Mei Terumi - Not sure. I'd probably go with mei on this.
Old Hiruzen - Hiruzen Solos no explanation needed.
Gengetsu Hozuki - Jiraiya Solos. No explanation.
Tsunade Senju - Tsunade Solos - Byakugou (jiraiya would need SM to match her in chakra. plus Tsunade has instant healing)
3T Itachi - Itachi Solos. Base Jiraiya has nothing on him.
Hebi Sasuke - Sasuke solos. Kirin + CM.
3T Kakashi - Jiraiya Solos
Kakuzu - very tough. I'd lean towards Kakuzu. This is base Jiraiya after all.
Sasori - Sasori Solos. Poison gets Jiraiya unfortunately.
Deidara - C4 solos. C0 Solos. Mines Solo. Deidara takes this. With intel Jiraiya would win though.
