Alas, the ray shift was a complete success, with the team from Chaldea finally arriving back into Okeanos to handle another disturbance within the singularity. The members of the part all part ways, leaving Anastasia on her own for the time being. “Sigh, times like this really make me miss home…” she said out loud in a soft tone, visibly attributing to her homesickness. Regardless, she would find herself detecting another person within the distance of her. She didn’t know what to make of it quite yet, but it’s power was immense and sent an uneasy feeling down into Caster’s core. A skimpily dressed woman would approach from the brush – her crimson-colored eyes piercing into Caster’s deep ocean blue eyes.

She doesn’t seem friendly…” Caster said to herself. She would fully turn around, now facing her opponent head-on. She would silently activate a new technique that she developed, with it being able to sustain itself once activated. “Are you the troublesome one here in this world?” she said asking the opponent – now with the veins near her eyes starting to swell as her Mystic Eyes of Clairvoyance became active.

She would continue to monitor the area; making sure no sneak attacks get by her eyes or scanning for any other potential threats.


(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye [Passive]

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

Description: The user creates black ice that surrounds all the user's earth techniques and ice (that aren't already black), giving it a stronger resistance to lightning (takes Lightning of the same rank as to cancel out the technique instead of one rank lower). The Glazed Black Ice isnt unnoticable, but it can be seen with a keen eye. The way it catches people of guard is in their carelessness.

Dressed in white garb that covered a considerable portion of her body, the young Hinako Akuta stood from her place in the brush where forest met coastline at the sight of Anastasia. While her name was unknown to her, at this point at the very least, she noted her long white hair as a remarkable physical trait of the woman. Hinako's eyes continued to peer above a small poetry book which she kept close to her face, appearing as if she was reading; but in reality it was to keep strangers at bay, leaving Hinako in her own thoughts. But as Anatasia approached she lowered the book.

"Troublesome one? No, I serve Xiangyou-sama of the First Chinese Empire. I am unsure why I am here today, this island is entirely unfamiliar to me. I seemed to have been summoned here without a master. Which means..." She wished to get rid of the stranger, passively activating her developed Sharingan which was quickly followed by slamming her hands against the earth. Above a portal would rip open in the atmosphere, localized above Anastasia's position 12 meters away; the portal itself had a radius of 5 meters. From it a considerable amount of steel swords and halberds would plummet toward the earth, forming an impact radius of 3 meters around Anastasia; upon impact they would explode and detonate in a barrage of small steel shrapnel. However, unique to this technique was an infusion of Hinako's Yang chakra forming a sentient steel portal that, despite its original ephemeral lifespan, would remain active even after floating in the atmosphere above menacingly.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

Description: The user will slam their hands on the ground and focus on the sky to open up a portal above the battlefield (similar to Sticky Earth Drop). From the portal, thousands of steel weapons of all types (e.g. kunai, shuriken, swords, etc) will rain down from within it at the speed of a fired arrow. The weapons are infused with the user’s koton chakra and when they strike the ground, they will “explode” into countless bullets that will move outwards omndirectionally from the point of impact in the same manner as Steel Release: Malevolence of Mordred. The portal can be created to span a limited area or the entire battlefield but in the case of the latter, the user will need to defend themselves suitably throughout this technique’s duration.

Description: The user is able to use his Yang nature to embue life into an elemental technique, creating a Yang/Element sentient entity that will stay on the field to aid him. The only limit is the size of the technique originally used as an elemental source as the resulting entity will always be half the size. This entity can be interacted with, can act on its own and is made of the element sourced, with all its properties intact. Its strength is based on the original elemental technique used as a source. This doesn't consume time since its actually a skill applied to a technique used at the same time.
Note: Usable 3 times per battle and up to 6 times per event to create one entity with up to 300 chakra points that is able to use jutsu from the source it was created from.
Note: Yang Release masters can apply this technique to advanced fields and CE and advanced elements.

Hearing the words of the mere Consort, Caster remained as poker-faced as she always would be. Her eyes allowed her to pierce into the body of her enemy; capable of monitoring her chakra pathway to an unrivaled extend. Consort would, however, activate her own eye based technique which Caster slightly took a moment to realize. “Another form of the mystic eyes?” she thought to herself but her train of thought was immediately cut short when more chakra started to pool in the skies above. She didn’t need to look up to identify what it was granted by her unusual insight of the terrain. As the steel weaponry began to pure down from the heavens – Caster was quick in her choice of actions, with a gesture of her hand she immediately caused a giant ice storm to begin to form around her body.

It was composed of the unique black ice; causing its potent nature to vastly be increased than normal. This blast of wind, snow and ice would disturb the airborn weaponry preventing them from making contact with Caster – but allowed the technique to further sustain itself granted by mastery over the element.

Consort’s body temperature would begin to slowly decline as a result to being exposed to the harsh cold conditions. Caster, however, was in tune with this type of coldness, having trained in Frostbite Fist she is immune to the detrimental affects this technique would normally have on a person. This storm wasn’t just to defend her but to also blind the eyes of Consort.

If she wasn’t careful enough, she wouldn’t see the blade of ice forming from the black snow propelling forward to strike her in the back of the head by Caster.


(Kyousei Hyouton no Jutsu) Greater Ice Technique

Description: Similar to the original, weaker technique, the Greater Ice technique allows the user to, by making a simple hand seal (Ram) produce walls, pillars, etc of snow or ice. The ice constructs are rather simple in nature but resilient and strong, with the user being able to materialize them anywhere short range (though from that point they can grow up to long range) from him from the moisture in the air. He can, however, use any proportional water source within short-long range of him to produce said constructs. These can also be directed and propelled as projectiles towards targets. In both cases, the size and possible uses are limited only by the users will, chakra and skill. It also allows the user to cool down existing moisture in the high atmosphere to bring down a snow storm, similar to the original technique yet stronger and faster acting. This snow storm will not directly harm anyone but is useful to cover the field in snow rather quickly (2 turns) and to hinder visibility, sense of touch and hearing on anyone caught inside. The user is not immune to these effects though and must spend 15 chakra points per turn to sustain the blizzard, while becoming unable to mold other elements than Water, Wind or Ice.
(Hyoton: Chanpion no Komando)-Ice Release: Champion's Command

Description: The user will perform four hand seals and focus their chakra into a snowstorm of their creation (any technique which causes snowfall will do). Once this has been accomplished, the user will be able to begin using this chakra as a means by which to control the snow falling the blizzard to accomplish a myriad of purposes. By condensing the falling snow particles, the user is able to create small tools, pillars and shields of highly condensed snow, which they will then be able to freely direct. This condensation is a visible process, as a large amount of snow is gathered to form the tools. Although these tools are made of snow, they are extremely dense and act as a solid in any shape, meaning that a knife created from this jutsu would cut you just as well as a steel one. Because a lot of snow is required to achieve this density, the larger a tool the user creates, the longer it will take to form.

Alternatively, the user can manipulate the strong wind currents of the blizzard to combine with the snow to form snow-saturated gusts of highly variable uses and powers. The powerful sweeping wind currents of the blizzard will be focused to the user's purpose and loaded with so much snow that they act almost as a solid, yet without losing the fluidity of the actual wind. The user can shape these snow gusts into vortexes, blasts, or non-harmful swirls as they see fit. The formation of these snow-saturated gusts is also a visible process.
Note: Both snow tools and snow gusts must be created at least three meters away from the target to have any offensive effect as they must gain momentum to really be damaging.

Xiangyou-sama, forgive me. The Chinese consort to the Emperor closed her eyes as a raging storm of ice particulates began to manifest around Anastasia; her Sharingan would, in that moment, transcend itself into the pinnacle state more commonly referred to as the "Eternal" Mangekyou Sharingan. Her blood red Vampiric eyes whipped open as her senses, acquired from her time with the King of Magic, surged to life in conjunction with her own eyes. She could detect the falling temperature as the storm formed from Anastasia, and could even sense the blade that manifested behind her.

With her eyes now opened in that instant Yu's own ethereal warrior manifested from her Mangekyou Sharingan; the towering skeletal beast. Within that same moment Yu would infuse her own Yang Release chakra into the ethereal beast, a manifestation of her own anger and resentment toward humanity, causing it to gain its own heightened sentience. "Xiangyou-sama...." She spoke longingly, staring at the ground as if seeking approval...or companionship. It was a sadness that no doubt resonated within her, rooted from the intense loneliness she felt on this mysterious island. In the moment after its formation two events would occur simultaneously; the sentient Susano'o would launch from it two Blaze Release arrows at Anastasia. The massive arrows, coated in the black flames, sustained the same damage as the Susano'o's own offensive capability and moved at remarkable speed (2x sage). Hinako, or Yu, would likewise follow up and supplement the construct's offense with her own Truth-Seeking Orb-like spheres of Blaze that would form along the Ethereal Construct's left arm. The small orbs would dart behind the barrage of arrows.

( Doujutsu: Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan ) - Eye Technique: Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye (Passive)

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.
Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost.

( Doujutsu: Susano'o ) - Eye Technique: Sasuke's Tempestuous God of Valor

Description: a gigantic, humanoid avatar made of the user's chakra which manifests around the user and becomes an extension of their will, acting and attacking on their behalf. By default, Susanoo is anchored to its user and they to it: in its less developed forms it will move around with the user; in its more completed forms the user will be suspended within Susanoo, being brought with it as it moves. This connection allows Susanoo to shield against physical attacks, becoming more difficult to penetrate as it is manifested more fully.
Standard:
In its initial form (requires EMS), Sasuke's Susanoo has S-rank durability and for combat, employs either a sabre or a bow (S-rank constructs). With regards to the latter, it is able to produce arrows of chakra to use in tandem with said bow via an orb held by its third hand. Up to two arrows can be shot per turn with each retaining the same damage output and traveling quickly (2x Sage base speed). Alternatively, the arrows can be used as makeshift melee weapons. More notably, its own abilities can be used in conjunction with Blaze Release, which occurs passively. At this level, it becomes able to use Yasaka Magatama as well.

Complete Body:
Two turns after it initially manifests, the user (with Rinnegan) stabilizes their chakra and hence induces their Susanoo to advance to its final form. In its final form, Susanoo acquires new traits including a tengu-esque nose, wings for flight, and robes with ornate armor. But more importantly, it gains power akin to a biju. Once stabilized, the Complete Body form can protect its user from all but the strongest of attacks (100 damage). And with regards to its offense, its weapons can inflict F-rank damage up to long-range no matter the weapon being used, with the sword having been shown able to cleave mountains.

Note: Counts as a move each turn it is active; moreover, Izanagi and Izanami cannot be used.
Note: For Sasuke with EMS, Susanoo is usable twice and lasts up to six turns, with a three-turn cooldown after EMS is reactivated.

Description: After activating Susano'o, Sasuke causes several smaller Amaterasu orbs to grow from the larger orb in his Susano'o arm. As they grow, these orbs extend outwards, releasing them as traps on the battlefield, each comparable to the size of a Truth-Seeking Orb. Should these come in contact with an opponent, they generate explosions of fire that burn anything near them and deliver small force to force opponents away a range backwards. These orbs last up to 2 turns on the field.
Note: Can only be used three times with at least 2 turns in between usage.

Anastasia’s eyes widen at the sight of the ethereal being coming into existence, as her eyes allowed her to pierce through the blankets of snow that hide her position away from the target’s point of view. Once the arrows and orbs were released, Caster would immediately relinquish the control of her ice technique to produce the black ice, while immediately converting her body down into icy vapor. She would instantly transport herself away from her previous position to be out of the path of the impending attacks. She would silently respawn her body six meters behind Yu, keeping her position unknown as the storm silenced her movement.

Her eyes also shifted from once again, something Caster couldn’t exactly think much of. Regardless, she would continue her battle. She would infuse her ice chakra as she raised her hand, allowing for a giant burst of wind to be summoned from directly above the portal, smashing it out of existence but also to continue into a downward crash to bury the girl in a combination of cold winds and sharp ice. “I’ll tell you this, you’re powers are quite interesting I’ll admit…but they are no match for the power Viy-sama has granted me!” she yelled at the top of her voice.

Description: One of Anastasia’s signature techniques, utilizing one’s ability to use their ice-based chakra to infuse into future water and wind-based techniques. Upon its activation – this technique immediately locks the user out of the ability to utilize any other element bar that of Ice, Water and Wind. This, however, allows for them to use this infusion to change the nature of their techniques, allowing for them to become completely frozen or drop the temperatures drastically. In the case of water techniques, the water upon its formation immediately becomes frozen solid. Normally this would be considered a drawback to most but the user control over the technique’s manipulation – those an example would be if the user forms an orb of water around the opponent. This instead becomes an orb of ice that solidifies and keeps the opponent in place but the user can still manipulate the orb to instead be a triangle prison of ice instead. This leaves a large room for creativity in the technique’s execution. In the case of wind techniques however it differs as rather than freezing like water, the wind techniques temperature instead drops immensely. This causes techniques for example that forms tornadoes to have visible icy winds flowing around it that can cause intense freezing damage but also cutting/pelting damage by the ice within. This infusion lasts three turns, with it only be able to be used twice per battle. It’s initial activation can be done within the same time frame as another technique but then remains passively active until it’s duration times out, which at the end leaves the user unable to use water, wind and ice above A rank for two turns. It also gains the inherent strength and weaknesses of ice release.
