The Senju have no feats, Hashirama, the reincarnation of Ashura, was the only one with overwhelming power in form of Mokuton and Senjutsu. Tobirama comes a bit close because he was a rare genius and developed very powerful jutsu like Kagebunshin, Hiraishin and Edo Tensei. Everyone else was weak as hell.

So in short, yes, Hashirama destroys them all without any difficulty. I doubt that he would even need to use Senjutsu.
The only real fight he would have, is against Tobirama.

I hate it when people say the Uchiha got soloed by 2 people...they were asleep, I doubt they would slaughter the entire clan the way they did if it was a dual or something. OT: Yes.
