We start with water.
Water is weak to earth and strong to fire.
So, the defensive part of water is to block fire techniques.
Or, the offensive can be used to stop fire techniques to.

Suiton Hachi Shokusho(Eight tentacles technique)
8 tentacles take form on your back.
Suiton Shokusho Rendan Kyouran (Eight tentacles barrage fury)
THats a technique where the tentacles on your back damage the enemy
These two jutsu can be combined. The second one cant be used without the first one.
BUT
When you activate the first one, you can choose two things
1. To hold them for one turn
2. To damage them with the second jutsu
After each situation, the jutsu is out.
This jutsu is a pain in the ass to explain XD

Mizu no Muchi (Whip of Water)
A technique that utilizes water in order to create a whip out of it, acting much like a normal whip would. If one can use lightning natured chakra, they can channel it through for an extra damage bonus
This whip dissapears after hitting the opponent

Water Release Candy Water Armor [Suiton Okashi Mizu Yoroi]
A skill in which surrounds the user within an armor made of water. However, this water is not the conventional type of water. This water has had its form changed, to retain a sticky type of substance. This sticky substance, will have any part of the opponent sticking to them if they attack the user. Giving the user more then a great oppurtunity to attack
Basically, this jutsu allows you to defend against fire techniques, from multiple directions, and when the opponent throws kunai, youre able to just throw them back.
