Not arguing that Minato is faster than Madara but Madara intentionally let Sasuke's attack hit. He can regenerate now so he doesn't care.

Like the other guy said, Madara can regenerate so he doesn't care if he gets hit. Madara likes to test his enemies before he goes full strength, that's why he let Sasuke hit him. Minato can easily be stopped just like he did to Hashirama, none of them are a threat to him that is why he is facing toward the bijuu at end of chapter, unless that is a clone. Also the speed of these characters is inconsistent, Minato's FTG is not entirely his own speed but a jutsu that teleports him, Naruto is the one with real speed but once again inconsistent seeing that he got hit by the god tree and other slow ass moments. Madara will smash hard unless they gang up on him.
