Fire slash jutsu. Charging katana with fire type chakra when the user aims a blow. And when striking, if the opponent blocks or dodges the blow, a fire wave releases from the sword and hits the opponent lol that's stupid

I didnt add that as a jutsu since its un fair to make you or any other member pay chakra o spit there tooth pick out so its character specific.No cost to use it.
