Could kakashi without shangan beat Sakura?

Kakashi has both Raikairi and Rasengan for close range, he has Katon and Suiton for long range, he has Earth release for easy evasion, etc.

You're heavily underestimating Kakashi.

Dont forget Lighting running for long range, he pretty much sends a moving agile raikairi at the target that can also follow the target.

His regular Raikairi, won't be as effective up close without his sharingan thought.

Kakashi can, but it wouldn't be easy. Katusyu would be the main problem here, but if Kakashi is able to dodge and somehow use chidori without sharingan, he could probably win. All he needs to do to keep her still is summon the dogs and let them hold her still.

But overall, Kakashi without sharingan wins 11/20 times.

Oh yeah that's true. I forgot his Sharingan enhances the normal Raikairi. But that technique aside I see Kakashi winning with medium difficulty at most.
