I hope you are summoming him against Iwakagure fodder cuz dude was owned by Temari (Gaara's sister). Third Raikage is overrated. Grossly so. I would say Hashirama and Nidaime mizukage are the two best kages to summon.

Hashirama with his tajuu mokubunshin and huge chakra pool can create clones that do not dissipate when hit and in addition to this his clones can regenerate. Perfect for fighting multiple people. Mokuton can control the battlefield and mokuton: kajukai korin from multiple bunshin would defeat an entire battlefield easily. In addition to this, he has bijuu. You could just let bijuu loose and drink tea while the enemies are destroyed.

Nidaime Mizukage would be the second best option because his AOE genjutsu is impossible to stop. You can use it as cover to slaughter your enemies

how did temari own him? rasenshuriken didnt do any damage.

Prob Hashirama unless Nagato is being considered a Kage of the rain village.

Currently living Kages I would pick Oonoki but that might change depending on the battle scenario.

If I were to fight anyone in a 1v1 or 1v2 fight the one person I would rather summon than a kage would be Kakashi. He has so much utility, intelligence and all around ability that he's basically undefeatable in a 2v1 or 2v2 situation.

Agree with this would argue about minato love him but hashirama might be better (his healing,pollen knock out alot of people, mokuton -weapon mastery)...though could argue minato's Ftg would be kick ass
