Suen Techniques

(Suen: Oushi no Tsukinokami) - Wisdom: Winged Bull of the Moon God
Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 50 (-10 per turn)
Damage: 100
Description: Winged Bull of the Moon Good encompasses the basic use of Suen, allowing the user to manifest a cyan-white sand in an area. The technique is invoked in conjunction with the user’s Chakra, controlling Divinity in unison. Suen can be manifested from the user’s body, through the ground, or even in the air itself. Suen cannot be manifested within short-range of an opponent unless the user is also within that range, in which case it cannot be manifested in direct contact. Through this technique the user can manipulate and form Suen into a number of shapes. Winged Bull of the Moon God carries properties of Wisdom. Its damage is inflicted physically with incredibly abrasive properties. Suen is an intrinsically volatile substance; when it comes into contact with sources of heat, like Fire or Lava Release, Suen can detonate into a magnificent blue inferno. The explosion is typically proportional to the size of the Suen produced. Because it is a Divine substance the damage inflicted by Suen can only be healed through the use of Divine physical healing. Medical Ninjutsu heals the damage inflicted by Winged Bull of the Moon God at a rate of 50%.
Note: Usable five times per battle.

(Suen: Tabi no Nippuru) – Wisdom: Journey to Nippur
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: N/A (+50 chakra cost to applied technique)
Damage: N/A
Description: The user manipulates a technique with their Suen, performing an infusion of Chakra that occurs within the same timeframe as the infused technique. The infused Suen causes the technique to gain limited Divinity. The infused technique has its speed increased by twice its base speed. Its damage is increased by an additional thirty points while also gaining intrinsic volatility. This is caused by the trace Suen intermixed into the technique it is infused into. When it interacts with a source of heat, like Lava or Fire Release, the technique will erupt into a violent and uncontrollable explosion. The size of the explosion is always proportional to the original technique’s size. When infused into a familiar, be it elemental or not, it will reduce all physical damage taken by 20.
Note: Usable three times per battle.

(Suen: Tokumei Kōkai) - Wisdom: Theonymic Odyssey
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 100 (-15 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: The user reinforces their own body with Suen, granting their body Divinity to empower their physical abilities. The user is endowed with significant physical damage resistance, reducing incoming damage of all physical abilities, including Suen, by 60. The user gains a minor passive physical regeneration, restoring 20 Health Points per turn for any physical damage taken. The user’s Suen and physical abilities are empowered. This confers a 20 damage boost to Taijutsu, Bukijutsu, and Suen; though these techniques, with the exception of Suen, do not gain Divinity. The user also gains a four times increase to their base speed while active. While active, the user is unable to use Fūinjutsu, with the exception of body seals, Utu, or Anutu.
Note: Usable twice per battle, lasts for four turns.

(Suen: Kodachi no Nyūsatsu) - Wisdom: Grove of the Tenders
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Contact
Chakra: N/A (2x the amount of physical damage healed, 200 max)
Damage: N/A
Description: Grove of the Tenders allows the user to directly heal the user’s body by focusing Suen into their hands, forming a layer of cyan sand along their hands. The user carefully control the sand such that it does not lacerate the target they are healing. The healing is applied to the body or Divine Core; it is potent but not necessarily the most chakra efficient. The healing effect is so potent that it is able to reverse the damage inflicted by devastating physical damage. Burns inflicted by Amaterasu, non-fatal but lost anatomy like arms and legs, and even shattered bones from techniques like Shinra Tensei. Grove of the Tenders is able to be applied to other Divine targets, focusing strictly on physical Divinity.

(Suen: Koyūmeishi Uranai) - Wisdom: Onomastic Divination
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: 60 (-10 per turn)
Damage: 120
Description: A significantly more devastating version of Wisdom: Winged Bull of the Moon God. Performed after forming three hand seals, the user manifests Suen in the form of a titanic bull, called the Bull of Heaven. The Bull is comparable in size to the Great Stone Golem technique, formed entirely of Suen. The Bull of Heaven is sustained from the user’s chakra, passively consuming it per turn after creation to operate independently of their will. Its strength is devastating, inflicting damage physically through the abrasive and volatile Suen that it is formed of. The Suen that forms the Bull of Heaven affords it a thirty damage reduction to all physical damage it takes, a property of Suen’s physical Divinity. The Bull of Heaven lasts until destroyed.
Note: Can only be used twice per battle.

(Suen: Kanōsei no Rōmu) - Wisdom: Loam of Possibilities
Type: Mode
Rank: Forbidden
Range: N/A
Chakra: 200 (-40 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: The Loam of Possibilities represents humanity’s closest attempt at achieving true Divinity. When entering this mode the user applies their Suen to convert their physical form into Divinity, gaining a Divine Core within them. Visually their skin turns into a gentle blue, while anatomically their entire body is converted into a manifestation of Suen similar to the Hydrification technique. Body seals and techniques that are embedded on the user’s body are included in this conversion, still being usable while in this state. Loam of Possibilities enhances its users physical abilities as close to godhood as possible. Like Yang State, they gain their own type of perception which is called Enzu. Enzu, literally Lord of Wisdom, is the capability to perceive everything with physical presence. Their capability to track and react becomes limitless, because their body has become Divine within the scope of their physical presence. But this is not the limit of Enzu, which allows awareness of all physicality. This awareness also manifests as a type of spatial awareness, making techniques like Flying Thunder God ineffective against a user within the Loam of Possibilities state. The user’s physical durability reaches peak Divinity, translating to 100 physical damage reduction. The exception to this is other Divine sources of physical damage, which are reduced by 60 damage. The user also becomes immune to physically debilitating effects, like paralysis, fatigue, etc, while within the Loam of Possibilities unless they are caused by other Divine abilities. The user's Suen is enhanced in this state, increasing all damage done by 40 points. When the user enters Loam of Possibilities the technique Domain of Desire activates concurrently with it, acting to neutralize the effects of Onibi and other forms of artificial life. The drawback to Loam of Possibilities is that, due to the massive shift toward Divinity, the user cannot access Utu, Anutu, or other physically elevating techniques while in this state.
Note: This technique only lasts 6 turns and can be used once per battle.
Note: The user must have completed Suen in order to use this technique.
Note: Once the technique ends the user experiences significant fatigue, making them incapable of using Anutu, Utu, or Suen for 10 turns and incapable of Taijutsu for 5 turns (this includes releasing leg weights or other physically augmenting techniques).
Note: Likewise, the user is unable to use techniques above A-Rank for 4 turns.

(Suen: Domein no Yokubō) - Wisdom: Domain of Desire
Type: Supplementary
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: 40 (-20 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: Domain of Desire is designed to counteract the effects of Onibi and other techniques that produce or maintain artificial life. Domain of Desire is activated simultaneously as Loam of Possibilities, maintained concurrently without costing a move. Domain of Desire forms an indiscriminate area around the user’s position where trace amounts of Suen permeate the area, targeting forms of artificial or modified life. Removing Suen from the area is impossible, as it would be like removing particles of oxygen from the air itself. Forms of artificial life that are vulnerable to the Domain of Desire include Bijuu when released from their vessel, Creations of All Things, Yang Release familiars, elemental Yang Release familiars, and Children of Tiamat controlled life. Artificial life suffers 40 physical damage per turn that cannot be mitigated or blocked until the life is either dispersed or dies. Additionally, the Domain of Desire can also negate modified anatomy that form extensions of naturally occurring life. These extensions include anatomical modifications made by Ring of Hell, Asura Path, and Children of Tiamat. The users of these modifications do not suffer damage from their destruction, but they are destroyed within moments of Domain of Desire activating.
Note: This technique deactivates when the Loam of Possibilities is deactivated or expires.

Utu Techniques

(Utu: Sensha no Taiyōshin) - Truth: Chariot of the Sun God
Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 50
Damage: 100
Description: Chariot of the Sun God encompasses the basic use of Utu, allowing the user to manifest a dark, fiery, lava-like liquid in an area. The technique is invoked in conjunction with the user’s Chakra, controlling Divinity in unison. Utu can be manifested from the user’s body, through the ground, or even in the air itself. Utu cannot be manifested within short-range of an opponent unless the user is also within that range, in which case it cannot be manifested in direct contact. Through this technique the user can manipulate and form Utu into a number of shapes. Chariot of the Sun God carries properties of Truth, making it unique in the sense that as a physical substance its damage is inflicted directly upon the soul, though contact with Utu still burns and sears the skin just as lava would. Because it is a Divine substance the damage inflicted by Utu can only be healed through the use of Divine spiritual healing.
Note: Usable five times per battle.

(Utu: Shinwa no Etana) - Truth: Myth of Etana
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: N/A (+50 chakra cost to applied technique)
Damage: N/A
Description: The user manipulates a technique with their Utu, performing an infusion of Chakra that occurs within the same timeframe as the infused technique. The infused Utu causes the technique to gain limited Divinity. The technique’s damage type shifts from physical to spiritual, even if it still physically interacts with reality. Being struck by a technique that is infused with the Myth of Etana afflicts the target with unstable Divinity, causing the target to have the damage of all techniques they use reduced by 20 points of damage, cost 20 additional chakra not counting toward the Chakra potency of the technique, and reduces their base speed by three points. Myth of Etana’s soul debilitating effects can only be dispelled through the use of an Utu or Anutu technique that either surges the soul, repairs it, or reinforces it with Divinity. The unstable Divinity can also be dispelled through the use of atavistic techniques, requiring at least a 50 Chakra surge.
Note: Usable three times per battle.

(Utu: Sazukatta Namae) - Truth: Theophoric Protection
Type: Defensive, Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: N/A
Chakra: 100 (-15 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: The user reinforces their own body with Utu, affording their soul Divinity to empower their spiritual abilities. The user is endowed with significant spiritual damage resistance, reducing the damage of all spiritual abilities, including Utu, by 60. This damage reduction also confers immunity to Yin Release techniques that influence the user’s spirit or soul that cost 50 Chakra or less. The user also gains minor passive soul and spiritual rejuvenation, recovering 20 Health Points per turn for any spiritual damage taken. The user’s Utu and other spiritual abilities are also empowered, gaining 20 damage; though they do not gain Divinity. While active, the user is unable to use Fūinjutsu, with the exception of body seals, Suen, or Anutu.
Note: Usable twice per battle, lasts for four turns.

(Utu: Hikari no Ie) - Truth: House of Light
Type: Defensive, Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Contact
Chakra: N/A (2x the amount of spiritual damage healed, 200 max)
Damage: N/A
Description: House of Light allows the user to directly heal the user’s soul and spirit by focusing Utu into their hands, forming a warm and thin layer of the liquid on their hand(s). The healing is applied to the soul and spirit directly, and is potent in its effects but not necessarily the most chakra efficient. The healing effect is so potent that it is able to reverse the damage inflicted by even the most powerful Yin Release techniques, even Tsukuyomi. House of Light’s healing is capable of reversing the effects of unstable Divinity, as well as heal other Divine targets.

(Utu: Tamashī no Tanzō) - Truth: Forge of Souls
Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 60 (-10 per turn)
Damage: 120
Description: An extremely powerful version of Truth: Chariot of the Sun God. The user manifests a significant amount of Utu after performing three hand seals to create a single Usumgallu, or a giant horned snake. Unique to the Forge of Souls is it uses the Utu to produce a novel soul which uses the Usumgallu as a vessel to contain it. Because the soul exists within the vessel it is vulnerable to both physical and spiritual damage. The horned snake's damage is inflicted spiritually, like Chariot of the Sun God. Yet it is still capable of inflicting burns to those it touches, purely from it being a significant heat source. Without the vessel itself the soul will have nothing to contain it and disperse. Being powered by a soul the Usumgallu sustains itself, operating independent of the user. It is a sentient entity capable of having speech, emotions, and memories. Usumgallu created through Forge of Souls last until destroyed, sustained at a passive Chakra cost per turn by the user.
Note: Can only be used twice per battle.

(Utu: Kōbai no Sonzai) – Truth: Gradient of Existence
Type: Mode
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra: 200 (-40 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: The Gradient of Existence represents humanity’s closest attempt at achieving true Divinity. When entering this mode the user applies their Utu to convert their spirituality into Divinity. Visually their skin glows a warm red while anatomically their entire body is converted into a manifestation of Utu similar to the Hydrification technique. Body seals and techniques that are embedded on the user’s body are included in this conversion, still being usable while in this state. Gradient of Existence enhances its user’s spiritual abilities as close to godhood as possible. While this technique is active the user becomes aware of all spiritual techniques influencing either themselves or others on the field within mid-range. The user gains significant resistance to spiritual damage, reducing all spiritual damage done by 100 points. The exception to this is other Divine sources of spiritual damage, which are only reduced by 60 points. The user also becomes immune to the debilitating effects of spiritual techniques like Genjutsu paralysis, Yin Release tethers, and Hands of Sloth. Debilitating effects caused by other Divine spiritual abilities circumvent this immunity. The user’s Utu is enhanced in this state, increasing all damage done by 40 points. When the user enters the Gradient of Existence the technique Domain of the Soul activates concurrently with it, acting to neutralize the effects of Kuninotokotachi and other extremely powerful spiritual abilities, like Izanami or Izanagi. The drawback to the Gradient of Existence is that, due to the massive shift toward Divinity, the user cannot access Suen, Anutu, or other spiritually elevating techniques while in this state.
Note: This technique lasts 6 turns and can be used once per battle.
Note: The user must have completed Utu in order to use this technique.
Note: Once the technique ends the user experiences significant fatigue, making them incapable of using Anutu, Utu, or Suen for 10 turns and incapable of Genjutsu for 5 turns.
Note: Likewise, the user is unable to use techniques above A-Rank for 4 turns.

(Utu: Tamashī no Ryōiki) – Truth: Domain of the Soul
Type: Supplementary
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: 40 (-20 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: Domain of the Soul is designed to counteract the effects of Kuninotokotachi, Izanami, and Izanagi. The technique is activated simultaneously as Gradient of Existence, maintained concurrently without costing a move. Domain of the Soul forms an indiscriminate area around the user’s position where trace amounts of Utu permeate the area, targeting spiritual anomalies. Removing Utu from the area is impossible, as it would be like removing particles of oxygen from the air itself. Domain of the Soul can be detected through the sense of touch, feeling the air grow warmer. While active spiritual techniques that influence reality are hindered significantly; Kuninotokotachi, Izanagi, and Izanami outright become unusable. Genjutsu and Kurama techniques lose significant potency, having their effective Chakra and damage cut by 50%.
Note: Domain of the Soul activates concurrently with Gradient of Existence.

Anutu Techniques

(Anutu: Ode ni Chūmon) - Divinity: Ode to Order
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Rank: S – Forbidden
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: 50 – 60
Damage: 80 – 120
Description: A powerful technique known to those from Eanna, now used by humans. Its purpose was originally to bring order to all that beneath the heavens, including Jutsu. The user creates a burst of five-meter-wide golden mist that travels at three times the speed of a Fire technique. Ode to Order engulfs techniques it successfully interacts with, asserting the user’s Authority over the technique it strikes. This means that for Ode to Order to properly activate, it must be able to physically interact with a technique. The subjugated technique visually appears as it was originally, although now with a golden aura present. In effect the technique becomes the user’s, including damage, auxiliary properties, and intrinsic strengths and weaknesses. Projectiles are redirected at another target, familiars and seals become the user’s, etc. The technique can subjugate other Ninjutsu up to 60 Chakra, while Yin-Yang techniques cause Ode to Order to effectively increase by 20 additional Chakra. Alternatively, if Ode to Order cannot subjugate a technique its damage will be prioritized, inflicting Divine physical damage as it strikes another target.
Note: Subjugated techniques remain in the user’s control for 2 turns, after which they disappear.
Note: Can be used thrice per battle, once every three turns.

(Anutu: Tensei Chūmon Tenki) - Divinity: Divine Authority of Heaven
Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary
Rank: S
Rank: Short – Long
Chakra: 70 (-30 per turn)
Damage: 140
Description: An iconic and coveted skill among the Celestials, now conferred upon humanity. The Divine Authority of Heaven, also known as the Authority of the Gods, allows the user to exert Authority over an area, utilizing their Divinity. The technique possesses a long-range reach, but its effects form as a mid-range radius around the targeted area. Visually it appears as a large translucent golden mist that spreads instantly around its targeted area; within this zone the user is conferred total control over gravity and gravitational effects within it, bending the objective universe to their subjective will. The sphere cannot be interacted with or dispelled, rather only its effects can be defended against or evaded. Anything within this sphere cannot move, regardless of technique used, above three times their base speed. Meanwhile the user’s speed within this zone is increased by thrice their base speed. Techniques that would otherwise manipulate gravity or gravitational waves within the user’s Authority are neutralized, rendered effectively useless; this includes techniques like Shinra Tensei and Bansho Tenin. Finally, the user is no longer bound by causal closure within their Authority, able to manipulate gravity at will. They are able to create constructs of gravitational waves, appearing in shades of purple that move at 30 speed and inflict 140 damage. But unlike Shinra Tensei these constructs can be interacted with, blocked, and countered; they contain no chakra, but as products of Anutu they cannot be sealed or absorbed. They must be blocked, countered, or evaded.
Note: Use of constructs count as one of the user’s three Jutsu per turn.
Note: Lasts for four turns.
Note: Can be used twice per battle.

(Anutu: Kaihō no Uchū) – Divinity: Liberation of the Universe
Type: Defensive, Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: 50 (+50 Chakra cost to applied technique)
Damage: N/A
Description: A technique derived from the Divine Authority of Heaven with two distinct applications. The first application is done through infusion, manipulating their Anutu to perform an infusion of Chakra that occurs within the same timeframe. The result is a technique that defies gravitational laws, moving at thrice its base speed. The infused technique does not interact with gravitational waves, making it immune to any interaction through techniques like Shinra Tensei and Chibaku Tensei. Alternatively, the user can shroud themselves in Anutu and form a golden sphere around their body. This makes themselves immune to the effects of gravitational waves, moving at thrice their base speed.
Note: Can be used thrice per battle.
Note: Lasts for three turns, whether applied to another technique or the user.

(Anutu: Esagila no Chie) – Divinity: Esagila’s Wisdom
Type: Defensive, Supplementary
Rank: S (Forbidden)
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: 150 (250)
Damage: N/A
Description: A technique derived from Anu’s own Divine Authority over time and space. It is, in essence, representative of the user’s supreme mastery over time and space. The user manipulates either their own or another’s temporal placement. In a sense, it is similar to the effects of Izanagi in that the user subjugates the universe with their subjective will. But while the signature Uchiha technique is focused on the user, Esagila’s Wisdom is applied to anything within the user’s perceptive limitations. The S-Rank application of this technique applies to the user, targeting themselves through their own Divinity. The Forbidden ranked application of Esagila’s Wisdom targets others and other techniques. The targeting process involves a single ‘entity.’ In the higher ranked application, which can target anyone else, a single entity can mean the opponent, one of their familiars, or a technique they are using. In the case of a technique the whole of the technique is targeted. For example, if a swarm of flies is targeted then the entire swarm is struck by Esagila’s Wisdom, not a single fly. The process visually appears as a golden shroud enveloping either the user or their target, and then instantly moving either backward or forward temporally. While this occurs other effects, like cooldowns and usage restrictions, are also temporally accelerated or reversed. Accelerating techniques or position cannot render the opponent unable to counter due to proximity. When targeting an opponent directly with Esagila's Wisdom they can only be reversed through time, not temporally moved forward.
Note: Can be used once per battle.
Note: After use the user is left fatigued, able to only use A-Rank techniques for two turns and unable to use Anutu or any of its components for four turns.
Note: If used for travel in the Ninja World the user must respect Spacetime travel rules.

(Anutu: Shō Sakae) – Divinity: Doxology
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: 80 (-30 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: Doxology is an Anutu technique that asserts the user’s Divinity within a long-range radius, encapsulating the battlefield in a perfect sphere-shaped dome of golden mist that represents the user’s Authority. The Anutu spreads out instantly to encompass long-range from the user's position. Spacetime techniques belonging to others within this sphere become impossible to access. This is because the user’s Anutu within this Authority isolates whichever reality the user is in, making it impossible to cross between dimensions. This prevents Summoning Ninjutsu and other techniques that would otherwise cross over multiple dimensions or realities. Like other Anutu techniques that establish Authority as a 'zone,' Doxology's sphere of Anutu cannot be dispelled or removed physically, only done through other Anutu techniques.
Note: Usable twice per battle with a five turn cooldown between usage.
Note: Once used the user is unable to use Anutu above A-Rank for three turns; they are able to use their Suen and Utu normally.

(Anutu: Gakki no Inga Kankei) - Divinity: Instrument of Causality
Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra: 80 (-20 per turn)
Damage: 140
Description: The Instrument of Causality was an ability designed by Anu to counteract the effects of the Truth-Seeking Orbs but has extended offensive and defensive applications within Anutu. The user forms an aura of golden mist around their body, largely connected to their form as an aura. Metaphorically, if the Truth-Seeking Orbs, and its derivatives, were used to create the world then it is the Instrument of Causality that was used to order the world that the orbs filled. The mist represents the user’s Divine Authority and it is engineered to relentlessly pursue to ‘order’ the purest forms of Chakra: Six Paths and Yin-Yang. In many ways this technique is similar to Gaara’s defensive Sand Ninjutsu, awaiting response from the user or impulse. Upon activation the aura of Anutu remains inert along the user’s body. The aura responds without the user’s input in the presence of techniques with high Chakra purity, specifically Yin-Yang Release and Six Paths Senjutsu. In response it launches jets of Anutu from the user’s aura, relentlessly targeting the technique used to counteract it without the user’s input. Though these activations cost a move per turn. Alternatively, the user can consciously direct the aura to form various defenses and offenses against opponents. This application is used when the technique in question is not of a Six Paths Senjutsu nature or derivative, instead something of lower and more impure Chakra type. As a product of Anu’s Divine Authority, Instrument of Causality is capable of using techniques it captures to reposition itself temporally. Each Yin-Yang technique that Instrument captures causes the technique to extend by one turn in duration.

Like Ode to Order, Instrument of Causality can capture and subjugate techniques that interact with its oppressive aura. Instrument of Causality can capture techniques up to 80 Chakra, and 120 if they are Yin-Yang. Should the Instrument of Causality capture a Truth-Seeking Orb it will transfer control of that specific orb to the user for a period of three turns, rendering it under the user’s Authority. The sphere will turn from black to gold, appearing as a solid ball of Anutu that retains all of its original auxiliary properties, including the ability to negate all Ninjutsu. Alternatively, if a technique cannot be subjugated Instrument of Causality will opt into an offensive posture, inflicting its damage directly as physical damage.

Note: Once activated lasts for six turns.
Note: Can be used once per battle.
Note: Instrument’s aura has a mid-range reach.
