, not unlike the Earth Grudge Fear Technique. The concept behind Trikaya is that the three modes of being: the body of essence, the body of enjoyment and the body of transformation, will find unity under one body. Yang, the energy of life itself coupled with the Hyuga's intensive knowledge of the chakra system, Trikaya was able to be developed. Using the body altering abilities and life giving abilities of Yang, The Hyuga clan was able to produce a technique which expanded the chakra network system, creating new branches and roots within its form, increasing the total tenketsu within their body from 361 to a total of 722. This effectively allows them to defy their physical nature and double their chakra capacity. The increased roots of chakra flow allows for various anastomosis, making their chakra pathway hard to block in its entirety, reducing the effects they receive from chakra limiting/chakra flow limiting abilities by half. Due to the increase in density in the amount of tenketsu available in the user's body, the Hyuga's Gentle Fist techniques and their variants would also be affected. Gentle Fist requires the user to be able to release chakra from their tenketsu at will and have such fine control over which tenketsu releases chakra and when. The natural benefit of having more tenketsu means that Hyuga Clan members who have modified their body using Trikaya are capable of releasing more chakra from the new tenketsu within their body, increasing the potency of their Gentle Fist techniques and their damage by +20. This increase in power is evident when techniques such as Eight Trigrams Revolving Heaven which releases chakra points from all original 361 tenketsu, will now release chakra from all 722 tenketsu the user has present. These changes to the user's chakra system and ultimately to their body are changes that can be physically seen as they defy human nature, however these are purely cosmetic. Hyuga Clan members under the effect of Trikaya will no longer have pulsating veins around their eyes once their Byakugan is active. This physical change is put in place to, at a glance, distinguish Hyuga Clan members who have undergone Trikaya or not. The changes to the user's chakra system can be seen by other with chakra system seeing dojutsu such as Byakugan, Sharingan and Rinnegan.
Note: The increase in chakra does not stack with chakra boosts such as those provided by Yang.

Description: Divine Fire is a Jyuken Technique that takes advantage of the Byakugan/Tenseigan's ability to pin point the weaknesses of incoming attacks and using their fighting style, Gentle Fist are able to expel chakra from their chakra points to disperse a technique. This application was first seen when Neji Hyuga dispersed Kisame's water barrier through similar methods. Taking this concept, the user can intercept incoming techniques by first analyzing the technique with their Byakugan/Tenseigan, determining its weak point, then releasing a targeted burst of chakra from their body. This burst can be release from any point in the body to accommodate the versatility of this technique. The burst of chakra then directly targets the weak point of the incoming technique . When interacting with energy based techniques, Divine Fire will cause the technique to fizzle out and disperse, for example reducing a large fireball into harmless embers. When interacting with solid or liquid techniques, Divine Fire would cause those techniques to crumble or burst. This technique when used in this defensive manner interacts with techniques through chakra quantity, where S rank usage of this technique can disperse techniques of 40 chakra points and lower. This logic applies to the subsequent ranks as well. Upon activating the Tenseigan, Divine Fire's usage becomes stronger, capable of dispersing techniques up to 70 chakra and lower, however this is only possible with the S rank variant of this technique. Divine Fire can be used on the opponent as well. Similarly through the mechanisms of it's defensive or supplementary usage, the user uses their Byakugan or Tenseigan to access the weak points in the opponent's chakra system. This allows the burst of chakra produced from the user's body to target the opponent's weak points within their chakra system leading to devastating effects, damaging their chakra system. By compromising the target's chakra system, their chakra begins to "leak" from their body over time causing progressively and transient loss of chakra. C ranked application of this causes a loss of 5% of their chakra total chakra value per turn for a total of two turns, with each increase in rank adding on 5% (capping out at 20% for S ranked usage). Naturally, this loss in chakra over time also affects the senjutsu of those within Sage Mode (the chakra will be deducted from their Senjutsu pool instead. However, if their senjutsu pool were to runout, the effects will carry on to their normal chakra pool)

Sister Weapon to Tengoku no chōkoku-ka (the sword belonging to the main house.) Descriptively, Kali-Yuga is a katana with a pink blade that transitions to a deep violet half way up the shaft of the sword to the tip. Near the non-existent guard, the sword swirls into a Yin-Yang symbol. The length of the sword then continues into the hilt which is wrapped by beige bandages. While it's sister sword focuses on using Jyuken variants through the blade of the sword, Kali-Yuga embodies the purpose of the branch house of the Hyuga clan where it's abilities are starkly defensive. This weapon's abilities can be divided into two portions: Sōdaina Akuma and Sankōgotei.

Sōdaina Akuma: The user begins by focusing their into the blade, causing a shroud similar to Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists to erect from it. This shroud begins to grow in size encompassing 3 meters around the user before taking the form of a large, purple Oni head. Using Shape Manipulation and Gentle Fist mechanisms, the chakra within the shroud begins to rotate similarly to Eight Trigrams Revolving Heaven, the Hyuga's defensive technique. The combination of these two principles allows the user to erect a rotational barrier around the user with the sword acting as its epicenter, passively fueling the rotations with the chakra using the sword as a conduit. Sōdaina Akuma is capable of defending up to 80 damage with the rotation itself lasting 3 turn or until overpowered. Activating this ability requires a moveslot and 40 chakra to activate and 10 chakra per turn to sustain. Sōdaina Akuma is capable of stopped attacks coming from the outside in and not the inside out. This allows the user to keep attacking from within the confines of his defenses. If airborne, Sōdaina Akuma will form 360 degrees around the user. While the Tenseigan is active, the power of Sōdaina Akuma increases, as Gentle Step Twin God Fists become to basis of the technique as opposed to Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists, taking 50 chakra to activate but able to defend against techniques up to 100 damage, lasting for a single turn. This in general can be used three times per battle with the Tenseigan Usage only being able to be used a max of two times.

Sankōgotei: Sankōgotei is the second ability of Kali-Yuga which takes the concepts of Sōdaina Akuma and incorporates them with Jyuken Techniques that have a rotational nature such as Gentle Fist: Eight Trigrams Palm Grating Heaven and (Jūken: Hakkeshou Kaiten) - Gentle Fist: Eight Trigrams Palm Revolving Heaven and techniques based on these techniques. During the same timeframe as a rotation technique or variant, the use can activate Sankōgotei, shrouding the rotation in a chakra shroud similar to that seen in Sōdaina Akuma, bolstering its defensive capabilities. Much like Sōdaina Akuma, Sankōgotei has two forms depending on which dojutsu the user has active Byakugan or Tenseigan. Description: The Mystic Eyes of Death Perception is a unique Mangekyō ability possessed by Ryōgi Shiki, allowing her to access an alternate dimension known as ‘The Root’. It’s a completely empty space, with only a mass of spiraling, azure energy in the distance. By harnessing the Root’s energy, Shiki is capable of manipulating the flow of time to various extents, resulting in different effects. Each eye can utilise different forms of this power, and the unique nature of the Root’s energy means that it is neutral to any and all elements.

(Kara no Kyōkai) – Boundary of Emptiness: The left eye allows Shiki to manifest the Root’s energy to create non-damaging portals leading in and out of the Root, which can be used for various purposes. In order to transport objects possessing a rank, the portal(s) must be at least equal rank, and the creation of more than one portal splits the rank equally between the total number of portals. Portals drawing in an opponent must be created at least 5 meters away (unless Shiki is within this range). Portals can be a maximum of 5x5 meters and a minimum of 1x1, and all exhibit a wormhole-like effect, sucking anything within 2 meters into it. These portals can only be dispelled by Shiki herself, or in the case of a portal(s) possessing a lower rank than an object or technique that it attempts to absorb. Portals can transport any number of techniques, objects or opponents, so long as the rank of the portal in question is at least equal to the rank of the strongest object/technique. Shiki can also use these portals on herself though these can simply be opened on her person. Portals can also be used outside of battle for direct travel between any landmark (following standard travel and interception rules).

(Akarui Sora) – Cloud Shine: The right eye allows Shiki to use the Root’s energy on herself by filling her body with it. By increasing the rate at which time flows within herself, all bodily functions are carried out much more quickly as a result, effectively increasing her movement speed. Once initiated, the ability takes immediate effect, giving it great utility in battle. When activated, Shiki can increase her current speed by any amount up to a maximum of 4x. Upon deactivation of the Cloud Shine, Shiki will suffer a deduction proportionate to the level of the increase, and will last for a duration equivalent to that which the ability was kept active for. For increases less than or equal to 2x, Shiki's speed will be reduced to 2 levels below base speed. For increases less than or equal to 3x, Shiki's speed will be reduced to 3 levels below base speed. For increases less than or equal to 4x, Shiki's speed will be reduced to 4 levels below base speed. These deductions don't stack, meaning that only the lowest restriction will apply for any given usage, e.g. increasing speed by 2x will only incur the base speed minus 3 level reduction, not the base speed minus 4 level reduction. Additionally, only speed deductions from the most recent activation of the Cloud Shine will apply. The Cloud Shine counts as an S-Rank ability, and must be sustained by expending 15 chakra points per turn, every turn which it's active.

Description: Magic Blue is the Dōjutsu belonging to Aoko Aozaki, and allows her to harness the powers of 'The Root', an infinitely spanning dimension with only a mass of spiraling, azure energy in the distance. It is the archive of the universe which contains all events and possibilities throughout time. All that was, all that could be, and all that ever will be are recorded within. Imbued within Aoko's eyes is the power to control Space-Time itself, either altering the flow of time or manipulating space to make manifest a timeline unexplored. The powers of Magic Blue earned it the moniker of the 'Fifth Magic' (Daigo Mahō). In addition to its unique abilities, Magic Blue possesses all the basic abilities shared by all Eternal Mangekyō, such as increased perception and tracking, seeing through S-Rank visual illusions, and the ability to cast non-Dōjutsu illusions with only line of sight.

(Sekaihen'i) – Worldshift: This ability, imparted in Aoko's left eye, allows her to manipulate space in a manner akin to teleportation. On focal point, she is capable of shifting objects through space to the Root, or some other location of her choosing on the field. While it resembles teleportation, it's instead forcing an object into its state of being as it exists in the future, or another timeline. Because all possibilities and points of existence are contained in the Root, and Aoko's eyes are connected to it, she is capable of manifesting the contents of that timeline within the current one in a limited manner. This technique can target parts of the terrain, techniques, an opponent, or even Aoko herself. Should an opponent be transported to the Root, they'll be unable to escape without the aid of their own Space-Time techniques to transport themselves out. When transporting an object through time, it cannot be transported within short-range of an opponent and vice versa, unless they are already within short-range, in which case they cannot be transported within one meter. Aoko can use this to strategically teleport around the field, or for travel purposes (following standard travel and interception rules). When activated, a visual effect is produced around the area Aoko targets with Worldshift, as if large shards of glass begin turning in the air as space is forcibly warped. The effect is almost instantaneous, meaning that only greatly enhanced movement (above 3x) or teleportation can allow one to avoid being transported by Worldshift. This counts as an F-Rank ability.

(Sekihōhen'i) – Redshift: This ability, imparted in Aoko's right eye, allows her to manipulate the flow of time. Similarly to Worldshift, this ability works on focal point, but rather than warp an object into a different point in time, it instead alters the rate at which time flows around and within that object, effectively increased or decreasing its base speed. Aoko is capable of increasing or decreasing the flow of time by up to three levels, with higher levels producing greater effect as outlined below:

Level Three: 4x Increase / -5 Decrease​

Aoko herself is an applicable target for Redshift, allowing her to modify her own base speed. Doing so causes her hair to turn red. The individual effects of the right eye can be activated individually or simultaneously, though in case of the latter, this is only possible if Aoko targets herself and one other object on the field. Redshift has no effect on objects which aren't in motion, though objects with potential for motion, such as an opponent or their familiar, will have any and all of their future motion impacted by Redshift. Changing the target of the ability returns the original target to its previous state before being altered. Upon full deactivation, all speed alterations will be reverted, and Aoko will suffer a reduction to her original base speed, corresponding to the level of Redshift used, that will last for the duration in which it was active. Only speed deductions from the most recent activation of Redshift apply. An added effect of Redshift is that the way it interacts with Aoko's body allows her to break Genjutsu. By accelerating her physiological processes, the rate at which chakra is produced by and circulates throughout the body is increased, behaving similarly to a disruptive surge of chakra that can break illusions up to S rank. Redshift counts as an F-Rank ability and must be sustained by expending 15 chakra points per turn.

Description: Shinkoku Trastrium is a Kinjutsu developed by the Hyuga Clan which combines the concepts of Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists and Forbidden Technique: Impure World Seal Destruction. The user clasps their hands and slowly separates them initiating the formation of two shrouds around their hands. These two shrouds resemble the heads of two dragons, deep purple in color with glowing white eyes. These shrouds carry similar properties to the hands in the Impure World Seal Destruction technique. Shinkoku Trastrium functions as a way for Hyuga Clan members to banish targets to the netherworld on direct contact with the shroud of their palms. To do this, the user strikes the opponent/target causing the violet shroud around their hands to expand. The shroud, due to its rapid expansion, entirely engulfs the target and confines it within the grips of the shroud itself. Everything within the confines of the shroud and the shroud itself then get teleported to the netherworld where the only escape is through another space/time technique. Like its parent technique, if the opponent is unable to evade the expansion of the shroud they will be left immobilized, unable to react. Shinkoku Trastrium is able to used a total of two times (one shroud per palm) with the shrouds lasting a total of five turns before having to dissipate. However, utilizing it's teleportation ability ends the shroud on that hand. Typically, the user has discretion over what the shroud effects, allowing them to select targets. Much like the technique hints, it can even warp away incoming opponent techniques. For the safety of the user, the user can expand the shroud to encompass short range in front of the palm to interact with or warp away targets.

Declined, the primary issue here is the link to World Seal Destruction. The technique itself summons entities to draw enemies into a different realm. For you to be able to do this yourself, you would need to summon these same entities in different ways. I'm not comfortable allowing this to be used solely as an extension of the user's body as the summoning itself is the primary defense against the usage of it. You'd need to be possessed by these entities or summon them within you ( which would logically open up it's own issues that would need to be tackled such as the effects these entities would have on you ) for this to work sufficiently.

Description: Trikaya also known as The Three Bodies is a secret Kinjutsu developed by the Hyuga Clan to reinforce their bodies and change it on a fundamental level, not unlike the Earth Grudge Fear Technique. The concept behind Trikaya is that the three modes of being: the body of essence, the body of enjoyment and the body of transformation, will find unity under one body. Yang, the energy of life itself coupled with the Hyuga's intensive knowledge of the chakra system, Trikaya was able to be developed. Using the body altering abilities and life giving abilities of Yang, The Hyuga clan was able to produce a technique which expanded the chakra network system, creating new branches and roots within its form, increasing the total tenketsu within their body from 361 to a total of 722. This effectively allows them to defy their physical nature and double their chakra capacity. The increased roots of chakra flow allows for various anastomosis, making their chakra pathway hard to block in its entirety, reducing the effects they receive from chakra limiting/chakra flow limiting abilities by half. Due to the increase in density in the amount of tenketsu available in the user's body, the Hyuga's Gentle Fist techniques and their variants would also be affected. Gentle Fist requires the user to be able to release chakra from their tenketsu at will and have such fine control over which tenketsu releases chakra and when. The natural benefit of having more tenketsu means that Hyuga Clan members who have modified their body using Trikaya are capable of releasing more chakra from the new tenketsu within their body, increasing the potency of their Gentle Fist techniques and their damage by +20. This increase in power is evident when techniques such as Eight Trigrams Revolving Heaven which releases chakra points from all original 361 tenketsu, will now release chakra from all 722 tenketsu the user has present. These changes to the user's chakra system and ultimately to their body are changes that can be physically seen as they defy human nature, however these are purely cosmetic. Hyuga Clan members under the effect of Trikaya will no longer have pulsating veins around their eyes once their Byakugan is active. This physical change is put in place to, at a glance, distinguish Hyuga Clan members who have undergone Trikaya or not. The changes to the user's chakra system can be seen by other with chakra system seeing dojutsu such as Byakugan, Sharingan and Rinnegan.

Taking this concept, the user can intercept incoming techniques by first analyzing the technique with their Byakugan/Tenseigan, determining its weak point, then releasing a targeted burst of chakra from their body. This burst can be release from any point in the body to accommodate the versatility of this technique. The burst of chakra then directly targets the weak point of the incoming technique . When interacting with energy based techniques, Divine Fire will cause the technique to fizzle out and disperse, for example reducing a large fireball into harmless embers. When interacting with solid or liquid techniques, Divine Fire would cause those techniques to crumble or burst. This technique when used in this defensive manner interacts with techniques through chakra quantity, where S rank usage of this technique can disperse techniques of 40 chakra points and lower. This allows the burst of chakra produced from the user's body to target the opponent's weak points within their chakra system leading to devastating effects, damaging their chakra system. Naturally, this loss in chakra over time also affects the senjutsu of those within Sage Mode (the chakra will be deducted from their Senjutsu pool instead. However, if their senjutsu pool were to runout, the effects will carry on to their normal chakra pool). The Fires of Suzaku can be coupled with another Jyuken technique within the same time frame, but if used this way the Fires of Suzaku loses it's base damage value and only causes the detrimental effects to the chakra system.

The user begins by partially manifesting an arm of the Owaranaigenshin tengokuno ō by focusing chakra into either shoulder/shoulder blade to erect one of it's golden wings. From this wingarm, the user condenses a mass of chakra into a single point in it's palm. With a forward thrust of the Owaranaigenshin tengokuno ō's palm, the concentrated blast of chakra is released as a beam that expands as it travels similar to Gentle Fist: Eight Trigrams Crumbling Mountain Palm, resulting in a mountain piercing beam. The beam itself has long range reach but is relatively narrow for its size, covering 7 meters in width. Coupled with its destructive power, target's struct with this beam of chakra will have their tenketsu blocked, halving their maximum chakra cap. Ōtei can be also used during complete manifestation of Owaranaigenshin tengokuno ō, forgoing the need to partially manifest the entity's wing. In complete manifestation, the effects of this technique worsen, with affected targets losing 75% of their current chakra pool.

Description: Mahakala is a variant of Owaranaigenshin tengokuno ō, touted as its incomplete form. Similar to the initiation of it's parent technique, the user releases chakra from every tenketsu in their body, manifesting a shroud of chakra. Unlike the parent technique, this shroud of chakra is not full sized but rather fits tightly around the user's body like a pelt of armor. The dense form of rotating chakra resembles a golden lion with eagle feathers comprising its mane and two wings that sprout from each of its shoulder blades. The end of each wing is shaped into a humanoid hand. Effectively scaling down to the size of the user's body. This incomplete manifestation of Owaranaigenshin tengokuno ō stouts significantly less defense, requiring an attack of 90 or more damage to destroy it. Mahakala's use comes with its smaller size and ease of use. The Mahakala is empowered with Yang Release. Upon it's formation, Mahakala increases the user's movement speed by a significant amount (x4) and increases the strength of his Jyuken Techniques and its variants by +30. For techniques with enhanced damage, their respective auxiliary effects such as restricting access to chakra will not be in effect and either the increased damage will be done or the base effects of the technique. The wings of the lion armor can be used as extra limbs to perform Jyuken Techniques on behalf of the user, able to perform them simultaneously. These arms have a maximum of mid range reach and attacking with these arms take a move per turn but can happen simultaneously as another action. Mahakala itself has a generic attack that can be done once per turn that does S ranked damage (80) on hit. The user is also able to command these wing arms to perform basic functions such as wrapping around the user's body to defend from an attacks, control the arms to perform handseals on behalf of the user etc. And unlike the complete form, these wings can be used for passive flight. However, while Mahakala is active, the user is incapable of using Owaranaigenshin tengokuno ō or variant techniques of it.

Lightfall is a highly advanced enhancement that is passively activated once the puppet curse spheres are created through either mean. The ability to infuse the spheres with Yin with these spheres simultaneously can only be done by Yin/Yang or Yin masters and is extremely rare but the strengths it provides are diabolical. The spheres will also change in aesthetics, now instead of shining with a cyan tint, contain a flowing mirrored layer of stars across space giving the spheres the looks as if they were concentrated orbs containing the universe.

Through the aspect of Yin, the user gains unparalleled control over the projectiles and can make them malleable to form into any sort of shape they want. However, each sphere can not be increased in total volume unless spheres are combined, up to 6 times it's original size (12m3, each is 2m3) if the user wants to put all of their spheres together once entering the Tenseigan Chakra Mode. The user gains access to create any form they want from the spheres and enhances the total chakra outpu(+50) of the spheres, elevating their damage slightly (+20).

The Yin aspect adds yet another layer of harassement over the targets body. The Yin energy will spread through their target like a necrotic disease and disrupt their natural Yin/Yang balance. The user will feel their life force being pulled out of them and thus making them start to lose control over their body. The target becomes unable to use Yang/Taijutsu techniques above B rank or Yin/Genjutsu techniques above A rank after having been hit by the puppet curse orb for two turns. The target will also have a large portion of their chakra being drained from them by 100 chakra points per hit.

Even most YY techs do not have 100 chakra or higher, meaning this gonna be able to delete a good 90-95% of the entire RP's techniques with a swing - PER TURN. So I thought this was already a wild sentence to state but I held out hope, maybe the restrictions would slap enough that it works. But I forgot the actual how it works needs to actually work. Yours is achieved by basically replacing your chakra or replacing their chakra, idk how or which. But then you basically replace your chakra(???) with your chakra(?????) and the effects of whatever Gen related tech plaguing you are auto ended. Now, the damage taken helps this out a lot, ngl. But the HOW this works doesnt make sense. This entity is both erasing and replacing chakra? This doesnt logically work with every Yin and Gen related tech, especially most MS level Gens so Idk how this one would just do this.

"They're intangible, cant be interacted with by the opponent, cant even be SEEN or tracked or sensed by anyone. Oh but I can still control it btw" You smoking some Void Infused Dick if you think this being approved. Then you had the nerve, the audacity (I'm in shock) to basically give this a Black Hole as a passive ability. Deva Path doesn't need to be replicated bro, I promise you.

Then the kicker, the next paragraph basically detailing how this can cause so much damage and unbalancing of energy that not even Yang can heal it. Idk when you learned Yang but this is exactly what Yang is capable of, healing damage done and altering the balance of the body. The only way would be able to cause damage Yang cant heal is if the damage was spiritual and explicitly stated that it effected the mind like Genjutsu. This does not do that so... yeah.


Doujutsu:
Declined, honestly, this is still problematic. But the first two submissions were so bad, it makes this one look better. Like I legit told the others, Idk this one might be a hit. But even it has issues. Your way of explaining how things happen is poor because you just say "This has the ability to do this because it does and this is how it is." What about this actually causes the Yin soul draining effect? Not that this itself is a problem, but it's seemingly tacked on just to have it there. I also dont think this logically makes sense to even restrict access to things. At least in this technique. Yin to reduce access to Yang is......huh? You also tripping thinking this growing up to 6 times its size lmaoooo. A potential 15 meters wide sphere is not going to happen with this. This is due to the Yin property of perfect chakra control and the imaginative becomes real. Size-wise the spheres can only grow up to a max 1.5 of their original size but yet stretch and take on the shape needed. The user also gains the ability to fuse spheres together to combine the damage and puppet aspect into one projectile but this will require extra chakra and the sacrifice of one sphere to do which can never regenerate after this is done. Fusing two spheres makes it into a sphere x3 its original size but a fusion between more than two spheres at a time is not possible and can only be done thrice as that would've sacrificed three out of six spheres. When a sphere is fused together with another, it's damage gets increased by +20.

The other thing that Lightfall offers as far as enhancements go is that through the increased proportion of Yin give an enhancement to the puppet state that it provides once entering a target. Trough Yin, this puppet curse effect prolongs the duration by two (total of three) while it also devoures chakra. This is something that Yin already has been proven to do with techniques such as Hungry ghost but instead as acting as a parasitical debuff, a sphere that hits a target(not a technique) will latch on and drain chakra from them even after having implied either damage, puppet or clairvoyance effects from the original technique. A total of 50 chakra points/turn is drained from the target unless they heal from it using appropriate means such as Yang or high tier Med chakra.

Declined, there are still hella problems plaguing this; Perfect chakra control is definitely not a Yin property, I'm not even sure where that comes from; if Yin is only spiritual energy and Chakra itself is a combination of Spiritual AND Physical energy, how can any one side be responsible for "perfect" chakra control alone? In addition, the phrase YY Master refers to those with the YY Specialties and not just one who finished YY training. Minor but an important distinction. Damaging and controlling one via the Puppet Spheres in the same turn will still not be allowed and definitely in the same usage, In addition to this, the second paragraph added has it's own issues; Not only are you attempting to combine the damage of the technique with the controlling aspects, you are also adding further auxiliary effects such as chakra draining of 50 per turn with no limit applied on how long this lasts (the lines mentioning extending the duration seem to be about the technique's length itself but not the extended effects), suggesting it to be indefinite unless healed by Yang or "high tier med chakra", a very vague term that could mean a high amount of chakra, a high ranking technique or something else as it's unclear while ALSO removing Senjutsu's ability to counter this. In the end, it seems like just "larger Puppet Spheres that deal damage and control together while draining 50 chakra every turn. Being honest with you, I think you need to stop submitting Y/Y customs exclusively because it seems most of them stem from some misunderstanding of Yin or Yang properties or stem from an attempt to make already strong things broken by throwing YY on it. The latter itself isn't inherently wrong or banned but when these are combined with faulty ideas and bad execution, it highlights the problems even more. Start smaller and make non YY related customs and once you've actually used YY canons more effectively in fights, SLOWLY transition into submitting customs for it. This is advice for anyone with YY, btw, because most of yall suck at making concepts from it.
