Sorry, i'm a Kakashi fan but I gotta say Raikage would work him over without breaking a sweat. Hate how the anime/manga has introduced Bijuu/Kage level ninja that make Kakashi look like a cupcake...

Raikage will win. Sasuke is basically the same as Kakashi except with Susano. And Susano was what kept Sasuke alive against Raikage. Kamui is irrelevant since Raikage is faster than Sharingan can keep up with.
