Deidora does gain some immunity from some of hashirama's abilities. Bringer of darkness is a short to mid range technique. Deidora is a long range fighter, if he stays out of this range he could be fine. He has the ability to stay airborne therefore hashirama's ability to control the very earth you stand on also gets restricted.

Deidora's best bet is c4 and if he succeeds hashirama dies.

Hashirama by far is very experienced, strong, and Got Mokuton, but if he was unaware of Deidara's C3 (that reminds me of a nuclear bomb) it can blow away a whole forest and C4 without someone who got Special Dojutsu it'll be hard to distinguish its microscopic level so Hashirama will have a real hard time ... on the other hand Deidara's physically weak and few direct hits of Hashirama's Jukai Kotan will be deadlier for him to deal with So 65% for Hashi & 45% for Deidara
