As Oni's bare feet came to rest on the somewhat rocking terrain atop the arch, his eyes caught a slender figure in the distance. Female, by the looks of it, with dark hair and dressed in what looked like a pale kimono. He was also dressed in a similar fashion, though his attire was fully white like his hair. Oni approached until he was within range enough to make out her face. "You shine with a certain aura, stranger..." The Heaven's Host brand pulsed on his chest with a soft light, it's crescent moon shape barely peeking out from beneath his Otsutsuki robes as he formed two hand seals to begin a slow terraforming process of the land. "I can't tell if it's hostile or not."

Description: Similar to the setup of "King of The North", the user, with two hand seals (Dog, Snake), will dedicate all of his Arctic Earth chakra into transforming the entire terrain into a desolate tundra. The sheer scope of this technique spans up to long ranged in all directions all (including underground up to 20 meters). This type of terraforming is completely noticeable as the shiny Arctic Earth consumes the land and is very conspicuous mainly due to its effects on surrounding structures such as trees and buildings, but is also very slow and takes two turns after being performed to complete. On the first turn this technique is performed the area up to 5m of the user becomes transformed to Arctic Earth. On the second turn it will spread to encompass 10m of the user's position and by the third turn the technique consumes 15m of the ground around (all measurements dictate the technique's growth both length and depth wise). In the turns after, the technique can grow far enough to take an entire landmark. Once the ground has been transformed in any of its sequences the opponent will be unable to manipulate it unless they possess the Arctic Earth chakra nature--or if it was destroyed somehow. Once established, destroying the structure requires complete eradication. For example, merely destroying a patch/section will not stop the technique, as it will simply regenerate as it grows. Instead, one would need a counter that spans this technique's complete length and depth. Travelling across the terrain would also prove quite difficult to enemies as the clumsiness of slipping on ice prevails, preventing any sudden movement such as dashing or sprinting--unless the opponent(s) wish to find themselves sprawled out and nursing broken bones and other injuries from falling on the cold, hard ground. The user remains unaffected by this. Another advantage is that It allows permafrost techniques that would otherwise require regular earth to be performed using the permafrost ground instead with heightened efficiency (i.e quicker than usual).

(Fūin/Ōsmuton: Futei Keijō) – Sealing/Osmium Release: Unfinal Shapes

Description: Unfinal Shapes is a basic, supplementary application of Osmium combined with Fūin, designed to enhance its utility to mimic the usage of Sand Ninjutsu by Gaara. By having the element itself pre-made, and kept stored in a gourd or container of some kind, it is carried on hand by the user. The element carries a small amount of the user’s chakra sealed inside it via Fūinjutsu, which can be unlocked simply by flushing it with more of their chakra. In this manner, the user is capable of performing any Osmium technique using this premade reserve of the element. However, this can only be done once per turn, regardless of the rank of the technique used, and costs a move. Should they choose, the user can use that same source of Osmium for another Osmium technique, and it will behave according to its new rank/power, simply requiring that the user expend the stated amount of chakra, as if they were using the technique normally. Use of Unfinal Shapes requires that it be posted in the user’s bio, and at the start of battle.




Shiki eyed her quarry from below, her kimono blowing gently in the wind. As her target descended, her eyes squinted slightly, watching for any sign of attack. She could see a faint light pulsating from his chest, and his hands darting together to form seals. As an icy element of some kind began to spread across the ground from his feet, Shiki knew that it was time to fight. Drawing her sword swiftly, she charges it with chakra, enlarging its form slightly. Striking the ground, she unleashes a shockwave that ripples outwards from her position, which would both tear through the technique the opponent was utilising as well as slam into him. As it travelled towards the man, Shiki left her sword stuck in the ground, bringing her hands together to form the Tiger seal. Superheating the air in her lungs with chakra, she exhales three shaped masses of flame resembling dragon heads, aimed in such a way that their flight path would arc over the shockwave, coming down on the man from above.

(Fūin/Ōtsutsuki-Ryu: Tengoku no Tatsujin) - Ōtsutsuki Sealing Style: Heaven's Host

Description: Heaven's Host is a unique seal developed by an Ōtsutsuki who was well versed in the art of puppetry, and was a unique way of releasing their foot soldiers onto the battlefield. The seal is applied to the Ōtsutsuki's body in any location desired in the form a crescent moon, which is very unusual for a seal's appearance. However, on closer inspection it can be observed as hundreds of tiny symbols all speaking of the Ōtsutsuki and their unprecedented gains in puppetry. Stored within the seal are a line of puppets that are unearthly in both appearance and behavior. The puppets, collectively referred to as "The Hands of God" are unique creations that are unlike what is previously known/expected of puppets (techniques to be submitted). The seal is made before every battle loaded with a predefined amount of the user's chakra devoted to summoning a proportional number these warriors (10 chakra points per puppet sealed) and this must be stated in the biography or at the beginning of each exactly how much chakra is in the seal. By itself, the seal can hold at max up to 10 (12 if specialized in Puppetry) puppets from The Hand of God line, but only a maximum of 50 chakra points can be allocated before any match, meaning it only covers for 5 puppets' summoning (60 chakra with 6 max puppets if the user specializes in puppetry) during any one match. Once it's own chakra is exhausted it will be deactivated until the next match where it can only supply 5/6 more puppets and then become fully exhausted. To summon any one or more of these puppets, the user only needs to will the seal to do so and watch as his warriors appear from a light filled seal that can be oriented on any surface or even in the air. The seal is able to summon up to three (3) puppets in one use and requires a one turn wait each time it is used. Ōtsutsuki summon these puppets at the cost of a move, allowing them to move and attack in the same turn summoned. The seal can also be replenished easily after each fight by the user simply placing an amount of chakra proportional to the amount of puppets he would like to summon again in his next fight. Heaven's Host can also be used by non-Ōtsutsuki Puppeteers who've access to The Hands of God puppet lineage but only the active summoning rite can be performed.

(Subarashī Kikan) Super Solenoid Engine

Description: Subarashī Kikan is a spherical device containing chakra conducting circuits and a small battery capable of storing chakra. It serves as an engine, or 'power source' for Ōtsutsuki puppets, more specifically those of the Heaven's Host seal. The device is inscribed with three distinct sealing scripts while being uniquely tuned to Ōtsutsuki chakra signatures, allowing it to piggyback the connection between puppet and master, namely (Ōtsutsuki-ryu: Kugutsu no Jutsu) Ōtsutsuki Style: Puppet Technique. The engine, once installed, will bring added benefits to that connection by augmenting the puppet in different ways. Each of which are only possible if the Puppet Technique is active and controlling the engine's host. Only one ability may be activated each turn.

Awakening: Activated each time the puppet master gains chakra from an outside source such as that siphoned through MIE, a sealing script within the engine with the kanji for "empower (力を与える)" will activate, siphoning a fraction of that chakra (20) to be converted into power. This grants the puppet's next offensive technique up to A ranked a +20 damage boost, or a rank boost if defensive. The reaction is marked by the puppet gaining a thin ring of chakra over its head. Though entirely cosmetic, it also makes the augmentation visible to opponents. Due to the nature of this ability, it may be passively applied to the puppet's technique. Can be done once every two turns, at a maximum of twice per battle (B-ranked)

Cherubim Grace: The second ability of the engine is another supplementary one meant to share specific boons the puppet master may have active with their puppets. Activated each time the user is under the effects of a movement enhancing ability such as Flight Technique, a sealing script within the engine with the kanji for "fellowship (友情)" will activate, allowing the user to extend its perks to the puppet by sharing the chakra with them. By adding ten (10) extra chakra to the technique being performed, perks such as that of the Flight Technique can be shared due to the engine's fixation on Ōtsutsuki chakra. The puppets will always remain at default speed during the activation of this ability. Cherubim Grace may be passively activated alongside the supplementary technique in question and lasts three turns but with an extra -10 chakra per turn. Can be activated once every three turns, with three usages in total (A-rank)

Final Impact: The last ability comes from the third seal on the engine with the kanji for "destroy (破壊)" which can be activated to trigger a self destruct command in the device and by extension the puppet. The puppet will glow white hot before detonating in an S-ranked explosion covering up to short-ranged of its position and playing on equal terms with Elemental Ninjutsu. Needless to say this can only be performed once. (S-rank)

The Super Solenoid Engine can be installed into a maximum of three Ōtsutsuki puppets where they may all share the effects of Awakening and Cherubim Grace anytime they are activated (20/10 chakra per puppet) but also its cool downs and usage limits. Final Impact will be accessible to each puppet but only once, at the cost of a move. This means only one function of the engine can be activated at any time, by any puppet. Must be mentioned in biography or start of the match.

Not long after performing his technique Oni saw the woman reach for a sword and slam it into the ground to create a giant shock wave. His red eyes surveyed the damage and decided it would be too great, and so instead of defending he would lift off from the ground, zipping to the left to avoid the technique. He then saw she had spewed numerous fireballs to follow up. Frowning, Oni focused chakra into the Heaven's Host seal to summon the Seed of Life, Adam in mid-air beside him, who would also be flying due to its Cherubim Grace (see Solenoid Engine). Adam rapidly spins one of its spears, Cassius with great speed and efficiency to destroy the incoming fire comets before they could even come close to its master. During this it would throw the second spear, Longinus, with impressive speed to impale and pin the woman to the ground while Oni lowered both of them for a closer look... "No words? So be it."

Description: As the founders of the puppetry technique, the Otsutuski clan have made great strides in mechanical engineering which has allowed them to make various multi-purposed puppets. However, they've also made strides in the manipulation of these puppets, granting them the ability to utilize their puppets remotely and without the need for chakra strings. Otsutsuki shinobi are capable of embedding their chakra into their puppets to allow them to act on their own recognizance as pseudo-sentient beings, independent of the user's direct control. Because they are free enough to act independently they simulate robots or clones in this regard. As a result, the puppets are free to move about at much longer ranges than they would under the control of chakra strings. However, due to the advanced chakra manipulation required for this technique, the user cannot cannot use any sort of clone jutsu whilst their chakra fuel the puppets. The user can control up to 3 puppets in total with this technique and can maintain it as long as their chakra allows them to.
Note: Puppets used under this technique have the same freedom of movement as any other sentient being (clones, summons, shinobi, etc).
Note: For humanoid like puppets, aside from their mechanized capabilities, they are allowed to use ordinary, non-chakra oriented taijutsu.
Note: Unlike actual clones, puppets cannot be put under genjutsu, nor will the user gain knowledge of the puppets experience if they are destroyed or the technique is released. Puppets are not linked to their user through any means that would allow them to sense each other's presence through this technique.

Description: The first Angel, and puppet of the Hands of God lineage, Adam is a very peculiar puppet like others of the line that is summoned exclusively through the Heaven's Host Seal. It appears nothing like the men or creatures of this earth because it hails from a place only the Ōtsutsuki are familiar with. It is also one of the biggest puppets of the line, standing at six meters with long arms that are 4 meters in length each. It boasts abnormally square shoulders that seem to be bolstered with skull looking protrusions. The puppet has no head, but instead has it's face protruding from the center of its broad chest that looks eerily similar to a bird skull. It's 'skin' is a rubbery material meant to hold all its impressive gears and mechanics in place while allowing it to move as fluid as an organic being. Adam has with it two red, spiraled spears that sport a forked tip exactly 3 meters across. These serve as its main means of attack and defense. Each ability counts as a move for the user.

AT-Field Generation: The AT-Field or "Absolute Terror Field" is a unique barrier type Ninjutsu only utilized by puppets of the Hand of God lineage. Adam has this ability, which originates from a seal on its forehead and comes in the form of a transparent barrier that always surrounds its body like a second skin. This barrier can contend techniques equal to its rank before being dispersed. Once destroyed it takes two turns to recharge. The barrier itself is B-Rank in strength.

The First Instrument: The second ability of Adam is its ability to 'evolve' and up its own abilities and rank. The user will supply the puppet a surge of chakra through their connection (be it chakra threads or Otsutsuki Puppet Technique), and trigger a metamorphosis to take over the puppet. This change can be described explicitly as the following: a second face will forcefully emerge beneath the first after a turn wait along with two extra pair of arms above the first pair, each carrying two more spears as well as a halo of chakra above its head. Nothing more.The AT-Field, if not destroyed, will gain a rank boost and the ability to project beyond the puppet's body up to mid ranged in the shape of hands that can be used to attack, defend, or supplement by grasping people/objects. The AT-Field will now carry the defensive/offensive capability to contend with one S-ranked attack equally or two A-ranks. But, if the AT-Field is destroyed by the time Adam evolves, the boost instead goes to its spears which will become A-Ranked each. This ability can only be activated once.

Longinus and Cassius: These are the two spears that Adam carries. Each carry B-Ranked damage and can be thrown with impressive speed and accuracy up to Long range. However, they are not necessarily just regular weapons. They are actually surrounded in lesser, B-Ranked AT-Fields that allow them to drill through techniques of that rank and lower without losing momentum or power. Once they make contact with a target the user can have Adam call them back to its possession through thin wires attached to the hilt of the weapons. Up to two spears can be thrown each time this ability is activated, even when 'First Instrument' is in effect.

With the appearance of the large mechanical companion, Shiki knew the real fight had only just begun. Calling her blade to hand through the Oathbound Insignia seal placed on its hilt, she grasps the weapon firmly, imbuing it with her chakra as the large puppet flung its great spear towards her. The chakra in her blade suddenly ignites, causing flames to suddenly erupt from within the metal. Swinging her sword in an upwards arc towards the thrown lance, she releases a crescent wave of flames that flies towards the incoming projectile. The two clash, the power of each blow neutralising the other, causing an explosion. When the smoke cleared, the man would be able to see the distinct pattern of the Uchiha's famed Dōjutsu in Shiki's eyes. "There's nothing to be said. You are my target, and therefore you are to be eliminated." Answering the man's musings in her typical, straightforward manner, Shiki points her blade towards him, letting him know she intended to make good on her word.

(Fūinjutsu: Chikai) – Sealing Technique: Oathbound Insignia

Description: The Oathbound Insignia is a seal with supplementary purpose, and is designed to be utilised in tandem with one’s weapons or tools. The seal can be placed on any piece of equipment or item of the user’s, or even ones they do not own, provided they make physical contact with said object. Once placed, the seal creates an invisible, form-fitting barrier on the object which is able to exert directional force and pressure on it, similarly to that of Infinite Embraces. This allows for the weapon to be controlled in a manner visually similar to that of the Lightning Blades Levitation, but through manipulation of a barrier, rather than an infusion of elemental chakra. This method of control only requires the user's thought, and does not cost a move slot to utilise in any way. This saves the user the trouble of having to physically reach for their weapon, and makes retrieval from a holster or from afar much easier. The user possesses total control over the behaviour of movement through the barrier, able to freely manipulate a marked object as they see fit. The speed at which a marked object can move via the barrier is 1.5x the user’s base speed at maximum, and always moves at this speed unless otherwise stated, allowing for swift recovery of the object. The user is able to mark their weapons and tools, but it must be stated in the user’s biography, otherwise one must manually place the seals during battle or when the situation allows. Only three objects can be marked at any given time, living targets cannot have this seal applied to them.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

At the flying sword Oni's eyes widened. He was unsure of humans possessing such an ability: control over gravity. Or was it something else? He lowered Adam to the ground while he stayed airborne, and triggered the Angel's metamorphosis to begin the transformation into something greater. The woman's eyes were now red, like his, but hers had tomoes. The Sharingan. He quickly diverted his gaze to her chin. "First I'll put an end to you, and then I'll find out who requested my assassination." At this Adam's transformation would be complete. The First Instrument was now fully operational. An AT-Field would grow around the puppet and then shape into a hand where it grasped random chunks of earth before the puppet and threw it at the woman.

At the same time Oni formed a single hand seal to take control of the chunks of earth. Four Hollow Children would leap from the incoming debris and immediately latch onto the woman, gnawing and biting at her flesh if they ever got the chance. He would watch from above as the events unfolded, as too would Adam from ground level.

The user will supply the puppet a surge of chakra through their connection (be it chakra threads or Otsutsuki Puppet Technique), and trigger a metamorphosis to take over the puppet. This change can be described explicitly as the following: a second face will forcefully emerge beneath the first after a turn wait along with two extra pair of arms above the first pair, each carrying two more spears as well as a halo of chakra above its head. Nothing more.The AT-Field, if not destroyed, will gain a rank boost and the ability to project beyond the puppet's body up to mid ranged in the shape of hands that can be used to attack, defend, or supplement by grasping people/objects. The AT-Field will now carry the defensive/offensive capability to contend with one S-ranked attack equally or two A-ranks. But, if the AT-Field is destroyed by the time Adam evolves, the boost instead goes to its spears which will become A-Ranked each. This ability can only be activated once.

Longinus and Cassius: These are the two spears that Adam carries. Each carry B-Ranked damage and can be thrown with impressive speed and accuracy up to Long range. However, they are not necessarily just regular weapons. They are actually surrounded in lesser, B-Ranked AT-Fields that allow them to drill through techniques of that rank and lower without losing momentum or power. Once they make contact with a target the user can have Adam call them back to its possession through thin wires attached to the hilt of the weapons. Up to two spears can be thrown each time this ability is activated, even when 'First Instrument' is in effect.

Description: The Hollow Children are familiars made of Arctic Earth that can be created from the user's body or the surrounding earth up to mid-ranged away, except within five meters of an opponent, unless the user is also within that range. The Arctic Earth creations are humanoid in appearance but severely emaciated, like skeletons, with glowing eyes and hollow chests. Despite their appearance however the Children are frighteningly quick, able to travel at inhuman speeds when in contact with Arctic Earth structures. On regular surfaces they move at the speed of normal Arctic Earth techniques, but when situated on Arctic Earth they are able to move at 1.5x the user's speed for as long as they maintain contact with the element. The user can use the creations as a source for Arctic Earth techniques up to B-rank from their bodies on regular terrain and A-rank when in contact with Arctic Earth. These count toward the user's move limit. Being savage in nature, the Children usually end up overwhelming opponents with their frigid bodies while gnawing and tearing them apart with surprising strength. The user may form one or multiple creations using this technique, following normal splitting rules, and they may remain on the field for a maximum of four turns regardless of rank. This jutsu requires three hand seals and can only be formed twice per battle with a two turn cool down. No Arctic Earth techniques above A-ranked can be performed for a turn after this technique ends.

Lowering her sword arm, Shiki pivots her body and raises her other, channeling a copious amount of chakra into her now open hand. Vibrating the chakra, it bursts to life as a mass of electrical energy. Bolstered by an infusion of additional chakra, it ripples forth from her hand as a great beam of lightning that tears through the debris and the icy familiars that the Ōtsutsuki deployed. If left unhindered, the technique would smash straight through the barrier being projected by the puppet. To follow up, Shiki channels chakra through her sword arm into her weapon, repositioning her body to face the opponent properly, thrusting her weapon in the man's direction, releasing a thin blade of lime green chakra that flies directly towards him.

Description: Pillar of the Two Horizons focuses on the nature of Dendera Light as a superconductor of energy. This technique is an infusion with two usages that revolve around this quality, imbuing any energy-based technique of choice with unique effects upon the incorporation of extra chakra into said technique. Performing either of these applications can be done so in the same timeframe as the creation of the chosen target, or anytime it is on the field, and each infusion’s duration is equivalent to that of the chosen target.

East Horizon: The lesser A-Rank application, Earth Horizon infuses the targeted technique with additional chakra (+10), and applies two effects. The first, and more basic effect, is a simple increase in power, equivalent to +1 Rank, with techniques above S-Rank being granted +20 damage instead. The second is the effective transformation of the targeted jutsu into a superconductor, allowing for the total absorption of techniques it clashes with. Though Dendera Light already has the natural capacity to absorb energy, this technique enhances that quality. Absorption follows the S&W scheme of the host technique (equal rank for neutral elements, one rank higher for elements weak to it, one rank lower for elements strong to it). Techniques based in Lightning Release (having Lightning as a component or being Lightning Release) and respecting the S&W of the jutsu targeted by East Horizon will be passively absorbed without weakening it, but techniques which are of sufficient strength or aren't based in Lightning Release will clash normally instead. The East Horizon requires a single turn cooldown between uses, and can be used four times per battle.

(Kenjutsu: Sōdo Yajirushi) - Sword Art: Sword Arrow

Description: The user will channel raw chakra into their sword and perform what seems to be a simple thrust. But, as the user fully extends their arm, they'll use shape manipulation to release the stored chakra in the form of a green arrow that measures about 1m in length that travels quickly. The arrow is also incredibly sharp, so much so that it's able to split apart techniques of the same rank and below. As the chakra is released the user can will it to split into four parts in order to attack multiple opponents, or a single opponent from different sides.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

Description: This technique is foremost and entirely a supplementary one aimed to augment the user's Doton techniques by infusing trace amounts of an all-too-similar Arctic Earth chakra. By adding an extra hand seal at the end of a regular Doton jutsu, the Arctic Earth chakra bolsters it passively even before the technique is formed. By the time the technique actually comes into being it will be seen with glistening, ice-like veins coursing over it's structures as well as a core of frozen earth at its center. The infusion boosts the technique's damage, but it also allows it to take on Arctic Earth's known S/W's which in turn improves its usefulness and adaptability. Some properties also adopted by the superior Doton structure is the ability to meld with existing Arctic Earth structures, morph into varying shapes upon physical contact, and the option to be used as source for future Arctic Earth techniques.

As lightning bolted from the woman's hand Oni acted quickly. He points a finger toward his puppet and calls down a pillar of wind from the sky itself that flows over Adam while dispersing the lightning attack before it could reach its target. The puppet would have been crushed by the force of the pillar if not for it's evolved AT-Field that would be capable of withstanding a technique of that caliber. Instead, it buckled to a knee. Oni's glare then grew pale and focused; his Byakugan had activated. "I see. So you've figured out my element's weakness... and so soon, too."

Adam rises again roaring as its mouth unhinged to reveal a brightly glowing green sphere of chakra in its gullet. The puppet lowers itself on all fours like some beast before firing the attack at the woman and breaking into a mad rush, clawing the earth in it's wide fingers. During this Oni brings both palms together to create a semi-dome of cold earth that had been infused with his Arctic Earth chakra. It rises up behind the woman to cut off her means of escaping both to the sides and behind while leaving an opening perfectly wide enough for Adam's attack to go through. But can you figure this one out.

(Fūton: Kū Sora ) – Wind Style: Spirit Void

Description: A technique simple in nature, but extremely effective, Spirit Void was one of Roy Mustang's own creation. Versed in it's defensive capabilities, the jutsu begins once the user channels and sends a a copious amount of his chakra into the skies above, ranging from short to long range all around. Following this ensues an unpredictable and quick movement of visible Wind in the skies, continuously flowing and swerving, seemingly without purpose before heading downwards and disappearing into nothing. However, purely through the users will (or through hand/leg/general body movement for cosmetics) the user can harness the wind power to create a defence which leaves the user unharmed. When seeing an incoming attack, through will the user controls the wind around the jutsu and forms it around the incoming attack, where the Wind would then slices/cut through it and/or blows it away, depending on the nature of the attack. For example, an Earthen projectile could be sliced and cut until it is no longer a danger, whereas a Water attack would be blown back. Of course when being used to defend, the Wind once again becomes visible to the naked eye, showing a green-ish hue. Although the process at the beginning appears to take time, when used within the same time frame of an incoming attack, the defense would be able to work just as well as any other Wind jutsu. This technique will only activate against techniques that it can neutralize (as an S-Rank Wind) and it will only activate once per turn and it cannot be stacked with other automatic defense jutsus.

~ Can only be taught by Erzo. This jutsu can be used twice, lasting four turns each time. Cannot be used consecutively, but instead with a one turn wait after four turns are up/the jutsu is deactivated. Although the user can manipulate this jutsu through will, thus allowing himself to remain unoccupied and free to perform other techniques, when used to defend against other techniques it will still count as one of the three allocated moves per turn.
( Ningyō Noroitama ) - Puppet Cursing Technique

Description: The user molds his chakra into the form of a green-coloured sphere. This sphere is held and can be seen as similar to the Rasengan in appearance. By sending it at an opponent, the user can use these spheres to temporarily take control of an opponent's body, effectively turning them into a puppet, with limitations of course. It also has tactical purposes, allowing the user to read the minds of those it enters, mentally linking to the user. These spheres can also have damaging effects, causing damage if used as an offensive sphere of chakra, similar to Rasengan. The user cannot use it for both puppet mimicry and to damage the opponent in the same turn. The user can alternatively use the offensive variant through his actual puppets, not the ones used from this jutsu.
Note: Cannot be used to force the opponents to kill or injure themselves.

His defence was most certainly persistent. But all things are certain to end, and the Ōtsutsuki's ability to keep himself out of harm's way was no exception. Allowing the sphere of energy to come closer, Shiki would make no move to defend herself, not immediately. Once it came into short range, Shiki swung her sword with blinding speed, performing a simple slash that sliced the orb into halves, causing them to fly past her and destroy the semicircular dome erected by her opponent. Without wasting a second, Shiki would disseminate her chakra throughout the ground, concentrating it beneath the great puppet and its master. Bestowed with the element of lightning, and enhanced through a supplementary infusion of chakra, it would negate the activation of any techniques which took root in the ground. Releasing hold of her sword and levitating it beside her through the Oathbound Insignia seal, she would form two seals, causing the chakra to emerge as a spherical entrapment that contained the giant puppet, rising into the air and imploding in a great discharge of electrical energy.

(Kenjutsu: Yamato Takeru ) - Sword Technique: Gathering Clouds

Description: The user of this technique will begin by priming their weapon against an oncoming attack, before swinging it with such violent force that the sheer air pressure created by the weapon will split incoming attacks, causing them to harmlessly bypass the user. Due to this technique being not reliant on chakra it has no elemental strengths or weaknesses and functions on a rank vs rank system, however, any enhancements to kenjutsu will apply to the technique, so for example if the A rank is used, the technique splits A rank damage (60), but with a +20 to Kenjutsu it becomes capable of splitting (80) damage. This technique contains no intrinsic damage value but will push enemies out of short-range should they be too close to the attack. The power generated by this swing is similar to the leaf dragon god, so visually it appears as a wind jutsu might, despite not being a chakra based technique. It can be used to slice anything within reason, akin to Moses parting a sea, the technique will not fully disperse oncoming attacks instead it will simply remove the portion aimed at the user.

- The B rank and below version of this technique has unlimited usage, while A rank can be used four times and S rank two times.
- If used by a Samurai with Samurai Sabre Skill, the effective range of the technique will be increased.

(Raiton: Nakigoe no Walkure) - Lightning Release: Cry of the Valkyrie

Description: The user will initiate this technique by focusing their raiton chakra through their body, and discharging it into the ground in a similar manner to Chidori Nagashi. This surge of electricity is released quickly enough to negate earth-based techniques (KGs/CEs included) before they can form into techniques and/or emerge from the ground. This will work on neutral techniques of the same chakra and below or elements weak to Lightning. In the case of these upper limits, this technique will also be neutralised in the process and will be unable to progress any further. If their chakra is not neutralized, the user will perform two handseals to apply shape manipulation to the released lightning as it travels through the earth and towards the opponent. This will cause a dome of solid-like lightning to rise up short-range all around the target. Everything within the dome's confines will be imbued with the user's raiton chaka, paralyzed and lifted upwards, similar to the canon technique Lightning Blades Levitation. The dome will then form into a fully spherical orb once everything within it has been suspended off the ground and erupt into a massive explosion (similar to the canon technique Thunder Up), obliterating everything inside of it.

(Fūinjutsu: Chikai) – Sealing Technique: Oathbound Insignia

Description: The Oathbound Insignia is a seal with supplementary purpose, and is designed to be utilised in tandem with one’s weapons or tools. The seal can be placed on any piece of equipment or item of the user’s, or even ones they do not own, provided they make physical contact with said object. Once placed, the seal creates an invisible, form-fitting barrier on the object which is able to exert directional force and pressure on it, similarly to that of Infinite Embraces. This allows for the weapon to be controlled in a manner visually similar to that of the Lightning Blades Levitation, but through manipulation of a barrier, rather than an infusion of elemental chakra. This method of control only requires the user's thought, and does not cost a move slot to utilise in any way. This saves the user the trouble of having to physically reach for their weapon, and makes retrieval from a holster or from afar much easier. The user possesses total control over the behaviour of movement through the barrier, able to freely manipulate a marked object as they see fit. The speed at which a marked object can move via the barrier is 1.5x the user’s base speed at maximum, and always moves at this speed unless otherwise stated, allowing for swift recovery of the object. The user is able to mark their weapons and tools, but it must be stated in the user’s biography, otherwise one must manually place the seals during battle or when the situation allows. Only three objects can be marked at any given time, living targets cannot have this seal applied to them.

(Shiraton: Sōzō no Hashira) – Mystic Fire Release: Pillars of Creation

Description: Pillars of Creation is considered the ultimate infusion technique utilized in conjunction with energy-based elemental natures (Fire, Lightning, Explosion, etc) as well as barrier Fūinjutsu. As a technique based around the principles of infusion it occurs instantaneously and can be used within the same timeframe as the technique it is applied to. Typically techniques of this category involves an infusion of chakra, in many cases of the same nature, to change numerous aspects of the technique. These can range from a shift in strengths and weaknesses, additional strength, different states and forms, and new and unique effects. This could be compared to ratios and the effects that chakra can have on a technique; the more chakra utilized the greater the changes. As such Pillars of Creation utilizes three separate levels of infusion, each becoming progressively greater. Unique to this technique is that it can be stated in one’s biography to allow for the passive infusion of the user’s energy-based techniques, listed above, causing their coloration to shift in accordance to Mystic Fire’s unique colors. As a passive occurrence this application does not require any chakra and is simply a cosmetic ability of Pillars of Creation. The infusions are as followed:

The Second Pillar: This is the A-Rank application of Pillars of Creation and utilizes an infusion of twenty chakra. The Second Pillar, unlike the first, employs the ability to not only infuse an energy-based technique with Mystic Fire chakra but to convert it to the nature entirely; this effectively converts any energy-based nature, or barrier Fūinjutsu, into Mystic Fire. Because the technique is effectively transformed it will change its inherent color into any color allowed by Mystic Fire Release, namely any color on the visible spectrum while being able to become absolute black, like the flames of Amaterasu. Techniques which radiate heat, like Fire Release, will lose those qualities due to their inherent sealing nature. Additionally, these techniques will gain an additional rank in strength, or twenty additional damage for techniques above S-Rank. The Second Pillar can be used on any number of A-Rank and below techniques but it can only be used four times per battle on S-Rank and above techniques. It also cannot be used in consecutive turns.

(Fuuinjutsu/Lightning: Kensaku) - Sealing/Lightning Arts: Regain

Description: The user will have a seal placed on their body labeled "regain" in kanji form (索). Essentially, whenever foreign lightning jutsus are being used, from the seal, a large scale barrier will immediately erect short range around the user at a fast pace. But, it does not provide any damage whatsoever, this is why its passive and instant in activation, although it can be perform in the same timeframe as another jutsu it still count as a move per turn from the user. It's basis of usage is the barrier will immediately act as a lightning rod for the opponent's own lightning jutsu and immediately draw the jutsu inward, attaching itself to the barrier, and after this is done, the full dome shape barrier becomes drawn back into the users seal. This will not give the user any chakra, but rather it will allow the user to use the now unfocused electricity to enhance the users next jutsu attack (lightning composition equivalent to that of nagashi, same with rank and damage as well). Lightning jutsus become enhanced automatically by 10+, with elemental jutsus that coincide with unfocused electricity (fire, earth, water, etc) will have raging electricity running across its body and will increase by 1 rank due to a veil of electricity covering it. This jutsu being increase doesnt have to be soley from the basic 5. It can be used with KG/CE alike aslong as it is within logic and stems from the user's body or at least short range of them for the electricity to aid the jutsu. What also allows this technique to be used in a defensive manner is, lightning is known for its insane speed, due to the speed of the barrier, it will immediately act to "catch" fast moving lightning jutsus (this includes combinations of the sorts) and be used for the user. Armors or lightning jutsus that enhance the opponent's speed will literally be ripped from their body and be used for the users purpose as stated.

It didn't require a Byakugan's prowess to see what the woman was attempting. Oni watched as lightning began cracking from the entire area under Adam and himself. He had to be faster than light yet again. Without moving, the Otsutsuki focused chakra into a seal on the back of his neck which projected a bright spherical barrier outward from his person and across the terrain like a pulse. It would pass over the woman too but without damage for its only purpose was absorbing the lightning in its entirety before collapsing back into his body. Being a passive technique, Oni was still free to coordinate with Adam which hadn't stopped its mad charge. At about 7 meters away the puppet would stop and manipulate its AT-Field into a hand big enough to grip the woman's entire mid and lower sections, locking her in place with a vice-like grip. At the same time Oni would form a hand seal while molding his Suiton chakra and exhale a thin, pressurized stream of water which was augmented by the woman's very own lightning attack from earlier. It was aimed at her chest/neck area.

Description: After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.
