I'll use Minato in my signature, he hasn't been updated for WSE though everything is the same, except he has SM now (the month waiting period is up). He has his CW, which is in my CJ thread. I'll link it upon request.

Minato stands across from his opponent at mid range, and forms a single hand sign. With this he forms a shadow clone that also carries a FTG stamped Shakujo. With he and the clone standing a meter apart, they simultaneously break the rings from their Shakujo which begin floating around them lazily

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and himself and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

(Saisan no Uta: Dansu Ringu) - Third Verse: Dancing Rings

Description: The user channels their chakra through the rings of the Shakujo and causes the rings to separate from the main staff and float around the stationary ring which previously bound them. The user can then manipulate the six rings in the air to deflect average and basic chakra-infused weapons, the ring returning to the staff on its own afterwards. Each ring individually has no more strength than a freeform, chakra-infused kunai, but they may be manipulated freely and can hang in the air around the Shakujo as the user performs other techniques.
Note: ~Can only be taught by the master of Shakujo no Kyū-Setsu
~Lasts 3 turns, or until the user calls the rings back to their Shakujo

Waving the needed handseals he quickly bites his thumb and summons upon clapping his hands 3 headed snake with now future tech within it (chakra absorbing arm).

Description:Advancement Summoning Technique, is a tool that allows the user to summon cybernetic organisms of their summoning contact of the summon being with both organic and biomechatronic body parts. Appearing as brace-band, usually in dark colors with relic like writing upon it however, very futuristic. To summon the cyborg-creature of the ninja, they will wipe blood on this brace-band, perform the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram handseals and then touch an object or not, then a sealing formula will appear short range to them. These summoned cybernetic organisms, have their restored functions and now enhanced abilities due to the integration of some artificial component or technology that relies on some sort of feedback: Due to the cybernetic enhancements, they're subject to a lesser cyborg attributes as they have increased durability ( Immunity to D rank and below physical attacks and -10 damage from up to B rank physical damage ) and strength ( +10 damage to Taijutsu ). However, due to this enhancement, they are also more vulnerable to Lightning jutsu, increasing the damage done to cyborgs by 20 damage. Energy based attacks deal the same amount of damage.
Note:
The user must have signed the contract with the creature he wants to summon but the technique can be used to summon a generic creature of that contract (B-Rank) which will have no special traits or abilities beyond those normal to the rest of the animals in the contract. Specific cyborg summonings have to be created via submission. The animal is always summoned on the mark that appears upon slamming the users hand or, if not the case, always in short range of the user. The user can only have up to 2 present on the field at any time.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: San Kashira Ebi) - Summoning Technique: Three Headed Snakes

Description: The user will summon a generic, 70 meter long Three Headed Giant Snake. These snakes vary in appearance and size and serve only as basic warriors, having only the normal characteristics of snakes. Although they are quite simple snakes, they are very enduring and resistant and they can take up to B-Rank damage.

As the tail makes it's way around, both Minato and the clone see and prepare themselves for the assault. The clone would leap into the air, jumping over the tail as Minato would begin to run at an arc away from the tail. As the tail passes beneath the clone, he simply reaches out and allows his palm to touch it, applying the FTG seal upon contact. At this same moment, Minato easily outspeeding his opponents summon, would launch his rings at his opponent as he approaches, which begin orbitting the man in a fast manner, covering every spacial dimension so that the man cannot move from the spot without losing a limb.
Going a complete 180° in his arc, Minato finds himself at the far side of his opponent by 15 meters, ensuring the snakes tail would meet his opponent before him. Using this momentary cover, Minato pulls and throws a single FTG kunai from his bag that he then turns into a thousand through a set of 5 handseals, sending them as a barrage to catch the gaps between the rings in their flight. This would completely impale and skewer the man unless he can find a way to move or defend without killing himself in the process.

(Fūin Hirashin no Jutsu) - Seal of The Flying Thunder God technique

Description: This is the technique through which Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato apply the sealing formula, that will allow the use of their trademark space time techniques, to any desired object through physical contact and allowing him to teleport to that desired location through the Flying thunder God Technique and the use of its variations. While Minato carries with him multiple kunais marked with the seal (making the core aspect of his fighting style which revolves around the use of FTG Kunais), Tobirama doesn't. To use the Flying Thunder God technique on kunais, Tobirama has to apply the seal to them though through one use of the technique he can mark up to 5 kunais (this is valid only for kunais and other basic weapons, not enemies or other targets of the seal).
Note: Can only be used by Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato bios

Description: The user, after having the rings of their Shakujo separated either from an earlier technique or specifically for this jutsu, will have their rings begin to spin at high speeds before sending them directly at their opponent. It would appear as though the rings had the goal of slicing the opponent once they got there because of the speed and direction they take, but this is not the case. Once they reach the opponent, they begin to orbit the person in an elliptical fashion. This can best be described by looking at how an electron orbits its nucleus. Because of the number of different rings orbiting, the opponent is essentially trapped in one location for moving would ensure a dismembered limb or two. After activation of the jutsu, the technique becomes self-sustaining, like the Rasengan, freeing the user to do as they wish. Because of the metallic nature of the rings, the technique is even more dangerous as it conducts lightning extremely well - so well, in fact, that unfocused lightning used by the one trapped in the technique will be conducted between the moving rings, interconnecting all of them and shocking the target (who is within the orbit of all the rings) to death.
This technique can also be used by the user around himself. If the Shakujo's staff is at the epicenter of the orbital paths of the rings, they will move with the Shakujo's movements, allowing the user to move without cutting himself. The high-speed movement of the rings allow them to defend against larger-scale solid assaults (the hand of the Stone Golem, for example) while it's useless against smaller or intangible attacks (a barrage of senbon or water/wind/fire attacks, for example), as well as being able to defend against close-combat fighting. However, this defensive property applies if used on an opponent as well, though the rings don't move with them.

(Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu

Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks
