Lightning Jutsu

Raiton: Raikou Fogu no Jutsu (Lightning Style: Lightning Fog)

Description: The user infuses the air with their lightning chakra having it difuse through the area as a large burst. This sending a general electric current throughout the entire area. As the users fight within the mist, it builds up energy within the mist static will get stronger eventually exploding the area. Which can often be a nasty shock. If the opponent is trapped in the mist they cannot move.
Note: Can only be used in a mist
Note: The user can move freely in the electrical mist
Note: Can also harm the user
Note: Can only be used two times

Lightning Style: Lightning Redirection (Raiton: Raikou Ridairekushon)

Description: Having mastering lightning once the user is being attack with a lightning jutsu, the user can easily receive and redirect the lightning attack launched at him back towards the attack at full force or redirect if safely away. The user can only redirect any kind of lightning attack of equal rank or lower.
Note: can only be used once in battle

Lightning Style: Lightning Disks (Raiton: Raikou Disuku)

Descripton:The user will manipulate the lightning in is body to make himself be positively charge. Then he will create 7 rotating lightning disk charge negatively. The user will then be able to make those disk behave like electron around a proton, in other word, these disk will start rotating all around him (under also). This serve as a great to defend against close range attack and taijutsu, but can also be used to attack. The user will use his lighting chakra to repulse the disk (one or many at a time), giving it extreme velocity and aimed for the enemy.
*The user must wait two turns after all the disk are destroyed or disappeared
*This jutsu can only be used 2 time per match*
*This jutsu can only be used by Anbu Kakashi and Izuna Uchiha*

Raiton: Mazoku Raikou (Lightning Style: Demonic Lightning)

Description: The user first focuses lightning chakra towards his back, shoulders, and neck area. Upon command demon-like wings forged of pure lightning will form from the user?s back. Several wings will from in fact a total of six forming. These wings are large and expansive. These wings can be used as a defensive tool by wrapping the body and blocking incoming attacks. Along with the wings can be used to smack things from the air, which includes disrupting certain elements. The offensive side of this jutsu is simple really, with a hard flap of the wings lightning bolts will fly forward from the wings themselves. A second offensive method of these wings is a light or small flap which will send a volley of arrows made of lightning forward. These wings are like shadow clones which means they stay in battle as long as they?re destroyed and disappear whenever the user wants.
Note: Can only be used once in battle
Note: Wings last three turns or until all destroyed
Note: These wings cannot be use to fly
Note: Only Anbu Kakashi can use

Water Jutsu

Water Style:Choking Fog (Suiton: Cho-kingu fogu)

Description: The user condenses the mist near the opponent making it hard to breathe. Although this isn't enough to kill someone or to do any real damage, it is enough to slow down their movements and place them into a panic-stricken state of mind. This altered state of mind helps the user in pulling off plans or just in simply finding them.


Water Style: Aquatic Destruction (Suiton: Suijou Kujo)

Description: Can be used anywhere near a body of water. The user places his hand on the surface of the water and forcing water to be denser and crushing the opponent. This jutsu causes more damage to the opponent depending on the mass of the water, meaning the jutsu is strongest when the opponent is inside a large amount of water.

Blood Jutsu
Chiton: Chi Bunshin (Blood Style: Blood Clone)

Description: The user creates clones of him out of any source of blood that is visible. These clones are exactly identical to the user and can use ninjutsu but are a lot easy to destroy. If these clones are destroy within close range of the opponent, blood will splatter all over them.

Description: With a hand sign, the user changes any visible blood to become acidic. The bloody acid is strong enough to melt through rocks.
Note: The acid cannot harm the user

Chiton: Chi Kiri (Blood Style: Blood Mist)

Description: Having release through the mouth or broken skin, the user lets out a mist of blood which can be used to hidden themselves. Not only that, if an opponent walks into the bloody mist he or she would start to burn and slowly suffocate. Having infused with chakra the mist can?t simply be blown away by a B rank or lower jutsu and can only be manipulated by the user. This jutsu can also be used to turn a body of liquid into Blood.

Chiton: Buatsui Chi Issui (Blood Style: Massive Blood Overflow)

Description: Focusing enormous chakra within the blood cells and increasing the blood cell division, blood would start to overflow the user?s body. Also with a increase in blood chakra, the speed of the blood being manipulated by the user increases to almost instant traveling at the same speed of sound. Massive blood would begin pouring out the user?s pores creating a red aura around them and through any broken skin. Blood rushing out any broken skin would constantly pour and drip out of the body until this mode is over or deactivated. In this state, the user is immune to any kind of toxic or poison due to the constant transport of waste from the body

Mercury Jutsu
Suigin: Subashikoi shippou (Mercury Style:Quick Silver)

Description:After forming a quick succession of handseals manipulating mercury from the ground beneath the opponent causes droplets to rise into the air surrounding the opponent.Once this is done the user then clenches their fist causing the droplets to change substance and become hardened mercury needles.The barrage of newly formed needles converge on the opponent.The opponent must use a form of 360 degrees defence as this technique converges from around them.
Note:These needles are poisonous due to the nature of the element mercury.

(Uingu hanka) Hermes Sandals

Suigin:Suigin Bakuha (Mercury Style: Mercury Explosion)

Description: With a hand sign, the user can cause any Mercury in sight to explode. The explosion is a rather eruption of Mercury to attempt to cover the large area or to cover the opponent with Mercury and to cause skin poisoning.

Genjutsu


Magen: Genjuu Kuchiyose (Mythical Beast Summoning)

Description: Like the normal summoning, the user will quickly perform the hand seals, draw blood and slam their hand on a surface. The only difference is that there is no summoning but in a strict sense. The jutsu will activate once the user and opponent had been in contact in anyway and once the user has finished the summoning the animal or beast can be whatever the user creates in his imagination. After the smoke disappears for the summoning the desired animal or beast that has been created will attack the opponent. This is a highly leveled Genjutsu, meaning the summoning will appear real, look real and feel real for those trapped by staring at the summoning ceremony and have been in contact with the user from before. Any injury sustained by the animal or beast will remain on the opponent?s bodies even after the illusion ends
Note: Kai cannot dispel the genjutsu but defeating the animal or beast will only dispel it or attacking the user
Note: The user must give a full description of the animal/beast he have summoned including its abilities, appearances, and amount of how many were summoned

Ninjutsu

Dragon Wave (Doragon Nami)

Description: Releasing a huge mass amount of chakra, the user of this jutsu compresses the chakra in a small, volleyball sized sphere with two hands. The process, in which, the ball is created takes a turn to develop, making this attack dangerous to use in the middle of a battle. Even when fired prematurely. The blast is so powerful it has the capability of completely blowing a human apart. This jutsu is more of an explosive type move then wave based attack
Note: If attacked within short to mid range, the blast will be utterly disrupted and will cause a huge explosion causing great damage to both the user and the opponent.
Note: After the jutsu is used the user loses ability to lose any kind of ninjutsu for one turn

Blood Jutsu

Chiton: Aka Minagoroshi (Blood Style: Bloody Massacre)

Description: Using the blood from inside the user and having it rapidly multiply, the user would begin to spit out a large amount of blood (possibly the size of a lake) that quickly forms into thousands of sharp, dense sword-like figures. The blood swords is so sharp even a soft touch or feel of the blade will would be enough to cut someone and are shot off at very high speed. These thousands of blood sword cover up a large area it can destroy or kill anything it lays within its path because of their sharpness and speed.

(Seishou mizo) Blood Style:Energy Drain

(Chiton Hytin) Blood Style:Blood Thirst

Desciption: The user will focus his chakra thought out is body and will start to produce huge quantity of blood. This blood will then start to flow out of every pore on the users body, covering him. This blood as the unique ability to "devour" any other living tissues it touch. The white blood cell in the user blood are specially device to attack other cells, so if blood was to touch the enemy, his flesh would be devour by the blood. If the user successfully introduce his blood inside the enemy (by putting his blood on a kunai and hitting the enemy with that kunai) the blood would duplicate inside the enemy and form clots in all the major arteries, causing a sure death.
Note:All blood cells will die after 3 turns
Note:Can only be used once
Note:No more Blood jutsu for the next 3 turns

Chiton: Chi Yutori (Blood Style: Blood Chamber)

Description: With two hand signs, blood from the user body would start to rush out the user?s pore or wounds or any visible blood and begin to form a chamber around the opponent. The blood that forms around the opponent has chakra in it allowing the blood to constantly multiple and repair the chamber when its partially destroyed or damaged. Upon the movement of the user?s hand, the chamber can either be enlarge or shrink to crush the opponent. The walls of the chamber is very dense and thick which makes it hard to penetrate with a regular elemental ninjutsu and the user can form spikes within the chamber to stab the opponent.

(Ketsueki do-pingu) Blood Style:Blood Doping

Description:The user creates several quick handsigns,in doing so they create an extra amount of blood to flow through the circulatory system.In doing this they get more blood to the muscles and organs quicker(meaning more oxygen).This increases reaction times and performance 10 times over,increasing the users speed,power and reactions on par with opening 6 gates.This technique is based upon a technique used in professional sports where the competitor removes a certain amount of blood from the body a while before an event (couple of pints) knowing that the body can reproduce them.Then a day before the sports event they inject the blood back into the body meaning more red and white blood cells available.

Mercury Jutsu

Suigin: Souhou Mercury (Mercury Style: Touch of Mercury)

Suigin: Suigin Kyuutai (Mercury Style: Mercury Orb)

Description: The user focuses their Mercury chakra into the palm of their hands creating a small silver liquid orb. This orb can either be hurl or thrust at the opponent. If hurled at an opponent, the orb would explode once in contact. Not only would the contacted spot be severly posioned but the explosion of it would cause little splashes of Mercury to fly out in every direction also poisoning another area of the body or person nearby. If thrusted at the opponent, the Mercury's poisoning effect would melt through the opponent's flesh and cause internal poisoning.
Note: If the opponent manage to avoid the explosion of the orb once in contacted but Mercury happens to get on the opponent's skin, they have two turns to live before they die from the Mercury's poisoning effect.

Description:A skill in which generates a circular flame upon the ground, raising up bars of flame and a covering over top. This intense flame heats all within it, preventing water from being created from the inside with the dryness of the air. Touching the sides results in various burns, and while this jutsu is used it can be linked to any other fire jutsu and the jutsu will be fired at the person inside the prison.

Description: User Manipulates the ionic charge of their body and the area around the opponent. For Three Turns the user?s Lightning techniques have an extra kick and attack much faster. Ranged lightning attacks gain homing properties making them unavoidable. In addition the users speed is increased due to the charge and the user can also channel this charge into weapons like kunai making them seek out the opponent in the air even after being deflected, or repel weapons away from themselves.
Note: Can only be used 2 times in battle

Note: While charged, the user is weaker to water attacks (-10 damage)

Raiton: Raikage Yougeki Gusoku (Lightning Style: Thunder Shadow's Assault Armor)

Raiton: Raikou Doragon Dageki (Lightning Style: Lightning Dragon Strike)

Description: The user would begin to release a surge of lightning from his body which in the blink of an eye will take the form of a massive and extremely long dragon made of pure and bright surging electricity coiling around and above him. The dragon will then rush towards the opponent with extreme speed and no matter how far the dragon have traveled its tail would extend to stay connected to the user. The dragon delivers a lethal dose of electricity making for a swift but painful death if taking the full brunt of it. A short range avoidance would not be suggested due to the fact that the dragon's electrical energy can expand on the users command and would still cause a powerful and devasting shock.

Genjutsu

Genjutsu: Naishoubanashi Fuuton (Whispering Wind)

Description: The user will send a strong gust of wind at the opponent in which he/she will fall into a genjutsu. The illusion is simply the opponent feeling like he/she is being constantly lifted into the air without having the thought of falling back onto the ground.

This orb can protect the user from every angle, and is capable of defending the user from S-rank lightning and A-rank wind jutsus. The user can make an opening on any part of the orb while staying within it to attack.

Wind Style: Vortex of Destruction (Fuuton: Kadou Inmetsu)

Description: After forming the needed handseals, the user will create a huge spinning vortex around the opponent. This will send the opponent in the air. Once the opponent is trapped within the vortex, the user will be able to make several tornadoes come out of the inside wall of the vortex that will crush the opponent from several directions.

Wind Style: Last Breath (Fuuton: Rasuto Kisoku)

Chakra Cost: 50
Damage Points: 90 (10 to user)
Description: The user will focus a great amount of wind chakra into the air around the opponent. By extending their arm out and clenching their fist, the user can make the air surrounding their opponent converge upon them in an instant, crushing their entire body.
~Can only be used once per battle
~Can only be avoided if the opponent can see or sense the user's chakra around them (enabling them to have more time to react to the jutsu)
~Does 10 damage to the user due to the strain of using this jutsu

Considering I'm not going to Role-Play, why waste my customs (if they're any good) and give them away.

I'm allowing Eddy-Kun, Mato~Kun, Musashibo, and Crutch Kaguya to use my custom jutsu. Now this does not include my custom element jutsu. That I will decide later on.

Mato~Kun may now master the Mercury Element and use all of my Mercury Jutsu

You're one of the few that can use my customs so please make of good use to it.
