That obviously won't happen. Salad being evil is far more likely since girls are more emotional than guys, especially during that particular period of the month. Thus, when Salad sees Sasuke stub his toe, the sheer emotional pain and shock of that will cause her to awaken a 3T Sharingan and declare war on humanity. The reason? Daddy's toe is too precious to be damaged! There's no need to think about what'd happen if she saw someone die.
